After two failed apartment situations I'd gotten myself into before working with them, they not only got me out of a bad rental agreement proposal, but Elysia was able to get me into an amazing apartment within days. We literally saw the apt on a Saturday, offer was accepted on Monday, signed on Tuesday, keys on Wednesday and all utilities transferred on Thursday.
