The apartment was very nice, perfect for 3 persons in a quiet corner of Alfama. The location was good: 10 min from San Apolonia train station and subway, 10 min to Castle Sao Gorge. It takes the google map to find it initially but once found it is easy to locate again. It is locate in a nice corner and People were actually taking pictures of the street and the house where the apartment is located. There is a little coffee shop just at the steps and a minimercado and ATM. The apartment has all the facilities including a washing machine.The only critic we had was that the internet connexion was not working at the time, which made a little difficult to manage our various booking and reservations. I am certain that this is an issue easy to fix.Highly recommended to explore the streets of the Alfama.

They had bad service and they overcharged us. They also lied on their website and my kids cried about their service. So dont go to this place

Acabaram de completar algumas transacções durante a sua recolha na calçada. Eles foram muito úteis e completaram as transações muito rapidamente. Um produto danificado foi entregue e tive de processar uma troca. Eles foram além para garantir que o meu problema fosse resolvido. Estou muito grato por me terem podido ajudar.
Encomendei um Bbq e era suposto ser entregue no dia seguinte. Ele nunca chegou! Ligou para a loja 4 vezes e o telefone só tocou durante 30 minutos de cada vez. Finalmente alguém atendeu e disse porque nunca chegou, era suposto eu ligar e remarcar. Eu nunca recebi um e-mail ou mensagem de texto para fazer isso. Pior serviço de sempre!! Nunca mais voltar!
