High standards, the offices are private, the atmosphere is concentrated and pleasant. The tenants are start-ups but mostly quite mature companies. After some months we got a bigger office. Unfortunately, we had to pay exactly the same amount per person as before for an office without a balcony.

Workspace has a really good best price benefit ratio! We had to leave because at some point our team grew a lot and we needed to get a traditional lease. We miss Unicorn a lot and I can only recommend them.

Had a great time there - nice facilities (toilets, kitchen balconies etc), comfortable meeting rooms and friendly staff too. The coffee is good too. It is not just some random nespresso, it is decent barista coffee, made by the community manager. I am vegan, so I appreciate that they have oat and/or coconut milk. The offices are daily cleaned. The other tenants are interesting businesses with nice people. I only have good things to say, I can recommend Unicorn.

Lovely place to work in central Lisbon. The team behind Unicorn is very professional, helpful and always friendly. The space has the perfect size, not to big, not too small. They have offices in various sizes, occupied by companies. So if you wanna grow larger, you can just ask for an additional room. Thanks for the amazing time we had at Unicorn. We will be back one day!

Cool place, spacious, without much action and distraction, but concentration. I don't like places that feel like a chicken coop, it's really relaxed here. 10 points just for that. Also easy to reach the office, and some really good restaurants nearby, including one of the best vegetarian delis in town. And I really like the location events. Starting with the weekly breakfast buffet with Acai to wine tasting in the evening. Only warning: be careful with the snack offer. They have addictive chocolate there.

Ein wirklich klasse Ort zum Arbeiten für Firmen, die eine konzentrierte Atmosphäre benötigen und denen der typische "Cowoking Space" nicht representativ genug ist. Wir haben uns bei Unicorn sehr wohl gefühlt. Top Adresse für Unternehmen in Lissabon!

Unicorn is a great co-working space. Besides the central location, everyone is nice (both staff and residents). If you are in need of a place to work (freelancer or SME), check-out their holistic offer (wifi, printers, in-house breakfast options, all you need to set up your business and start working asap).
