Wir haben ein paar Nächte in dieser süßen kleinen Pension verbracht. Das Zimmer war gerade so gross dass das Bett und ein Regal hinein gepasst hat, war sauber und man hat ein eigenes Bad angeschlossen. Das Personal war super nett und hat gerne Tips gegeben. Man fällt aus der Türe direkt mitten ins Geschehen!

Маленькие уютные комнатки в ретро-стиле в самом центре старого города. Расположение идеальное. Санузел в номере, холодильник и кухня общие. Персонал приветлив и всегда идёт навстречу. Вечерами вокруг бывает шумно из-за гуляющей молодёжи.

Personel très attentionné, chambre simple

A melhor parte de hospedar na Royal é o local. Fica perto de tudo, bem no centro da região histórica de Lisboa e mesmo assim é super tranquilo e silencioso para descansar e dormir depois de um dia inteiro de passeios. A higiene dos quartos é perfeita, embora a qualidade das roupas de cama deixem um pouco a desejar. O atendimento é bom. Mas não recomendo para quem já passou dos 50 e principalmente para quem esteja com malas pq a pensão fica no 3° andar de um prédio antigo com dois lances de escada cada um e não tem elevador e nem ninguém para ajudar com a bagagem. Vale o custo benefício para mochileiros e viajantes. Não para turistas exigentes.

Posizione ottima, centrale e vicina alla metro. Staff gentile e disponibile. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Camera con bagno pulita e confortevole... le scale per salire un po' meno! Prendete fiato!

Tre per la gentilezza. Il resto è al limite dell'accettabile. Posizione invece buona per muoversi da tutte le parti.

BED BUGS!!! Beware! I really wanted to love this place. The ladies who served us were extremely nice and accommodating. It also has really great location. Those are the only reasons this is not a one star review. Unfortunately, I was bitten by bed bugs! Yes, BED BUGS. We found physical evidence of the bugs at night (I killed about 3 tiny ones on one bed and we found a larger one on the other bed along with some smaller ones too). When staff was informed, we were immediately moved to another room for the rest of the night and the sheets were taken into laundry. As these pesky bugs are not so easy to get rid off, they have a problem that they need to seriously look into. True enough, bug bites started showing up on my body the next day. They itch like hell and will probably take a few weeks/months to go away :( It would be great for the owners / managers to acknowledge and take action at exterminating these bed bugs before allowing more guests to stay... And have their vacations ruined by bed bugs. I strongly wouldn't recommend until they fix the issue.

Adorei estar com vocês, pois eu e a minha filhote fomos muito bem tratadas, com um execelente serviço de humildade para conosco, como nós gostamos. Paula is very helpful. The location is in the heart of Lisbon. The Metro/Tram 28 is just walking distance.The room was clean, and the breakfast was great. Each room has a wi-fi connection. The price is reasonable. Paula made us welcome.

Bien situé, personnel très gentil, chambres charmantes, petit déjeuner copieux avec choix ! Par contre, rue bruillante durant la nuit.... Nous recommandons cette adresse !!!

Ottime location,colazione e pulizia. Paula davvero gentile e disponibile. Nel sito si parlava di "televisione in ogni stanza" ma nella nostra non c'era e la "stanza matrimoniale" era davvero minuscola, con un letto ad una piazza e mezzo dove restavo fuori con i piedi (..sono alta 170cm non 2 metri! !).
