Very lovely family run fado restaurant: I had the last night of my Portugal trip here and it was unforgettable. Music was impressive, food tasted very good, good wine, amazing home made pudding, and people were so warm and genuine. You can expect way more dedicated perfomances and genuine experience here then other famous overpriced fado restaurants for tourists in the same area. I would love love love to go back :)

Volevamo cenare in un locale caratteristico del quartiere Alfama e, avventurandoci per le stradine affascinanti di questo luogo, ci siamo imbattuti all'Estaca zero. Il locale non era ancora pronto a ricevere gli ospiti ma siamo stati subito accolti con grande cortesia. Luogo familiare, caldo e amichevole con la simpatica e attenta Maria José . Lo spettacolo coinvolgente del Fado, con artisti meritevoli dei nostri applausi, ha completato la piacevole serata. Cibo buono.

Une bonne adresse a lisbonne pour un bon diner et une ambiance authentique. Spectacle de fado gratuit. Au coeur de l'alfama, nous avons enfin trouvé ce que nous recherchions sans payer une fortune !

티본 스테이크(14유로)랑 진자(술, 너무 달아서 별로), 케잌을 먹었어요(다해서 20유로 정도)스테이크 나쁘지 않고 케잌 너무 맛있어요. 저녁 8시부터 파두 공연한다고 하는데 8시 20분 넘어서 시작하더라고요. 혼자가니까 조금 그랬습니다. 남성분이 먼저 나와서 부르시고 여성 직원 분이 부르시는데 음량이 장난아닙니다. 한 번 부르고나서 다른 일 하다가 다시 공연하는 식입니다. 기타도 잘 쳐서 좋았어요.

Carte avec un bon choix, très bonne ambiance et très bonnes performances des musiciens (il y avait deux guitaristes), des chanteurs (ils étaient deux) et des chanteuses (elles étaient trois), qui chantaient en solo, en duo ou en groupe.
Tarifs très corrects.
Pour le service et pour les présentations ils parlent portugais, français, espagnol, anglais et peut-être d'autres langues.
L'endroit est petit, cela rend le fado intime ou convivial selon les styles des chansons.
Nous y retournerons ! ❤️

Achtung - TOURISTENFALLE
Basierend auf den sehr guten Bewertungen besuchten wir gestern die Estaca Zero.
Unglücklicherweise entpuppte sich der Besuch in die unangenehmste Lisabon Erfahrung in einem der wahrscheinlichsten schlechtesten Restaurant in dem wir jemals waren.
Die Kellner sind extrem unfreundlich und forsch, so wie man es selten erlebt. Gäste am Nachbartisch wurden zu der Bestellung eines Gesamtmenu genötigt. Nachdem eine Person nur eine Suppe !!! bestellen wollte, wurden diese Personen lautstark vor allen so lange andere Gästen darauf hingewiesen dass man auch ein Hauptgericht essen MUSS, worauf diese schliesslich das Lokal verlassen haben.
Ein anderes Pärchen mit einem Baby !!! wurde mit der gleichen Lautstärke genötigt einen 2er Tisch zu nehmen anstatt einen 4er um die Tische optimal auszunutzen !!! Dies wurde ihnen ebenfalls Lautstark vor allen anderen erklärt.
Vom Essen will ich gar nicht erst reden.
Die Tappas als Vorspeise wurden erst während dem Hauptgang serviert und bestanden aus billigen Fertigprodukten, eingerollter Standardkäse und Billigstschinken (siehe Foto).
Der Rest des Essens war nicht viel besser.
Vollkommen unverständlich wie diese Lokal eine derartig hohe Bewertung erreichen konnte.
Mit Abstand leider die schlechteste Erfahrung die wir in Lissabon hatten.

Als je ongedwongen wil genieten van een gezellige avond met fadomuziek dan is dit familie restaurant aan te bevelen. Twee vrouwen bedienen en zingen. Nvworden begeleid door 2 mannen op gitaar. Eenvoudig, maar een prima prijs kwaliteitvergouding.

Fantastic fado place, good food at reasonable prices (we paid 40 euros for 2 people all in) and there was no additional cost for the music. This is the best option I could find in the area, and I would definitely recommend it!

free fado performance and good meal with reasonable price (main plate is 9~13€) Great ambiance and service! 가성비갑 파두 레스토랑이에요! 자금이 여유롭지 않았는데 공연도 보고 저녁식사도 맛있게 했네요 :) 그렇게 맛집!!은 아니지만 짜지 않아서 먹기 좋았습니다. 밤 8~12시 동안 공연하고 특히 여자분 성량이 어마어마합니다. 가게 아저씨 너무 친절하고 유머스러운것 ㅠㅠ 생각치 못했는데 정말 만족스러웠어요~ 둘이 음료2잔, 빵,스프하나,메인2개(10,13유로) 디저트하나(크렘브휠레) 먹었는데 총 34.5 유로밖에 안나왔어요 ㄷ ㄷ

We felt like being guests in a family home! The atmosphere is incredibile joyful and warm. It didn't matter we didn't understand Portugese. The singers knew how to transfer to us the feelings related to the songs they sang. It has been a night we are going to treasure in our hearts.

This place is a total gem amongst all the fado spots. FYI normally no kids under 6, but our 1.5yr ole was asleep and we hung outside with a class of wine.

Authenticity is the key word :) the waiters and waitresses are also singers (or the other way around). Food is good, authentic and at a fair price. Just avoid to speak during the singing, it's not just a background music, it's the main part of the evening. Apparently, live Fado is only weekends.

Buena atención, buena comida y música en directo. Precio no llego a 50€ 2 personas con entrante, plato, bebidas 2 por cabeza, postre, cafés y copa, no se puede pedir más cenando con fado en directo. Eso sí vete sin prisas porque tarda en salir la cena

Si quieren escuchar lo que es FADO pero del auténtico no solo para el turismo cantado y tocado con verdadero sentimiento y a la vez disfrutar de una gran cena a muy buen precio en un ambiente único y familiar este es el lugar ESTACA ZERO lo llevan familiares que son los que a su vez te sirven en la mesa y cantan es un sitio mágico D Antonio y las chicas cantan con sentimiento ,es una visita obligada en El Barrio de Alfama al ser muy pequeño recomiendo ir pronto están las 8 a las 12 por las noches

Environment and entertainment (live Fado performances) were great. Friendly service, not fast but good for a night out. Food was decent- good for the price for sure.

Loved the Fado. Singers and musicians are top notch. It looked like a friends & family run place and that showed in the atmosphere.
The place is small and fortunately because of that the acoustics come out really well.
Food is good and not overpriced (like most other Fado places). Call & book in advance....since it gets full.
On the way back from dinner we looked at a couple of places with Fado and no one seemed to have the same oomph.

Un buen sitio para ver un fado. No es muy turistico por lo que no te cobran la estacada que te meten en uno que ya es bastante famoso y que se aprovecha de eso. El canto bastante bien eso si para quien le guste. La comida estaba buena pero no como a mi me hubiera gustado, pero bueno, es un sitio la mar de tranquilo donde puedes ir a pasar un tiempo.

Si quieres cenar y un poco de fado. Te lo aconsejo, de los tres sitio que fui es el que más me gustó. Se trata de una familia que le pone pasión a su negocio todos colaboran lo mismo te cantan un fado que te sirven en la mesa. Comida muy rica y precio muy razonable . En el barrio Al fama.

Great little family run fado restaurant. We felt very welcomed and the food and service was fabulous.
The fado was great. The ‘mic’ was shared amongst a few different people. There was a duet and even a quite emotion song I believe as it brought the singer to tears. Great interaction with the diners as well getting us to join in at some parts.
We arrived just before 8pm. The first fado started at 8:15pm.

We went to this restaurant quite late in the evening after already eaten, wanting to experience fado and stay and have quite a few drinks. When we entered the waitress asked if we were were eating, and we said drinking mainly but we might have some small food to eat with it (olives etc). We ordered tapas and sangrea and the waitress immediately said and what else are you eating? We were made to feel very unwelcome and were expected to immediately order more food. When the tapas arrived it was the worst food we've ever been served, 3 scrivelled olives and old processed ham and cheese. We were planning on staying for quite a few drinks into the evening, but left immediately after finishing this as we were not made to feel welcome. Ive been to fado previously in Lisbon this didn't even compare. A massive tourist trap, avoid.

Alice et mafalda les chanteuses de fado ont organisé entre Elles , une sorte de " battle " de fado avec 2 petite filles dont la mienne . Tres bon souvenir pour Elle , de plus c etait son anniversaire et Alice lui a souhaité et a bien voulu lui dedicacé son CD avec un petit mot tres tres gentil . Une super soiree dont on se souviendra longtemps !!! Je conseille vivement ce resto !

El menjar està bé, plats senzills en bona quantitat i preus raonables. El que més recomanaria es el pastís de xocolata per postres.
El Fado ha sigut espectacular! És el primer que hem vist mai en directe i no tenim amb què comparar, però l'experiència ha estat increible!! Totalment recomanable!
Tota l'atenció que et donen es molt personal, propera i amable.

Found this place by chance and I'm glad we did. The food was delicious and very generous portions. Had a great chocolate cake for dessert. The staff also sing and it is a very fun atmosphere. People also dropped in just for drinks and to listen to the Fado if you are looking for a more relaxed experience.

Op zoek naar een betaalbaar fado-restaurant met lekker eten, zijn we uiteindelijk hier beland. Hier wordt geen fado-tax aangerekend en personeel zingt zelf ( zeer goed en aangrijpend). Prijs: 100 euro voor 4 pers (sangria, starters, hoofdgerecht (vlees en vis), wijn en water, dessert en koffie.

While looking for a fado restaurants in Alfama on- and offline, I wouldn't have dreamed for a better place to make my dream come true. We found a free table just by accident, while checking the restaurant just next to it. I loved every single bit of the Estaco Zero -the magical melodies and live guitar, the friendly service from the artists, the food, the sangria, the wine... Hope to have the chance to visit again !! This was a gem of a place - small, simple, with an intimate feeling and great service. The food was simple and good, but the fado was absolutely amazing. I do not want to spoil it for anyone and give more details, but for anyone looking to experience an authenic Portuguese fado night, please visit this place for dinner, you will not regret it!!!

Ristorantino tipico della zona Alfama, in cui ascoltare musica Fado mentre si mangia. Cibo buono, prezzo molto buono. Piccolino e tavoli molto vicini l'uno a l'altro, ma atmosfera ottima. Consigliato!

Tranquilo y correcto sitio para comer pero no pidáis vino blanco de mesa, es ínfimo. Los lisboetas deben ser menos frioleros que nosotros los madrileños, tenían las puertas abiertas y tuvimos que comer con el abrigo puesto.
