Llegamos a este sitio mirando por Google. Es un lugar pequeño no masificado, lo que se agradece. Dejarse llevar por las recomendaciones de la carta es lo mejor. Los montaditos de sardina están espectaculares !! Y lo dice alguien que no es para nada de pescados. De precio genial, y hablan perfectamente español!!

Met het gezin gaan eten. Genoten van de vriendelijke ontvangst en de zeer lekkere tapas. Goede prijs kwaliteit. Porties zijn wat ze moeten zijn. Ze zijn wel snel met afruimen, maar vermits onze kids niet lang in een restaurant willen zitten, is dat geen issue.

Vous avez envie de vous faire plaisir simplement avec des tapas de folie !!!! Alors vous pouvez les yeux fermés aller au Leve Leve. Le lieux est sans prétention ( pas guindé) mais chaleureux.
Mon épouse et moi avons passés un moment génial entre l apéro et le choix de tapas( envie de tout goûter!!!!) sans oublier le sourire et la gentillesse de leurs personnel!!!!
La quantité et la qualité des produits vous surprendront.
(En passant par trip nous avons eu 30% mais même sans nous y retournerons )
Nous recommandons + + + + !!!!

Wir waren gestern Abend dort. Entgegen unserer Erwartungen war die Tapas Bar leer, könnte allerdings auch an der Nebensaison und am Wochentag liegen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und haben eine Karte mit verschiedenen Tapas bekommen. Da wir nicht viel Ahnung hatten, wurden wir auch sejr gut beraten! Geschmacklich war es bislang unser Highlight auf der Lissabon Reise und wir können es jedem nur empfehlen!

Super ! De l'accueil chaleureux et souriant au repas, nous avons adoré. Caipirinha et Virgin mojito, sangria et petits tapas, tout était délicieux. Brochettes de poulet, crevettes à l'ail, quesadilla, garlic bread, anneaux de calamars, tartine de chèvre au miel et chorizo portugais nous ont régalé pour un rapport qualité prix excellent.
On y reviendra tant pour la gentillesse des filles que pour les plats.

Be patient for a table. No, it might not be traditional Portuguese dishes, but what they do, is done very well and this was a highlight meal for our Lisboa trip. It's a small place and cooked to order, so food comes out as its prepared. This fit right into our table conversation and allowed us to request other drinks and food items without having to call a server over. We appreciated to see the employees very happy and welcoming, so much so that my wife and daughter gave hugs on the way out, though the Sangria likely encouraged that.

I'm not really a tapas guy, but you have to eat and the misses wanted tapas. So I searched for a good place in Bairro Alto and Leve Leve had really good reviews. So we went in, had an amazing time with the best tapas I've ever got! The two waitresses we're very friendly and warm (something we not experienced anywhere else in Lisbon). If you want tapas, this is the place.

Last night we were in the mood of trying some tapas style eatery. We ended up at LeveLeve tapas bar. Owned and operated by wonderful African crew, the food was simply devine.
The French fries came with a garlic herb mayo sauce to die for. Fried to crispy perfection.
The prawns. The flambe sausage. Chicken skewers with spicy peanut sauce. And the salad. I can't say enough how delicious it was. Sitting in a super crispy tortilla it had goat cheese with bread. Yummy guacamole. And figues & nuts surrounded by greens & great dressing. We even ate the tortilla dish.
Higly reccomend to visit this place during your Lisbon stay.
Friendly staff was a huge plus. We went there to eat twice

Very chill place to get some tapas! The staff is very friendly and everything on the menu was very tasteful! The only minor thing is that they don't have airconditioning so it was pretty hot in here. I would recommend this place to everyone, nevertheless!

Went there because of good reviews together with four friends. Can't agree with any of the good reviews here. You get quesadillas filled with chicken and a vegetable mix straight from the freezer. The olives and the bread seems to come straight from the grocery store to your plate. There were MANY disappointed faces sitting around us. Luckily the waiter forgot two of our orders. We left as soon as we could to find tapas that are actually worth eating... I strongly recommend that you avoid Leve Leve tapas bar in Lisbon!

We have had such a great time here. Food is tasty and generous. Drinks are original. The waitresses are always smiling. They can speak a few languages (at least Portuguese, English and French).
We waited 15min before going in but it's definitely worth the wait. I recommend this place to drink something with an appetizer or to have dinner. Excellent!

Auf der Suche nach einem Wein sind wir hier gelandet. Kurz gesagt ... Hier stimmt alles.
Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Tapas eine Wucht. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut.

I would give six stars if I could. What a great find! We had 8 tapas or so (you could eat through the entire menu with 5-6 people) and all of them were as delicious as anyone could possibly prepare them. I would go out of my way to come here. They do take reservations and after 8pm seemed to mean queueing especially for more than two people. There's not a lot of space. Seating seems to be inside only. Service is way more friendly here than at any other place we've been to. Four people with alcoholic drinks and food was €70.

Tiene una carta no muy grande pero estaba todo buenísimo. Nos gustó mucho el canapé de sardinas. Al ser un sitio pequeño tienes poca intimidad en la mesa, pero aún así sitio más que recomendable. Barato y buen trato por parte del personal.

The food is quality! Simple menu but the taste and flavours are unreal. Can't recommend enough, do expect to be waiting as it's rammed and they do seem to be a little under staffed. So just grab a beer at the bar and chill outside.

So happy to have found this small petiscos place! Small, clean, delivers a great service and food. We shared 5 tapas, all very very good. All five were positively yummy and the price definitely fair. A very small menu, less than 20 items but each thing done very well. The Honeymoon (goats cheese with honey and walnut) is particularly good, prawns were sweetly cooked in oil and garlic and the fries were super crisp.
Not the cheapest of Tapas, €80 for 2 including drinks and cocktails but the cocktails were large measures and we'll mixed.

Very good tapas restaurant with great service but I wouldn't say it's authentic. A LOT of tourists come here. But the food is good.
On the English menu, got #5, 6, 7, 12, and 17. Which are chicken skewers with peanut sauce (#5), French fries (#17) with garlic sauce, prawns (#12), sausage from hell (#7), and cheese quesadilla (#6).
Shared all 5 tapas with another person.
Definitely recommend #5 - chicken was perfectly marinated and cooked to the point where it was super tender and melted in the mouth. Delicious.
Definitely recommend #17 - one of the best French fries I ever had. The garlic sauce was a nice touch but it's also good on it's own.
#12 was good, fresh, and full of flavor. There were 5 prawns in total.
#7 was decent. It was juicy and good but from the name ("sausage from hell"), we expected it to be spicy. But it wasn't. It was basically kielbasa that was seared with fire.
#6 - can't go wrong with quesadilla.

This place is just wow! We were blown away by the simplicity of the food and yet so delicious and full of flavours. Staff was very polite and helpful. Menu is small and carefully chosen. We almost ordered all the items and I must say that they all were fantastic. Seating is cozy and urban. Wine choices are good too. Totally memorable experience. If I ever come to Lisbon I will for sure visit it again. Don't miss !!

We went to this place because of good reviews. Its is not cheap nor good. The dishes are of poor quality and portions were tiny. But ok its called Tapas i can live with small portions. We ordered somehow more than the half of the dishes they offer. I would have preferred if they filled up our table with the dishes. No they brought us, dish after dish.

No está mal, pero tampoco para estar en las primeras posiciones. Es un sitio de tapeo y no tienen mucha variedad en la carta, algo que para mi se agradece ya que no cuesta tanto elegir. De precio bastante económico y la atención buena, de sabor bueno pero un poco soso. Cuando fuimos nosotros no había casi nadie comiendo, no entiendo cómo ponen en otros comentarios que es necesario reservar...

Durch Zufall hier gelandet und es war ein reiner Volltreffer! Super nettes Personal, leckere Cocktails, leckere Tapas und das alles zu einem guten preis! Der Laden war voll und wir haben trotzdem nicht lange auf unser Essen gewartet. Alles hat wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt und wenn ich noch einmal in Lissabon sein sollte, werde ich definitiv wiederkommen und das Restaurant weiter empfehlen!

Worth checking out! Tapas were excellent. We did have to wait about 15 minutes to get a table, but the food and service was worth it. I found it difficult to find good vegetarian restaurants in Lisbon, but this restaurant had plenty to choose from. Sangria was the best!

I had a lovely dinner a this tiny tapas place in Lisbon! Everything was so tasteful, from the sangria to the sardines and chicken skewers. I loved the ambiance in this tiny place. They only has 5 or 6 tables and the chef cooks by himself behind the bar, so you can imagine how small and cosy it is!
I highly recommend the red sangria along with the chicken skewers and the sardines. The chorizo was also really tasteful, but it lacked something to go along with it. Maybe add some sauce to it to give it just that bit extra it needs. The garlic bread (we had the one with cheese) was perfect.
All in all, its a fantastic little place with lots of love for the food they make. Great service and more than fair prices!

A charming tapas restaurant with delicious dishes ranging from flavorful stuffed mushrooms to chicken skewers and cheese/meat plates. Sangria was also a plus from us. Went as a group for my birthday and thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience!
When we informed the staff of a birthday cake among our group, they had discreetly organized for a cake with candle along with a song to be played to celebrate! So sweet and thoughtful. And they didn’t charge us for the cake!
We wanted to try other eateries in Lisbon over the weekend we were in town but would’ve definitely returned had we had more time in Lisbon. Highly recommend! Reasonable prices, too

This was a great find on our last night in Lisbon! We went in for tapas and we're very impressed with the food. It is a tiny place with one person doing all the cooking on a tiny cook top and stove. We had four dishes: fried prawns, squid rings, chorizo, and chicken satay skewers, along with a bottle of white wine. The food was amazing! The squid rings were super tender and had a nice light batter. The chicken satay skewers were incredibly tender and very flavorful, especially with the peanut sauce. The chorizo was great. The fried prawns came in a great sauce that we soaked up with bread that they gave us.
The service was spectacular. They were very friendly. We wish we had found this place earlier in our trip and highly recommend it!

Отличный тапас бар. Это не классический испанский тапас, но тоже очень вкусно. Особенно доставляет Chorizo from Hell, когда его доготавливают у вас на глазах :) Есть хорошее крафтовое пиво. Место небольшое и в целом популярное, так что можете сходу не попасть. Персонал супер.

Je connais les tapas pour en avoir manger beaucoup en Espagne. Ce n'est pas un vrai tapas bar. Décor minimaliste sans intérêt, service agréable et courtois, tapas très moyens. Très déçu ! Fantastic tapas place! A few vegetarian options, all of which were very yum!! Even the chips were above average. Great attentive service and good atmosphere. If you are looking for a good place for dinner in Bairro Alto, look no further!
Edit: went here a second time with my family when visiting Lisbon again, and once again, food was great! Took us a while to get acknowledged to get a table, but once we managed to get someone's attention, the service was lovely.

Great food in a really nice atmosphere!
Service was perfect and all the waiters - we were served by three - were really nice and friendly.
Typical Portoguese food served as tapas, portions were fairly generous and prices more than affordable.
You won't be able to eat outside but you won't suffer the heat either as the place is well cooled.
Recommend for couple as it offers an atmosphere somehow romantic.

We've been there accidentally because the bar we were looking for was closed and found the best food in a long time! Small place with less than 40 posts but the food is something to dream about when you already left Lisbon!
Very attentive service, and for what you get it's almost cheap already!
I wish we had found this place earlier but if we'll ever come back here, we'll definitely go there again!

Grandiose kleine gemütliche Tapas-Bar, die äußerlich keinen besonderen Reiz zu wecken vermag. Wir landeten hier zufällig, als wir auf der Suche nach einem netten Örtchen für unser Abendessen waren. Die einzige Tisch im Außenbereich wurde grad frei, sodass wir spontan Platz nahmen. Eine gute Entscheidung, wie sich dann herausstellen sollte. Die Kellnerin war äußerst höflich, freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Karte ist klein aber fein und die Qualität der Speisen ist absolut klasse. Wir haben diverse Tapas geordert und waren durchweg begeistert. Auch der Hauswein war für den Preis absolut in Ordnung.
Wir waren insgesamt vier Abende in Lissabon und haben die Bar in der Zeit gleich zweimal besucht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich hervorragend - klare Empfehlung.

¡Todo un descubrimiento en Lisboa! Pequeñísimo local pero donde la comida es magnífica. Los dos camareros muy majos y amables. - Comida muy buena de diferentes países con sólo unos pocos platos locales.
Dicho esto y entrando en materia, muy buen servicio 5/5, muebles y decoración correcta 3/5, limpieza y ambiente excelentes 5/5, muy buena variedad de cócteles.
Nos han encantado el queso con miel y nueces, las sardinas a la brasa y las gambas.
4 personas con 8 tapas hemos quedado llenos así que, si queréis probar los postres vigilad que las quesadillas son potentes!

I think this place is a bit overhyped. It was okay food but nothing super special. I think we left feeling a bit disappointed because our order was forgotten and we sat around for about 30 minutes before they remembered and apologised that they hadn't put the order through. It is like a factory and the food comes out quite fast when they remember you but for the price you pay, it's nothing crazy. I was expecting something really good from the other reviews here but I think there are more authentic and better priced places in Lisbon if you want to get tapas.

I warn you: they don't serve tapas, Spanish tapas are a different thing.
But if you want to try small dishes at a good price, this is an amazing place. You can order three or four dishes to share between two people and leave with a full stomach.

If you're looking for a tapas place in Lisbon look no further. This place is absolutely incredible. The menu is diverse, unique and delicious. We did have to wait 20 minutes for a table but this was fine, they let you order drinks while you wait. The price was really good too (35eu for 2 people). Bon rapport qualité prix, venir avant 20h. L’ accueil est chaleureux et les mets rapidement servis. Les produits sont frais, la cuisine simple et efficace. Je recommande pour un dîner rapide et tout de même goûteux.

The food is very delicious and affordable! I definitely recommend to take 5/6 sorts of tapas and a dessert, everything will be really good ! The service is also very nice, the girls are super smiling!

Great small place located in bairro alto. Great tapas with good prices. Service was excellent. Walked in in a bad mood because of cell phone service and the food found the way to my heart to turn that around. Compliments to the chef.

Amazing flavour! Simple menu, but done very well (from what we had). The fantastic staff were friendly and helpful giving us good insight to the menu. The food itself was amazing! Highly recommend the Satay style chicken and Goats cheese dishes.

I think waiting in line is part of the ritual eating here. Well worth the wait. Everything is good on the menu, as well as the service. Must try goat cheese with honey. To me that’s a great finish as a desert!

Tapas très basiques (saucisse braisée même pas découpée et sans sauce, calamar frits avec sauce aigre douce du commerce, chèvre buchette sans grand intérêt gustatif). Lieu exigu et chaud. J'ai du mal à comprendre l'enthousiasme pour ce restaurant. Néanmoins les serveuses sont très aimables et rapides.

Super bar à tapas. Tous les mets sur le carte donnent plus envie les uns les autres. On est servi rapidement et les serveuses sont toutes très souriantes. Je recommande, nous y retournerons pour sur.

Ein sehr gemütliches Restaurant... reservieren lohnt sich. Das Essen war soo lecker und die Bedienung richtig lieb und ist auch sehr gut auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.. der Weg nach oben lohnt sich auf jeden Fall und der Preis ist auch top! Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal hingehen.

Fantastisk tapas på Leve Leve! Det var ingen ledige bord da vi kom (noe som for øvrig er et godt tegn), så vi måtte vente noen minutter utenfor. De ansatte tok seg imidlertid godt av oss i mellomtiden og tilbød oss å bestille vente-drinker. Hvit sangria anbefales. Da vi fikk bord var bestilling og servering veldig effektivt. Porsjonene var rause. Ost og tørket skinke var helt nydelig. Det samme var capresen og gratinert hvitløksbrød med ost. Maten smeltet på tungen. De ansatte var oppmerksomme og veldig imøtekommende. Alt i alt en veldig hyggelig opplevelse, og vi fikk rikelig med mat for pengene.

Sehr lecker, nicht zu teuer und lässige Köche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleines Manko: Nicht so viele Tische. Wenn man aber einen bekommt: Guten Appetit!

Super endroit, on y mange très très bien !
Les serveuses sont accueillantes, efficaces et on le sourire tout le temps c'est agréable. On a tellement apprécié que nous y sont retourné une seconde fois !

What a very pleasant surprise. A very very small place with only 2 people working. They have a small but inviting menu with all the right things to choose from. We had a wonderfull meal at a very good price! Enjoying our sangria and tapas, this is a DO in lisbon. *they have a bigger place 300m along the way

This cozy tapas bar was amazing! There's not much space, so we needed to wait for free seats but it was totally worth it. The service is very friendly as well. We totally recommend everyone to eat & drink at Alto do Bairro!

Kleine, aber sehr exquisite Karte. Jeder Dip, macht ein jedes Gericht zu einem wahrem Gaumenschmaus!
