Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend.Metro Station und Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, wir hatten zwei Balkone, sehr schön und neu eingerichtet. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist mit allem ausgestattet, mit Kaffeemaschine und Kaffeekapseln, großer Kühlschrank und Kochmöglichkeit. Super für eine Städtereise. Die Kommunikation war völlig unproblematisch und freundlich. Wir hatten überhaupt nichts auszusetzen und kommen gerne wieder.

Guest house très agréable et bien équipée. Les chambres sont propres et nettoyées quotidiennement. L'hôte est serviable et très sympa. Le tout est à 2 pas du métro donc très pratique pour bouger. On y a passé un bon séjour.

Es war doch sehr laut vom Straßenverkehr, obwohl andere Teilnehmer geschrieben hatten, dass die Fenster sehr gut Isoliert sind.Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass man das benutzte Toilettenpapier bitte nicht in die Toilette werfen darf, da diese sonst nicht mehr funktioniert. Das Papier sollte in einem kleinen Eimer neben der Toilette geworfen werden. Allerdings war das dann auch der einzige Mülleimer im Bad,Das ist für mich ein absolutes no go!Ansonsten war Bob ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns viele nützlichen Tipps gegeben hat, was die Umgebung angeht.

Nice and clean (medium sized) room with a comfy bed and a small desk. Clean towels were supplied daily. Large (shared) dining room and a kitchen equipped with all you need for making meals at home. Good location, metro and bus stops very close. Walking distance to Lisbon university. Several grocery stores nearby. Bob is a very welcommimg host. Thank you, Bob!

Apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable with a good level of facilities. There was a shopping/food hall opposite and a takeaway and shop next to the building entrance. Access to the metro system only a stones throw away and lots of bus stops on main road. Although situated on the eighth floor there were two lifts and a good level of security, both into the building and onto the floor from the lift area. There was a communal kitchen area that was very well equipped and a lounge area with large tv and digi/satellite box. The apartment owner was friendly and very helpful. All in all, a great little place only let down by the building next door being renovated. If you wanted a lie in after 8.00 am forget it or at least check work has been finished first.

Good location close to metro and train station. Comfy bed, private bathroom and shared kitchen, which is well equipped. Small balcony with table and chairs to sit and watch the world go by. Nice view over the city.

Excelente! Recomendo. Tem tudo por perto. Shopping do outro lado da rua. Metro na mesma quadra. Várias linhas de onibus. Anfitrião Bob super atencioso. Quarto limpíssimo diariamente. Cozinha super completa. Excelente maquina de lavar e secar roupa. O quarto que fiquei tem uma ótima e linda varanda de frente a praça. Considerando tudo isto, tenho a finalizar dizendo que o preço da diária é o melhor que se pode achar, ficando até barato em relação aos hoteis disponíveis. Mas atenção: por ser dificílimo encontrar vagas, tem que reservar com muita antecedencia.

It is a very perfect guest house. The Manager Bob is very kindlyand helpful. Everything is wonderful.

Bob and his wife were fantastic! I had requested early checkin and our room was ready upon arrival. Clean and friendly staff. The location was perfect as it is a few steps to the metro! Super close to the CP train station to head to Sintra. I highly recommend this to people who are not traveling with children. We were very comfortable here during our week long visit.

The apartment was very conveniently located near metro, airport shuttle stop, and lots of shops and restaurants if you don’t want to go downtown. The host was very helpful and offered a quick overview of the neighborhood along with maps. He made himself available in case any other questions came up. Check in and out was very easy. The apartment is clean and nicely appointed with modern furnishings, and plentiful and convenient power outlets. Our apartment had two balconies which allowed a nice cross breeze. The building is on a busy street with high traffic volume. We couldn’t leave the balcony doors open at night because of the street noise, so the AC kept us cool. We did have a great view of the Campo Pequeno bullring and a gorgeous sunrise. It was a nice landing pad for our last night in Portugal.

The apartment was clean and within close proximity to the train station. There was free unlimited coffee/tea/sweets. The flat was secure with coded doors downstairs and into the flat as soon as soon as you come out of the lifts. There was a washing machine for your laundry. The common room had a television, lounge and dining table. The bedroom had a television and two balconies overlooking the Main Street. You could just chill out and watch the world go by. I enjoyed watching the planes as they descended into the airport. That was really lovely. The windows were double glazed to block out the noise. There was a bus stop directly outside the Tupperware building. You can also do your shopping or watch cinema below the bullring opposite the building. There is a room to keep your left luggage after you have checked out. I would rate this place 10/10. The owner of the flat, Bob, was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely be staying in this place when next I visit Lisbon.
