É favor informar E CONTROLAR o barulho dos hóspedes. É necessário chamar a polícia todas as noites.

Convém começar a pedir aos hóspedes que há horas de silêncio e que a vizinhança trabalhadora não tem que aturar barulho noites inteiras. A Polícia será chamada muito em breve se o barulho continuar.

Pozytywna: Taras w sypialni w górnym apartamencie jest obszerny z super widokiem! Apartament na 3 poziomach, trzeba mieć to na uwadze podróżując z małymi dziećmi ... Super kontakt i życzliwość gospodarzy. Dobre wyposażenie obiektu. Bliskość komunikacji miejskiej, sklepików i restauracji. Super punkt widokowy kilka minut na piechotę od miejsca zamieszkania. Spokojna, bezpieczna dzielnica.. Negatywna: Taras w najniższym apartamencie( do apartamentu schodzi się schodkami w dół, poziom -0,5?). Apartament jest ładny, dobrze wyposażony ale trzeba mieć świadomość, że widok ogranicza się do ściany (powinna być wyczyszczona/ wymalowana). Gdybym oceniała ten apartament nie dałabym najwyższej noty za widok- a najniższą. Zdjęcia na stronie nie pokazują tego jednoznacznie. Tak czy inaczej jest to dodatkowa duża przestrzeń z której można korzystać :)

Positiva: La terraza pero dentro d e un dormitorio es una pena que no esté en el salon. Negativa: Faltaban cosas en la cocina y al hacer che out casi estaba vistiendo me y entraron 3 chicas a limpiar sin llamar si quiera vergonzoso

Positif: Salon et cuisine top ; 2 chambres isolées à l'étage du duplex avec salle de bain et wc. Négatif: Un petit problème a la douche

Positive: Overall nice apartment, though with some comments. If you are traveling by car parking is an issue, majority of apartments in old city in old houses will be with steep stairs and no elevator. Also could have been nice to have more supplies of dishwashing tablets and washing tablets. Some things (like shower on the third floore was broken). We got key one hour later than promised. So if you are looking for standard apartment choose other areas and use transportation to get to the city center. That’s what I would do next time.. Negative: Problems with parking, no elavator, broken shower.

Positif: Le logement est idéalement situé même si le tram est en ce moment en travaux ce qu'il fait qu'il n'y a plus de transport possible après 22h30 de la station Martin MORITZ donc marche de 30mn en montée mais ça fait les fessiers !!. Négatif: Nous étions 10 et nous avions 2 logements : - 1 pour 4 personnes, parfait avec 2 chambres (une suite avec salle de bain et toilette) et une autre de 2 petits lits ainsi qu'une autre salle de bain indépendante avec wc. Donc 2 salles de bain 2 toilettes pour 4, super (plus un canapé lit). Au niveau un de l'immeuble mais gros problème d'insonorisation de l'immeuble, on entend les allers et venus de tous les occupants de l'immeuble. - En revanche, l'autre logement pour 6 personnes avec seulement 2 chambres (lit double et l'autre 2 petits lits) et 2 canapés lit au salon (je n'avais pas fait attention lors de ma réservation). Mais avec une seule salle de douche avec toilette non séparé. Donc très compliqué en terme d'organisation à 6.... Plus problème avec douche. Autre problème, concernant le groom de l'entrée de l'immeuble qui est très bruyant tout comme le reste de l'immeuble. Mais le quartier est très calme cependant. Il serait intéressant aussi de prévoir au moins des torchons, ainsi que plus de grande tasse (3 par logement ...) et éventuellement des verres autres qu'à pied mais secondaire.

Positif: Très propre, bien équipé et bien meublé. Très bon accueil. Mise à disposition d un smartphone pour communiquer avec l'hôte et visiter la ville.. Négatif: Bruits de pas provenant de l'étage supérieur, quelques tâches de moisissures sur un mur.

Positiva: Las camas, la cocina con barra, el móvil de cortesía. Lo cómodo, amplio y nuevo, suelo de parquet.. Negativa: Nada reseñable. Que solo hubiera 3 tazas.

Positive: The location is ideal as it lies directly on the tram Nb 28E line. Nearby shops and small restaurants.. Negative: Although we booked for 7, only six beds were made. Sofabed is available as specified on website, but pillowcover and duvetcover had to be dressed by ourselves. Maintenance is quite disapointing: toilet seat was not fixed, toilet paper is not refilled and the rolls just lie there. There is no toiletpaper roll dispenser. Went exhaust are dirty. Chair on main table: one was quite broken and dangerous to sit on (luckily my daughter sat on it and not my father in law). She caught herself before she felt.

Positivo: Boa localização, anfitriões simpáticos, apartamento com aquecimento, ambiente acolhedor.... Negativo: O único aspecto a apontar é os lençóis/edredão.. de cama que apesar de parecerem lavados tinham pelos (não sei se foram lavados com alguma roupa escura que tenha largou pelo).

Θετικό: Παρα πολυ ωραιο και πρακτικο. Αρνητικό: Δεν λειτουργούσε το πλυντήριο πιάτων

Positivo: apartamento com espaço para 6 pessoas; boas camas; equipamento completo. Negativo: limpeza geral

Positiv: Appartment war ein wenig ausserhalb aber für uns gut gelegen / Haltestelle für das Tram 28 in 5min erreichbar / unkomplizierter check out / ruhig gelegen / beide Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Negativ: Schlüßelübergabe ließ auf sich warten, der junge Mann hat sich jedoch sofort entschuldigt

Positive: appartamento nuovo e pulito. Negazione: l'appartamento può ospitare solo 5 persone perché il divano letto è solo per una persona. La TV ed il modem non erano funzionanti sin dall'inizio e non sono stati riparati

Положительный: Очень удобное месторасположение напротив останавливается знаменитый трамвайчик .. Негативный: Апартаменты 3-х спальные в 3- х ярусах на первом кухня столовая на втором 2 спальни и санузел на третьем спальня санузел и терраса не очень удобно бегать по этажам . Ну а в целом неплохо.

Positief: Schoon, net appartement. Recent gerenoveerd dus alles was nog vrij nieuw. Leuke omgeving, tram 28 en verschillende buslijnen praktisch voor de deur.. Negatief: Geen grote spiegel. Erg kleine wasbak in 1 vd badkamers. Geen broodplank en broodmes

Positive: Ampio spazio. Alloggio bello e pulito. Tutto quello che serve a disposizione.. Negazione: Il tappeto (un po' sporco) nel salotto. Il bagno un po' piccolo.

Pozytywna: Apartament bardzo ladny, czysty. Robi bardzo dobre wrazenie. Nowoczesnie i bardzo porzadnie urzadzony. Taras przestronny. Dobra lokalizacja(blisko sklep oraz przystanek tramwajowy/autobusowy). Bardzo dobry stosunek jakosci do ceny. Negatywna: Minusy sa drobne i nie wplywaja znaczaco na bardzo dobra ocene apartamentu: Za malo krzesel na tarasie(4), mimo ze apartament przeznaczony jest dla 6 osob. Jedna suszarka na dwie lazienki. Nieszczelny kran w lazience na ostatnim pietrze. W ostatnim dniu pobytu, w sypialni na pierwszym piętrze, klimatyzacja kapala. Brak drzwi do sypialni na ostatnim pietrze, przez co wszystko slychac. Brak deski do krojenia. Zmywarka działała przez 5 min, po czym wylaczala sie i pikała. Osoba zarzadzajaca apartamentem spoznila sie pomimo ustalonej godziny przybycia.

Positief: Aangenaam modern ingericht appartement op wandelafstand van tramlijn 28 die je naar alle interessante plaatsen in Lissabon brengt. Er was ook een gratis smartphone inbegrepen met interessante apps om je weg door Lissabon te vinden, te facebooken en te whatsappen zonder die vervelende roamingkosten.. Negatief: Hoewel we proper badlinnen kregen, zeer goed, was er geen vaatdoek voorzien. Wel spijtig omdat de glazen te groot waren voor de vaatwasmachine

Positive: Tutto!. Negazione: Ci hanno fatto aspettare piu di un'ora per il check-in. Eravamo per strada con le valigie... Eppure appena atterrati avevo telefonato al gestore per comunicare l'orario di arrivo e insieme abbiamo calcolato circa 45 minuti. Tuttavia arrivati sul posto, dopo circa 40 minuti di macchina, abbiamo dovuto aspettare poco più di un'ora l'arrivo del commesso che ci consegnava l'appartamento.

Positief: Het was schoon en net onderhouden. Veel faciliteiten in het appartement. Daarnaast behoorlijk centraal, 10 minuten lopen naar de metro.

Positiv: Sehr schöne helle Räume. Viel Platz. Sehr gute Lage, unter Einheimischen und nicht so viele Touristen. Negativ: Das Schlafzimmer liegt zentral in der Wohnung, somit kann dieses nicht gelüftet werden und nachts kann man kein Fenster öffnen. Zuwenig Ablage- und Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer.

Positiu: La neteja.la roba.El diseny de l'apartament i la tranquilitat. I que ens van deixar entrar 3hores abans.. Negatiu: Que als sofàs no es pot dormir. Son curts i molt incomodes. No te ascensor.
