The cardigans are simple but fine. Cotton and wools. Prices are very reasonable. Beautiful wool throws and scarves.worth the visit. Wish I bought a throw!

I am very dissatisfied with my purchase. I bought a beautiful black cardigan made of 80% wool and 20% polyamide for 60 euros. I did not have that money, but I bought with my credit card since I wanted a local cardigan made of real wool. After only three days, the cardigan started to peel so badly that it seemed old and wasted. Also, a few of its buttons were about to fall. I went to the store and showed them the cardigan. They told me that they were going to take care of it and that it would look brand new after a week. I passed by the store a week after and the cardigan was not ready (probably they were fabricating a new one, right?). A couple of days after, I dropped by the store again and they returned to me the cardigan. They cleaned the pilling and reinforced the two buttons that were about to fall. But oh, surprise! The rest of the buttons were now about to fall as well and they did not do anything. I paid 60 euros for a cardigan that will have the same issues that made me return it in a few days. Lisbon, wake up to the world and to something called "customer service"! I paid 60 euros for this cardigan! They people should have refunded me or allowed me to exchange the item (but they did not offer me that option). Que frustração! Poderia ter gastado 30 euros em Benetton e estaria satisfeita ou com minha malha ou com meu reembolso! Nota: Agradeço a mensagem da loja. Não tenho como responder a ela directamente por aqui (Google não me dá essa opção). Queria dizer, porém, que eu nem ouvi nem entendi que podia trocar o suéter por outro. Em qualquer caso, depois do tratamento que fizeram nele (aliás, o "peeling" não era simplesmente que tivesse pelos de outra roupa, se não teria limpado o suéter eu mesma, era algo muito mais sério, tanto que o atendente/dono ficou bastante surpreso a primeira vez que levei o suéter porque se via velho), o suéter de fato está melhor. Os botões estão soltos, sim, mas já não está fazendo bolinhas.Tomara que dure assim. Além disso, o desenho dele é bonito. Estou usando con bastante. Enfim, eu mesma lamento que isto tenha acontecido. Obrigada pela resposta, e espero que o que me aconteceu tenha sido mesmo uma exceção.
