Das Gästhaus gehört zu einem Kreis von 7 Herbergen - Shiadumitten in der Nacht Empfang mit Kaffe oder Tee , freundlich , Koffer auf Zimmer gebracht, überall alte Schätze - Tesoro... Zimmer mit Blick auf Platz und Stadt Richtung Zentrum. Kaffee kocher im Zimmer, Heizung, Tresor, Mini KS, Frühstück üppig, man kann alles bestellen, sehr freundlich, gute Kuchen etc,. Bibliothek, Aufenthaltsraum mit Bar, 4 Minuten zu Fuss zum Rossio Bahnhof , Flughafenbus hält vor der Türe, Bruna kümmert sich mit dem Team sehr um die Gäste. Wenn man tagsüber mit dem Lift aus dem 3.Stock hinunterfährt - steht man im Schuhgeschäft !!! Mit schöner Ware..

Sehr zu empfehlen! Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt, idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Lissabon zu erkunden. Wir hatten Zimmer 507 mit direktem Blick auf die Burg. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstück war gut, versch. Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet, lecker hausgemachte Marmeladen. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel, die Mitarbeiter sind absolut klasse!!!!Unten im Haus ist ein Schuhgeschäft, ab der 3. Etage beginnt das Hotel, Zimmer zur Straße ein bisschen laut, wenn man bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen möchte.Tolles Viertel, alles super zu erreichen.

If you like feeling at home when you travel -- and in a very stylish home, at that -- then Tesouro da Baixa is the place for you! My fiancé and I recently visited to start planning our wedding and we absolutely loved our stay here. Ideally located in the heart of Lisbon, there are plenty of great shops and restaurants in the area it's easy to get almost everyone on foot. The hotel itself, which is perhaps better thought of as a chic guesthouse, occupies the upper 4 floors of a historic building and has a lot of style and character. But the best part, by far, was the exceptional service we received from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. Vera, Josefa, Mika, Pedro, Bruna and Rafa could not have been friendlier, warmer or more accommodating: they even upgraded our room and gave us a bottle of wine to help us celebrate our wedding preparations. We also loved our free walking tour with Rafa, who is very knowledgable about the city and its history and covered lots of interesting ground off the main tourist path. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and the staff provided excellent recommendations of things to see, do and eat. Truly one of the best hospitality experiences we've ever had and we look forward to staying with our new Lisbon "family" again on our next visit!

This place is a gem. I've traveled extensively, and this is one of those rare places where you experience truly great service with the staff - you feel so welcome, it's almost like feeling loved. The beds are comfy, the TV works in many languages, the location is unmatched, and the price is optimal. No wonder you need to book this place months in advance.

Wunderbares Boutique-Hotel im Zentrum von Lissabon. Das sehr freundliche Personal ist immer gerne bereits einem zu helfen oder nützliche Tipps zu geben. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber, ohne viel ChiChi aber mit netten Details. Ein mit viel liebe zubereitetes Frühstücksbuffet, den portugiesischen Gewohnheiten entsprechend mit einem hohen Anteil Süssigkeiten, verschönt den Start in den Tag.Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum der Stadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt sind bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen. Andernfalls sind die Bus-, Tram- und eine Metrostation nur 50m entfernt.Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Uno de los mejores hoteles de Lisboa: habitaciones amplias y con gran aislamiento acústico y térmico, muy cerca del Estuario del Tajo, de la estación de tren de Rossio, a diez minutos de la Plaza de Luis de Camoes y a veinte minutos de la Plaza del Marqués de Pombal. El personal es muy atento, sobre todo Mika, Joao y Dimitri, y orientan bien sobre qué lugares visitar y restaurantes donde poder comer auténtica comida portuguesa.

조식이 형편없다.
햄과 치즈도 한종류.
빵종류도 적고, 음료도 다양하지 않다.
이전에 묵었던 곳에선 포르투갈 답게 나타도 직접 구워져 나왔고, 연어와 다양한 햄치즈가 있었다.
냉장고에 루소 생수도 마음껏 가져갈수 있게 있었고,
탄산수, 주스, 우유 등 먹고 마실게 차고 넘쳤다.
포르투갈 건물이 층간소음에 취약하다 해도,
여긴 너무 심하다.
이틀을 묵는동안 단 하루도 제대로 잠을 잘 수 없었다.
심지어 새벽엔 얼리 체크아웃하는 사람들과 직원이 로비에서 크게 떠드는 바람에 한시간 가량 잠을 잘 수 없어 중간문을 친히 나가 닫고 와서야 조용해졌다.
눈치는 정말 없다.
이번 여행에서 느끼는 것은 유럽애들은 너무 무례하다.
지난날 자신감으로 느껴졌던 모습들이 무례하고 철없음으로 다가온다.
그리고 포르투갈 정부의 갑작스런 국경폐쇄로 하루 먼저 출국하게 되었는데, 숙박요금 환불은 충분히 호텔 재량으로 가능할텐데 어쩔 수 없단 태도.
당신 정부의 판단으로 관광객이 손해를 보는데 50%라도 돌려주는게 낫지 않을까?
이 숙소는 포르투갈 여행 3주간 최악의 숙소다.

The property is well located (just next to Rossio) and can easily be accessed vi Merto and train.The room was very good although the bathroom was someone small for us.The staff at the reception made all the difference with the great knowledge and tips on the city and also helped calling restaurants and book place for dinners.

Sehr zentrale Lage im Stadtteil Alfama gelegen mit sehr guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV (U-Bahn, Bus, Tram). Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker - hochwertige Produkte (z.B. frisch gepresster O-Saft, frisch zubereitetes Rührei, leckerer Kaffee). Das Hotel hat viele liebevolle Details in seiner Einrichtung. Man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Great hotel, staff, and location. Next to a square that is a transportation hub, so it's easy to get around, including to/from the airport. Centrally located so it is also great for exploring different districts on foot. Rooms range from basic to fancy, all with the same great benefits. "Food street" is very close, so there are endless choices for dining.

Hotel was nice, perfectly located in the old city of Lisbon. Staff was nice with decent customer service. Rooms were very nice, comfortable, and clean. Paid for breakfast ahead of time, selection was ok however had i known what the selection was i probably would have opted out and eaten at 1of the local cafes. I would recommend this hotel.

Overall was really impressed with the hotel itself. In fact, it was one of the best places we stayed at during our trip to Spain and Portugal. The staff was super helpful and gave us useful advice upon checkin. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with a mix of vintage furnitures and high tech equipment. It has TV with English channels, that allowed us to catch up on what was happening around the world during the trip.The breakfast buffet was also great and offers both hot and cold variations. And yes they start it early as well, allowing us to have a decent meal just before we go to our early morning tours during our stay.Last and most importantly, the location is really perfect! It is 3 minutes away from the Iconic Tram 28 stop and close to a subway and bus stops as well. It is also just some minutes away walk from Plaza de Commercio, that we never did need to board the subway going to and back home.Overall, this place really offers great value for your buck! I would surely stay here again when I visit Lisbon again in the future.

A very clean hotel with lots of character. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, with all kinds of treats, fruits, freshly-made eggs, juices, pastries, etc. Nothing was left to chance by the staff -- they anticipate your every need and question! One recommendation: bring earplugs. As there are no carpeted areas in the hotel, you can hear every sound in the hallways and upstairs. Otherwise, an impeccable stay!

The friendliness of the staff, the comfort of staying in a Hugh ceiling spacious room with large old style Portuguese windows, a large comfortable bed made our stay extra special. The breakfasts were truly great - they cut no corners, There was always freshly squeezed orange juice and a never ending supply of bread, pastries, fruit and coffee. Vol annulé à cause des grèves et l’établissement a refusé de rembourser ma réservation. J’ai dû en payer la totalité, alors que je suis restée chez moi. Beaucoup de frais engagés et aucun effort commercial. Un week-end bien amer... :((

호텔문디알이 교통 요지여서 예약하려고했는데 제가 원하는 날짜에 방이 없어서 맞은편에 있는 곳으로 예약하게 되었어요 결론적으론 잘한것 같아요 방은 그리 넓지 않지만 남편이랑 둘이 지내기에는 침대도 편하고 침구가 따뜻해서 꿀잠잤어요 이번여행하면서 다섯번째 숙소인데 이불이 얇은 홑겹이라 추운곳도 있었거든요 창문이 있어서 환기시킬수 있어서 좋았구요
하디만 창문바로 맞은편에 호텔이있어서
프라이버시에 문제가 있긴해요
저녁엔 커튼쳤어요
화장실도 깨끗하고 아침조식도 맛있어요
조식은 사진못찍었는데 개별적으로 따뜻한 계란요리랑 오렌지 착즙주스를 줘요
그리고 조식먹었던 식당에서 상시 커피머신을 이용할수있고 물도 있어요
방에는 냉장고랑 금고가 있어요
근처에 슈퍼도 있어서 비싸긴하지만 먹을것 사기 편하고요 로시우역에서 넘 가까워서 신트라 다녀오기 편했어요
호텔리셉션 직원도 넘 친절해서 기분이 좋았어요 대체로 직원들 모두 친절해요
처음 방에 들어왔을때 에어컨이 켜있었는데
살짝 냄새가 났어요 하지만 저희는 추울때라
그후론 한번도 안켰어요
방이 크지 않아도 되시는 분들은 만족하실것

Be aware that there is a small blue sign above the door showing the location of the hotel. It took us a couple minutes to find the hotel, but we were also a little tired. Once we were rang in, the 3rd floor/reception area was very cool and inviting. Rooms were unique, large, clean, and very comfortable. Staff was beyond helpful the second we walked in. They were ready with information on the city and sites to visit. They helped with dining, transportation, tourist sites, and great local info. Riu at the front desk gave us 5 star service and made our time in Lisbon very memorable.

Virkelig hyggeligt og dejligt hotel. Aldrig mødt så dejligt og hjælpsomt personale. Man bliver budt velkommen med kaffe og der bliv fortalt om seværdigheder, og vist de forskellige områder i Lissabon. Der bliver lavet friskpresset appelsinjuice til alle der ønsker det, og man bliver ligeledes spurgt om man vil have blødkogt æg, scramblet æg eller spejlæg, det bliver lavet specielt til en. Der er meget lækkert morgenmad. Man kan også drikke alt det kaffe, The og chokolade som man ønsker hele dagen og om natten. Hotellet har personale 24 timer i døgnet. Vi vil komme her igen.

Très bien situé pour visiter, en plein centre et avec les transports à deux pas. Très bon accueil, possibilité de laisser ses bagages à l’accueil selon l’heure d’arrivée si la chambre n’est pas encore disponible. Buffet petit déjeuner complet et très bon avec jus d’orange pressé et œufs faits minute. Chambre très agréable et très propre avec grande douche. Je recommande cet hôtel, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Tolles Hotel im Herzen von Lissabon! Wir wurden super nett empfangen, bekamen ausführliche Ausflugstipps und es wurde ein extra frühes Frühstück für uns organisiert.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte ein großes Bad. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schick, aber trotzdem praktisch.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und die beiden Metro-Stationen Rossio und Martim Moniz sind sehr nahe, dennoch haben wir mit offenem Fenster geschlafen. Aber auch die erste Nacht mit Klimaanlage war herrlich. Deutsche TV-Programme. Super sauber. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Schönes Bad. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Kaffee so là là.

Das Hotel ist der Knaller. Mitten im Zentrum und doch ruhig. Grosszügige Zimmer mit allem was es braucht. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Leckeres Frühstück bis 10.30 Uhr. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Witziges Detail: Der Weg vom Haupteingang bis zur Rezeption führt durch einen Schuhladen!

Wonderful.... Dopo un'accoglienza calda e affettuosa, ricca di spunti su cosa fare/vedere, ho apprezzato la posizione molto centrale a 10 minuti dal fiume e 2 minuti dalla fermata della metro e da quella del bus, la camera molto ampia, confortevole e silenziosa (qui il silenzio è raccomandato spesso), la colazione buona e con prodotti freschi fatti da un ragazzo del gruppo che gestisce questa Guesthouse.

Very comfortable and stylish rooms (we had a junior suite with separate lounge room and castle view). Staff very welcoming and friendly and gave useful tips on places to visit. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Location couldn’t be better, right in the centre and everywhere in easy walking distance. Good transport links just round the corner from the hotel. Highly recommended.

Great little hotel. Stayed here for three nights and was upgraded to a larger room which was nicely designed and well kept. Breakfast served every morning with a nice selection. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They will always offer advice and help along with a friendly chat. Super close to everything and I highly recommend this place for convenience and comfort. 5 stars from me and would consider using them again 100%.

This hotel is one of our new favorites. The staff is excellent, warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast was amazing and delicious. I cant say enough about the entire experience as it was a great place to stay while we visited Lisbon.

Suosittelen. Erinomainen sijainti, uudet huoneet, hiljainen. Todella ystävällinen palvelu. Kaupunkikarttaan piirretään ja kerrotaan tyhjentävästi missä on parhaat näköalat ja missä kannattaa käydä. Todella nopea netti, itse tein etätöitä viikon, toimi nopeammin kuin kotona joten suuri plussa siitä.

Everything was great!! They had upgrated us to a 3 rooms suite. Comfort bed. Nice bothroom.
Rich brekfest. Staff were super kind and helpfull. Very value for money !

Schönes Hotel, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter in erstklassiger, zentraler Lage.
Leider etwas hellhörig, aber die neuen Fenster schirmten die Geräusche des Straßenverkehrs fast zur Gänze ab.
Wir wurden mit tollen Ausflugstips versorgt. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, jedoch für Veganer nicht geeignet. Im ersten uns zweiten Stock befindet sich eine Schuhgeschäft-Kette.

Très bon hôtel sans grande prétention mais très confortable, hyper calme pour un centre ville, chambre et s.de b. spacieuse et très bien entretenue, belle déco Le buffet du petit déjeuner pas trop varier mais bonne qualité Le personnel est très compétent,serviable et a lécoute et en PLUS francophone !!!Hôtel accessible aux personnes a mobilité réduite ( fauteuil roulant ) contrairement a la ville !!! ( gros problèmes pour se déplacer ) Belle semaine malgré tout

Todella avulias, ystävällinen ja henkilökohtainen palvelu. Vähän erilainen aamiainen, mutta monipuolinen ja riittävä. Huoneet tilavia ja siistejä varustettuna unettavalla sängyllä. Sijainti loistava keskellä vanhaa Lissabonia. Miinuksia ei nyt tule mieleen.

Un très bon choix : situation idéale au centre ville. Métro, bus et tram à proximité. Accueil chaleureux, le personnel est aux petits soins : à lécoute de nos attentes ils ont su nous guider dans nos nos choix de visites (musée, lieux, shopping et restaurant) en fonction de nos affinités.Chambre très propre, silencieuse malgré la vue sur la rue.

Das kleine, zentral gelegene Hotel war wunderbar! Zuvorkommendes und aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal. Feines Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer.Wir würden sofort wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Nyrenoverat stort rum, väldigt rent och fint. Lite annorlunda frukost men helt ok. Kanonläge mitt i stan men ändå tyst på rummet - rekommenderas!

Perfect location to start discovering Lisbon. Staff is very friendly and have a lot of good recomendations where to Go and what to do in Lisbon. Roms are individually furnished with good taste and very clean.

It was a great experience to stay at this guesthouse!
The staff is very friendly and really want to do their best to help you. When we first arrived, late at night, the guy in the reception took time to pour us a glass of water, give us a map of the area. He then told us about all the things to see and circle them on the map, so we easily could find it later.
Breakfast buffet is good though a bit on the smaller side.
The room was huge, had a great aircondition and a minibar.
I totally recommend this place! It's also fight next to metro and tuck tucks.

The coffee machine is an issues. During breakfast there might be a small queue. that's pretty much the biggest downside at this great place.

Guter Service, man konnte sich auch sehr gut auf Französisch und natürlich in Englisch verständigen.Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, wurde bis zwei Minuten vor Frühstücks ende aufgefüllt, wie wenn gerade die ersten Gäste eintreffen würden.

Stylisches Boutique Hotel. Sehr zentral an der Rossio Metro Station. Fussläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Vielfältiges Frühstück und sehr hilfsbereiter Service.

versteckt über und mit Zugang durch einen Schuhladen erwartet einen im 3. Stock ein wirklich gutes, stylisches Stadthotel in unübertrefflichen Lage.Und das - zumindest in unserem Zimmer (Junior Suite 1) so ruhig, dass wir sogar bei offenem Fenster schlafen konnten.Besonders bemerkenswert ist der zuvorkommende, englischsprachige Service durch das Personal. Auch gut das Frühstücksbuffet.Übrigens hält der öffentliche Omnibus (Aerobus 1) direkt vor dem Hotel. Zurück zum Flughafen wird die Fahrt aber zu einer kleinen Stadtrundfahrt im Verkehrsstau. Vom Flughafen zum Hotel aber auf jeden Fall gut (ca. 8 €). Alternative ist die Metro.Alles in allem: ein toller Tipp um die Ecke vom Rossio, dem Herzen Lissabons. Wir kommen wieder.

Super accueil en personne et personnalisé.
Très bien équipé, Wi-Fi performant, prises et lumières top. Literie de très bonne qualité. Machine à café, frigo et coffre fort.
Au 5ème étage avec ascenseur. Chambre 509= chambre et salon + balcon avec vue sur le château saint-Jorge.
Le personnel est très a l' écoute et donne bcp de conseils - renseignements. Petit déjeuner très fourni et varié .

Spent 8 days at this hotel with my family and can only say nice things about it. The location is as good as it gets, all the central sights are a stone’s throw from the hotel and there is also a metro station nearby (Rossio) and a tram/bus and railway station as well.
The hotel being quite new (opened in January 2017) is cozy and clean. The rooms are spacious, the ceilings are very high (maybe 3.5-4 meters) so you get enough breathing space :) The breakfast is good, you get everything you need and the food quality is also fine.
The most overwhelming thing about this place is the staff’s hospitality and readiness to help. I’m especially grateful to Dimitri who told us nearly everything about the city and gave us much needed recommendations of places of interest and (literally) outlined the overall geography of Lisboa (on a convenient city map).
Отдельное спасибо Дмитрию, который работает на reception, за отзывчивость и помощь в навигации по городу и пригороду. К тому же общение происходило на русском языке, что можно расценивать как еще один жирный плюс в копилку этому отелю.

Idéalement situé à Rossio au centre ville. Proche des transports, cet établissement est vraiment agréable. Les chambres sont propres, assez spacieuses et calmes, le personnel présent 24h sur 24 est toujours prêt à nous guider. Le petit déjeuner inclus est un buffet avec assez de choix et de bons produits. Ces l'endroit idéal ou séjourner pour visiter Lisbonne un Weekend.

Quarto superior muito agradável, muito bem insonorizado, um pequeno almoço impecável, limpeza cinco estrelas e toda a decoração muito muito gira! É pena que os preços dos quartos superiores serem um pouco altos para Hostel e não serem assim tão fantásticos como alguns preços que conseguimos em pousadas com vouchers.
