This is a unique apartment that sets your stay apart from other Airbnbs or hotels. Beds are comfortable, full kitchen, everything you need. Location is close to Time Out market and boat terminal. We could walk to Bairro Alto, though is uphill, and pink street, which gets a review all it's own

Positive: - Central location - Spacious living room - Taxis booked on arrival. Negative: Based on previous reviews we were really looking forward to our stay, but this was the harsh reality of it all: - Bedroom 1 (master bedroom) - bathroom: the shower did not drain properly so water built up and leaked all over the floor. This meant that we had to spend a long time mopping the floor after each shower which is not what you want on holiday. - Bedroom 2 - the size of the second bedroom was absolutely tiny - definitely not suitable for a couple. The bathroom had a very strong smell of sewage and the smell entered the bedroom which made for a very unpleasant experience. There were also some cleanliness issues in the bathroom: the fact that they use a carpet in the bathroom means that it soaks up moisture and it was very sticky. Also in the second bedroom : one of the wardrobe doors was broken. We were not informed about this and the door fell on my sister when she opened it, which injured her. Completely unacceptable! There was also a hot water issue - there was only enough hot water for 1 person to take their shower. Everyone else had to have cold showers. I would like to add that I informed the host about most of these issues, to which they simply replied with the offer of a free airport transfer - which we couldn't take them up on anyway because we were leaving for Porto the next day and not flying back. We told them this and they didn't even bother replying!! To add insult to injury, the host didn't even bother to turn up for the checkout as promised! For an apartment that models itself as a five star luxury stay, it couldn't be further from the truth and considering the cost of staying here, you'd be better off spending your money elsewhere.

Positiv: Stylische Einrichtung und gute Lage. Vermieter sehr freundlich. Negativ: Nur ein Bad mit Brause und WC. 3 getrennte Schlafzimmer mit deutlich Platz. Das kommt in der Beschreibung nicht deutlich hervor. Zusätzlich ein weiteres WC mit Waschbecken. Wenn 6 Personen in der Früh brausen wollen, wirds knapp !!

Positive: Great apartment Great location Helpful people Fully equipped . Negative: One of both bed-/bathrooms were smaller and less comfortable. The smaller room is ok as long as you are smaller than 1,75 m ;)

Positiv: God introduktion og superservice af værten. Jeg kan anbefale de guidede ture som omtales i lejligheden. Prøv turen til Sintra, Cascais mv.

Positiva: Decoración. Negativa: Techos bajos, inmueble antiguo, en reforma. Obras en los edificios contiguos.

Positive: The location of the flat is excellent for sightseeing and pub crawl in the evening. The flat has a beautiful decor and was perfect for our glamour weekend out. We loved it and will definitely come back!

Positiv: Riesige, sehr ausgefallene Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Allerdings hat ein Schlafzimmer kein Fenster und im Bad sollte an der Duschinstallation gearbeitet werden.

Positiva: La zona está cerca de todos los transportes. Negativa: Las fotos son de dos apartamentos. El que me dieron a mí es una entre planta. Apartamento sin ventilación solo tres ventanas muy oscuro, techos muy bajos los chocas con la mano sin saltar. La habitación principal está muy bien pero sin ventana huele a cerrado por la falta de ventilación. La segunda habitación la más pequeña es muy incómoda. La cama es de un mueble que se puede plegar. El baño tienes que entrar agachado y la ducha y baño es muy muy incómodo. El baño principal es muy amplio. El primer día el piso de arriba de los mismos dueños se hizo una fiesta que parecía se caía el techo porque se escucha todo las pisadas así que imaginaros una fiesta!!!!! Fue de terror al hacer el check out me dijeron que hablarían para devolvernos parte de lo pagado porque era evidente por como dejaron el apartamento que la fiesta fue de más de 30 personas!!! De lo prometido nada! Ni un euro devuelto... Las escaleras llenas de cucarachas adjunto foto. Podría seguir pero no quiero aburrir más. Es un apartamento muy bien decorado pero ni el edificio ni las dimensiones acompaña. Resumiendo: Sin ventilación, oscura, techos muy bajos, olor a cerrado...

Great place to stay - close to everything, no walk up the top of a hill at the end of the night (it's at the bottom) and proper luxe to boot. Recommended.

Positif: L'accueil de la personne de contact, il M a mis à l'aise! Il nous a questionner sur des envies d'activités accessoires excellentes.. Négatif: TOUT était parfait! Il n' y a rien à dire sur le service.

Положительный: Просторные, чистые апартаменты с оригинальным и продуманным дизайном. Полностью укомплектованная кухня, внимательный персонал. Соотношение цена-качество позволяет списать некоторые неудобства.. Негативный: Поволновались при заселении, хотя по телефону и эл. почте было оговорено время прибытия (играла "Бенфика", отсюда и сложности). Бруно выучил новое русское слово "Извините" и все остались довольны друг другом. В спальнях немного душно, так как в одной из них нет окна, а в другой мешает его открыть шум в кафе напротив, но кондиционер спасает. Маленькая кровать в одной из спален.

负面: 地点不错，出行方便，离地铁和火车站走路10分钟以内，去贝伦区和老城区都有车直达，火车站内有大超市，晚上10点入住没有加收费用。设施齐全，两个卫生间。. 正面: 卫生一般，电视柜上一层浮灰，第一天就被不知名的虫咬了。老房子改建的，是一层和二层中间的房间，没有电梯，楼层很低，有点压抑，特别是其中一间卫生间应该是另外再搭建出来的，从卧室走过去很容易撞到原来的房梁！副卧的床睡的非常不舒服，是简易床，床垫塌陷，两个人睡翻身就会吵醒另个人，是我们在葡萄牙和西班牙20天中睡的最不舒服的，导致第二晚一人只能睡在沙发上。退房后不能寄存行李，行李花钱寄存在火车站。
