Positif: Appartement correspondant parfaitement à la description, propre et agréable, dans un quartier sympathique, proche de toutes commodités, des transports en commun et du centre-ville; Iris, la propriétaire, fut d'un accueil très chaleureux et toujours disponible en cas de problème. Logement parfait pour deux adultes et une enfant.. Négatif: Manquent quelques rangements pour les vêtements (commode, penderie...). Les bruits de la rue (pourtant très peu passante) peuvent parfois être gênants (ramassage des poubelles par exemple), sans doute à cause d'une isolation phonique trop faible.

Positive: Íris is a great host,she sent us a pergect guide about Lisbon. She's very kind,and she answered our questions very quickly! She left for us vine,portuguese cheese,snacks etc.when we arrived. The apartment is well equipped,clean,near to the metro station and supermarket!. Negative: We stayed in Lisbon in the middle of April. The weather was a little bit cold and sometimes rainy outside. In the apartment are some electric heater,but you can't use it continously,during the day while you're not in the apartment.The weather was humid inside too.

Positive: The apartment is really nice, clean, comfortable and well located. The host is very welcoming and helpful.. Negative: Our stay in Lisbon was at the beginning of April and it was quite cold in the apartment. There is a tiny electric heater but if you get cold easily this might not be enough. This seems to be a general problem in many places in Portugal though.

Positive: Nice duplex in a good location, away from downtown but just a 15 minutes walk to the main attractions. There is a bus stop and a metro station nearby, and you can also walk to the tram 28 stop. Check in was very easy. Iris, our hostess, sent us a fantastic guide to discover Lisboa. Totally recommended.

Positif: Nous avons eu le droit à 1 bouteille de vin et un fromage à l'entrée de l'appartement. Une attention appréciée. L'appartement était hyper propre et le linge sentait hyper bon. Pas une vue super mais il est vraiment très proche de tout et surtout du métro et autres commerces. Il y avait également toutes les infos nécessaires pour les commodités à proximité. . Négatif: Lit un peu dur pour ma compagne. Lors des jours de pluie il y avait une forte odeur d'égoût dans la salle de bain et la cuisine. Rideau pas assez occultant dans la chambre. Appartement mal insonorisé par rapport aux étages du dessus et un peu humide.

Positive: Perfetto anche per una famiglia, accogliente, facile da raggiungere ed in una buona posizione.

Positiva: El piso tiene todo lo necesario, hasta aceite, sal y especies sí quieres cocinar! Hay bañera y cama para bebe. Hay toallas, secador de pelo, máquina de café y tostador, microondas. Esta perfecto!

Positiva: Buena calidad-precio, tenía hasta queso, vino y cafés.... . Negativa: El apartamento tenía humedades

Положительный: Хозяйка очень точно объяснила как попасть в аппартаменты.Ну и бутылка приветственного вина,сыр,чай,кофе,какие- то сухарики...Хоть кроме бутолочки вина мы ничего и не использовали.Кофе в капсулах вообще не понимаю.... Негативный: 1.Я не знаю,каким фотоаппаратом были сделаны снимки,но размер квартиры был намного меньше,чем на фото. 2.Хозяйка очень строго просила не шуметь в аппартаментах,но соседи сверху шумели так,что мы ночью просто не спали до 05-45!!!! 3.Кровать сломана.Скрипит ужас. 4.Заселение было в 14-00.Попросили хозяйку заселиться в 1100- отказала,сказала,что другие люди не успеют выселиться.Хорошо.Все обосновано.Разрешила прийти раньше,оставить вещи и заселиться как положено в 1400.Мы оставили вещи в 1300,а в это время горничная только начала уборку.Сказала до 1400 управится.Как-бы не так!!!Мы смогли заселиться в14 40!!! И никаких извинений! Все нормально! Деньги заплатили,а дальше пол часа раньше,пол часа позже..Какая разница?!Зато выселиться попросила по времени точно.

Positiv: Es stand eine Flasche Wein und Käse in der Küche für uns bereit. Eine sehr schöne Begrüßung. Dank Iris! Außerdem klappte die Kommunikation über Whatsapp absolut reibungslos.

Positief: Keurig en zeer ruim appartement op de 2de verdieping van het gebouw dat bestaat uit een woonkamer met (prima) slaapbank en keuken en een boven/zolderverdieping met 2-persoonsbed en badkamer.. Negatief: Helaas geen airconditioning, alleen ventilatoren.

Positiv: Die Unterkunft ist ringsum und in jeder Hinsicht sehr stimmig und für einen Lissabonbesuch für ein paar Tage oder eine Woche und für 3 - 4 Personen - insbesondere als Familie mit kleineren oder auch großen Kindern - sehr empfehlenswert!. Negativ: --

Positive: buona relazione qualità prezzo in Lisboa. non abbiamo visto alla proprietaria per un problema ma anche nella distanza e stata attenta; ci ha fatto trovare le chiave sulla porta quindi nessun disaggio. la casa e moderna e funzionale. il wifi e veloce e la metro e vicina.. Negazione: il quartiere non e tra i migliori di Lisboa e attrezzature in cucina sono essenziali.

Pozytywna: Daniel okazał się wspaniałym gospodarzem. Na powitanie przygotował dla nas wino i czekał na nas o wyznaczonej godzinie. Pokoje były czyste, wyposażone we wszystko co niezbędne. W pobliżu apartamentu jeździ słynny tramwaj 28 i blisko jest do metra a tuż przy apartamencie są sklepy spożywcze. Daniel dziękujemy!

Pozytywna: Daniel, właściciel apartamentu, jest bardzo miły i pomocny. Szczegółowo odpowiedział na wszystkie nasze pytania, polecił miejsca (zabytki, restauracje) godne odwiedzenia w Lizbonie oraz zatroszczył się o to, by niczego nam nie zabrakło w apartamencie. Apartament idealnie urządzony, czysty, a na powitanie czekała na nas woda i wino - idealne po podróży. W apartamencie udostępnione ogrzewanie, co jest dużym plusem podczas wizyty w Lizbonie poza sezonem. Apartament blisko metra, blisko słynnego linii tramwaju 28, spacerem można dojść do centrum miasta. Serdecznie polecam ten apartament i będę go polecać moim bliskich chcącym odwiedzić Lizbonę!
