Restaurant: toooo noisy... As it is very small, if there is more than 6pax group, it becomes terribly loud to stay. Service is somewhat nice, products had ups and downs, orange juice great

Con un estilo acogedor y moderno este hotel se merece sus estrellas gracias a su excelente ubicación. Mafalda se portó de maravilla, además de transmitirnos siempre su buen humor. Le recomendaría al hotel ventilar un poco más sus habitaciones y cambiar en el lounge del primer piso los vasos de hielo seco por tazas, como le hacen en las habitaciones que ponen una jarrita con agua en lugar de botellas de plástico. La experiencia cambia mucho y además contribuimos a no usar plástico de un sólo uso.

Great hotel. One of the best in Lisbon for me. In the city center, near public transport and most of attraction. All staff very very kind. In all rooms water free and coffee, biscuits, fruit and tea free. If you go to Lisbon this is better place to be.

Hotel limpio, muy céntrico, pero a nosotros se nos rompió la ducha y no la arreglaron, ni tampoco hay todo lo que dicen, digo en la planta 1 donde hay un office para tomar algo las 24 horas, solo hay café y fruta... No en buen estado. Recepción muy simpáticos

Hôtel central très accueillant

Chambre charmante et coconing. Un quartier très sympa et vivant mais à l'écart des bruits de la rue. Magasins et restaurants à 5 min à pieds. Front de mer à 10 min à pieds. Gros point négatif la finesse des murs rend le sommeil difficile. On entend le moindre bruit des chambres voisines ou au dessus. Y compris les bruits de pas. Vraiment dommage sinon l'hôtel a tout pour plaire.

Dormito benissimo. Personale gentilissimo. Letto comodo, stanza spaziosa, luminosa e pulita. Al primo piano mini postazione per te e caffè H24 gratuita.

Un hotel ben posizionato e dal costo ben adeguato nel rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale gentile e discreto, la colazione ha peró poca varietà di scelta

Sehr liebevoll und modernes Hotel, das Zimmer war schön geschnitten und mit einem moderenen Bad. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, müsste man meiner Meinung nach nicht zwingend dazu buchen, da viele tolle Cafes im Umkreis sind. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Die Lage ist top, man ist "unten" nahe am Placa de Commerco, was heißt nach einem spannenden Tag in Lissabon muss man nur bergab laufen um zum Hotel zu kommen, ausserdem ist es mit Tram, Bus oder Metro nur wenige Meter entfernt zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

So, this place gets a five for price, location and staff. There are small issues like the water might not be hot enough during real winter or the fact that the curtains in the shower don't really block the window but overall the room is really great, big bed and spacious so I recommended.

Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: unmittelbare Nähe zu sämtlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten und einer Metro-Station, von der man perfekt zum Flughafen fahren kann. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück kann gegen Aufpreis dazu gebucht werden, was jedoch aufgrund der vielen Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe nicht unbedingt notwendig ist.

Hotel muito bem localizado, quartos amplos e bem limpos... O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor.

The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was so clean and had a big bathroom which made us really happy!! Everything seemed clean and the espresso machine that they had on our floor (free to take) was also a very kind service! The location was great and we would totally recommend it to our friends if anyone is ever going to Lisbon for a trip! We were happy with everything!
