Gostei muito da experiência no Easy Lisbon Hostel. Ideal para grupos de amigos. Quartos com beliches muito confortáveis, a localização era ótima e a vista do quarto também.
O único contra foi de facto as casas de banho visto que têm tudo compactado num pequeno espaço.

Desastre total, incomunicación, falta de respeto al no contestar a las llamadas ni los mensajes. Y para finalizar cuando cancele la estadía se pone en contacto poniendo excusas. Esto es inadminisible, no vayas nunca.

Pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner menos. Estuvimos 4h esperando a hacer el check in y aquí no apareció nadie. Lamentable servicio y falta de comunicación. No cogen el tlf y está todo abandonado, sin recepción ni servicio alguno. Un desastre.

Na minha opinião as condições foram péssimas tanto a higiene na casa de banho dos cortinados com sanita mesmo onde se toma banho o quarto a xeirar bolor fk xeia de rinite e DP da formação tardissimo ao tomar banho mexer em água ouve quem nos viesse mandar calar.. Eu pagueoi e fui mal servida

Les déjeuners étaient extras. L’hôtel est bien situé. Certains membres du personnel sont super gentils et généreux de leur temps mais d’autres pourraient avoir plus d’entregent. Ce qui cloche c’est la propreté à certains endroits comme les toiles des fenêtres brisées et moisies, les rideaux de douches dont le bas est vraiment malpropre, les drains de douches qui ne sont pas débouchés régulièrement ce qui fait qu’on se retrouve les pieds dans l’eau sale, les robinets de lavabo et de douche brisés. Il suffirait que le propriétaire entretienne les lieux à mesure que quelque chose brise. Un tas de détails qui tendraient la vie plus agréable. Septembre 2019

Ein klassisches low budget Hotel. Wlan muss man zb extra zahlen. Dennoch ok. Denn der preis passt. Dazu ist es absolut ruhig. Hab super gut geschlafen. Gleich gegenüber ein super cafe. Uns hat es sehr gefallen!

The hostel has a bed bug problem - which they are not dealing with properly. After a night in one room I was bitten all over my body - after complaining we changed rooms but suspected that the other room had the same problem. All their linen is speckled with small blood marks which is a clear sign of bed bugs. No compensation was offered by the staff, but we had to demand for it ourselves. But a free stay wont compensate the itching bite marks nor the trouble you have to go through cleaning, freezing and washing your luggage after the holiday. Until they have dealt with the problem, I would not recommend anybody staying at this hostel. The rooms seemed clean otherwise, but the bathrooms were filthy and the drains of the showers blocked in every bathroom. The description on their webpage is grossly inflated in many ways. The only positive thing was the free breakfast.

The hotel is old , dirty and the termites is eating all wood finishes. It was a bad experience when I see the hotel personally I would to cancel and they was going to charge me a fee cancelation. This site is not recommended

The shared bathrooms are in need of repair. The drains are blocked and the bathrooms flood quickly. Staff are friendly and helps. Very basic accommodation.

Las instalaciones y la ubicación del hotel estaba muy bien. Pero Catia y Luis de la recepción parecía que no tenain ganas de atender a los huéspedes, muy mala predisposición y parecía como si leas molestáramos. Muy fea experiencia. Tampoco estaba incluido el desayuno, ni el wifi ni el con servicio de limpieza a la habitación. Todo tenía un costo adicional, y eso no estaba aclarado cuando lo reserve. No volvería.

Esta bastante bien en términos generales. El personal muy agradable y todo estaba limpio y ordenado, el desayuno incluido estaba bien también y tienen una azotea muy chula. Lo malo es el ruido, especialmente si te toca una habitación cerca de la cocina, y el poco espacio de la cocina a la hora de desayunar.

This was my first stay at a hostel and I loved it.
We were 4 friends and we had the 8 people room just for us and was great.
The hostel has a lot of showers and balconies.
Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was very good quality for the money. With fresh bread and fruit, yogurts, cold meats, cheese butter and jam.
The only thing I would say to improve is that breakfast only opens at 8:30 and since we had a training at 9 we had to rush through it.

Small hostel with few double rooms and few multiple rooms. Bathroom is shared- there is 6 separate bath/toilet rooms 3 for women 3 for men. Small kitchen, living room if you really need it in Lisbon.
Hostel is located near metro station Marques do Pombal - blue and yellow line - so very good communicated with the city.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast is from 8:30 till 10:00 so don't sleep too long breakfast is quite boring-every day the same things - but fresh. Coffee could be a little bit stronger
If you stay in Lisbon for 3 nights it's gonna be fine, for longer you may be bored with breakfasts or a little bit annoyed by sharing toilet with strangers.
Very good price to comfort. Comfortable bed, silent in the night. Free Wi-Fi but slow connection or no connection at all in the room.

Os quartos e banheiros são bastante apertados. A área de banho é pequena demais, divididas por cortinas, que ficam sempre em contato durante o banho. O elevador não funciona bem, fiquei presa em determinado momento e também tive que carregar as malas por 2 andares. A funcionária de plantão nada fez para ajudar. Por fim, havia 1 casal fazendo bastante barulho no banheiro compartilhado, bem constrangedor, sem fiscalização pelos funcionários do hotel.

Hostel liegt zentral und verkehrsgünstig. Daher sind die Zimmer zur Straße recht laut, da auch keine Schallschutzfenster vorhanden sind. Außerdem sind die Zimmertüren sehr dünn und damit hellhörig. Man hört daher die Eingangstür und die benachbarten Zimmertüren sehr deutlich.Da Bett ist annehmbar aber nicht besonders komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist täglich gleich. Ausreichend aber nicht sehr umfangreich. Die gemeinsamen Duschen und WCs etwas umständlich, aber immer sauber geputzt.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ist das Hostel unterdurchschnittlich. Preis-Leistung Note 4. Ich würde dort aber nicht mehr buchen.

Estava dormindo com minha Familia quando: um grupo de jovens as 03.00 da manha, comecaram a falar alto e fazer bagunça na sala.. sem respeito algum.. falei com eles.. mas como essa geracao è cabeca de camarao.. nao adiantou nada..

Jai apprécié la propreté de lhôtel. Il y a 3 douches pour les femmes et 2 ou 3 pour les hommes, donc il y a toujours une de libre et les salles de bain sont très propres.Petit déjeuner buffet très appréciable Seul petit bémol : notre chambre privative était juste derrière laccueil donc peu dintimité. Mais il y avait peu de bruit dans lhôtel donc cétait quand même agréable.

Modesto. La posizione è comoda, facile da raggiungere con la metro, e per spostarsi a piedi. Personale simpatico. I bagni sono fuori dalle camere.

Atendimento ótimo, fé manhã tem uma senhora que faz a limpeza que é Uma graça, conversamos, me senti em casa... Os quartos bons... Só o banheiro que o espaço do chuveiro é pequeno meio desconfortável..

The hostel was easy to find and really close to a metro station. To walk to the center took us 30 minutes, as a slow walk. The entire facility was clean and the room was comfortable.As a small inconvenience, the wifi didnt work so good in our room and the printer also had some glitch.Overall was a great place to stay,I do recomend it.

Friendly helpful staff, Marisa at the desk (others too), Goretti for breakfast and housekeeping was wonderful. the breakfast has sliced cheese, meat, assorted breads, jams, yogurt, cereals, fruits, juice and coffee and tea. we had a room with a balcony, very clean, a bit noisy, use ear plugs, bathrooms are clean and functional. Not much going on in the neighborhood in the evenings, close to the Marques de Pumbal Metro, which gets you everywhere. We were there for 3 nights, bought a Lisboa Card which includes metro, busses, teams and trains, as well as castles, museums, galleries and tons of other sights. We loved Lisbon, did lots but barely scratched the surface.

An excellent hostel that exceeded my expectations. Both the managers were very friendly and talkative, especially during the evenings whilst they were working. They recommended some really good places to visit and helped in planning my next days itinerary.The bathrooms are kept clean continuously 2-3 times each day,even when no-ones around so that was very nice of them to give this attention of detail. Along with the communal areas were kept in great condition!The Hostel has an amazing rooftop terrace view which is a must do, especially when the weather is sunny and warm!

El hotel está situado en un barrio sin grandes intereses pero cerca de la parada de metro Marquez Pomba, con 2 lineas de metro que te llevan al centro en 5 minutos. De hecho a pie son solo 20 minutos y bajas por la avenida de la Libertad que es un paseo muy agradable.El hostal es correcto, las habitaciones estan renovadas, limpias y funcionales. No tienen tele ni nevera ni nada por el estilo. Es solo para dormir. Incluye un desayuno más que correcto.

La chaleureuse acueilli de madame Goreti, le petit déjeuner comme à la maison, la propreté des chambres, toilettes, établissement en général, la liberté pour entrer et sortir à nimporte quelle heure... TOUT, nous a vraiment impacté... Vraiment un hostal à recommander et à revisiter.Très contente :)

Nice, clean, modern and excepcional service. We had everything that we needed, even more. The BEST was the leaving room, IS perfect to work, read or to have a nice conversation with new people.

Es un albergue que se encuentra en pleno centro de Lisboa, muy cerca del metro y a 15 minutos de la plaza del comercio.Cerca del barrrio de Alfama y de Chiado y Barrio Alto.

Gostei muito do local. Recepcionista atenciosa e simpática. Quarto com beliches acolhedor e confortavel. Perfeito para grupos de amigos.
