We returned a one-way rental here that we had borrowed in Faro with Flizzr. The location was a bit confusing and I was asked to park the car inside, even though the drive-in was blocked by another car. The actual handover was quick, professional and we did not run into any scams. We were quickly transferred to the airport by a driver.

I am waiting for 2 hours for car and nobody was in meeting point! NO TRY RENT a CAR HERE!!!! bAD SERViCE!!!!

Horrível... O que era low cost, no final ficou o mesmo preço da nornal e ainda com km limitados. Pertence a sixt, o que já é um mau sinal. Algumas taxas surgiram apenas depois da reserva, incluindo uma de 40€ para não bloquear 2000€ no meu cartão durante o uso...

Alles okay, allerdings ging es lange bis wir das Auto bekamen. Wenn die Mädels von flizzr am Vodafoneladen am Flughafen Lissabon ihre Schilder richtig herum halten würden, würde man sie auch erkennen. Das ist richtig schlecht und gehört sofort geändert. Macht einen unnötig schlechten Eindruck. Sehr schade.

Um horror disseram um preço paguei na hora,mas debitaram no cartão mais do dobro,quiseram devolver uma parte mas recusei e apresentei queixa na deco e vai seguir os trâmites l egais.Nao recomendo nem amigos nem a inimigos se os tiver porque ninguém merece tanta falta de profissionalismo.

Mega rude service. 3500 euro deposit for a rental through a third party. Didn't end up accepting my debit card. DO NOT RENT here. Btw the rude person was Marianne or something along those lines.

Vraiment exécrable. Des heures d attente sans explication. Loin de l aéroport. Des sommes délirantes comme caution qui obligent tous les clients à appeler leur banque. Et personnel désagréable. Un grand moment de la location de voiture quand le personnel baisse la fête pour éviter tout contact avec le public. . A éviter à tout prix.

I usually rent from here, so dealt with them more than once and the staff is super friendly and nice (they're actually the budget arm of Sixt, so expect that level of service). Although the wait could be a little bit less (in comparison to other rentals even). Also, I was mistakingly charged for a full tank once, so I called them, explained the situation, the person on the phone was super polite and friendly and I got refunded the amount

Péssimo, processo de bloqueio do limite fere regras de segurança, a atendente queria copiar os dados do meu cartão e o CVC (código de segurança), mesmo após o caução já estar bloqueado em meu cartão. A responsável pelo park na altura, Inês Pereira, reconheceu o erro. Me ofereceram um carro pela Sixt e alegou que a Sixt faz o procedimento correto. Fui lesado no valor da locação que já avia pré pagado e fiquei sem o carro.

Attention à la caution qui est belle et bien bloquée sur votre carte bancaire . Faire le nécessaire avant auprès de votre banque avant. Sinon ils proposent des solutions onéreuses.

A éviter !!!! Une caution de 2000 euros pour louer une petite voiture!!!! Les CB ne fonctionnent pas avec une telle caution, il faut contacter sa banque pour déblocage... la solution proposée : prendre une assurance à 230€ chez Flizzr.... alors que la location ne coûte que 180€.... bureaux fermés à 20h.... vraiment je déconseille.

On Expedia this is advertised as 'car in terminal' but it isn't. You need a shuttle service to get there, adding more time to the whole procedure. Then when there they can't just put a block on your credit card for the deposit but need to call their bank to action this, which took another half an hour. I normally book Sixt direct and went for Flizzr as it was advertised as part of the Sixt group. Let me tell you, the service has nothing to do with Sixt level of customer service. All in all a very disappointing experience and that before even mentioning the shuttle bus driver who is constantly on the phone with a private conversation.
