A very negative experience with this company. Please beware that this company makes people sign *exclusive* agreements that last 1 year, which, as we learn the hard way later, is not standard practice with other agencies - many agencies are willing to sign non-exclusive agreements that only last a couple months. We listed a good home for Fine and Country to sell for 6 months. They couldn't sell it. The offers were far below the price they recommended us to list at. They didn't use professional photographers (standard with other agencies) and listed our home with unprofessional phone photos. They only used a professional photographer after I complained. After I complained about the exclusive agreement and the fact our property was not sold in 6 months, I asked to cancel the exclusive agreement. The agent didn't react well, and said it's not fair to her, since she has been working so hard for me. The agent said I insulted her and wrote a long message to my mother, complaining about my character and how she is professional and hard-working. I contacted her superiors about the situation, and while they attempted to mend the situation, the damage was done and we went to other agencies. Please also beware that some of the 5-star reviews may be from people associated with their company.
