As a Newfoundlander I have eaten lots of fish but I have to admit some folks can prepare fish a step better than most. That's what happens when you eat at Tidbit. Wonderful food one step better than most.

This is a great little place to have dinner. I couldn't get over how genuinely friendly and nice the staff were. They took the time to build micro-relationships with all patrons. The food was great, I had fried squir with Patatas Bravas (they were too boiled for my taste), but overall great experience.

Bardzo ładny wystrój, miła obsługa... mówiąca po angielsku. Potrawy smaczne w przystępnej cenie:) Polecam!

Super und sehr günstige Tapas Bar. Wir haben sie durch Zufall entdeckt und haben einen freundlichen Service, klasse Wein und gutes Essen angetroffen. Empfehlenswert!

Lugar tranquilo y agradable. La comida buena,aunq los calamares algo duros,el bacalao espectacular . No es muy caro ,asequible. La camarera muy agradable. Volveré

Une jolie salle et un personnel très agréable. De bons plats pour un bon rapport qualité prix. Cependant, je déconseille le plat à base de crevettes qui est très écoeurant.

Boa opção quando estiver a passear pelo chiado...a comida é boa, tem boas sugestões, pratos do dia, a preços muito acessíveis. Atendimento muito simpático. Decoração que nos faz sentir "aconchegada", sem muito barulho...bom vinho da casa, bons petiscos e boas sobremesas. A voltar....

Ordered Fish Soup, Potato in Special Sauce, Mackerel, Grilled Sardines and Clams.
All dishes are good. Clams has got a more pronounced citrusy taste, Sardines grilled very well, and I love the Mackerels!
I’ll avoid the Deep Fried Shrimp Puff.

Poulpe grillé....ou ça noyé d'huile et de sel et porc chèvre miel dur chèvre avec un vieux goût de savon.
Sangria coupée a l'eau...le dessert devait dater car les biscuits sensés être imbibés de café étaient rassis.
Joli cadre serveuse souriante mais ne vaut pas tripette.

Ristorante intimo e carino piatti tipici di pesce a prezzi più bassi del comune. Servizio cortese e celere. Abbiamo mangiato 3 piatti di pesce a 30 euro. Si trova al limite tra barriere alto ,zona di movida, e il chiado zona più elegante di negozi. Consigliatissimo

Surprised about the whole experince.
Unfortunatly took pictures after I eat the food. Didnt expect it to be so tastful. Her is the result when it overrated my expectations.
And I have been eating lots of great food.
Remeber to make right combination of tasts if not you may not experince the same.
My choice was:
White wine Encostras Do Barrioir
Fremented cheese cow&goat with bread
Grilled cod with garlic, corrinader, onion in olive oil
Traditional cake with plum and cinamon.
Think it was this combination that lifted my experince.

Comparado con otros restaurantes, la relación calidad precio es muy buena. Ademas, los precios no son caros. Por 17 euros me he comido un buen menu. Cerca del centro y monumentos históricos. Atención buena y local bonito y moderno.

Accueil agréable et souriant. Personnel aux petits soins. Les plats sont bons et copieux. Nous étions avec nos enfants. Merci aux serveurs pour cet agréable moment.

Fish tasted old and was way overcooked, so were the potatoes. Waiter was nice but had no clue that good fish usually doesn’t taste fishy. Salad was a salad. Not recommendable.

Un sitio muy bonito con un servicio amable y una sonrisa siempre incluida. La comida casera y la música hacen la atmósfera placentera. He vuelto allí dos noches seguidas para cenar y seguramente volveré la próxima vez qué volveré en Lisboa. Obrigada. Un saludo. Denise

Catch the cable car up to the old quarter of Lisbon with the rainbow colours buildings.
On this street are many restaurants and Tidbits, is one to try. Stepping down inside onto large cool cobblestone flooring this is a relief from a days shopping.
The waiter was charming and loaded with local knowledge.They offer an appetising menu with quality ingredients.
I had the herrings and if you want to blend in and eat fish like a local- use your fingers, don’t be shy.
Their sangrias are very nice too.

Plats baignant dans l huile, les palourdes cuites et recuites et les plats ayant une odeur de vieux ... Soit le cadre est sympa et la planche de charcuterie est bonne sinon voila passez votre chemin

Cozy and charming little restaurant serving Portuguese delights for reasonable prices. It was a good spot to stop by for lunch. Bacalhau a Zé do Pipo in the picture, fantastic. I wouldn't recommend the chocolate mousse though.
