Very disappointing experience. Extremely unprofessional stuff. I was visiting Lisbon for one day and wanted to do a makeover for my next trip. I was expecting that in Europe they must have know how to perform a beauty services. And they were in more less good area. Only one person was speaking English. I explained what I wanted to do with my hair and showed her a picture. She assured me that she knows and kind of was laughing at me when I asked couple times: "are you sure you know what I'm taking about?" Anyway I did manicure that was the worse in my life. The Chinese salons in New York do it 100 times better. Then they colored my hair. I wanted to do bayalage. First of all, the technique they used was horrifying. They teased my entire hair and then applied the color on the ends. When they were combing it, I was on the edge of crying it hurt so bad. When I saw the result it was horrible. They didn't do anything new but made my hair look worse. I had brown hair and my ends was white. When I told them I don't want to pay for such terrible job. They refused and made me pay for this.
