Some good options here, including many pasta dishes. Soups are ok, not amazing. Also please use less plastic!

Should have read the reviews first. Absolutely awful service. I ordered an avocado toast and egg and it took over ten minutes for it to be ready. I got my coffee at the last minute and no lid so had to throw it out because at that point my flight was boarding. The toast, which I had to eat fast because of the delay, barely tasted like avocado. I took one bite of the egg and took a hard pass. Do not recommend this place at all. I went to the other location in the city and though they were friendlier, they also forgot my order until I went up to remind them. I never leave reviews, so this is saying a lot.

Awful service. Over ten mistakes when ordering two toasts for breakfast and very slow and inefficient. Also... Please don't scratch your face, nose or eyebrows while handling my food, which is very disgusting and unclean. Go Natural, please, give SHE seminars to your employees. (March, 2019)

It's not difficult after going natural here, to understand why McDonald's, KFC etc have such long queues, but there was none here. Despite the unfriendly staff, I thought I'd try the avocado and egg and a coffee for breakfast, lured in by the attractive dish on their posters. The coffee was OK, maybe even natural but the toast was anything but. Somehow half the egg was overcooked while the other half was almost raw. I honestly don't think there was any avocado in the dish, maybe it was the smear of green margarine like substance, but that just tasted like you'd imagine green margarine or a similar shade of paint to taste. The toast was also fresh from a plastic bag of cheap bread. And to complete the going natural experience...... it was served on a plastic plate with plastic cutlery. At least the plate was too small for the toast...got to do your bit for the environment. All in all then, nothing nice about the place or food... and definitely nothing natural about it. Treat yourself to one of the many unnatural alternatives instead, it'll be much better for you, and quite possibly the planet too!

No taste whatsoever. Penne with chicken and nuts - with only half a nut inside. Just a lot of white pasta without any sauce, oil, ...

Pena não haver menos de uma estrela. Até tivemos vergonha de ter um atendimento destes em Lisboa (Portugal). Empregados a rir constantemente, o virar de costas aos clientes, os 12 minutos para atender um turista que pediu 2 cafés e uma caixa de pasteis de nata: tudo resultou em 15 minutos para pedir, pagar e servir um café com 4 empregados atrás do balcão e 10 clientes na fila (os que aguentaram e não fugitam). Dá para rir ou para chorar, dependendo da perspectiva.

A comida até que é boa, mas o atendimento é péssimo. Os funcionários ficam brigando uns com os outros enquanto nos atendem.

What’s so „natural“ about all the single-serving plastic packages? The fusilli pasta was completely tasteless...

The toast I had was rock hard, with barely anything on it. The egg was not freshly cooked, yet they managed to have half of it feel near-raw and the yellow be grey and powdery inside. The coffee was equally terrible, and nothing about this experience was natural excepting maybe the overpriced 200ml of orange juice I had. The service was medoocre at best, as neither the cook seemed to know what to do, or the cashier (who took a good 7 minutes to serve me this instant dish, pour a coffee and make me pay). Ive also never seen so much single use stuff. But thank goes the tray covers are made out of recycled paper. A veggie burger at McDonald's will be more natural, cheaper and better for the environment (yup, it was that bad).

Quase impossivel achar uma refeição vegana no aeroporto. Esse foi o único lugar que achei, pena que tem apenas 1 opção vegana e que não é nada barata. Apesar de tudo é muito saboroso.

Nice food and clean store. I took a while to pay because the ATMs machine was broken, but the employee was very nice and explained to me the problem. As i don't understand Portuguese, i asked her to help me see the flight number and she went with me to help! In the end, i gave to her 20 euros tip as a thankfull, but she only taked 10€. she was very attentive and friendly

I ordered a pasta, it took me a long time just to pay because the ATM didn't work, and the old lady at the checkout didn't offer me the menu, but after paying I saw that the customer next door was offered the menu. The old lady looked upset so she worked slowly and unwillingly. I was waiting 15 minutes for the pasta and when the old lady arrived she scratched her nose and, without washing her hands, grabbed my plate at a time when we live on health alert and inside the airport !!!! I complained and demanded my money and she looked at me, didn't answer and motioned to her colleague next door. And that's how I saw that there are still good employees, she said her name was Tannia and she was the manager, and asked why she was unhappy. when i finished speaking he apologized, ordered a new dish and ordered the old lady to wash her hands and told her it was not correct. then she handed my plate over to the table, apologized again and wished her a good trip, when I thanked her for her attention, she said she just did her job and smiled. That's why God bless you for really giving importance to my complaint, but you deserve 5 * for your understanding

The pricing is bad, the service is bad, everything is bad here... Even the way they made my salad was bad, the employee wouldn't even speak to me I had to turn my ear and scooch forward to hear her. 0 help, said it was my first time and she didn't even want to help me choose... Here's the salad, it was meh

If there is a bottom level for the restaurants they are knocking from below. Go in the name should mean run. Natural in their perspective is plastic with chemistry in the food. The land of plastic boxes and bags. The food with no taste and absolutely no sense of ecological approach. Very bad.

Really bad customer service. I've been ordering coffee with milk 4 days a week for the past 3 months and there's no consistency in the quality of the product and even more, the price. The menu says 2€, but I've been randomly charged 2.20€ depending on who's serving me, or are they in a good or bad mood. I got fed up one day with the made up price system so when I handed in 2€ the lady serving me snapped at me saying it's 2.20€. After a few minutes of confrontation and me pointing at the huge menu board with prices behind her, she said it's 2.20€ for coffee to go (this information is not visibly available anywhere). I guess she got tired of arguing over 20 cents so she proceeded to make the coffee I ordered (with visible dissatisfaction) , however after I left I realised the paper cup was only half way full (guess she really needed to prove her point about the 20 cents by not putting enough milk in my coffee). It's not that big of a deal, it's just a coffee, but this level of customer service is totally unacceptable at the biggest terminal at the biggest airport in the country.

Food was ok, but how should it be “going natural” if they serve out with plastic cutlery? I do realize that at an airport the usage of real cutlery could be problematic, but they could have gone with wood instead of plastic.

Plastic cutlery does not go well with the name. Everything to go is packed in plastic as well. Staff is not friendly but gets job done.

Fila gigante e apenas 2 caixas abertas. Só um dos MB estava a funcionar... sem contactless. Tive que ficar com as embalagens nas mãos até chegar à caixa porque não havia tabuleiros. E não foi a primeira vez que o atendimento foi péssimo aqui na loja do aeroporto.

They seem to have collected the unfriendliest people in Lisbon to work here. Made to order meals are served on stoneware. Plastic cutlery though. It’s easy to prefer the yellow arches next door.

You can't call this food. We went here because the line was shorter. We now know why. Even supermarket food is better than this. Its just that this is disguised as healty fare when in reality it's bland, reheated food at really exorbitant prices. I got the wrap and the pasta which were both reheated in the microwave, in their packaging at the SAME time. Pasta was ok while the wrap cold. The service was rudimentary and the old lady behind the counter just wanted to process you. The other one could not properly answer the other guest what salada sauce was used. The first time at Go Natural, I thought the food there was a fluke but it seems like you really can't expect much from this franchise. But its partly my bad because I should have trused my instincts looking at the condition of the food in the fridge. Other thing was that I was just hungry.

Apesar de se tratar de comida saudável, os pratos são aquecidos no microondas, comí no local mas o prato foi servido na mesma embalagem que estava em exposição. Uma única pessoa a atender ao balcão. Sendo este aeroporto muito concorrido, justificava ter mais uma pessoa ao balcão.

O prato apresentado na publicidade é mais aplelativo do que o prato real no entanto o sabor é satisfatório para um prato saudável com poucos ingredientes. O menu ainda inclui uma tijela de sopa e uma bebida. O serviço funciona bem e o tempo de espera é pouco. Ótimo para uma refeição rápida. Existem tambem saladas e sumos naturais já preparados para consumo imediato.

Great food at the airport. Lots of choices for pasta and rice. Went here during a 2 hour transfer in December 2018. You order ahead, get the buzzer and they freshly prepare your pasta or rice/risotto. When done you pick up your pasta and eat. Would recommend this place for a quick and tasty lunch at Lisboa Airport.

Comida en tuppers para tomar allí o llevar. Muy buena calidad y precio, pinta muy casero.

Me comí el menú pasta. La verdad que los pennes con nueces, pollo y cherry no estuvieron mal. De precios están en la media de los aeropuertos. Me faltó encontrar con facilidad enchufes para cargar el móvil.

The worst pasta I've ever tried. The so called pesto tastes as grass... the chicken pasta is simply plain... horrible both.
