The accomodation was exactly as described and the photos are a true reflection of where youll be staying. This is in the heart of Alfama and is on the road where the famous Tram 28 passes, there are loads of bars and restaurants around you, so youll never need the kitchenette. If youre a light sleeper this may not be for you as you can hear the movement of neighbors above you in the evenings when they get back from work, however we were always tired after a day of exploration and slept soundly in the comfortable bed. Id highly recommend this to any couple who want to explore the oldest part of Lisbon, it is comfortable, clean and in a great location. Plus you have access to a free laundry in the ,

The apartment was great, exactly what we needed. Nicely decorated and comfy beds/ sofa bed and the view from the balcony to the river was beautiful. The Alfama Dreams Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Would definitely return!

Great location and modern decor. Good for a couple for a few nights. However not suitable for a family. We’d booked a room with a cot for our 9 month old. We arrived and there was no cot even though I’d emailed before we arrived. The sofa bed was the only thing offered which isn’t suitable as he rolls during the night which made this dangerous. The lady apologised but didn’t really give us a better solution. Also our sons knees were black within minutes of crawling on the floor so floors could do with a clean. Lastly the shower kept flooding and the toilet was faulty too. We were only there a couple of nights so put up with it but really disappointing as it has so much potential

The Good: We were lucky to get a room with actual windows, so it was light and airy whenever we leave windows open, and that is helpful because the heater fan they provided did not serve any cooling function. Lots of kitchen tools (pots, crockery, utensils) but no kettle. Shower was amazing. Bed was comfy. Enough plug points scattered about to charge our devices. Theres a laundry room with ironing board. Responsive to WhatsApp messages. Location is central in Alfama with tramstops outside, and Uber was convenient. Plenty of nearby restaurants and mini markets.The Bad: Only 3 small poor quality toilet rolls were provided, you will NOT get any extra even if you asked nicely. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom and floors feel grubby. Blankets and cushions smell stale. No housekeeping no matter how long your stay is. Its right beside a tram line so very very noisy from 5am to 1am, so be prepared with earplugs, and its a very rowdy area anyway full of tourists. No instruction on how to turn the hob on. In the courtyard outside the compound watch out for dog poo, lots of it. Our first night there, someone banged at at the gates opposite all night long, demanding Meera to let him in. Conclusion: If youre rough and ready type, this would be adequate for your needs, especially if youre outdoors most of the day. But if there is a hotel with comparable costs Id pick that instead next time for the convenience of unlimited loo rolls and simple housekeeping.

Superbe séjour en plein cœur de l'alfama. Petit nid douillet coloré. on s'y sent comme chez soi. Tout ce dont on a besoin. Très joli patio dommage que le petit-déjeuner ne soit pas proposé.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit einem sehr schönen Innenhof mit eigener Sitzgelegenheit. Etwas schade fanden wir, dass unser Apartment fensterlos war (das trifft aber wohl nicht auf alle Apartments dort zu, wir hatten Apartment 1). Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt im Herzen von Alfama, man kann die ganze Altstadt zu Fuß erkunden oder die Tram 28 nehmen, die direkt am Apartment vorbeifährt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind direkt in der Nähe.Durch die Lage im Hinterhof ist es prinzipiell ruhig, allerdings ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Das Apartment hat eine kleine Kochnische. Es wäre schön, wenn Basics wie Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker etc. vorhanden gewesen wären.
