Mediocre food. Octopus ok, to much oil, everything was swimming in oil. Iberian pork skewers were 40% fried fat only. Not recommended.

The service was ok, we had to wait a long time, almost 45 minutes, before ordering and after we eat, to pay for our meal. The food was good, I eat the octopus, fresh and delicious.

When you want to wait for ages your order and then have oil with overcooked food, it’s here. Just average cuisine, a place spoiled by marketing and ads as a tip place to be in LX Factory. Does‘t worth it at all.

Rude staff basically ignored us as we were waiting for a table, stood there for about 15 minutes whilst they rushed past pretending to look busy and not making eye contact. Don’t bother wasting your time or money there, there are plenty of other much much better places at Lx Factory.

We had dinner here around 9pm on a Friday. We were seated for a few minutes, and a woman (who we later learned was a manager) took our order. A different person brought over a bottle of wine, but brought a white instead of a red. He quickly fixed that and all seemed well. 45 minutes later we still did not have our appetizers and no one had talked to us or stopped at our table since dropping off the wine. After an hour, we finally got up and talked to a manager and he said he would check. 20 minutes later, we had heard nothing and still had no food. We talked to the manager again, and he told us our food had been dropped at the wrong table and they were remaking it. Finally, after another 15 minutes we had appetizers. The squid and the blood sausage were both very good when they finally arrived.
The entrees arrived a little while later: octopus, steak, and a crab and scallop pastry. The octopus was pretty good and the other two were not good at all. At the end they gave us a dessert on the house. We then finally spoke again to the woman who had originally taken our order, and when I asked to pay she said something like "you need to wait this other table was first." This was actually a table who arrived more than an hour after us. I didnt say anything, but was fuming and considered walking out without paying. When we confronted her about our long wait due to her mistake ordering our food for the wring table, she laughed at us. "Me? I'm the manager." Yes, well, you took the order, screwed it up, and no one took care of us for an hour. And, they still charged us full price for everything except the free dessert that we didnt want or order. Don't go here.

This is a place that you wanna give 6 stars if possible! The food was amazing. This place saved us after eating at some overrated tourist places with a poor taste. We enjoyed the food in A Praça a lot and went there two eveninga during our 4 days Lisbon trip. Highly recommended!

Vor 3 Jahren noch absolut zu empfehlen, sieht das für mich heute anders aus. Ehemals gut gelaunte, freundliche staff, wirkt mittlerweile stark angenervt und dementspechend unfreundlich. Ohne Reservierung ist da mittags nichts mehr zu machen, das Restaurant ist völlig überlaufen. Wie schade, wir sind wieder gegangen.

Located in the charming LX Factory district, A Praça was a lovely place for a meal. The sangria was fresh and delicious and my food was fantastic — I opted for the duck pastry and it was to die for. Fair prices, friendly servers and excellent ambiance.

Fries are actually chips and they are super oily on the outside and super dry on the inside.
The patty in my burger was super dry.

Very nice place to have some lunch in the sun with several small dishes and a serving of your favourite drink, staff was friendly and the plates were filled to the brim. The street in which it is situated is filled with amazing street art and other cool places. Nice view of the bridge running overhead.

I cannot give one star because of the location which is really nice. However, the dinner was a disaster from the service, to the food, to the bill. Even though the menu says French fries, we were told no French fries were available. I asked another girl if they had it and yes they did. We got a bucket of chips which were presented as their fries, the same that come with the burger, which are chips but still gets two different names on the menu. Don't know what to think about it. Furthermore I ordered a beer (on the menu either 40cl or 60cl) the guy didn't ask me the size, then they arrived with the huge one. I said I never said I wanted that one, the owner tells me he's sorry but they don't have 40cl beer, which is now weird to think about because it's on the menu and it's tap. Food.. We've not been asked about the burger patty (rare/medium etc) and mine for example was raw and chips were super oily, nachos old. To my disappointment this place LOOKS really nice, so does the food, but is very deceiving. Unfortunately, would not recommend.

Excelentes menús do dia, com sumo natural e café incluidos. Pratos gourmet a preço acessível.
Menú corrente muito bem confecionado, audaz e saboroso. Excelentes sobremesas e bom café.
Com esplanada e WC próprios. Sem estacionamento gratuito ou perto.
De difícil acesso para cadeiras de rodas e carrinhos de bebé, mas com staff muito disponível e simpático.

Un lugar exclusivo y decoración muy acorde al lugar. Espacio diáfano y bien cuidado. Personal un poco caótico (venía un camarero, luego otro que no sabîa que habíamos pedido y llevaba nuestros platos a otra mesa) y mesas muy pegadas unas a otras, intimidad muy reducida. La comida fantástica y muy buena relación calidad- precio. Riquísimos los nachos y el pato que viene en un saquito de hojaldre.

Byli jsme tu hned dvakrát. Takže je to tu dobré :-) Mají pestrou kuchyni. Vybere si tu vegetarián i masožravec. Je tu rušno, ale obsluha je velmi rychlá a velice pozorná. Restsurace je součástí místa LX Factory. Zajímavé místo pod nejdelším mostem v Evropě.
We were here twice. So it's good here :-) They have a varied kitchen. Choose a vegetarian and a carnivore. It's busy, but the service is very fast and very attentive. Restsurance is part of LX Factory. An interesting place under the longest bridge in Europe.

Total disaster. We ate here from a set menu as there was an event on. The set menu was €40 per person. We were waiting 45 minutes for our starters and then another 60 minutes for our main course although people around us who came later were already served and finished their meals. Total chaos. When it came to dessert they said that they didn't have the dessert from the menu (chocolate mousse) left so brought us apple cake that was laced with cinnamon and barely edible. When I went in to pay there was chocolate mouse lining the counter. I asked why it is all of a sudden available now and the staff couldn't answer. The location is good but it was the worst meal and experience we've had in Lisbon. I would warn to stay away from here.

Al sentarte te ponen entradas de aperitivo y te sirven agua sin haberlo pedido, te lo pretenden cobrar sin haberlo tocado. Al hacérselo saber te tratan de muy malos modos, nos levantamos sin pedir nada de comer y nos fuimos a otro de los muchos sitios que hay. No lo recomiendo por el mal trato.

The staff of this restaurant is rude. We sat down at a table outside, and were given a menu to browse. When ready to order, we were told to move inside, as apparently the table was reserved. When moving inside we saw a table emptying, and decided to sit there. Again we were told to move away, even though a number of tables were empty, and no one was in line waiting for a table. When I made clear I was not moving from this table, the staff decided to ignore and not serve us. Worst experience ever!!! We left and decided to eat at the competitor.

The food saves this restaurant from a one-star review. The duck and cod dishes were beautifully done, the Sangria was lovely. The service was abysmal.
We waited a very long time for our drink, something we put down to a change of staff after ordering.
Having to ask for the bill three times sadly destroyed any remaining ambiente and left us running for the bus.
(A quick observation of the rest of the outside area showed more dissatisfied faces, trying to catch a waiter's eye for the up-teenth time.)

Ho ordinato un semplice hamburger.. Piccolo, patatine alla chips non molto buone.. Avendo ancora fame ho ordinato altro.. Uova strapazzate con salsiccia... La salsiccia praticamente inesistente e tanta anzi troppa cipolla.. Dopo averlo soltanto assaggiato, ho lasciato il piatto.. Era immangiabile.. Sfido a provare quel piatto....Mai più

Das Essen war (bis auf die Chips) sehr lecker, vor allem der Praça Burger und der weiße Sangria. Warum 2 Sterne? Man hat sich von Anfang an nicht willkommen gefühlt. Die Kellner/innen haben einen noch nicht mal angeschaut, waren arrogant, bis distanziert - man hat sich einfach nicht willkommen gefühlt. Vllt typisch für hippe Läden (Dude, du bist Kellner und nicht Chefarzt...), aber in meinen Augen ein No-Go. Sowie die 3 Haare auf meinem Burger. Der Laden verspielt sich somit meine Weiterempfehlung über die B-Note. Schade.

Cuisine dégoûtante, pâtes tomates/basilic simplement nulles !! Pâtes surement précuites voir congelé vue leur texture accompagné d'une sauce tomate à l'eau...... restaurant à éviter. 2 étoiles pour le cadre...
Cadre sympathique, bien décoré qui donne une première bonne impression. Mais on sent rapidement être dans un engrenage à touriste qui pousse à la consommation quand on arrive que des bouteilles d'eau sont déjà sur la table, des olives apportées sans rien vous demandes et qui seront facturé.
Je pense que le lx factory est un endroit simpathique mais davantage "tendance" qu'artistique à donc éviter pour manger.

Decoración muy buena, sitio con encanto, personal muy atento y simpático, lo unico que la espera fue un poco larga alrededor de media hora o quince minutos, pero la espera fue merecida y la comida exquisita.
Sin ninguna duda repetiría este sitio, aparte esta debajo del puente que imita al de San Francisco y hay muy cerca graffitis.

I'd rather not give this restaurant any stars. Service was appaling. Staff were rude and ignored us repeatedly, and there was a background atmosphere of tension between the staff (some of whom were doing nothing, and others tidying tables when there were people waiting to be served). It wasn't that busy when we went. Our main order was apparently forgotten by the kitchen, so we gave up after an hour and just got the bill. All we got was a brief apology. Avoid. The rooftop bar nearby is a similar price and much friendlier/efficient!

A Praça ligger midt i et hipt kvarter med mange mennesker, små boder og pop op shops. Vi spiste en søndag sent eftermiddag kl 17. Betjeningen var venlig og maden ankom hurtigt, omend kvaliteten haltede lidt; burgeren manglede dressing og blev hurtig tør, og de hjemmelavede chips manglede salt eller krydderier - de var gode men smagte kun af olien de er blevet steget i. Til de priser var maden ikke det værd.

Awful. They forgot our tapas and messed up the bacalhau (a national dish I have been told). Worst of all, we had to queue up to pay our bill after being ignored for 15 mins. How is this in a top 10 list?

Wir hatten online reserviert über tripadvisor, doch leider hat dies nicht funktioniert. Glücklicherweise bekamen wir früher Hunger und bekamen deshalb noch einen tisch. Leider neben einem kaputten sonnenschirm der das ambiente zerstörte. Der service war langsam und nicht freundlich. Wir bekamen abgestandene dips zu den nachos die nur teilweise noch schneckten. Die Sangria hat lecker geschmeckt und der lachs couscous salat auch. Der burger war nicht gut sowie die hausgemachten crisps auch nicht. Es wurden und die teller entrissen bevor wir fertig waren. Im hintergrund lief spotify musik welche jedoch von werbung unterbrochen war da kein premium account vorlag. Alles in allem schlecht.

Terrible stuff & unsafe environment
DON’T GO THERE!!!!
On Sunday I was robbed in A Praca. I immediately asked staff for a help, but nobody was payed attention. After half an hour they finally sent me to a security guy, who treated me contemptuously and done nothing for a help. Moreover, I wanted to call the police and he, along with other members of A Praca staff LIED to me, that if I call the police I had to PAY 200 EUROS. They treated me terribly & disrespectfully. It was my worst experience!!!!

A comida muito fraca e quando vem fria fica horrivel os muitos empregados ficam de conversa entre eles de costas para os clientes a pulir talheres um barulho infernal ninguem consegue comer sossegado assim e nem eles nos ouvem quando os chamamos . Esqueça este lugar nao recomendo a ninguem .

We felt trapped by the service because they have a bottle of water and a bowl with a little bit of oil and olives on each table and brought us bread for it without telling us that it is not for free. Only after we asked, they told us that thw water costs, but they still charged us for the oil and the olives.

Apesar de ter lido algumas críticas menos positivas, decidimos experimentar. Resultado? Muito positivo. Ambiente descontraído. Serviço atencioso, disponivel, simpático e rápido. Depois de pedirmos não esperamos mais do que 10 min para os petiscos serem servidos. A comida não desiludiu, tudo o que pedimos estava bem confeccionado. Voltemos para experimentar outras opções.

Where do I start... Unfriendly staff, overpriced menu containing dishes which sound appealing but turn out to be horrible.
Our group ordered different dishes and no one was happy with what was served. Al dente rice in the risotto, extremely chewy meat in the medium rare steaks (how is that even possible with even just decent meat?) and very poor burgers. The guacamole burger consisted of a poor pattie served on one slice of tomato and one small piece of lettuce on the bottom of a bun. On top you would find a small dollop of guacamole and the top of the bun on the side, resting on horribly overcooked crisps.
Oh, the crisps... served as sides to the poor steaks, they were terribly overcooked to the point of being burnt and almost rock solid!
If you feel brave enough and think you'll be lucky and get the same staff/cook as the good reviews, go ahead! Otherwise, choose another restaurant.

The location itself appears very fancy. The staff was fast compared to other Portugese restaurants fast though the main problem seems to be the quality of food. Had some salmon salad where the salmon was prepared raw in the evening. Had to go to the hospital the next day due to food poisoning diagnosed by the doctors. Also it's very loud and the washrooms are dirty!

La comida está muy bien pero el trato por parte del personal es realmente molesto, tienen muy mala actitud, específicamente el calvo que hace de camarero, es desagradable e irrespetuso. No volvería al lugar solo por esta razón. No entiendo como sigue funcionando cuando la mayoría de sus reseñas son negativas.

We went because the place was looking nice, but then we had a very bad experience with the waiter was not friendly and very rude. The food in the average but not excellent. Quite expensive. Bottled water 2€ and breads with olive oil 3.5€ are on table as you arrive. Ask waiter to remove as you sit down as it can add a lot to your bill. Meals are erratic!! Burger was horrible. Pigs cheek was substantial and good.

È uno dei primi ristoranti entrando nell’Lx Factory. Il mio consiglio è di andare oltre in quanto è pieno di posti dove mangiare.
I camerieri sono svogliati , sembra che ti stanno facendo un favore. Appena arrivati ti propinano delle olive con del pane , sembrerebbe un offerta..ma non è così.
Il cameriere passa per vedere se li stai mangiando in modo da metterli poi nel conto. Il cibo ha prezzi turistici e non è un granchè. Non do’ una stella perchè , da italiana , posso dire che i ravioli non erano terribili.

Excelente. A comida é maravilhosa; o ambiente e a música são ótimos; o vinho é ótimo.... tudo é muito bom. Fui atendida pelo Sandro que é extremamente simpático e educado. O menu.do almoço (segunda a sexta) tem sempre ótimas opções a um preço justo. Super recomendo.

I wish I could say something more positive other than that the place has nice and quick service. Food was poor quality and tasteless - I doubt burgers were made of fresh meat and the chips we got were soggy. Plus everything was just overpriced.

Gemütlich und lecker
So ganz verstehe ich die negativen Bewertungen nicht, aber vielleicht hat jeder mal einen „schlechten“ Tag. Wir haben dort hervorragend gegessen, lecker und geschmackvoll zubereitet, draußen bei Sonnenschein… Zugegeben, unser Kellner war etwas unkonzentriert, aber das tat der Freude über das gute Essen keinen Abbruch. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Very bad experience. We ordered a soup that tasted funny. Only after we insisted that the chef will taste it, the waiter told us that their refrigerator was broken (!!) and the soup got bad. They did not offer us any compensation. Unless you’re into some bad food, don’t go there.

Although at full capacity, it didn't feel too crowded. Just be sure to go over your check, since there's several employees handling your account. Very nicely decorated, the gate painted on the wall kept stealing my gaze. The staff was very nice and the food was delicious.

Jamais vu des serveurs dans de telles tenues (claquettes, chewing-gum à la bouche en le ruminant tel un bovin en nous regardant droit dans les yeux...), désagréables et incapables de prévenir les clients de ce qu’ils auront dans leur assiette (si surprise il peut y avoir)...
Ils ont même essayé de rajouter sur l’addition les extras (pain, olives...) non consommés. La moindre demande est facturée en supplément et si elle n’est pas réclamée trois ou quatre fois, elle passe clairement à la trappe.
A fuir de toute urgence.
Never seen servers in such outfits (clappers, chewing gum in the mouth ruminating like a cow looking us right in the eye ...), unpleasant and unable to warn customers of what they will have in their plate (if there is any surprise) ...
They even tried to add on the bill the extras (bread, olives ...) not consumed. Any request is billed extra and if it is not claimed three or four times, it clearly goes to the door.

- Really lovely food together with great sangria (try the sparkling one).
- The staff are friendly with a willingness to help attitude.
- You are in the heart of LX... so, the ambiance is classically cosmopolitan.

The place was busy, yet we got a table for five and plenty of attention from staff. The soups were really good as well as the tuna salad. Octopus tasty but slightly too oily. Bathroom way too small for the restaurant and lacks a bit of hygiene.

건너편 Cantania? 거기 싸가지는 없지만 거기가 훨씬 맛있음.. 근데 저녁에만 문어 스테이크해서 여기 온건데 졸라 맛없다 내 돈.. 1.5유로 차인데 맛 차이는 엄청남.

Worst restaurant experience I’ve had in years. When we arrived they took a long time to seat us despite open tables. (It was not busy.) When they finally sat us, we were without menus for over 10 minutes and then didn’t serve us drinks for another 10 minutes. When serving, they forgot who ordered each item. We were only a party of four. We had to ask for condiments twice, and when they did deliver only one of the two condiments arrived. At other tables, we saw the same struggles other customers were having. The service was so bad it was comical. Once our food arrived, the “burger” came without bread and was served on potato chips. The ingredients they listed on the menu did not match what was plated. If you have allergies do not take your chances, only eat here if you want to overpay for a laugh.

Die Musik ist sehr laut so dass man sich kaum verstehen kann zudem wurde an dem Tisch in der Mitte ca eine halbe Stunde das neue Geschirr gewaschen und zusammen geräumt, was sehr laut war und unangebracht.
Bei der Bestellung wurden Fehler gemacht wobei diese sehr leicht vermieden hätten werden können. Der Preis für die Nudelgerichte war zu dem sehr teuer.

Wir hatten zu viert ein wunderbares Abendessen in cooler Atmosphäre. Der Service insgesamt war nett und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, so wie man das in Portugal nahezu überall erfährt, aber wechselhaft. Die Vorspeisen waren wunderbar und konnten wir teilen. Zur Hauptspeise war sowohl der Fisch wie auch Fleisch oder auch der Burger perfekt.

Cuisine de mauvaise qualité, cher en plus. J’ai pris le steak, même prix que dans un bon steak house, j’étais mort de rire quand j’ai vu l’assiette, on dirait un enfant qui cuisine. Pour rajouter à la mauvaise nourriture ils on fait des “erreurs” sur la facture. Par contre la salle est belle et il y a une bonne ambiance, bon pour boire un verre.

Very nice restaurant with a modern induatrial decoration style and a friendly staff, I would recommend you to try the octopus there, so tasty and so fresh. You can listen to a good music and enjoy the relax atmosphere. The prices are above the average compared to other restaurants in Lisboa, still reasonnable compared to other european cities; I definitely recommend !

I had a burger here for lunch.
1st, price is very high, even higher than other places at the city center or tourist center.
2nd, quality is low. The bun is normal bun from supermarket, a piece of lattice, a slice of tomato, and a 110g patty. They are served with chips not fries. Chips are not crunchy which indicate that they were made for long time.
3rd, service not good. The waitress wants to trick you to order a lot. In mu case, she didn't even ask how I would like my burger cooked. That's very unprofessional. What surprised me more was she brought my burger within 3 mins after I ordered. I highly suspect that they gave me an already cooked burger.

The steak sirloin wasn’t really a steak as we know it - it was way to thin and far from a real steak.

We got a table for us very quickly, outside like we asked and they did everything they can to make us feel welcome with our 1 year old. Today is 8th August, and I came here at around 2:20pm.
The staff gave me a menu at around 2:30pm, and I need to wait for around 15mins for ordering foods.
The waitress (I am so regret that I didn't ask her name) who is take care of the outside area, help me to order the food.
I said: "one vegetable soup, please" and then look at her to see if she has write it down or not, and prepare to order the second dish.....however, she just so rude to me and said: "pls keep saying what do you want to order" with very bad tone. When I've ordered all dishes and say thank you, then she said: "oh, finally!!" .... well...I don't want to comment on her attitude...but you know what...no any food orders were placed until 3:20pm when I ask it again....
Now, it's 3:30pm...my table is empty and still waiting the food....
Take or not take this restaurant....it's totally up to you guys .....

Worth the experience, still expect long waiting time since the place is crowded and the quality is not always optimal. We waited forever to be served. When we finally managed to order our drinks took a very long time to come and ages later the waitress came to tell us the starter we ordered was not available that day and asked if she could bring our main dish- no real apology there.
After we finished the main dish we asked three different waiters for some water and to see the menu again which neither of them really managed to do. We waited a good 20 minutes for the additional orders while we saw two of the previous waiters who served our table leave them the restaurant (to go home?!) without checking on us before. I have never experienced service this bad anywhere in the world ever. Totally overpriced, horrible service and awful Mojitos. Don't go there.

Horrible service! The manager or whatever he was was completely drunk forgot about our order, same as the other waiters. We had to order three times until we got or drinks.. mojito is horrible.. very unfriendly staff.. sorry but I really don't recommend going there. Food was not bad tough..

Plats chers et de mauvaise qualité. La serveuse était agréable mais le manager détestable. Le steak est servis dans un sceau de sauce blanche. Je déconseille vivement.

I visited this restaurant for lunch and discovered an amazing daily special; a glass of wine, an amazing salad and a coffee for 9.90 Euros! And it was super tasty! It also happened to be my favorite restaurant in Lisboa.

Worst service I have received in any city worldwide. Waited ages for someone to even provide a menu, when we took one ourselves the waitress asked us what we were doing like we children. Would give this place zero.

Interiors are great. However the food was average and the service was not the best. If your really hungry then go here but it seems like you are payin for the LX factory vibe more than the food quality :/

No restaurante a praça você encontra pratos da culinária portuguesa a um bom preço e também possui diversas opções de massas.
No almoço eles possuem duas opções do menu do dia que inclui prato principal + bebida + café por 9,90 euros.

Great Restaurant! The Interior looks really nice and cosy, the staff is vert friendly and the food had me smiling alone haha. Plus, you get bread, olives and olive oil as an appetiser - without even asking!

Hip, vintage setting in an old factory compound. Good cocktails and wines, and OK food. The water faucet was out of service in the men's bathroom when I was there, so that's another star gone.
It's not a bad place, but both it as a restaurant and you as a customer can do better.

All'inizio non mi è piaciuto molto..mi semrava il classico locale per turisti. In realtà il cibo è buono (abbiamo preso solo antipasto), il personale gentile e il prezzo onesto. Unico neo il the che ti consigliano...tutto ghiaccio e poca roba..meglio la birra...

A comida era boa. O rapaz que me atendeu parecia que tinha saído de um velório e ainda pra mais esqueceu se do nosso pedido. Entramos as 12:26h no restaurante e o carpaccio (ENTRADA) chegou às 13:37h. Vejam o ridículo do atendimento. O gerente fez me a conta pra pagar e nem uma palavrinha nem nenhuma atenção como pedido de desculpas. Lamentável. Péssimos funcionários estragam uma casa. Os donos investiram muito no espaço e vem os funcionários dar este serviço de terceiro mundo ao cliente que acabou por pagar a módica quantia de 60€ por 3 sopas e entradas (carpaccio, choco frito, pimentos padron e beringela). Não volto. Os meus amigos também não, bem como a minha família. É a publicidade de boca que vos da fama, neste caso, FAMA MUITO FRACA POR SINAL.

Very nice interior, food is tasty but not amazing. Staff friendly and efficient.
And as the others said, try the duck. In my case the sweetness of the marmalade was a bit overwhelming but the product itself has a very vintage appearance, great texture and it might be the closest to grandma's duck you can get.
One more thing – if you are early and the waiter asks you to wait outside and take a drink until the tables are set – ask him for a table inside specifically. In our case all tables were suddenly booked as we wanted to go inside – we got one in the end, but what was the waiting outside for then...

Terrible. We had the menus of the day. The fried calamari arrived cold and rubbery. The other dish consisted of very tough and chewy chunks of pork with fried potatoes, which had no taste at all. Worst meal in Portugal so far.

This restaurant is one of the hippest around LX Factory. Their dishes are nice, tasty and of the more creative kind. I also liked their cava sangria. Their wifi is outstanding too. Handy!

Food is completely overpriced and I didn't even get the salad that was supposed to come with my strange crispy salmon roll (definitely don't get that!) Many other much better choices in Lisbon.

I felt in love by the salmon salad. Simple, light, fesh but some how AMAZING. The duck was really nice too. The staff was 5stars and the environment is cool and relaxed. The only thing is the noise. The music is too loud. Some bits down and it would be super. The ice cream with coffee could be better with small changes.

The decor on the restaurant is amazing and the staff is helpful. The only problem I see with it is that the food is overpriced for what is served.
