Really bad experience, sad because the food is really good, but the service is the worst I've seen: slow and unhappy staff

Excellent ! Prix correct , très bon , possibilité de prendre les plats à emporter, cadres et ambiances sympa ! Leur Brunch est divin (11.80€) ! Et on peut même choisir si on veut du lait de vache ou du lait végétal !

It is a really nice Cafe with a cool modern flare. It is a perfect place for breakfast and coffee, even vegan and dairy free menus are offered. The breakfast bowls are delicious.

Prodotti molto freschi e un buon sapore dei piatti. Come tutti i locali con alimenti bio, I prezzi sono più alti del solito. Ma una buona tappa per diversificare o per persone vegane che non mangiano pesce, quest'ultimo molto frequente in Portogallo.

Good healthy food but nothing spectacular. Bread could be cheaper, 1.25€ is too expensive. And it was not fresh.

Magdalena não foi apenas rude o suficiente para tratar mal quatro dos meus oito amigos, mas também o fez com sua equipe à nossa frente. É uma verdadeira surpresa que as torradas tenham sido tão ricas com esse ambiente de trabalho (provavelmente porque você não as preparou). É uma pena que pessoas como ela tenham a capacidade de danificar o café da manhã para os clientes desse negócio. Vergonha

The cashier refused to take 20 Euro 70 cents to make it an even $10 change, saying, “No, thanks!” He then hands 8 Euro 30 cents, short changing me 1 Euro. If someone refuses to take change, something is afoot.

We had terrible food here. Do not ever choose veggie burger, it was half frozen with absolutely no spices. It is no 1* because the staff was nice and it was not very expensive.

Inexperienced staff and mediocre "healthy" food. First of all, they ran out of salad for my Thai salad so i got the egg muffin with the side salad they had. It was supermarket bagged salad with a reheated quiche. Needed salt ro make it taste like anything. Then the mushroom sandwich with barely any mushroom vs the photo. The chia bowl was a too warm pudding when it should be smoothie-like and frozen. Tomato soup was fine. Staff team was nice but uncoordinated amd they were obviously very junior and lost. I mean how do you run out of salad in a salad store???
