Myself&hubby r just home from here, we went all inclusive. We had a fantastic holiday, food, staff, pools&room was great. Wud definitely go back xx

I was quite happy with my stay at Vila Rosa. My only complaint was the lack of sidewalks and therefore difficulty walking to the bridge and over the motorway to Praia da Rocha. Of course this is not the fault of Vila Rosa but it was hazardous walking at night. Im 71 and fell once and injured knee and ribs. Took a taxi the last two nights. Also as I dont have phone or tablet would have appreciated a Wifi connected computer in the lobby. Desk clerk printed out my boarding pass for me, which was much appreciated.

Sehr laut (Haupthaus) Musik praktisch den ganzen Tag. Reggae schon morgens. Abends bis Mitternacht dann Live-Musik oder Karaoke. Langweiliges Frühstück in einem fensterlosen Raum. Der Poolbereich ist sehr großzügig und sauber. Genügend Liegen sind vorhanden. Aber auch wieder Musik. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber.

Hotel clean enough not much choice in food we arrived last we'd food was good was cold come sat the put the temp up on the hot plate now it's luke warm we r all inclusive for snacks it is only ice cream and that is from 11-5 a d if u like a vodka or gin it doesn't start till 7pm to 11pm and if u want a juice before 11am it is not allowed breakfast is ok but would like a change of type of egg and not just scrambled entertainment us medioca and there is nothing in a Sunday I will certainly not be back

Nice and friendly staff. Not all speak English . Wi-fi is just at main building as well as sat tv . We didn't had wi-fi and had just Portuguese channels. We stayed 8 nights, first two we were freezing. Got just 2 pieces of soap and 3 small shower gel bottles for 4 people family. Food was very good. A bit boring same food on breakfast, but lunch and dinner was very good. Definitely will return. Just hopefully will get better room . And we had just one set of keys ,

Für das Geld darf man nicht mehr erwarten. Sauber und großzügig geschnittene Unterkunft, die leider etwas streng nach Insektenverniachtungsmittel roch. Wir hatten fur einen Nacht ein Superior Zimmer.

O hotel é agradável é o quarto era novo, fiquei 2 noites e quando arrumaram o quarto não trocaram as toalhas!
O pequeno-almoço era muito fraquinho, eu perguntei porquê que nem ovos tinha, responderam era abril e que ainda não tinham a cozinha a funcionar, não tenho nada a ver com isso o atendimento devia ser igual o ano inteiro.

The check in staff were very efficient and helpful. The apartment was comparable to 4 star , with plenty of space, every amenity and very clean. They provided twin beds but at my request joined them to make a double. This was early season so not all on site facilities were yet open, but there are several outdoor pools. The WIFI could have been better but enjoyed my stay.

Great place definitely I can recommend it! Really good service, helpful saff. We visited this place in low season so swimming pool was closed. It is just one thing what they can improve I mean breakfast I know it was in low season but I thought we gonna have more varieties, unfortunately every day was a same. Aparat that great place for a holiday. Everyday room Service with fresh towels.

With its friendly staff and the way the apartments are spread on site, Clube VilaRosa succeeds in offering a pleasant stay for a successful holiday.Being situated just a short walk away from Praia da Rocha, it does make life easier to any holidaygoers who prefers a quiet area surrounded by everything within short reach.On our 4 nights stay, during New Years Eve, we had an enjoyable time apart from the WiFi which did not work at all, as our devices could not be connected whatsoever, so there is room for improvements on this part, as Clube VilaRosa advertises itself as a facility that offers WiFi services.It goes without saying that it most likely requires a much more powerful WiFi router.The kitchen had decent utensils but no detergent nor sponge have not been provided for washing up the dishes, so it needs attention on this bit.Clube VilaRosa does provide air con, so anyone may cool down or warm up when cold, which is good but not ideal nowadays.In terms of having a shower, our apartment had a boiler that was not able to cope with our demands on some occasions, meaning that if someone wants to have a longer shower or a soaking bath, the hot water will run out shortly.All in all, for a hassle free holiday, I would personally go for another accomodation, as Portimao offers a great variety of places to go for.

Although it was a little difficult to find initially ,it was worth the search. I was given a warm reception and shown all facilities and then taken to the room which was perfect for me. If I had one criticism it was that the kitchen area wasnt particularly well equipped so cooking was limited, but it didnt detract from the stay. I must say a special thank you to Jessica, the receptionist who was so helpful and friendly and helped make my stay more enjoyable

Thus is my fourth visit to Vilarosa and I have loved it every time. Helpful staff, spotlessly clean, well maintained gardens and pools and convenient for beach and town. Just far enough from both to allow a feeling of tranquillity.

We stayed in a superior 2 bedroom self-catering apartment, which had all facilities required, including coffee machine, teapot, microwave, pots, pans, crockery, corkscrew, wine glasses, chopping board, utensils. We just had to buy washing-up liquid and food. The apartment has a large living room/front door entrance wirh a separate kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom. The twin bedroom has a door leading to a patio area, as did the lounge. We had a large patio area with table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. I would recommend Clube Vilarosa superior 2 bed apartments to families. It is worth paying a bit more for all the facilities for an enjoyable holiday. It was fairly quiet when we stayed in October. It is a ten to fifteen minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. A taxi costs only four to five euros each way. Most days we walked and returned by taxi.

Fortunately for us we were moved to Vilarosa when our original resort was closed.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Our apartment was clean with plenty of hot water. The resort grounds was kept immaculate.

Die Appartements sind gut gelegen in Portimao – einerseits nur 500 Meter zu Praia da Rocha und auch gute Anbindung an Autobahn nach Faro. Viele schöne Strände sind nicht weit, Ausflüge nach Lagos, Sagres, Silves etc. Die Appartements sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ruhig.

O apto é bem dividido, a piscina é muito boa, entretanto o atendimento é displicente, e as fotos no site do hotel não tem nada a ver com a realidade. Escolhemos um apartamento, quando chegamos o apartamento não era o que havíamos reservado e fomos colocados em outro apartamento. O Serviço de limpeza é péssimo, não limpam embaixo das camas e nem nos cantos, encostam as camas as paredes varrem o centro, quando varrem.

A 10 anos que venho para o Algarve este resort foi o pior e dos mais caros. Fiz uma reserva com tudo incluído onde na verdade isso não acontece... Quarto razoável mas pouca limpeza onde encontrei uma barata com 5cm... Buffet razoável mas pouca opção sobremesas só sabem fazer mulsse, sumos cocktails nada de natural sai tudo de maquina enfim pessimo

Gli appartamenti, completi di tutto, erano sempre puliti giornalmente e gli asciugamani ogni 2 giorni. I dipendenti della struttura villa Rosa sono stati gentilissimi e molto premurosi con noi. La posizione della struttura era in una posizione strategica per il raggiungimento delle spiagge più belle di Praia de Rocha e di supermercati e di tutti i servizi. La consiglio a tutti.

Lo único es que no está nada adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida o carritos de bebés, en la reserva pusimos que íbamos con un bebé y nos dieron el apartamento más alto que había teniendo que subir el carrito por una escalera de caracol... Lo mismo pasó en el comedor.

It is located at such a nice place that everything is near to it. The villas were sparkling clean and had all the amenities that we required. Pools were clean. Cleaners did their job nicely. Aircons were really powerful. Very spacious rooms.
Only cons is: The parking is not guaranteed. There are lot of free parking places around. If you are lucky (which I was) you may find one very close.

Nos hospedamos en un apartahotel;no estaba mal;lo único que creo que deben mejorar es el ruido de las limpiadoras por las mañanas,daban portazos,golpes,hablaban a voces y se escucha muchísimo de una habitación a otra y eso sí,las camas muy incómodas,no podías descansar bien,y por las mañanas tenías a las limpiadores a voces desde bien temprano..no dispone de ascensor,asiq atentos por si queréis llevar carrito de bebé y por último, el parking era un recinto lleno de columnas aleatorias,q tenías q buscarte la vida para aparcar y que el otro coche q tenías al lado pudiese salir,un poco jaleo..;por lo demás,precio muy bueno y céntrico,a la playa andando 15min,aunq a veces nos llevábamos el coche y aprovechábamos para irnos a otras playas,recomiendo ir a otras playas,visitad Lagoa, y Lagos playas preciosas!!!!!!!!

This place looks nice. They have here a lot of houses that you can rent, and a hotel I think. Some of this houses have a private pool that you can share with other room in the same villa. Also, they have a big pool on the gues house. The people here are nice to you, the gardens around every villa are maintained and looks nice. The room is cleaned every day.
I gave them 4 stars because of their breakfast that was three stars from five.

Me gustaron las instalaciones y la habitación. Estuvimos 4 días.No me gustó nada la atención al cliente ni el servicio de limpieza,no nos cambiaron las toallas ni las sabanas en los 4 días a pesar de estar sucias, la terraza ni la barrieron en todos los dias y estaba sucia ya que era el unico sitio que teniamos para comer en la habitacion puesto que no esta preparada para comer dentro.La TV cogía todos los canales menos los españoles ya que tenia puesto un PIN para impedirnos buscarlos. Estive em vilarosa na primeira semana de setembro. O apartamento à chegada está limpo mas ao longo da estadia a limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Só trocam as toalhas uma vez ao longo da semana. Um dos dias, por achar que as toalhas não esta am em condições coloquei-as no chão para que fossem recolhidas e substituídad. Qual não foi omeu espanto quando percebo que as se horas da limpeza voltaram a colocar as toalhas sujas nos respetivos toalheiros. Limpeza com nota muito negativa. Para o preço que se paga não recomendo a estadia.

After a small hiccup with check-in (the posted address leads you to a block behind the check-in area) we had a very nice stay. The room/apartment was VERY large with a great double balcony overlooking the pool area. I was concerned about noise from the pool, but it was quiet until well after 10am. We did not pay for the all-inclusive features, but the property is a quick 10-15 walk to the main Praia da Rocha strip of restaurants, shops and activities (a hilly walk, but what isn’t in Portugal)!! My husband and I commented that staying on the actual strip would definitely be loud with bar music playing into the early morning hours. This property gave good proximity to the nightlife while giving you a quiet place to rest when you want to leave the hustle and bustle.

I'm giving this a 3 star because it was just OK. I booked this last minute and the price was great and exactly what we needed, the added bonus of a pool was great as we were revelling with a 6 year old who loves the pool. When we arrived our room wasn't ready, which is fine as we arrived early, we were able to check in nevertheless. During check in another guest had an issue so it felt that their attention was all over the place. I was asked for ID, although I already paid for the room, I explained we were coming from Lisbon so we had no documents (I'm Portuguese so I don't take documents everywhere I go). They accepted this, then we left the bags and got changed to go to a water park, it was good that they had the facilities to do this. When we arrived I went to the desk to get our keys and be shown to our room, when I went to pick up the keys, other guests starting coming in and once again, the guy started serving them before finishing with me, this was frustrating. I then asked if someone could show us to our room as this place is quite big and it's a compound, we waited for about 30 minutes for this. When we got there the gentleman who showed us to our room advised that we should've been given a card to get to the pool as otherwise its quite far to walk around, this was annoying but easily sorted. We weren't told anything about how it works, cleaning wise, WiFi password, but again not fussed as I had this info on the confirmation email. The apartment was nice and spacious for us, sofa bed wasn't comfortable and unfortunately was very very dusty! The shower ran out of hot water in the 3rd shower which was very frustrating for me as Ias the one who had the cold shower. Despite all of this, kitchen was nicely kitted with what we needed, if you want to cook you can, we had plenty of towels and sheets, nice balcony, the pool area was nice and there's a shallow pool for kids, plenty of sun beds. The area felt very safe. I can't give more than 3 because of issues outlined above, but overall not a bad experience.

Was OK for a couple nights stay. The price was fairly reasonable for the stay and the pool was quite nice with plenty of seating on loungers and under umbrellas. There were plenty of sheets and towels in the bedroom. There was also a balcony with seating if you wanted to sit in the sun and chill. Very good location with a short walk to some local restaurants and short drive to the local beach.
Few problems however. With check in or in any interaction with staff, they will start trying to serve another customer despite being in the middle of my query or check in which made the process longer than it needed to be. When we checked in, we had to wait for someone to show us to the room but had to wait 20mins for this. They didn't leave us with the key for this. The room was OK but the floor was dirty to the point where you don't want to walk around barefoot. Any outlets were few and far between with only one in the kitchen for the microwave, toaster and kettle. The bedroom only had one which was too large for the plugs we had.
Despite saying WiFi was available, they provided no information for this.

Grands espaces autour de la piscine pour la serviette avec chaises longues et parasols. Activités sportives gratuites dans la piscine (Zumba). Bar restaurant animé (barbecues, musique, spectacles). Très bien situé (calme) à 15 min de la plage et de ses animations (restaurants, commerces). Recommandé pour les familles et les étrangers (le personnel parle anglais).

It was an ok space, nice pool area but strange policies on drink and ice cream. Food was warm, not hot, and was a limited choice. No snacks provided between meal times. My accommodation was big but needed updating and a good clean. We had limited hot water for 3 days which meant only one of us had a warm shower! It is also very built up around the resort and there is not a lot to do.

Staff, pool, food, rooms were all perfect. Although we didnt go all inclusive we had food a couple of nights and it was so tasty. Staff were so polite and kind and you could have a laugh. The only thing we didnt like is we paid extra for balcony as we are two smokers, and we were given a non smoking room with no balcony and we had to keep walking through the hotel and reception for a ciggaret. But over all would highly reccomend so clean and peacful

Um bom hotel para ter umas férias confortáveis e descansadas a cerca de 18 minutos a pé das zonas das praias.
Positivos - Piscina é bastante grande e tem uma grande zona funda. Quartos renovados e bastante limpos. O hotel é bastante espaçoso, tranquilo e limpo.
Negativos - Apenas a apontar o pequeno almoço com pouca variedade e a qualidade dos produtos não era a melhor.

Hotel com algumas lacunas... A minha estadia começou muito mal. APARTAMENTO cheirava a lixívia e, como era domingo não me podiam trocar de quarto porque não tinham nenhum responsável no hotel e quem me solucionava o problema seria a minha agência. Liguei agência que ligou ao diretor que como estava de folga, deu a mesma resposta agência. A única solução seria o apartamento a cheirar a lixívia, como tenho duas crianças pequenas rejeitei, pedindo o livro de reclamações e a restituição do dinheiro. O mesmo não podia ser devolvido pk não havia nenhum responsável. Percebi que tinha 3 soluções... Dormir no apartamento a cheirar a corrosivo, dormir na recepção ou chamar a polícia... Optei pela terceira e pliiimmm.... Apareceu o diretor no hotel e trocou_e de apartamento. 3h para fazer um check in. No entanto os funcionários do hotel, especialmente os do Bar/Restaurante eram todos muito simpáticos e prontos ajudar. Mas na comida muito pouca variedade é piscinas sujas. No geral não recomendo de todo.

Não se deixem enganar pelos comentários positivos. Tem alguns apartamentos, decrépitos, tipo anos 80, sem ar condicionado. Tive que vir para a varanda a meio da noite com tanto calor que tive. Colxões em muito mau estado. Pouca variedade de comida. Sala de jantar sem ar-condicionado, para comer tem que se transpirar mesmo muito.

Os apartamentos são deprimentes, em mau estado de conservação, coisas partidas, com ferrugem, lâmpadas fundidas, o mini frigorífico esteve o tempo todo a fazer um barulho horrível, à noite não dava para dormir com esse barulho, principalmente os meus filhos pois a cama deles era no sofá da sala que é com kitchnet.
O pequeno almoço é deplorável. Já comi muito melhor e paguei muito menos.
As garagens para deixar os carros são uma anedota, além de não estarem arranjadas, são minúsculas.
A piscina não sei pois não experimentei.
Em suma, condições horríveis para o dinheirão que paguei.
Não vou voltar e não recomendo.

My daughter and I have just come back from villa rosa, weather was amazing, hotel very central to beach, clean, modern and reception and restaurant staff very friendly. Bar staff were ok but not friendly as they could be to make a nice holiday. The food was the same most days, exactly the same for breakfast every morning , same lunch time as evening meal doesn't really cater for kids food. The refreshment coffee, soft drink machines where turned of some of the day so not really all inclusive and all we where told was it was the end of season. If you pay for all inclusive you expect all inclusive all day and night at least drinks. Other than food poor drinks machines being turned off my daughter and I had a lovely holiday.

Apartamentos poco accesibles, el "resort" está lleno de cuestas y escaleras, nada recomendable para niños pequeños, personas mayores ni minusválidos. No esperaba grandes lujos, por supuesto, pero los apartamentos están poco mantenidos y sucios, de los baños mejor ni hablar, aparte de mal olor (no sólo a cerrado) se nota que ni se limpia en condiciones ni hay nadie que controle el trabajo de las personas que limpian. Poca atención a los detalles, quien venga que traiga su propio jabón, gel, champú ya que a nosotros nos han dejado una sola pastilla de jabón pequeña para 5 personas durante 3 días. Resumiendo, si estás en forma y eres poco delicado para la mugre este es tu hotel, si te gustan las cosas limpias busca otro sitio.

Stayed in the newly remodeled part of the resort. Rooms were nice and had a lot of space, the bathroom was very clean. The whole complex seems nice, but still some renovations at the other parts of the complex are certainly needed, judged by he look from outside. Pool area seemed to be well kept, but we didn't use it. Wifi is only available in the bar area and at the lobby. Most of the guests seemed to be British and there only for beach and sun time. You walk about 10 minutes to the big plaia, where you find a lot of restaurants, beach umbrellas and British Bachelorette Party groups. Walking to the city takes you about 20/25 minutes, through a residential area.

Was my second time at clube villarosa, I love it.. The staff were amazing, so friendly and willing to help in any way, especially in the bar and restaurant. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily by accommodation staff (they do a great job) also had air conditioning which was a great bonus. Not even a ten min walk to the beach it's perfect and peaceful at night. I can't fault, and definitely will be back

We rented five different apartments and gathered in the morning by the pool which was at the centre of the complex, or, the younger ones who didnt see mornings, at the very local Portuguese restaurant (very reasonably priced and excellent food). The fabulous beach is just a 10 min walk, with restaurants, bars/nightclubs and shops, where you can also find a supermarket. There is an excellent local shop 3 mins away and a pizza place near the same location. Couldnt fault and all 13 in our party are more than happy to go back next year.

Das Hotel war mit Navi gut zu finden, allerdings ist die Garage herausforderung! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei allen Anliegen geholfen. Die Anlage ist wirklich wunderschön und besitzt sogar einen kleinen Shop. Das einige was wir zuwenig beachtet haben ist, das wir doch ein Stück zu laufen hatten ans Meer (ca. 20 min.) War waren sehr zufrieden und würden auch wieder dieses Apart-Hotel auswählen.

Personal zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Appartement sehr groß, Inneneinrichtung älter, könnte mal erneuert werden. Bad hat 70er Jahre Charme. Pool schön. Haben kein Frühstück gebucht. Bar nicht sehr einladend.

Добирались на поезде, поэтому от вокзала взяли такси - правильно сделали, потому что не так-то просто найти, но отель достаточно известный, поэтому многие по названию узнают и с радостью покажут дорогу! Заселились без проблем -студия - кухня со всей необходимой посудой, просторная комната ( ванная в том числе), кондиционер, телевизор, большой балкон с прекрасным видом на бассейн и зеленые насаждения! Персонал отзывчивый и компетентный! Разговаривают практически на всех языках -в том числе и на русском! Приятно!
Один небольшой минус-несколько далековато от океана, примерно 10-15 минут пешком, но зато по пути расположены все необходимые аптеки, магазины и уютнейшие кафе!
До крупных супермаркетов идти порядка двух км, но это того стоит - порадовали и цены и разнообразие ассортимента! ( в отеле с радостью подскажут как добраться!)
Замечательный отель! Мы в восторге!

Aufenthalt war sehr Positiv!Sehr gutes Brasilianisches Rodizio Restaurant für super Preis in der Anlage!Muss man weiter empfehlen!nächstes Jahr wieder!!

Zufrieden mit Pool, Preis, und Personal. Die Betten ein bisschen dürftig aber ausreichend.Der Strand ist ganz gut zu erreichen, etwa 5-10 minuten Fußmarsch.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe einiger Strände, etwa 15 Minuten entfernt von der Party-Strandpromenade zu Fuß).Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommendDie ZImmer und das Hotelgelände sind sehr sauber und bieten ein schönes Ambiente.Alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden!
