Lovely apartment in the heart of the Old Quarter. Full of character with a nice airy feel. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Positive: all was absolutely nice: clean apt, sheets/towels, very welcoming host Laura providing useful touristics tips and valid information to simplify guests life during the stay, amazing views from the apt.. Negative: no complaints, one of the best apts i ever seen at a very descent price

Positive: The apartment had a lot of charm and was very tidy and clean. It was a bit smaller than the pictures make it seem but it was perfect for our family of 5. It is in a great location, close to everything. Laura (host) was great. Very friendly, informative, and welcoming!. Negative: It can be a bit noisy at night so bring a sound machine if that bothers you. Late check-in fee (15€). Cleaning fee of 40€ for 3 nights in a small apartment. Top bunk beds do not have a safety bar.

Positif: Proximité des sites touristiques. Cadre de vie authentique. Bel appartement totalement renové. Bon accueil de joão.. Négatif: Pas de capsules nespresso. Pas de shampooing.

Positiva: Totalmente nuevo y perfectamente decorados con todas las cosas necesarias para la estancia.. Negativa: Un 5 sin ascensor !!!! y con niños con carro !!! Mortal !!!! y unas escaleras muy,muy empinadas

Positive: - The location is great and close to different restaurants, the railway station and not far from the river. - There is a hairdryer. - Enough plates/pans etc to cook food. - The beds are extra comfy. - During the week it was quiet (during the weekend nights you can hear the street noise as it's a central location and clubs are nearby).. Negative: - The host ruined the experience. There is a hole between the bed and the wall, and the bed cannot be moved. One of my friend's phones slipped in there. The host made us pay 30 euros, the guy to fix this came without telling us beforehand, and he said it's the only time he can come, otherwise, they will need to disassemble the beds and ship us the phone in January (after we are long gone). The host said it's our fault and this has never happened before... But the guy found not only our 1 phone, but 2 phones. The host wanted to take it lying it's the cleaning lady's phone, but then changed their mind. - The communication was crooked - we were given one contact, then we were asked to call or email another contact, and it was much delayed with an urgent question. - The place is quite small. If you only sleep here - ok. There's not enough place to put all stuff, there is only one bathroom (imagine in the morning, yay, and it gets dirty soon with nothing to wipe the floor), small kitchen. - We were given only 1 toilet paper roll for 6 people for 1 week, so we bought on our own.

Positiva: La Ubicación y la chica que nos entregó las llaves ¡majísima!: Laura. Nos dio un montón de indicaciones, recomendaciones y nos dejo un mapa con anotaciones de interés.. Negativa: Que hay que dejar el coche en algún parking, y algunos son un poco caros. El más económico 14 €/24h y está a unos 10min andando.

Positiv: Der Transfer war über die Unterkunft gebucht und funktionierte einwandfrei, sowie die Schlüsselübergabe und die Einweisung von Laura! Sie war sehr freundlich und hat uns über alles informiert! Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Top!!. Negativ: Das Bad ist für größere Personen schwierig nutzbar.

Positiva: Ubicacióm del apartamento inmejorable, la decoración y unas vistas fantásticas. Muy acogedor.. Negativa: Nada que decir.

Positiivinen: Keskellä toimintaa. Kuitenkin huoneisto oli suht hiljainen siihen nähden että ympäristössä on useita baareja,ravintoloita, diskoja, bubeja. Mainio huoneisto mahtavalla paikalla Bairro Altossa.. Negatiivinen: Huoneisto 4 krs ei hissiä, huoneiston eteen ei pääse millään kulkuneuvolla. Kadut suljettu on jäätävä joko kadulle missä vilkas liikenne tai toiseen päähän missä porukka tööttää kun ei pääse ohi.Matka ei ole kun kymmeniä metrejä katujen päistä huoneistolle. Ei siis mitenkään paha pikkusen hankala. Huoneistolla ei ole parkkipaikkaa ja käytettävä maksullisia. 45€ vuorokausi jos et katso mihin auton viet. Bairrossa ei autoa tarvitse.

Positiu: Molt acollidor Ben equipat Anfitriona molt atent. Negatiu: Zona de bars de nit, encara que força insonoritzat

Pozytywna: Dobra lokalizacja. Negatywna: Szczęśliwie bylismy o tym poinfomowani wcześniej przez znajomych, więc bylismy przygotowani, ale trzeba wiedzieć, że: 1. piąte piętro bez windy, b. wąskie schody!!!! 2. mieszkanie znajduje sie w samym centrum conocnej dzikiej fiesty - setki (tak!) ludzi piją pod oknami i zachowują sie BARDZO głośno. przy zamknietych szczelnie oknach i klimatyzacji DA RADĘ jednak wytrzymać.

Positiv: Tolles Dachgeschoss Apartment mit Blick über Lissabon. Schön renoviertes und gestaltestes Altstadt Apartment. Eine steile Treppe führt zum 5. OG. Einfache Anreise mit Aerobus oder Metro mit kurzen (aber sehr steilem) Fussweg bis zum Apartment. Viele Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung. Nachts daher durchaus auch hörbar.. Negativ: Die Dusche zeigt leider ein paar spuren von Schimmel.

Positive: la vista e lo stile. Negazione: riscaldamento in bagno assente, mancanza del bidet, e qualche gancio per i cappotti.

Tutto molto bello appartamento curato e vista sulla città. Attenzione però , se rompete qualcosa la pagherete circa quattro volte il valore reale. Ad esempio io per un portasciugamani divelto da un muro in cartone ho pagato 40 euro!! Decisamente troppo
