Todo mal. 0 recomendable. Filipe no contestaba a los emails. Tuvimos que llamarle para decirle la hora que llegábamos para que nos abriera. Llegó 20mins tarde. Las habitaciones no podían estar más sucias, llena de bichos, paredes con sangre de haber matado mosquitos y no limpiarlo Una de las duchas llena de gusanos. Nuestra puerta no cerraba el cerrojo y Filipe no se digno a dar una solución. Cucaracha al abrir el cajón de los cubiertos, y para remate se coló un gato de la calle. Lo más fuerte que al decir lo del gato comentó que es de un vecino y a veces se cuela Y para rematar me cobro dos veces la tasa de la ciudad, hay que decir que cuando se lo dije devolvio el dinero... No recomiendo para nada si lo que quieres es unas vacaciones relajantes

The hostel was much better than what I expected. It was clean and nicely decorated and inside well organized. The location is amazing if you want to go out in the evening in Bairo alto. Improvement would be a clear sign outside as it took as some time to find it. Also we had to wait some time outside until we were let in. Philip who let us in was very friendly.

Muy linda estancia. La habitación sencilla, cómoda, agradable. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en el Barrio Alto, el cual nos encantó por su estilo bohemio, sus callecitas adoquinadas y la variedad de bares y restaurantes. Repetiríamos.

Wir hatten ein Superior Doppelzimmer. 'Superior' war daran leider nichts! Im Gegenteil, alt und stark renovierungsbedürftig. Die Wände sind fleckig und rissig, zudem ist es laut. Besonders schlimm sind die Badezimmer. Schimmel an der Decke, ekelhafte Duschvorhänge. Steckt euer Geld lieber in eine andere Unterkunft, diese hier ist es nicht wert. Die Fotos, die vom Betreiber online bereitgestellt werden, entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit und stellen die Unterkunft viel zu neu und schön dar, was falsch ist.

Personnel super sympa mais... Moisissures sur les murs, peintures qui s'écaillent, traces d'infiltration d'eau un peu partout. Chambres très bruyantes. Et douches en panne durant 24 heures...

Appartamento situato in ottima posizione per visitare l'intera città a piedi e cn i mezzi, questa l'unica nota positiva del mio soggiorno, sono arrivato e in casa nn c'era nessuno, ho dovuto aspettare il ragazzo (molto gentile) un ora e mezza, quando è arrivato mi ha preparato la camera che non era pronta, ho aspettato un altra mezz'oretta... Pulizia e igiene pari a 0, l intera casa sporca e per niente curata se siete schizzinosi EVITATE di prenotare. La TV in camera nn era funzionante, neanche i fornelli della cucina. Fortunatamente avevo trovato un offerta e avevo pagato con prezzo scontato del 40% seno' non ne valeva proprio la pena. Ho avuto un problema anche con il pagamento che mi è stato chiesto di effettuare al check out (anche se avevo già inserito i dati della mia carta sul sito x il prelievo automatico da parte della struttura) morale ho pagato e poi ho bloccato la carta x evitare sorprese.

Geht hier bloß nicht hin, es ist das schmutzigste Hotel, dass ich je gesehen habe. Die Bäder werden nie gereinigt und man teilt sie sich mit allen anderen Gästen. Als ich Filipe auf den Schmutz hinwies, meinte er nur: „I know.“ Wände und Lichtschalter gelb von Schmutz. Duschvorhänge ebenso. Flöhe im Bett. Kakerlaken in der Dusche. Kot irgendeines Tieres in der Küche. Fernseher geht natürlich nicht. Und der Schlüssel zur Tür sperrt meistens erst nach 15 min auf. Deshalb überall Einbruchspuren. Kein Anzeichen von Filipe, daran irgendetwas zu ändern. Er hat sich wenig einsichtig gezeigt und sich einige Ausreden einfallen lassen, als wir nach einer Entschädigung gebeten haben.

Great stay here with Felipe who was super helpful and really flexible.... Great location for a range of bars, restaurants and to transport to travel about.

Points positifs: L’hôtel MyRoom est très bien situé. Le propriétaire est accomodant (il nous a permis de faire le check-out à 15h plutôt qu’à 13h) et l’établissement nous permet d’utiliser une cuisine complète.Points négatifs: Rapport qualité-prix décevant (pour 5-10€ de plus, il est vraiment mieux de se tourner vers la location d’un appartement). La plupart des pièces ont besoin d’un grand rafraîchissement (plafond qui pend en lambeaux, terrasse qui semble avoir fait la guerre, une porte de salle de bain qui ne se barre pas, etc). La rue très bruyante. Les salles de bain communes sont sales. Et finalement, l’établissement accepte les animaux, ce qui veut dire qu’il y un risque, qui s’est concrétisé pour nous, qu’un chien jappe à chaque fois où quelqu’un ouvre une porte pendant la nuit!Bref, malgré quelques points positifs, je ne retournerais jamais dans cet établissement! :(

Local limpo, tranquilo e preço justo! Localizado próximo a bares e restaurantes. As estações de trens e diversos pontos turísticos estão a poucos minutos a pé.

Well located close to Baixa Chiado and the Barrio Alto, nicely laid out rooms with character, nice common spaces in the kitchen and terrace. As it's a typical old Lisbon building noise does travel through the property, so bring earplugs if a light sleeper. A good alternative to dorms for those who value privacy.

I liked this place to stay at during my previous visit of Lisboa. Great location,cozy and very clean rooms, but the walls are too thin :)) you can hear every sound. And I faced a petty problem with the check-in as the manager couldn't hear me ringing the bell so I had to wait for someone to come out and open the door. Conclusion: this accomodation offers very good value for money

Could get much better room at same price nearby so we moved. My friend n I got dizzy with the gas heater

I just stayed one night and although the check-in was at 15:00, my room wasnt ready at that time. It is a cheap alternative when you travel on your own.

Llegué a las 6pm y la habitación no estaba lista. El baño no es privado como lo especifica y todo roto desde paredes hasta las puertas de los baños. No hubo electricidad desde las 6am. Lo único rescatable es la locación pero por ese precio se puede conseguir algo mucho mejor.

Wer Zimmer mit Dusche und Toilette über dem Gang mag und diese gerne mit anderen teilt ist hier richtig. Das Ganze erinnert mehr an eine Wohngemeinschaft als an ein Hotel. Zumal es eine große Küche gibt, in der man sich seine Mahlzeiten zubereiten kann. Nachts ist es sehr laut rings um das Hotel.

Die Lage des Hostels ist super. Einziges Manko ist für mich das alles schon deckt verwohnt ist und man sehr viel von den anderen Gästen mitbekommt, wodurch der Schlaf nicht so erholsam war.

Idéalement situé dans le centre de Lisbonne, chambre propre lit confortable. Un hôte Philippe très sympathique et accueillant qui nous a trouvé une solution pour stocker nos bagages le temps d une après midi entre le check out et notre vol.

Zentrale Lage, sehr nettes Personal. Straße sehr laut, erholsamer Schlaf unmöglich. Zimmer ohne eigenes Badezimmer, nur Gemeinschaftsbäder, Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Overall a great stay in Lisbon! This location was perfect - close to the main station for day trips and within walking distance to many of the city sights. The bedroom was large, the bed was really comfortable and we had a nice balcony that we enjoyed having breakfast at. They had a good size kitchen and outdoor area that you could use. I would definitely recommend this place !

SCAM. I booked online and had to put my credit card to hold the room. At the property, they demanded I pay in cash before departing. I didn't think much of it, because this is common for smaller hotels. Two weeks later they charged my credit card. The first time I brought it to their attention, they said they'd call me back later. They have now ignored all my calls and other messages. I've now been charged double for sub-par accommodation.

Mais personne pour nous accueillir à notre arrivée, heureusement que javais internet sur mon téléphone pour pouvoir retrouver le numéro et appeler la personne responsable alors que je leur avais envoyé un mail avant mon départ qui était resté sans réponse...

We loved staying in MyRoom Lisboa. The location is very central for walking around (a bit of a walk from Rossio). We made it to every main walking area (except Belem) from this location easily. The best part was Fillipe - what an incredible host! He was so helpful and kind with great recommendations for food and other touristy things. Room was cosy and had a nice balcony. A bit noisy at night but thats what you should expect if you want to stay downtown. Well-equipped kitchen and secure building. Definitely recommend!

A very average stay. The only benefit is the location. Saying that, even with the address it was difficult to find. The building is not sign posted and the downstairs looks very run down and derelict. The room is clean and very simple. Which is exactly what we were looking for. What I wasnt looking for was was the theft out of my account a week later. You will be welcomed by the cleaner who is instructed by Phillipe (the hotel owner) to take payment. Be cautious if using your card, the lady proceded to explain the pdq machine doesnt work very well and that she will cancel the transaction. I paid in cash instead. A week later my rooms had taken money from my account. I called Phillipe repeatedly appealing to his better nature that I had been charged twice and to please reimburse me for what I presumed to be an accident. He ignored me. Shame on you Phillipe - I dont take to writing reviews on the internet. Little do you know, I had booked that room as a get away for my mother and myself as we had been grieving over my fathers death. Life is short Phillipe - it would pay you far more to be an honest business man.

Estive hospedada durante 15 dias, pois estive a fazer um curso, e gostava de agradecer ao Filipe, à Maria e ao Gigi pela hospitalidade e simpatia. O lugar, que está muito bem localizado, está sempre limpo, as casas de banho e os quartos também. O quarto era espaçoso e arejado, adorei a estadia e gostava de voltar! Um abraço a todos vocês e cuidem-se muito! Ana Paula
