Nous avons séjourné la derniere semaine de février 2020 dans cet hôtel. Tout etait parfais , le personel de réception, la propreté, sans oublier les dames qui s'occupent du petit déjeuner qui sont Toujours souriantes et au petit soin.Nous retournons dans cet hôtel la prochaine fois sans hésiter.

Excelente atención y y ubicación.
Comidas habitaciones.
Piscina imperdible.
Comedor con poca variedad para desayunar y poco espacio entre las mesas.
Un detalle q se debería tener en cuenta!.

Good service. Our room had very good air quality. Air conditioners in every bedroom. Breakfast was definitely a veggies delight. So many fresh, ripe freshly cut fruits from which to choose from. Yum! Only minus comes from the poorly insulated door (or walls) so If there are noisy doormates, their sounds come through. Earplugs did the job this time.

A chegada nem um funionario me dirigiu palavra ou ofereceu ajuda com as malas. E depois de nos terem perdido a reserva feita ha mais de 6 meses seria de esperar alguma atencao ou cortesia mas nada. A primeira noite fomos para outro hotel.
Quando da nossa estadia a porta da cozinha esteve aberta durante todo o pequeno almoco onde as empregadas discutiam a sua vida particular em bom.som.... sem falar na visao da pouca limpeza dentro da cozinha.
A piscina nāo apresenta qualquer segurança para crianças ou acessiblidade a deficientes motores o que me obrigou a carregar a minha filha de 8 anos para dentro e fora da piscina sempre ao colo.
A televisāo nāo estava a funcionar... mais uma falha que nao teve direito a uma atençāo por parte do staff.
No total nāo entendo a classificacao dada em.alguns sites.
A nao repetir sem duvida.

Excelente lugar , es verdad. Fué mi primer experiencia en mi viaje a Europa y resultó muy bueno en atención , mobiliario, piezas , etc. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. !!!

É um flat com quarto sala e uma cozinha ! Bem espaçoso e tem muito supermercados por perto. É muito silencioso, dormi muito bem ! Tem duas estações de metrô por perto.

Een prima hotel om te verblijven.
Openbaar vervoer dichtbij zowel bus als metro.
Opstapplaats Hop-on-Hop-off bus vlakbij zodat wij al vroeg konden beginnen aan onze tour.
Het hotel heeft helaas geen restaurant, maar Lissabon kent genoeg alternatieven en de staf is behulpzaam om dat uit te zoeken.
Badkamer is niet groot genoeg voor het geinstalleerde sanitair waardoor de deur niet volledig open kan.
Douchen moet in het bad en dat is een nadeel.
Minibar heeft geen ruimte voor eigen spullen

La limpieza es muy buena y el personal es amable, se encuentra muy bien ubicado con restaurantes, supermercados y paradas de autobuses muy cerca.

Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt, besonders wichtig, wenn man die Küche benutzt und Abfälle entstehen.Sehr freundliches Personal. Beim Frühstück war alles vorhanden, viel frisches Obst,, allerdings war die Marmelade nicht so lecker. Die vielen Plastikverpackung (z. B. Marmelade, Butter) könnte eingespart werden, stattdessen Keramiktöpfe mit Marmelade/Nougatcreme und Schalen mit Butter (geht in anderen Hotels auch). Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, da es uns noch zu kalt war, war aber verlockend!Das Hotel können wir weiter empfehlen, da es zentral gelegen an zwei U-Bahn-Stationen ist. Ein Supermarkt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß auch gut erreichbar.

This property was so perfect for our family of 5, we had a two bedroom, two bathroom, kitchen area and living area with pull out double sofa bed apartment. It was so clean we were delighted. The bedding was all white luxury bedding and the most comfortable beds, sofa obviously not great but fine for a small child. No bar on the premises would not suit everyone but we did nt mind as we were out all the time. Good enough pool for inner city, too cold for us to use in April. Overall very good experience. Breakfast not top class but certainly good enough for everyone to get something and staff were more than helpful both at the reception desk and in the dining area.

The property itself was lovely, the room was big and really clean...but, we checked in late on a Tuesday night around half 10 we got to our hotel room to find the sofa bed had no pillows, or a duvet, so we contacted reception and we eventually received sheets but no duvet we had to make contact a second time to which they finally arrived with a duvet but no duvet cover...the duvet was stink with the dirt!! We brought this to the staffs attention the next morning and all was resolved by the following night. We left our room on the Thursday morning around 11 and no cleaners had been in at this stage, when we arrived back to our room at 7pm that evening we realised our room door was left wide open,lights on and air con on full blast with someone else’s room key in the wall, we once again brought this to the staffs attention and we were automatically blamed but our beds were dressed which meant the cleaners had been in as before we left the room hadn’t been touched !! Luckily nothing was taken !! The bowels, cups and plates in the cafe are all chipped too...won’t be staying here again

Bel hôtel situé prés du rond-point point du marquis de Pombal. Très propre et conforme aux photos. Notre chambre au 7ème possédait une kitchenette ainsi qu'une belle terrasse. Rien à redire côté salle de bain qui est bien équipée. Excellent séjour dans cet établissement. Personnel parlant bien anglais et très professionnel.

Des chambres très grandes, avec un grand lit pour nous, quelques dysfonctionnements pour la salle de bain, avec un robinet bancal qui ne coulait presque pas, dommage qu'ils ne réparent pas ces petits problèmes... Petit déjeuner copieux et personnel gentil, métro a 300m.

Eu realmente gostei muito. Localização excelente e dependências muito confortáveis. Café da manhã e atendimento muito bond. Recomendo e se voltar à Lisboa ficarei lá.

Brilliant room close to buses and travel, the pool was freezing, difficult to get a drink as bar was never manned and you had to keep going to find people and food overpriced I felt. That said the rooms are very luxourious we would definitely go back and just eat out

Vinterferie tur med 2 fam. og 3 barn 1ukers opphold.
Beliggenhet er bra. Frokost er ok. Resepsjonist er hyggelig. Gode senger. Badet er elendig. Vannlekkasje fra taket kl. 05 på morgen og doen er ustand. Måtte vente å bytte rom til resepsjonist ankom kl. 08. Kaldt vann på badet på det nye rommet fungerer også dårlig. Tilkalte reperatør, men kunne ikke gjøre så mye. Blir bedt å vente til imorgen. Orker ikke å bytte rom igjen. Velger selv å være på samme rom grunn reiser hjem dagen etter. Hotellet trenger å restaureres.

A soli 7 minuti dalla metro di p.za Pombal, in zona molto elegante(In soli 10 minuti di metro si raggiunge il centro storico di Lisbona). L'Hotel (Stile anni '90) ha ampi spazi comuni e stanze molto grandi. Ha una piscina estiva. Il mio soggiorno dal 18 al 22 Dic. 2018 _ La mia stanza era composta da 4 locali.
1) Camera da letto ampia, con grande finestra a parete, molto luminosa e tenda oscurante. Due letti molto comodi da una piazza e mezza, biancheria di pregio. TV LCD, armadio con cassaforte. 2) Salotto molto ampio con grande finestra a parete, grande poltrona, altra TV LCD, tavolo grande. 3) Locale cucina con piastra elettrica, frigo, forno microonde, bollitore e accessori indispensabili. 4) Bagno con vasca-doccia, wc, bidet, asciugacapelli, sapone e accessori. Aria condizionata. Impeccabile servizio di pulizia. Personale molto gentile e disponibile: (La S.ra Fatima parla bene Italiano). La sala colazione non è grandissima ma ben arredata e accessoriata. Per la colazione all'italiana, macchina automatica per cappuccino caffè, ecc. buoni cornetti, paste con marmellata, muffin, macedonia di frutta, yogurt, succhi, ecc. - Presente anche colazione tipo internazionale. Tutto di buona qualità! Veramente gradevole.

This is a hotel, not a appartment.I traveled in Feb with my parents & 2 young kids, stayed for 2 nights. Pros: 1. Location, near subway station, 5-7min walk to the Hop on Hop off bus station. 5 min walk to liberty street, 30 min walk to the main city tourist center Rossio. Very easy to get Taxi on the street which takes 10-15 min to Rossio. 2. Very Friendly staff, the did not have the 2 bed rooms that we booked, so the manager gave us 2 separate rooms instead. 3.McDonald’s right across the hotel, it comes handy when you want grab a late snack. 4.Room is not small, decent size living room, plus a kitchen with basic utensil & cookware.5.Outdoor pool which I think people will use in the summer time. Cons: if there is one complain, I’d say the room temperature! It’s quite cold when we first enter the room, then the heating function of the AC unit in our bedroom did not work. We kept the living room heat on with the door open & eventually the bedroom was warm. The AC unit is very very old...Overall, it was a pleasant stay which I do highly recommend, especially with small kids & elderly, the extra space, the kitchen etc are definitely worth the money.

Es gibt schöne große Apartments und das Frühstück reicht ebenfalls aus. Der Hof mit Pool ist auch sehr ansprechend. Guter Ort, um in Lissabon Urlaub zu machen oder kurzzeitig Unterschlupf zu finden.

Good value for money. The family rooms are big, two bed room apartments. Old style but quite well maintained. Breakfast menu offers a good choice. But the room it's serve is definitely to small. The pool is small and not heated. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel. Location is good, near subway, bus station and several caffes and restaurants.

Gut gelegen. Allerdings sehr viel Zugluft im Zimmer, schätze durch die Fensterkonstruktion. Hatten sie Klimaanlage dauernd auf 30 Grad heizen an, hat nicht viel geholfen. Nettes Personal. Lecker Obst am Frühstücksbuffet.

Hotel instalado em edifício não recente, acusando já algumas mazelas. O staff é adequado. O studio é uma autêntica casa, com dimensões mais que generosas. O pequeno almoço é variado, mas não tão completo quanto outros hotéis na zona.
Preço um pouco puxado mas face à localização e espaço podem considerar-se aceitáveis.

El personal muy amable. Llegamos a las 10h y nos dijeron que tenían habitación disponible, así que pudimos subir a dejar las maletas. La habitación es más propia de un apartahotel y nos gustó mucho. De la habitación destacamos la cama de matrimonio que es enorme y la bañera, nos fue genial para relajarnos después de caminar tanto. De la cocina lo único que utilizamos fue la tostadora que nos fue genial para los desayunos.

Personnel sympathique, compétent rien à redire.
Cette hôtel est bien situé, proche des bus , du métro et d'une supérette !
Cette hôtel mériterait une bonne rénovation.
Il manquait dans la cuisine quelques équipements.
Il a fallut en racheter quelques-uns, comme des bols pour le petit déjeuner par exemple.
Il y a aussi un manque d'insonorisation, on entend bien les bruits en provenance de la rue.
La literie est bonne sauf que les oreillers sont trop épais.
Nous avons passé un bon séjour tout de même.

Tolles sauberes Apartment mit 2 Zimmern, in denen man es zu zweit auch für längere Zeit miteinander aushält. 5 Minuten Fußmarsch und man ist an der nächsten Metrostation, mit der man in Lissabon fast überall hinkommt. Urbane Restaurants in der Nähe, die zum großen Teil auch noch von einheimischen besucht werden.

Odası geniş. Balkonu, oturma odası ve mutfağı var. Aile konaklaması için uygun. Otobüs ve metroya yürüme mesafesinde. Bulunduğu sokak sakin. Kahvaltısı çok şey beklemiyorsanız yeterli. Ancak restoranı küçük. Bir de benim için sorun değil ama banyoda karınca gördüm.

Hotel is a bit far from tourist attractions and is in need of some renovation. Saw cracks in the ceiling in multiple places and kitchen was very worn out. Breakfast was not included but was plentiful and delicious.

Muy justo. Las instalaciones podrían ser mejor y el servicio deja mucho que desear.
El primer día nos faltaba la cuna para el bebé, no había vasos, ni sarten... Por la mañana había una cucaracha en el baño, la limpieza de la habitación un desastre... Lo único bueno es la piscina y el acceso a toallas, aunque la piscina esta algo fría porque le da la sombra toda la tarde.

. Après discussion avec le directeur fort antipathique nous avons préféré perdre 150 euros de frais et repartir ailleurs tellement c était décevant

Horrible experience with my family, the director was not flexible and did not accept any change in their reservation. They wanted to book an apartment for parents and kids and booked by accident a studio on internet. They were ok to pay the price increase/difference and amend the reservation but he did not want to hear anything. The hotel was not full, they decided to finally run away after a long argumentation and they charged them the price of one night... totally unacceptable for an hotel !!!!

hôtel bien placé. dans centre business mais à moins de 2km du centre anime et de l'accès au quartier de Alfuma. bonnes prestations mais un peu vieillot. nous etions 5 ils nous ont upgrade dans une suite avec 3 grandes chambres 3 sdb cuisine salon salle à manger et grande terrasse avec belle vue sur Lisbonne. personnels agréables accueillant et serviables. parking payant 12 eur par 24h.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Reasonable sized pool, mostly for cooling off, not necessarily swimming. A little paint in a few places would bring the hotel up to scratch.

The hotel was alright and good value for the money. The beds were really comfortable and pillows lovely. Pool was alright. Service a bit slow but relatively friendly. Location alright. Parking easy, with lots of free parking outside in the weekend. Overall good stay.

Veldig fine rom, bra basseng, god beliggenhet, og ganske grei betjenting. Trekker ned at check inn var 1 1/2 time forsinket, uten kompensasjon, og at det til tider var dårlig bemannet i resepsjonen. Aircon bråkte mye.

Wer nicht darauf bedacht ist, den neuesten Stand zu beanspruchen, bekommt hier neben freundlichen Bediensteten auch Platz und einen guten Ausgangspunkt für die City. Witzig ist auch die Tiefgarage, wer da das Auto wieder heil raus bekommt, kann definitiv ein Fahrzeug lenken.

Enjoyable stayRooms good size kept clean every day.Only problem was was its claim to be sound proofed very noisy you could easily hear people moving about we got woken few times with people coming in late and we could hear shoes being dumped on floor and chairs being dragged across floor also room doors banging.The noise was our only gripe.

Magnífica habitación, con un gran salón y una cama muy amplia. Los servicios del hotel son modestos, pero su ubicación es muy buena, en una calle tranquila y con muy poco ruido, junto a Marqués de Pombal.

Camere spațioase, aer condiționat, paturi confortabile. Fiecare camera dispune de o bucătărie mica, utilata complet cu plita, minifrigider, filtru de cafea, vesela și tacâmuri. Baia este spațioasă, însă se poate îmbunătăți curățenia!
De asemeni, geamurile nu prea izolează termic și fonic.
Personal foarte amabil.
Mic dejun inclus, variat.

Genial ubicación, muy cerca de Marqués de Pombal. Las habitaciones son enormes y muy cómodas. Además la piscina en verano sienta de maravilla. El desayuno del bufet es muy abundante, aunque un poco caro, pero bueno al fin y al cabo. El trato es muy cortés y amable.

First of all, the hotel has a very good location, indeed (we stayed with it in October, 2019) - it's close to the central streets (you have just 15-20 minutes of patient walking to achieve Baixa, for example) and at the same time it's situated in a quiet & secured area (with embassies and consulates all around); it's very important to consider the safety situation in Lisbon since some other hotels (we had another experience with Lisbon City Hotel, e.g.) stay in so awful, dirty and full with degraded persons places that I could strongly recommend you to think not even twice where to live patiently in order not to destroy your Portuguese vacations.
Secondly, rooms are big enough and not badly equipped (with good large screen TVs, small kitchens and not ugly furniture :). Towels and bedclothes are good in quality and cleanness.
Thirdly, Wi-Fi is reasonable stable and functions well.
Fourthly, at any time we managed to find place to park our car close to the hotel - that's also an important factor since principally, it provokes a lot of difficulties in Portugal (especially in Porto - it's definitely a nightmare :)) to place your car close to your living space.
And, finally, the personnel tries to settle your requests quickly enough.
· The very weakest point of this comfortable enough hotel is its sooooo small eating area designated for a collective breakfast that it factually provokes queues for taking a table...
Imagine just a room 5 by 6 meters and some 4 tables in a lobby.... and all those for a hotel where there at least 8 living floors...
Definitely this area and the very logistics should be re-engineered since they just try to manage the issue by extending service hours.... but it doesn't help at all because many guests prefer to leave living spaces for site-seeings etc. and not to have their breakfasts at some 11 a.m.
Concerning the very size and variability of this breakfast... just be ready that in whole Portugal breakfasts are factually small in variety... they are not at all like in Spain (do not even expect cheese and meat like in a neighbouring country :) and even in industrial cities of Germany... they are just like more or less the Greek ones...
In any case you are not to be hungry for starting your day :).

Was upgraded for free to one bedroom apartment from booked studio.Best location ever very close to Metro and some restaurants and you could easily walk to the heart of Lisbon in 20 minutes where its all happening.Was in street facing apartment room 405 which was a bit noisy when the rubbish bins were collected very early morning ( anytime from 1am to 4am ) also you could easily hear all the traffic noise and planes which I would say is due to the thin double glazing. An upgrade of sound proofing would also help. Our room was next to some building work taking place on building next door which was noisy if your were in the room from 8am to 6pm would have asked to be moved to another room but as the weather was pleasant and we had places to visit we were out enjoying Lisbon and the surrounding area. All staff we came into contact with were polite and helpful but a special thank you goes to one of the friendliest and most helpful member of the reception team Ms K Gomes ( Krisra I think was the first name sorry if I got it wrong ) who helped print our boarding pass as guest computer was out of order and also stored our luggage while we went out exploring Lisbon on our last day.

Sobre a localização, é ótimo muito perto de vários pontos de interesse a visitar.
O quarto que fiquei mais parecia uma casa, 2 quartos, sala, cozinha, etc.
Uma pequena zona verde com piscina, ótimo para um momento de lazer.
O pequeno-almoço bom, com bastante diversidade de alimentos.
Staff muito prestável e simpático.

Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer hat sehr gut funktioniert, die im Schlafzimmer leider sehr schlecht. Im Badezimmer sowie in Teilen des Schlafzimmers - auch in der Nähe und teilweise im Bett! - befanden sich Ameisen. Das Frühstück war okay jedoch hat sich meine Reisebegleitung am letzten Tag eine Lebensmittelvergiftung von der Wurst geholt, welche wahrscheinlich zu lange gelagert wurde. Der Check-In wirkte sehr unorganisiert, zum Check-Out hatten wir ein Lunchpaket einen Tag zuvor erfragt da wir Frühstück inklusive hatten, zum Check-Out selbst haben wir keines bekommen.

Sentral beliggenhet og god frokost. Rommene har noe preg av manglende vedlikehold, men det fungerer helt fint. Det bygges i huset ved siden av, så vekkes hver morgen klokken 0800. Fint basseng (litt kaldt), med mulighet for servering.

Excelente hotel, aparentemente recém reformado, mas próximo a Praça Marques do Pombal, está localizado entre a estação de Metrô Pombal e a Ratto. Café da manhã, ou melhor, pequeno almoço delicioso que é servido a partir das 7 horas e tem muitas frutas, pães, sucos e bebidas quentes.
Os quartos tem boas camas, confortáveis e melhor, piso laminado, ótimo para quem tem alergias. Um pequena cozinha com fogão, geladeira, micro ondas e até chaleira elétrica. Vale o cuidado com a calçada da rua, muito estreita e escorregadia, assim como vários pontos de Lisboa, sola de borracha essencial.

Fantástico apartamento para 4! Fuimos dos parejas de amigos y flipamos: dos súper pedazos de habitaciones y dos baños enormes. Teníamos cocina bastante grande también, y un salón con mesa donde entraban 8 para comer. Repetiriamos sin duda para otra estancia larga en Lisboa!

Íbamos al apartamento esperando encontrar unas habitaciones sencillas, pero encontramos dos habitaciones enormes, cocina, salón, dos baños y terraza. Todo nuevo y en perfectas condiciones. Disponen de plazas de parking para dejar el coche

Appartement 1 chbr lit double + salon avec canape lit pour nos 2 fillesArrivee le 01/05 14H00 : lit des enfants pas fait => info transmise vers 15h. On nous dit que cela sera fait après 18h00. Retour vers 19h00 : toujours pas fait => nouvelle info a l accueil. Retour a 21h apres le diner, tjr pas fait. Le lendemain menage pas fait. Kichinette avec equipement mediocre pour 3 pers alors que nous etions 4. Matelas a changer sur le canape. Mais a part cette mesaventure, tout c est bien passé.

Hotel tem uma excelente localização, sendo muito próximo à transportes publiblicos e lugares para recreação. Quartos de bom tamanhos e com a vantagem de conter uma pequena cozinha, para pessoas que ficam um grande período hospedado e não quer sempre estar comendo fora, ele é uma boa opção... Há estacionamento pago mas com a desvantagem de ser aberto ao público também. Café da manhã agradável e muito gostoso. É por fim, na parte de trás há uma piscina e área bem acolhedora para pegar um sol....

Décevant. Il nous avait été annoncé sur smartbox un accueil et des prestations irréprochables. A notre arrivée à l'hôtel le 28 mars malgré que l'hôtel ait mon mail et que la réservation ait été faite par smartbox le 17 janvier nous avons été informés à notre arrivée que nous serions dans un autre hôtel du groupe. J'ai également appelé pour signaler notre arrivée après 14 heures mais je n'ai pas été informée du changement d'hôtel non plus à ce moment-là. Ce deuxième hôtel est bien moins bien situé. Bref nous avons fait un aller-retour entre les deux hôtels. D'autres déconvenues s'ensuivirent. Chambre pas prête au retour en taxi (payé par l'hôtel à l'aller et au retour) et pour touts ces problèmes le seul geste commercial extorqué est une boisson chacun offerte en attendant que la chambre soit prête. Victime du surbooking ou autre je ne sais pas. Je sais par contre que si je n'avais pas osé dire que c'est inadmissible et incompréhensible pour un hôtel de ce standing nous aurions été pris pour des idiots.
Carte d'accès à la chambre à mettre à jour pour la dernière nuit et troisième nuit déjà payée pas enregistrée au deuxième hôtel et qu'on nous demandait au lors du départ de repayer. Heureusement que j'ai osé faire valoir nos droits, malheureusement en étant obligé de montrer mon mécontentement.

The foyer and breakfast area appear to have been updated (modernized), but the rest of the hotel is dated. We stayed at the Clarion with our two children. The mattress in the pull out couch had to be 20 year old. I felt horrible for my kids having to try and sleep on it. Next, coach roaches in the bathroom...thats a fun thing to be welcomed by each morning. The temperature in the room was all over the place. Windows are poorly sealed or old. Our stay at the Clarion was during the month of March when temperatures outside were cooler/cold, resulting in variation of room temperature throughout.

Vrij centraal gelegen, dicht bij metro. Gewoon ontbijt zeer verzorgd en regelmatige bijvulling, ruime aanbiedings uren, vlotte en vriendelijke bediening. Kamers zijn goed ingericht (appartement) met afzonderlijke slaapkamer, keuken met minibar, badkamer voorzien van productjes.
Diverse eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Kan Clarion Suites aanbevelen.

Easy to catch bus n metro. McDonald's opposite. Cafe next door good for breakfast. Mini market round the corner. Only downside is hotel need update. Kitchen light not working. Freezer handle broking. Near downtown, nice staff and clean room. I’d stay at this hotel if we return to Lisbon in the future. Parking was also no issue. Requested a room with pullout bed; the hotel staff arrived within 15 min of us checking in and made the pullout bed with a fresh set of sheets.

We were upgraded (free of charge) to the best room in the hotel - an amazing three bedroom on the top floor. The service was outstanding, the parking was easy (a rarity in Lisbon), and the hotel is located in a nice central area with good restaurants.

Little dated and dusty. Overall cleanliness for the price was not great. Lots of dust in our room which never got better after daily cleaning. There was minimal replacement of amenities over 4 nights; shower gel finishes, no tissues, no tea bags. The place is somewhat dated; wooden panelling that look worn and tires. Location good for access by subway to centre. Good local cafes and park for kids. Staff never really engaged throughout stay unless we made an effort.

This hotel is located in a very central place in the city. Its 4 short blocks to the Metro station. The room was large, 2 beds, kitchenette, small table. comfortable bathroom. It is a great value, the AC was freezing cold. The employees were nice. Its right off the main street that takes you to a few cafes and the metro station.

We were spoiled by given a room on 7th floor with a huge balcony. It was great to sit out there after a busy day site seeing. Watching the planes arrive and take off. The noise was not a problem at all as it was double glazed for sleeping.We self catered in the well equipped kitchen. There is a well stocked mini Mart down the street. Glarion Suites is situated between two metro stations and travel on them is so easy. The staff are very helpful.

Günstige Lage Nähe Praca Marques de Pombal, gesamter Zentrumsbereich von Lissabon praktisch zu Fuß erreichbar, Metro Station Rato ca. 300m; Appartmentausstattung wie auch das gesamte Hotel nicht mehr ganz neu, aber ok. Sehr breite Betten mit super Matratzen. Frühstücksbüffet kein Brüller, aber völlig ausreichend. Personal größtenteils sehr zugänglich und hilfsbereit.Fazit: würden wir auch ein drittes Mal buchen.

Flughafen zum Hotel kostete ca. 10€ (Taximeter, billiger als jede Vorabbuchung). Das Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstraße (ruhige Lage) ca. 2 km von dem Altstadtzentrum entfernt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind leicht erreichbar (U-Bahn, Bus, zu Fuß). Die Suite in der 7. Etage war mit einem Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad und 2 Balkonen sehr geräumig. Das Doppelbett war überdurchschnittlich breit, jeder Wohnraum verfügte über eine Klimaanlage, TV und Telefon. Weiter gab es eine Minibar. Safe, WLAN, Wasserkocher für Tee waren kostenlos. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Sightseeing Busse (fahren in der Nähe ab), hier gibt es mehrere Routen und Anbieter welche die Sehenswürdigkeiten anfahren (Infos in mehreren Sprachen inklusive Deutsch). Auch die alte Straßenbahn (Linie 28) ist sehr interessant, die Abfahrtszeiten sind allerdings nur Richtungswerte. Grundsätzlich sollte man etwas mehr Zeit einplanen, da an einigen interessanten Punkten mit Wartezeiten zu rechnen ist. Restaurants gibt es im Zentrum mehr als genug, nervig sind lediglich die Einfänger. Weiter sind Ausflugsziele in der näheren Umgebung zu empfehlen wie z.B. Sintra, Belem, Cascais, etc. (Fahrten können im Hotel gebucht werden). Negativ sind die vielen leerstehenden Häuser im Zentrum. Alles im Allen war es aber ein sehr gelungene Reise.

Ab Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat das Personal an der Reçeption alle Wünsche erfüllt. Im Café an der Strasse (vis â vis Mac Donalds) wurden wir bereits am Morgen gut und günstig bedient.Während unserem Aufenthalt wurden wir in einem Fada-Restaurant richtig enttäuscht. Pro Person wurde eine minimale Konsumation von Euro 10.00 verlangt. Wir mussten für Konsumation Euro 30.50 und zusätzlich pro Person Euro 40.00 (4 Personen) bezahlen, Begründung, wir hätten nichts gegessen - also Achtung!

We love the ambience in the hotel -We asked for a room at the back which is peacefulWe had a one bedroom apartment which was spacious with a very comfortable sofa, 2 flat screen multi channel TVs a dining table and an enlarged sepia photo of lisbon on one wallThe kitchen is adequate but note -No dishwasher or washing machine its very much an aparthotel not an apartment The advantage is a usually friendly and efficient front desk and - if needed -reasonably priced room service and mini bar.Our three year old slept wonderfully (a rare experience) in his extra large sturdy cot. Our quibble was that toileteries werent replenished without asking (or the hospitality tray)A larger concern was that we booked an apartment with a double bed but had to accept adjacent (and to be fair large and comfortable) twin beds in order to get a room at the back of the hotel and not facing the street where some works were being undertaken It was a reasonable compromise but given that we had booked more than a month in advance and had madeSpecific requests it was nonetheless a compromise that we felt we shouldnt have had to make.The location is in my favourite area of Lisbon - a little outside the historic centre, at the top of av liberdade between Marques de Pombal and Rato metros Its full of local restaurants, has a supermarket open until 9, elegant 19thc buildings and is very hassle-free for an urban environment The wonderful Jardim de Estrella is a ten minute walk past cafes and a great ice cream shopWe look forward to returning to the area and to a very relaxing hotel which we would happily (indeed heartily) recommend despite those quibbles - next time i would phone ahead re the double bed to re emphasise though there is a limited supply of such rooms in the hotel and far less demand for them in the continentBut somehow the overall experience transcends the sum of the parts/ andthe parts are pretty good!

The hotel and the room/suite were good. The beds were comfortable, the kitchenette was useful. The only criticism we had was that the bed room was very dark and gloomy. The room needed a central bright light or a bright free standing extra light. We did not like being in the gloom when trying to read or pack.This was such a shame as otherwise we would have given a top score.

The staff were very friendly, but the room services were not very good. They will sometimes forget to change your towels or filled your shower gels or toilet rolls. Apart from that it is on a very good location, about 10-12 minutes walk to the shops and train station and a Macdonald opposite the hotel.

Lhôtel est vraiment beau :) mais la seule chose qui ma un peu refroidi cest le personnel de laccueil il y avait que un monsieur très accueillant et vraiment sympathique nous a proposé de changer nos 2 chambre pour un appartement car nous étions 4. Le reste du personnel je lai trouvé froid... Et les linges quand il les changes il devrait au moin sentir bon et non la cigarette ou une odeur bizzare...

Um die Ecke vom Marques Pombal, alle Verkehrsmittel in direkter Erreichbarkeit, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Wünsche werden umgehend und perfekt erfüllt. Möbel vielleicht etwas abgewohnt aber alles top-sauber und man hat riesig viel Platz.

Lisbonne est un trésor à découvrir par contre le Clarion suite hôtel est un peu fatigué .Léquipement de la cuisine(appart 607)est plus que sommaire ,pas de set dentretien ,pas de bols .Le mobilier est vieillot ainsi que les luminaires, lappartement est sombre mais très spacieuxLa literie est correcte

Hôtel très agréable, personnel aimable, bonne situation pour les transports métro, bus, aerobus ( très pratique pour laéroport ). Les chambres sont très spatieuses ( beaucoup de rangement, despace ) beaucoup plus que dans les hôtels français . Très satisfait de notre séjours, ville des plus charmante !!

Convenient location (metro/bus stations, grocery, cafes nearby). Free WiFi, Kitchenette, aircon in the room. Good breakfast. Cosy swimming pool. Friendly personnel.

Me estafaron a la salida del hotel obligandome a pagar los dasayunos por segunda vez (42€) cuando yo tenia abonada la reserva con alojamiento y desayuno incluidos tal y como pude demostrar en recepción, y lo sabian. Me sentí engañada. Por otro lado, la limpieza deja mucho que desear sobre todo en el baño.

Nada a apontar. Fizemos a reserva pelo Booking 20 min antes de chegar ao Hotel, foram eficientes e muito simpáticos.
Recomendo quem quiser ficar num apartamento em Lisboa.

Rummet hade problem med avloppslukt och dåligt fungerande avlopp. Vi bl a bad personalen rensa avloppet i duschen eftersom den var helt fast. Slutligen kokade vi och hällde i vatten för att rensa för bättre avrinning. Rummet var trevligt, men väldigt dåligt städat. Det kändes även övrigt som lite underhåll slulle inte vara helt fel. Dock vänlig och hjälpsam personal!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli et le personnel est vraiment agréable et serviable. Le lit de notre suite était excellent par contre le canapé lit ou dormait mes filles était horrible (nous aurions dû demander à changer mais nos filles étant encore jeunes (donc pas trop difficiles et sans problème de dos), elles ont quand même trouver une position pour bien dormir).Lappartement / suite était bien mais il y avait des signes de dégradation (1 plainte décollé, porte de la salle de bain à changer, carrelage de la salle de bain désuet).Par contre, le ménage est très mal fait (surtout ne pas regarder sous le lits ou les meuble bas!!!) et il a fallu par 2 fois se plaindre pour quils reviennent le faire durant la semaine.Mais pour une semaine ce fut très bien et la piscine est vraiment bien (leau est fraîche cependant car non chauffée).Pratique : un McDo en face qui est ouvert jusquà 23h. Cela dépanne bien en cas darrivée tardive et un centre commerciale à 10 minutes à pieds ouverts tous les jours (même dimanche et jour fériés) avec une Jumbo (Auchan).2galement une petite superette dans une rue perpendiculaire qui dépanne bien.

demander une chambre donnant sur la piscine, vous naurez pas le soleil laprès midi et elle sera plus fraîche à votre retour dexcursion, car lorsque vous partez et retirez la carte magnétique lalimentation électrique se coupe et la clim aussi dommage . Ne pas hésiter à demander un taxi au concierge pour rejoindre vos lieux de visite , les prix sont très modiques et les chauffeurs agréables, sinon vous avez les départs des bus touristiques pas très loin de lhôtel.

When you check in and the receptionist is wearing a moth eaten tie, it does not fill you with confidence.The room was clean and relatively comfortable, but very dated. Good location. Average pool area.could not expect more at the price paid.

Ich war 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel und muss ehrlich sagen als portugiesin habe ich mehr erwartet. Die Aussicht des Hotels ist nicht schön, es hat kein W-LAN (kostenlos) für 7 Tage W-LAN muss man pro Person 25 Euro zahlen. Breakfast fasst um die 15 Euro pro Person wenn man es selbst gestallten wollte. Die Zimmer sind gross und schön jedoch sehr kalt. Die Klimaanlage fuktionierte nicht im Zimmer und ich habe es am Mittwoch an meinem Ankunfs Tag gemeldet jedoch erschienen Sie erst am Sonntagt ein Tag vor meiner Abreise. Roomservice war mir sogar einwenig zu nervig aber das sicher nur weil ich schon genug gereizt war.

Clarion Suites war für uns mit 2 Kindern (8 und 12) perfekt, da die Suites supergroßzügig geschnitten sind (2 Zimmer, Kochnische, Esstisch und Bad). Die Lage war ideal - man konnte problemlos in die Stadt laufen. Wenn die Energie am Abend nicht mehr ausreichte, kam man für ca. 5 Euro mit dem Taxi wieder zurück. In der Straße waren mehrere Cafe Bars zum Frühstücken - incl. ein McCafe gleich schräg gegenüber. Perfekt, um den Tag mit einem guten Kaffee zu beginnen! Der Pool war Mitte Oktober schon etwas zu kalt, aber im Sommer sicherlich eine willkommene Abkühlung. War auch groß genug und nett angelegt, dafür dass das Hotel mitten in der Stadt liegt. Alles in allem, ein super Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden wieder dort absteigen!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Leider war gerade ein Umbau im gegenüber liegenden Haus. Somit war es leider auch in der Nacht sehr laut.

Hotellet låg en bit från centrum men ett lugnare läge samtidigt som man kunde använda sigav guidningsbussarna. Man köpte biljett för två dagar och hoppade på bussen och av när som helst.Ren och fin stad med mycket och shopping.Möjlighet med ovanstående buss att åka ut bada vid kusten.

Cétait un appartement qui ne correspondait pas vraiment à la grande chambre que javais cru réserver. Le sol en parquet était très bruyant, il manquait malheureusement disolation phonique. Si bien que nous avons été réveillés 2 fois à quatre heures du matin par les occupants de la chambre du dessus. Je choisirai un autre hôtel la prochaine fois.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist zentrumsnah gelegen und mit Metro und Bus gut erreichbar. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut; das Personal freundlich.

El hotel está muy bien situado. Se encuentra fácilmente al salir de la autopista.En la plaza Marqués de Pombal está la estación de metro. Los transportes públicos son excelentes y es recomendable sacar una tarjeta de transporte para todo el día (aprox. 3,60 Eur) ya que los viajes individuales son bastante caros. El tranvía cuesta 2,50 Eur por persona, si no se ha sacado antes en la estación de metro o un establecimiento de venta de billetes. La tarjeta tiene una fianza de 0,50 cent. que es reembolsable dentro de un periodo de 5 días y tan sólo si se acompaña del recibo correspondiente. En la plaza Marqués de Pombal también se pueden sacar los billetes para los autobuses turísticos de dos plantas, con los cuales se puede comenzar la visita de la ciudad, si no se conoce previamente.El hotel es muy recomendable si se viaja con niños. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. La cocina es magnífica para los desayunos y delante del Hotel hay un McDonalds.

Estuve en una suite doble con mi familia (2 adultos y 2 niños) durante 3 noches y la relación calidad-precio ha sido muy buena. Habitación grande y comoda. Hotel muy bien comunicado con metro y autobus. El unico pero es que hacía un poco de frío al entrar y la calefacción/refrigeración de la habitación era ruidosa. Personal del hotel amable.
