Excelentes instalações e atendimento é um diferencial, porém o acesso é um pouco complicado...ainda assim vale, já que o benefício é interessante.

Nice hotel with large rooms in a good location. Tram goes right below but it does not bother. Breakfast was pretty good. Friendly and helpfull staff.

Me pareció una experiencia fantástica . Es mejor que en las fotos . Los recepcionistas muy atentos y educados .
La habitación era amplia , limpia y con todo lo necesario . Aparenta ser un lugar remodelado , y bien mantenido . Sólo le falta un ascensor y sería perfecto . Pero de todas maneras 100% recomendable .
Deben saber que Alfama está en una colina , a tenerlo en cuenta para no padecer con las subidas , o en el tranvía 28 .

O barulho do elétrico não é propriamente agradável tendo em conta que passa bastantes vezes. Desaconselhado para pessoas com sono leve.
Quarto razoável e com casa de banho bastante pequena. Poderia estar mais limpo e tinha também algumas manchas nos lençóis.
Muito facilmente se ouvem os hóspedes nos outros quartos ao lado.

Alloggio situato nel cuore dell'Alfama dove passa il famoso electrico 28. Arredamento spartano ma funzionale. Nella nostra camera non c'era tv e phone (lo devi chiedere alla reception). Pulito. Personale sempre presente e disponibile.

Hotel was hard to find, even for taxi driver! Fortunately the interior is much nicer than exterior. Trolley ran right by our room but thankfully not too loud. Be sure to order breakfast because they may not have enough food for extras. The Copenhagen Coffee Bar next door has good coffee and pastries for good price.
The hotel staff was very helpful as we tried to track down lost luggage and transport to next stop.
Pretty good location in historic district. Somewhat run down & tired area tho still some beautiful tile work on buildings.

El hotel decepciona respecto a las fotos. Las habitaciones tienen lo justo, la limpieza no es brillante y desde las 6 de la mañana hasta las 11 de la noche la habitación vibra al paso del tranvía. El precio me parece exagerado respecto a lo que puede ofrecer. No lo recomendaría.

First time to stay here and impressed with our suite which met our needs, friendly staff, quiet and very clean. Trolley has a convenient stop a few steps from the door. Easy access to other areas or walk down hill to old section of town.

Great place to stay, at the heart of Lisbon, Alfama is such charming neighbourhood . This hotel is great value for money, the rooms have all the basics you expect, the staff are lovely and attentive. Brilliant customer service. Whenever I'm back in Lisbon again I'll definitely stay there.

Résidence très bien placée à proximité du château ds le quartier d Afalma desservie par le tramway 28
Appartement sur le Tage très propre bien ensoleillé et calme mais couleur et deco un peu froide dommage
linge de lit et toilette changé tous les jours trop ...
Personnel très accueillant et disponible parlant anglais et pour certaines personnes un français impeccable tous donnant des renseignements et services réservation taxi adresses etc

just like what is said in the hotels front door sign, unforgettable stayit is located in the heart of Alfama, walkable to main attractions, on the route of tram #28, next door is an artisan bakery which offers the best bread and coffee Ive ever had.if you feel the price is on the higher end, it is because this is a roomy apartment with a large living room and kitchen etc. definitely worth the money.

A wonderful little hotel in the heart of Alfama. Be prepared for steep hills for walking around. The historic tram 28 has a stop directly outside the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean the bed was a little hard for me but my husband had no problems. There is no elevator so the rooms are walk up, for those with mobility issues. They offer breakfast for 8 euros per person that you will need to order the day before. I would reccommend skiping this and going to the cafe that is next door, as it is roughly the same price and amazing food and coffee. I would defefinatly stay here again.

This is a wonderful place to base your holiday. Its right on the tram line and accessible to all that Lisbon has to offer. Our room had a lovely view down to the port and it was spacious and extremely comfortable.

A lovely place right in the middle of Alfama, close to the castle, multiple miraudoros and great little cafes. Nice walking distance from the main square and most of the local attractions. The hotel itself is quite nice fir the price, offering spacious rooms and 24/7 helpful front desk. Definitely an awesome experience of Lisbon! The famous tram 28 goes right underneath your windows which may be noisy and annoying, but it's quick to get used to - also, gives you unforgettable views of the tram!

挺整潔的一間酒店，有窗可看到電車，正正這原因，晚上難免有行車的聲音，如果睡眠質素不太好或一般的人要注意要不要選窗的房間(但真的拍照很正很爽哦！！)酒店位置也挺方便，電車站就在酒店門口幾米的距離(28或28e電車可到)，大門位置有鎖上，出入也要用房卡方可進出，感覺挺好。酒店早餐一般，就吃麵包和蛋等等。。不吃也罷，因為隔壁就有一間環境很好，早餐也很好吃的店！！但不得不提的是，如果有行李箱的話，出入一定要叫計程車，因為電車不可提行李的，而且在斜坡上去，地下又要石頭路，拉着行李，上斜坡，行樓梯，基本沒可能！所以一定一定要坐計程車去！酒店也有叫車服務，我們走的時間也有請酒店服務員幫忙叫車，也很準時，態度也很好！！！也是一間值得推薦的酒店！！

Luggage was a problem. There was noone from the hotel to help. I had to lug it down stairs and then back up again. Thats my only critique. Everything else was spot on.

Two nights - bathroom ceiling leaked continuously. Floor wet always. No active response from the management. The reception did not know what to do. We have young kids - worried all along that they slip. Terrible hospitality - 200€ a night and this is what we get? Besides, WiFi was terrible and needed reboot every two hours.
With all this, the only thing we got back is ‘sorry’ and that too not from the manager.

We had a wonderful stay here. Everyone was extremly friendly and helpful whenever you needed something, the room we stayed in was very modern and unique and the fact that the tram goes right in front the hotel makes it a really really amazing place to stay in.

Great location! Room was overlooking Escolas Gerais but when the windows were closed it wasn't at all noisy. Sparse, modern interior. Beds were very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Just be aware that electricity is only on in the room when you are present (your key card goes into a slot by the door and turns on the power), so charging a phone while you're out doesn't work.

Nettes und sehr schickes Haus. Die Damen von der Rezeption sind immer sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück für 6€ völlig ausreichend. Saft Tee Kaffee Milch - alles gut. Es gibt sogar für jeden frisch zubereitete Rühr- oder Spiegeleier.
Einzig das günstige Zimmer im 2. Stock mit null Aussicht. Sonst gäb es denn 5. Stern...
Alles ist piccobello und wir waren nur für drei Nächte dort und waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Wer braucht da noch ne tolle Aussicht

Big rooms, but some things require a lot of maintenance (our bed lamps were almost falling from the wall). Stains on the bed. Nice shower, breakfast is a little expensive for what you get. However there is NO television on the hotel room!
The air-conditioning also needs maintenance, does not work very well, our room was very moist.

this hotel was a good location if you planning take 28 tram, we are unlucky as the 28 tram when we stay was not pass by due to road construction, hotel not very far from anywhere because tram 28 actually just stop infront of the hotel. Staff are friendly and room was big and comfortable

Really nice hotel with modern and simple design, staff is very friendly. The location is perfect if you want to explore Alfama. From the airport you can get here by metro with one change, the nearest station is Santa Apolonia and it takes around 15 minutes walk to the hotel up to the hill (ok if you have only one handcarry bag).

Vi hade några mycket trevliga dagar i Alfama på Lisbon lounge suites. Bra service, en charmig känsla och fräscha rum. Läget är mycket bra med nära till det mesta men ändå en liten bit ifrån de intensivaste turistområdena. Nära till tjuvarnas marknad, borgen m.m. som är väl värda ett besök. Bra att veta: rummen är bra men det är betonggolv utan matta som gäller i alla rum. En liten frukost går att köpa till om man säger till dagen innan. Det finns en minimarket nära hotellet men till en supermarket får man traska en bit (10-15 min till pingo).

Depuis que le tram 28 ne passe pas temporairement devant l’hôtel c’est calme on dort mieux.
Le logement est très propre et le personnel serviable

Bel endroit , juste à l'arrêt du tramway. Réceptionniste aimable. Toutes commodités dans la chambre, on peut mm avoir un sèche cheveux mesdames..gratuit. Calme, reposant. Pas de bruit, juste à partir de 8h..le tramway mais à part ça on n'entend rien.

Cosas positivas: bien situado en el barrio de Alfama, tranvía 28 pasa justo delante, hotel moderno, limpio y buen servicio.
Cosas negativas: no hay ascensor, hay 2 pisos, no hay televisión, al menos en las habitaciones. No hay buenas vistas desde las habitaciones. Si eres delicado para dormir, el ruido del tranvía se oye un poco aunque esta bien insonorizado.

住在這裡有如置身於明信片風景裡， 房間寬敞舒適有對外窗 ，因為28號電車就在門外，所以交通很方便 ，不過要避開旅遊人潮，一定要早早出晚晚歸才坐得上電車.

Logement très bien situé dans le quartier historique de Alfama. Proche des restaurants, commerces et transports publics (bus, tram,métro).
Pas de restauration sur place, uniquement possibilité de petit déjeuner (en option) mais beaucoup de restaurants à proximité et petits cafés avec possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner.
A noter que l' accès à pied ou en tram ou en taxi est conseillé car rues pavées très étroites avec parfois des escaliers. Pas de possibilité de parking en voiture.
Établissement à recommander sans aucun doute, pour dormir en ville, proche des sites d'intérêt.

Réservation faite sur leur site internet au mois de Janvier pour un voyage en Avril.
Nous recevons alors une confirmation de réservation.
Quelques jours avant notre arrivée, par courtoisie, nous envoyons un mail pour prévenir de notre heure d'arrivée un peu tardive.
Et là surprise, pas de réservation à notre nom.
Pas de solution de rechange proposée, nous sommes donc obligé de trouver un nouvel hébergement à quelques jours de notre départ.
Ce lieu n'est donc pas sérieux et surtout, aucune offre ou compensation proposée.
Heureusement que nous avons envoyé un mail avant!!!
Tout simplement inadmissible.

Ubicado en el centro de Lisboa. Al frente pasa el tranvía. Nos asignaron una habitación que daba a la calle, pero no tenía buena vista. La ventana era má una fachada.

Bien situado en Alfama, junto a una parada de la línea 28. Edificio antiguo remodelado. El desayuno no es gran cosa y las habitaciones están bastante peor que los apartamentos. No hay ascensor y la gente mayor puede necesitarlo.

Accueil très agréable, le personnel prend le temps de discuter et de conseiller. La chambre que nous avons eu était minimaliste, un lit une commode et c est à peu près tout, cependant confortable, propre. Très bien situé pour un séjour touristique. Un bémol pour l isolation de la chambre. On vous conseil de prendre le petit déjeuner juste en face pour un peu plus cher mais typique.

it is uphill, you need to take taxi there, and because the only one oneway road is for all cars and the tram, you need to wait and wait for the taxi to come.
the room is big, no tv, need to ask for hairdryer, but it is ok. breakfast has little choices, but the eggs is good.

Estuvimos una semana en este hotel. El personal es agradable y la ubicación muy buena. Sin embargo, nos encontramos con los siguientes problemas:
- Limpieza: no cambiaron las sábanas en toda la semana que estuvimos alojados. Apartamento sucio en general. Solo cambiaban toallas y hacían las camas.
- No tiene ascensor.
- Sin aire acondicionado (hace bastante calor en los apartamentos).
- Reservamos un apartamento completo, sin embargo nos dijeron allí que era simplemente una habitación. No nos ofrecieron ninguna solución ni ninguna compensación.
- El desayuno vale 6€ por persona. No es excesivamente caro, pero justo enfrente hay una cafetería encantadora, llamada Cultura Portuguesa, donde pueden desayunar 2 personas (zumo, café y pastel) por 3€ por persona.
