I dealt with Andre directly and he was very pleasant and courteous throughout. We worked on various scenarios and came up with an exciting swim holiday in Portugal. However, due to the pandemic, we could not proceed. SwimTogether’s policy on refund/cancellation was fair on its own and Andre even offered to give me a full refund even outside of the timeframe stated in the policy. I felt that Andre went above and beyond on that aspect in light of the pandemic. I will work with Andre again to finally see my Portugal swim holiday come to fruition, hopefully very soon.

Went to swim with these guys in a really cool spot in Sesimbra. Started with an awesome hike down the cliffs to reach an abandoned fishermans place. Then we swam back and forth in the bay with clear water full of different kinds of fish!

Participei em várias actividades Swim Together, na Arrábida e em Sesimbra. Hoje, participei numa actividade de natação, em Sesimbra, num paraíso recôndito que não conhecia. Os organizadores são jovens interessados em nós, conhecedores de locais únicos. Os participantes parecem escolhidos a dedo: eu fiz 2,5 Km de nado, houve quem tivesse nadado mais, quem tivesse nadado pouco e mesmo que nem tivesse nadado. Mas todos pessoas amantes da Natureza e do Desporto. Em todos os eventos, e mais uma vez no de hoje, saí com vontade de voltar já no dia seguinte. Os momentos Swim Together são sempre únicos! Aconselho vivamente.

I got to know André Santos through SwimTogether Instagram account, and suddenly we were planing my first open water experience. Although with some nervous feelings, yesterday we went for the first time swimming in Cascais Beach (Praia da Duquesa). André was very professional, paying attention to my technique, never discarding my safety. The most important point when you go to the water without experience is to trust in your coach.
