My experience with renting an apartment with Inlife was really bad. The apartment was clearly rented on Airbnb or via another website by the landlord which was never mentioned by Inlife. Sometimes we had random people staying for 2/3 days and then leaving. It was really inconvenient for a place to live in. Inlife should of at least warn if they knew about it. The landlord of the apartment that was supposed to be checked by Inlife asked me to pay for overnight guest (where in the ad of the room on inlife it says that it is free to invite guest / confirmed by Inlife when I asked during the visit of the apartment). I would not recommend Inlife at all. Their customer service is nonexistent. After I paid the booking fee, Inlife never once asked me if it was going well in the apartment. Even during the covid situation, not one email from Inlife to ask me about my situation... Please, check your landlords' apartment more seriously.

I do not recommend this platform at all. My partner and I requested their services 10 days before our check-out of our previous flat in Lisbon. In vain. Without answering our calls, very slowly to our messages (more than 2 days in between). By specifying our urgency (that is to say 2 hours from finding ourselves homeless) and by insisting on Facebook, What'sApp, we finally got (deserved) a response. Even if you are busy, this does not justify ignoring our many requests. We paid more than € 288 in service charges in total insastifaction. However, no commercial gesture was accepted. Because, I quote : «When it comes to the Booking Fees, it is not possible for us to provide refunds to these, as they are concerned with covering the maintenance costs of the website, secure transactions, customer support and admin costs, thus they are non-refundable. As you can imagine, Inlife gets a large number of requests for assistance in finding a place to stay, and thus has to assign priorities to them. As soon as you mentioned that you were in need of an almost immediate check-in, our Advisors assigned this case their highest priority from then on and accompanied the process. » This lack of communication and professionalism is more than dehumanizing. if I sum up your answer: we can be considered and have an answer when we are in an emergency. So this is our lives? With the current housing situation in Lisbon, treating people like this is worse than anything. We are found extremely stressed by this incompetence and you persist in justifying it as adequate. We had three different contact persons, none knew how to manage our request or call us despite our anticipation, and I repeat : our many contacts. I wish other people better experiences and above all I wish you to improve your services and human touch.

Worst experience ever with Inlife Portugal!! I booked a room in an apartment which was supposed to be recently refurbished, they also sent me some pictures of the apartment but they were fake ones..3 days before my flight one of the guys sent me a message saying that the apartment was not ready so once arrived in Lisbon I had to stay for almost one month in a room of the same building but without a window. As soon as my bedroom of the new apartment was ready they asked me to move several times, despite the fact that the kitchen and the bathrooms were not ready. So, after this awful month spent fighting with the landlords and the guys of inlife, I finally moved to the "new" apartment which was even worse than the one were I had to live during the previous weeks: old furniture, old kitchen equipment, broken doors, no plugs in my bedroom. We were 10 in the apartment so the internet was really slow, plus for one whole months there were kind of 8 blackouts per day because of some problems with the electricity that the landlords didn't even know how to fix. Both the guys of inlife and the landlords told me a lot of lies, they are not reliable. The worst thing is that in my building there were two inlife refurbished apartments, so this happened both to me and my flatmates and the students in the other apartment. Don't trust them!

Extremely disappointed with this service. The rooms are way over priced for what you get (500 euros with no window, broken showers and no proper pots) and they try to cheat you wherever possible. I as well as at least 3 of my roomates did not receive the complete deposit and when I questioned this no answer was given. They claim they are not in charge of the apartments however the apartment I stayed at was managed by the people at inlife! I decided to use this sevice as I wanted to find something nice, even if that meant paying a little more. Instead the accommodation was really bad. The kitchen had no pots with handles and the stove was broken for a few months. The cleaning service did not clean well in part because there was no functioning vacuum cleaner. Don't waste your money here, find rooms on your own directly with the landlords.

If possible I would give 0 stars. I spent 4 months in their apartment in Avenida Visconde Valmor 20 and my experience with them was terrible, I would not recommend to book anything with them. I booked through the website trusting the fact that it looked serious and had a lot of postive reviews (I don't understand how). First of all no one ever specified that out of 10 rooms, 3 were double-rooms, and so that I was going to share a flat with 13 people and not 10. Moreover the room I booked was in the common area (this wasn't specified either) and this gave me a lot of problems because I had no privacy and always had noise from the kitchen because the door wasn't isolating (it had 4/5 cm slot which of course let all the sounds and smells from the kitchen come into my room) they also tried to fix that in a ridiculous way by putting some foam rubber in the slot...of course with no improvement. Also the room had problem with mold and there were no shades or blinds, but only a WHITE and small curtain which of course wasn't enough to cover the windows, so I had to learn how to sleep with dayight. Also when I arrived they should've provided me with clean bed linen and towels. I had no towels until the day after and I had to go and buy a bed linen by my self because the one they gave me was dirty and even though my bed was a king size they gave my a single-bed bed linen. One of the bathrooms was not working for 2 months and even though we were asking them every day to send someone they always delayed. The showers in the other bathrooms were awful because the drain was cloogged up. Also the cleaning service for which we had to pay 20 (!!!) euros per month was not satisfaying: I never saw the cleaning ladies using the vacuum cleaner or washing the floor in a proper way, indeed after a few hours the house was already very dirty. The kitchen equipment was not appropriate for 13 people. We had few pans and most of them were ruined. If I had payed 250€ I could've accepted such an accomodation, but for all the money they asked us...this is just unfair

The service provided by some members and managers of the house is awful. Absolutely untrustworthy. My general experience was very disappointing. I do not recommend them at all.

In good faith I was booking a room hoping that everything would turn out to be great, however my experience with Inlife has been horrible and I do not recommend it to anybody. The room I booked turned out to be very different from what was advertised on the website, in particular there were things missing (such as the desk and chair shown in the pictures). Later I have been in contact with the person currently renting the room and found out that the whole layout of the room also has been changed and that flat hasn’t been kept clean, even though there was a cleaning service mentioned. Afterwards I tried to sort the whole thing out explaining that the company has been advertising a room in a completely wrong way, and now they refuse to give me a full refund and only suggest people to book their other additional services (charging extra fees of course) to check out the rooms in person or via video call. Furthermore, they were justifying their actions by simply referring to very unclear and misleading terms… „The published information in listings are suggestive and serve as an explanatory resource“. Basically saying that they don’t give a **** about the actual conditions and customer experience, and only care to make money out of commission. I am really ashamed to have been as stupid enough to use the service in good faith without reading the terms and conditions clearly. Definitely not recommended!! Please be smart enough to read everything in detail before you book anything

Mon expérience de location en passant par Inlife n'est vraiment pas satisfaisante. Ils sont rapides à proposer des logements mais mon appartement laisse vraiment à désirer. Premièrement l'appartement ne correspond pas aux photos de l'annonce. L'appartement est supposé être équipé mais celà laisse vraiment à désirer. Une seule serviette fournie, un seul drap. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont en très très mauvais état et pas suffisamment pour le nombre de locataires. Pas de torchon, pas de bouilloire. L'évier fuit et n'a jamais été réparé malgré mes multiples relances. Les frigos sont trop petits pour 11 personnes. Les femmes de ménage sont peu efficaces : l'appartement est sale 2h après leur passage. Une des douches est complètement bouchée depuis plus de 2 semaines et aucune intervention n'a été effectuée.

Totally recommend Inlife! At the time I was looking for a room in Lisbon I was still living in my home country. This was the perfect opportunity to actually see the rooms before booking! My advisor Pedro was really friendly and helped me with all my questions :). Within 1 week I found my perfect room! Thankss guyss!

Was originally going to stay at one of their properties for a year. Moved out after 5 months due to a number of reasons relating to the incompetence of this company. Even before I moved in, they turned up 3 hours later than they promised, and when they eventually did they turned up without keys so we couldn't enter the property meaning we had to wait around for another couple of hours until someone eventually turned up with keys. Furthermore, when it came to essential maintenance such as fixing showers and providing keys to the mailbox, they would ignore requests to repair stuff completely which meant I had to threaten them with rent reduction in order for them to take my requests seriously. The only time these people are ever on time is to collect the rent. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!

Be careful with these apartments! In the following I am referring to the apartment I lived in and booked through uniplaces. Anyhow it is an apartment rented and managed by inlife. I have had a lot of trouble living in one of the rooms in Avenida da Republica. Starting on the move-in date, it took 3 hours to move in because things were constantly missing. I didn’t have a key for my room for the first week, I didn’t have fitting bed sheets for 1,5 months. I never got access to the mailbox even though I constantly asked for it. My bedsheets had stains that couldn’t be washed out, my towels were stolen from a hotel and still had the imprint in. The walls and windows had a lot of mold and things in the kitchen were dirty and partly broken. The apartment also has very thin walls so you better wish for a quiet neighbor or you might wake up everyday at 5:30 for 5 months from other peoples alarm clocks. We had to pay 10€ extra for weekly cleaning which I wasn’t aware of before moving in and which was not a good cleaning for the first half of my stay until they hired new cleaners. The apartment is run by different managers, I never met the landlord directly. These managers can be unreliable, unpunctual and sometimes just don’t reply to messages when you say something they don’t want to hear. They want the students to pay in cash, think of the reasons yourself. In my last month they even made it a rule that everyone had to pay in cash only. Be aware of extra costs for water and electricity that might not even be used during the time you stay there because of estimations and “simplifying things”. I also want to point out that the landlord is renting some of the rooms on airbnb which leads to strange people going in and out of the apartment every day. You don’t know who you are sharing the apartment with and if some people really live there or just got in through the sometimes wide-open front door which is not what I personally expect when renting a room in a student apartment. Needless to say I would never recommend this to anyone.

They use false advertising to attract people. They say “money back guarantee if no housing solution is provided”. But is a lie. You have to pay 49 € to wait some hours for an assistant show you 3 rooms options through its platform. If you don’t like this 3 options the assistant is going to show you 3 more (with few pictures of the room and no video) and so on. You can’t see all rooms and decide. You always have to see rooms 3 in 3 and so on. You can’t know who is gonna be your flatmate before the videcall tour. The assistant is going to advice you booking a videocall tour for 3 rooms quickly because “there is a lot of people renting and there is few rooms left”. I saw many rooms in pictures but none of them satisfy me for many reasons (Expensive, few bathrooms, etc.). When they say that don’t have more rooms to show me, instead to refund the money, they say that can show me more rooms in the future and I have to wait. They only want to book a videocall tour quickly to not refund the money. There is other options better than Inlife to rent house in Lisbon. Inlife Response: “Your advisor provided you with a large number of accommodations within your preferences and budget, but none of the options was selected for the live tour. That does not mean that housing solutions were not provided, but that all of the options presented were rejected”. Thank you for confirm that you use misleading advertising in your web. Transfer the account to another person? Isn’t easier refund my money for no housing solution provided? I am still waiting your answer in my email!

I can definitely recommend Inlife! It was the perfect way to find a room without having to travel to Lisbon before my studies but still being assured to have found a great new home. Especially the live housing tour is an amazing offer! The service is excellent and my personal advisor was very helpful and patient answering all my questions, also after having already booked the apartment.

well organized house trip at the beginning and I found the apartment fulfill my requirement. We enjoyed the life time in the apartment with other students from different countries. We don't need to worry about talking to landlord since the employees from INLIFE will solve every problem we have.

One of the main advertisements of the company, described in the website itself, is that it shows you available rooms even in the months of greatest demand: August and September. I did a housing trip in September with a maximum budget of € 350 and only two rooms were shown to me in the € 400 range and away from my college with the excuse that "this month everything is already rented". Money thrown away. I do not recommend. Better to look at Facebook groups, it is cheaper and it is also possible to visit before closing deal.

Since we started to search for 2 rooms in the beginning of september we were a bit late and had problems to find a good flat via websites like bquarto or uniplaces by ourselfes. After a friend told us about Inlife we registered on a thursday and got the visits on friday. We drove by car to 3 flats and decided for the second one, which is our new home now for 5 months. We moved in on Sunday. Filipe and João were our agents and are very helpful and asked several times if everything is ok. Thumbs up!
