Muito limpo e o pessoal muito simpático.

Simplesmente o hotelzinho mais limpo que você vai ver. O café da manhã é fraco, mas tudo fresquinho. A equipa é espetacular, lembrando as pousadas do sul da Espanha.

Not a bad location. Clean and tidy but rooms r a bit small. Staff very helpful and very good continental breakfast. The surrounding streets are well supplied with cafe and restaurant options. Aldi supermarket directly opposite. Within walking distance everything you need including the subway, department stores and bus routes.

The rooms are clean and well presented. Front reception staff and house keeping are super helpful. Things like WiFi and toilet amenities are stocked up. The rooms are on the small side and the front door has no signage so you need to double take to get in. Breakfast options are very simple but adequate for those on the go.

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area but with several reasonable reseraunts within a short walk. The Hotel staff were helpful.The rooms a little small but not overpriced.

Really not that bad ! The rooms are clean, the staff is helpfull and welcoming. It's well isolated (calm room) and air-conditioned (a most). There is a TV. As I read the other comments, I decided to not take the breakfast at the hotel (You can go to A padaria portugesa, it cost only 2.50 euro for ham and cheese croissant with fresh orange juice and coffee). The only negative comment I have is the bed which was uncomfortable.

Bon rapport qualité prix, chambres propres et d'un parfait confort ,personnel sympa, mais la salle de bain est plutôt petite et le petit dej est pas fameux.

Ho soggiornato 5 notti in camera doppia con colazione. La camera è piccola ma accogliente e pulita, lo stesso per il bagno anche se un appendiabiti in più non guasterebbe. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è accettabile, la pecca enorme purtroppo però è la colazione! Avevo letto recezioni negative a proposito ma per stare più comoda ho voluto prenderla lo stesso. Costo 5 euro al giorno, valore effettivo 0! Latte e caffé nei termos dispenser, biscotti, cereali, fette biscottate sfusi nei barattoli di vetro. Burro e crema di cioccolata anch'essi sfusi, dove tutti potevano raschiare la propria razione. Pane, affettati e formaggi sempre gli stessi negli espositori. Dolcetto fatto in casa dai gusti indistinti. Terribile! Consiglio alla direzione di fornirsi al Lidl difronte per comprare dei semplicissimi, economicissimi ed internazionalissimi croissant oltre ai pasteis de nata ( costo 1 euro) che sono un dolce tipico e che farebbe piacere agli ospiti trovare per colazione!

Estive no ano passado neste hotel em junho e foi o pior hotel que estive para o preço que pagamos eu e o meu companheiro foi demais...muita falta de higiene...os lençóis nunca foram trocados a casa de banho muito mal limpa e em termos de pequeno almoço a louça mal lavada pus montes de talheres com comida agarrada e pratos sujos...a senhora que la estava não tem higiene nao volta la mais...

If you are a bigger person like I am, the shower is half the size of a phone booth and the doors do not open much, forcing you to squeegee past them. It’s an old shower with mold, I would rather have not rubbed my body all over it. The height is fine but the plumbing is old style, sticks out into the limited space, and kept jamming into my hip. The bed is also a collection of springs, my 100 lb wife agreed it was quite uncomfortable to sleep on and the shower was too small for her to do much in. If you’re not on a budget pay more and enjoy your stay....

Overall, the hotel did the job, but little moreThe check-in experience was fine. The room was small (but decent size for the price). The room was advertised as sound-proof, but even though I checked in late (around midnight), I could hear the other guests at the hotel through the doors.The sink was partly clogged meaning that water only left the zink very slowly. They only provided a single, small, thin towel, so while it did the job, it wasnt a great experience. Similarly, the small things were missing: there was no trashcan in the hotel room, the aircon had turned out on the actual unit, the bed was hard, the pillow was of very low quality, the bed had a blanket, but no duvet.The hotel was a bit hard to find, but a fine location.

All you need for a quiet nigth. Friendly staff and and a very friendly open air space on the first floor to rest or work. Free stronf wifi. Good breakfast.

Apesar de ser um hotel de duas estrelas, perante a elevada procura da hoteleira em Lisboa o preço é elevado, face à qualidade. No hotel ouvem-se barulhos da rua. As janelas não protegem da luz exterior. Apesar disso, qualidade na limpeza a destacar. Proximidade com Ela Corte Inglês e Parque Eduardo VII. Proximidade com linha vermelha e linha amarela do metro.

Stayed here one night as we arrived at Lis and were taking the train to Evora next day. The hotel is basic, clean room and located blocks from entrecompos train station. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are few small cafe and restaurants near by. It was everything we needed it to be.

La habitación suficientemebte grande para 2 personas, incluso alguna supletoria cabría en eya, el baño no es grande pero para ducharte perfecta, muy limpio todo,y a 100 m boca de metro,recomendable

While the location was a bit outside the tourist heart of Lisbon, the proximity to 2 metro stations (red and blue lines) made it a good, functional choice for my visit to Lisbon. I had to book on the day of arrival due to a mix up with previously arranged accommodation, and the front desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I had a room on the ground floor, and yes, there was a bit of street noise at times, but due its location away from the party heart (ie. the Bairro Alto neighbourhood), the noise was not disruptive.

Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro a inizio marzo. Le camere sono pulite e l'hotel è in una buona posizione. L'unica pecca è la colazione che è piuttosto scarsa. Consiglio di farla fuori, in una delle tante e buonissime caffetterie nelle vicinanze. Gentile il personale!

Overall it was a nice stay. Nothing too fancy but for a quick trip it is enough. However, the double rooms are incredibly small, specially the bathroom. Breakfast is nothing from another world but the hotel stays right next to an extremely good Italian restaurant which is not too expensive.

Niet superschoon, het ziet er allemaal oud uit en zo ruikt het ook. Maar het is schoon genoeg, het personeel is vriendelijk en precies wat ik verwachte voor die prijs. Goed genoeg !

Easy check in they called cab for an early departure (0330) and the cab arrived in 5 minutes. Didnt have the breakfast because of departure time. Clean, like my grandmother clean! Pillows werent great but I give clean and safe over that. Three females travelling, neighborhood was rundown but we felt safe there.:-)

Localização excelente. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos, quartos limpos, renovados, com Split, TV a cabo, só faltava um frigobar.

Cutre pero mejor que muchos con más estrellas. Lo recomiendo. Esta caro por la visita del Papa pero supongo que será más barato. Camas muy pequeñas, almohada muy pequeña también acabas con dolor de espalda seguro.

Great value!! we just stayed at Novotel Lisboa for 4 days. Hotel Italia less than half the price but 3times better off.

We got there early, from a red eye flight and bless them, our room was available. Good location, a few blocks from the metro. We were recommended to Laurenteins for bakalao, 5 stars for that. Quiet, good value and would stay there again without hesitation. Breakfast is €5.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο, κρίμα που είναι μόνο δύο αστέρων! Ένα πολύ φιλικό περιβάλλον, καλοί άνθρωποι, πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο. Κάθε μέρα άλλαζαν πετσέτες και σεντόνια. Ένα πλούσιο πρωινό. Ελεύθερη χρήση της αυλής και της κουζίνας. Οποιαδήποτε ώρας. Πρόθυμοι πάντα όλοι τους για να βοηθήσουν. Σε πολύ καλό σημείο, με τις συγκοινωνίες και τα μετρό δίπλα, φαγάδικα πολλά επίσης πολύ κοντά, απέναντι το lidl και στο πάνω τετράγωνο ένα τοπικό μάρκετ. Ακριβώς δίπλα υπάρχει ένα ιταλικό εστιατόριο. Άψογη συνεργασία, εξαρχής το θεωρήσαμε σπίτι μας!

I had to book quite late after finding another hotel had cancelled my visit so I got charged a lot. For such a high cost, they could have provided me with a decent room, i.e. one less dark and cell-like with pillows that dont feel like inflated plastic bags. Reception staff were helpful, but otherwise not a good experience.

Trevligt område. Flera bra restauranger runt hörnet. Enkelt att ta sig till centrum. Hotellet och rummen har mycket enkel standard och frukosten är knappast prisvärd - men service och städning är perfekt. Inga trafikljud.

It is not an actual hotel (as you can see from Street View) It is decent enough to spend a night if you have a low budget but there are no real comforts and the bed could be upgraded to a better quality as you feel the springs in your back! Parking is also not easy at all...

è categoria 3 stelle, piccolino, a conduzione familiare ma molto carino e pulito, situato non molto lontano dalla metropolitana che porta in centro città.

Beim Einchecken wurde verlangt, dass eine Kopie meines Personalausweises und meiner Kreditkarte sowie eine Bestätigung zur Belastung meiner Kreditkarte an das Hotel gesendet wird. Bei der Buchung wurde bereits meine Kreditkartennummer und Sicherheitscode abgefragt. Meine Tochter, welche auch als Gast angegeben war, wurde sehr unfreundlich und abweisend behandelt. Eine portugiesische Freundin war dabei und hat sich für das Verhalten ihrer Landsleute entschuldigt. Das Einchecken hat mehrere Stunden gedauert. Dieses Hotel empfehle ich nur denjenigen, die Probleme und Auseinandersetzungen schätzen.

My experience in this hotel was more or less. I will start with the good side: the Staff are good and helpful, the rooms are clean, good breakfast. Now the bad side: Bed quality isn't good I felt the bed springs in my chest, no pillows, I can't see anything from the room window, breakfast time limit is 10 a.m and the tv is very small.

Nice hotel set in a quiet residential location, but just round the corner are a host of cafe/bars and restaurants, offering good quality and service at out of town prices. Its a good, but pleasant walk into Lisbon, or take the metro about 200m away. We were offered the continental breakfast, however, with a small Lidl just over the road, fresh bread (in house bakery) and lots of fruit a good alternative, also a good place to buy good cheap local wine for home.The metro is a real bonus, the hotel being at the opposite end to the aeroporto, and good links to the main rail stations.Rooms were cleaned daily and we had plenty of fresh towels - the Reception staff were friendly and offered good advice about the locality.Overall the Italia and Lisbon a good choice for a weeks break

Close to the metro, lots of good places to eat nearby. Grocery store across the street. Staff knows the city and can help.

I read the reviews before I booked this hotel so Ill talk about those first. The complaints included could hear the jets from the airport (if you want to stay anywhere in the city center this will be a problem for you but for me could barely hear them and is very nice to be just a 9 minute taxi ride from the airport). The walls are not soundproofed (for me this is not a problem and actually was one of the quiter hotels I have stayed in). The shower is small and makes a mess on the floor (I found by aiming the shower head into the corner and not turning the water on full blast there was no mess). I stayed there for 4 weeks as my plan was to really get to know the city as if I was living there. For this I wanted to be as central as possible and this hotel can not be beaten for that. The staff were very knowledgable about the city and could answer all my questions about the metro, trains, etc. The staff also spoke very good English which was great, even though I can speak decent português, there are some topics that are just so much easier to talk about in English for me. There is a person at the desk 24 hours per day and will open the door for you at whatever hour (getting back at 4 in the morning, no problem). This is a very reasonably priced hotel for all you are getting and I think that cant be understated (private bathroom, security, clean, friendly accommodating staff).

Très facile d'accès de l'aéroport, cet hotel offre une propreté et un acceuil irréprochable par rapport à son prix. Très bon plan pour qui veut visiter Lisbonne (ou y travailler) sans se ruiner.
