Horrível pior bubble tea que ja provei a pessoa que me atendeu não parava de criticar os outros bubbles tea e que aqueles eram os melhores que nojo bagas rijas e muito caro

It was the only bubble tea place I could find in Lisboa with that said, only go if you need bubble tea in a pinch. The tea flavor needs to be stronger, I had gotten the basic milk tea with tapioca, and it was diluted with powdered milk, the tapioca was good, chewy, slightly on the hard side.
specified the amount of sugar you want, the default is loaded with sugar.

No offense but you need to hire a better person managing the reviews. Your last answer to a review seemed really unprofessional "strange for someone to call it bubbles if you were in asia" and "we'd love to have you (probably for the first time)" seems pretty immature. I like your store and products but there are tons of online courses about how to reply to reviews and this was not the right way to do it. Except if this was written by a highschooler.

Just came back from Asia and was really happy to find this place. But unfortunately it doesn’t remind a real taste of bubble tea. Not even close. We asked for a no sugar option, but it was still extremely sweet. “Bubbles” themselves were too firm

Me and my husband really love bubble tea, we were visiting Lisbon for a couple days and had the misfortune of trying Bubble Tea (downtown Lisbon, mostly tourists area) without googling for a good store, fast forward next day (still with our Boba craving) and we found this little gem called BOBALICIOUS, delicious bubble tea (tapioca pearls to die for) my husband went for their original milk tea and tapioca (the regular milk tea) and I went for a Thai bubble tea, we both loved it (returned twice, loved each time). One last word for the extraordinary helpful and friendly older gentleman (he does know, and loves the bubble tea business). Very nice, will return

Não só fui interrempida inúmeras vezes pelo senhor, nomeadamente para quase gritar "não" a tudo o que eu pedia, em vez de dizer "de momento não temos, pedimos desculpa" como a atitude do funcionário em relação a outros espaços de Bubble tea é péssima. Fiquei MUITO mal impressionada com o serviço prestado. O Bubble tea não era extraordinário.

Eu normalmente em lojas normais de bubble tea não gosto de milk tea ou tapioca, mas uma amiga aconselhou-me a vir e esta loja tem não só um dono extremamente simpático, mas também tapioca e sabores deliciosos! Vale muito a pena.

left the place about 40 minutes ago. still thinking about the nicest experience i’ve had this week. the owner is really kind and introduced me to the bubble tea in the best way possible. i’m sad that i didn’t get the biggest cup. will be returning.

Bebi um bubble tea com leite, sumo de pêssego e bolas de tapioca. O chá em si é perfeito. Não é demasiado doce, o que é bom para pessoas que estão habituadas a bebidas sem açúcar adicionado, ou seja, apenas com açúcar natural da fruta. O ar condicionado estava avariado mas fui para o jardim da Praça de touros que é ali bem perto. As bolas de tapioca, no entanto são um pouco difíceis de mastigar.

Not the best bubble tea in lisbon. But good one. I live in Birmingham. And recently I've been to lisbon for short trip. As i am bubble tea lover i give it a try. Was good. But the tapioca pears was bit hard to bite. I didnt complain as i was already far away from shop.

Amazing bubble tea!!!! Probably the best I have had in my entire life. I dont mind travelling with my husband, a great distance to get bubble tea wherever I am in the world. This place I 10/10 do reccomend. Clean, has great music playing, the guy that works here he's real cool too! Bobalicious wants to give you an experience you'll never forget. They ask you everything from what kind of bubble tea, to how much sugar you'd like to add to the drink. I even learned that the more sugar you add the more flavour you get (also the more the flavour evolves)? Amazing! Please if you're ever in town come here! You wont regret it!

O senhor a atender é muito simpático, e nota-se que gosta do que faz. O ambiente da loja é também muito descontraído e confortável e não posso deixar de fazer referência à boa música passada que se adequa ao ambiente do espaço.
Já tendo provado algumas bebidas diferentes, posso afirmar que a qualidade e sabor são muito bons.
Definitivamente recomendo!

The best bubble tea I've ever had in my life. An intense flavour and so friendly staff will explain you the history of this amazing drink. The thing I love about the place its that you have many combinations to create your own personalised bubble tea. I will come back again!

The atmosphere is so fun and the boba is amazing. I tried a new flavor and wasn't crazy about it so the manager made me a new one for free. Such a friendly manager and great place!

Já tinha ouvido falar do Bobalicious, mas só ontem tive a oportunidade de ir. O atendimento foi muito prestável e explicaram tudo muito bem. Bebi um boba recomendado pelo senhor que me atendeu e acertou em cheio! As bobas são mesmo feitas com tapioca e seguindo o método tradicional. Recomendo a toda a gente! Vou lá voltar de certeza!

I love this place, the only boba milk tea shop in Lisbon so far. You can totally adjust level of tea, milk, sugar, ice as the tea girl is very friendly. About €2.75 small size, €5 big size.

Though milk per tea ratio is not really balanced, the flavour seems fairly authentic and the bubble/pearl is really good. Anyway it's probably the only one place selling bubble tea in Lisbon
