Lúcia Piloto is a very nice hairdresser, although the prices are high! But, until you're 25, you can enjoy of a 50% discount, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday! I like their stetics section, and go there when I can!

I review this hair dresser for couple of reasons. It is not easy to find a good hairdresser in Lisbon. And eventually you may need to end up there as there are few of them in town. I have only tried many times the one in the Amoreiras shopping center. Their hairdressers are quite good. That is the only reason l give three stars to this place. I had tried three of them so far and they fairly did a good job in terms of blow drying. I never tried any form of coloring or a cut. So l cannot take any responsibility for those treatments, But there are several problems with this place. It is terribly bad managed. You do not feel you are welcomed even before entering the place. Because they do not work with appointments, there is a queue at the entrance and your time to reach the reception to ask if there is any availability might be as long as 20 minutes just to get a negative answer. When your hair is done and you need to pay, it is another struggle to reach the very slow moving cashier. This place certainly needs a reorganization to make the place more welcoming. I believe it is mostly crowded because there are really not too many hairdressers in Lisbon. Additionally, they do not wash your hair in a correct way. They give you two shampoos pouring almost a full bottle of shampoo on your hair each time. By the time your hair is ready for blow dry, it has no energy left from a laundry alike washing it has received. The armchairs at the wash basin are comfortable with incorporated massage. Now l learned to tell the staff to wash my hair with normal amount of shampoo and not to treat it like they are washing the dirtiest laundry. Also, one time l asked for a permanent gel nail treatment, and the work started peeling off a week later although gel never peels until you are ready to have it professionally cleaned and renewed. It may get quiet pricey especially if you do not tell them at the start not to use expensive shampoo but just the regular type. Some hairdressers speak English.

Want a hatchet job of a hair cut that is expensive to boot? This is the place. They thoroughly destroyed my wife's beautiful hair with a haircut that could have been achieved with as much success using a lawnmower. Nothing was cut straight, it was layered in a way that just makes it messy without any style. Just terrible work. One thing for certain my wife will not be returning to this salon... EVER

O Rodrigo é 5* a cortar cabelos encaracolados!

Fui clarear meu cabelo que era completamente preto. Após 4 horas de trabalho e 180 euros, pareciam estar indo bem. Depois de apenas uma semana, percebi que os cabelos ficaram verdes e depois de um mês, ainda mais verdes. Por motivos pessoais, só consegui ir lá novamente depois de apenas dois meses, quando o cabelo já estava ainda mais verde e então eles me deram uma cor escura para cobrir tudo. No final do trabalho, eles também tiveram a coragem de fazer-me pagar novamente, dizendo que eu só tinha dez dias para queixas e que chegei demais tarde. Eu nunca vi isso, profissionalismo zero e eles devem agradecer que tudo isso aconteceu comigo, que sou uma pessoa mais do que educada. Paguei, mas ainda estou chocada. Erros acontecem a todos, mas é preciso humildade e respeito no gerenciamento de suas atitudes, o que eles não tiveram.

It is hard to find a good hairdresser. The team of Lúcia Piloto is very professional and attentive. They take time to make sure you will be satisfied. Support team is also welcoming. Price is high but quality is definitely there. Book in advance to avoid any waiting time.

Têm um grande problema ´, para mim, é não aceitarem marcações para trabalhos técnicos, deslocamo-nos até lá e depois não conseguimos ser atendidas pela profissional que normalmente nos atende, fazemos a viagem voltamos para trás é sempre uma dúvida. Não está certo. Porque aceitarem marcações para corte para homens e na parte técnica não asseitarem marcações? Os homens não gostam de esperar? Eu também não e pior ainda não poder ser atendida mesmo aos preços que praticam !!
