We had a grand time in this neighborhood. the guesthouse was very clean with a functional kitchen. Our hose was thoughtful and helpful. Beware that parking is a real hassle!

Very warm and friendly welcome by Vinicius with good tips for excursions and public transportation. We had a room only with shared bathroom for 3 rooms, which worked but led to some noise at night. If you sleep well and easily, no problem. Excellent value for money and friendly folks - we would definitely recommend.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Bei der Ankunft war alles schön hergerichtet. Eine späte Ankunft stellte kein Problem dar, da alles super in einer E-Maiö erklärt wurde. Kleinigkeiten für die Gäste waren in der Küche bereitgestellt. Kommunikation war sehr gut und man hat auch abends noch kurzfristig Antworten erhalten.

Tout était très bien mis à part lisolation. Des doubles vitrages seraient nécessaires ainsi que des portes plus isolantes.Sinon le reste était super.

Trip started off great with Vinicius getting us setup in our place well past midnight since our trip to Lisbon was delayed. Once we got into our place we were greated to a cute small rule that was immaculately clean. Once we had our stuff in the room we found a local pizza/Indian food restaurant that was open until 2am down the street. When exploring the area we found the area of Dumont great for taking the 28 train and seeing other things in the city! Thanks again for your hospitality!

Pleasant stay. Nice decor and modern room. Room wasnt cleaned during our stay and towels werent changed. However, rest of the apartment was spotless. We had terrible sleep as there is a dog next door that barked constantly through the night.

Good location. Around 20min walk to the „strict” Centre of the city. Bed was really comfortable!! Nice terrace, well equipped kitchen. Thank you!

We are unhappy about this place and would like to file a complaint.There are several reasons:1) the room has very thin walls and it’s next to the toilet, we can hear everything2) we can also hear all the noises in the street because the windows are also thin3) this place is not located in Alfama neighbourhood - which it was in my filters to choose a place to stay-. We are a group of people travelling together and we are the only ones that are outside of Alfama which is inconvenient. At the time of booking I didn’t know how far it would be and I trusted the search engine to filter the apartments that were in the neighbourhood.4) not suited for a comfortable stay. My bedside tables have only a socket next to it, which means that if you want to charge your phone over night you’ve got to unplug the table lamp.5) there is no storage space, only 6 hangers and ONE shelf that I can’t even reach because it’s so high up.6) the pillows have a few cotton balls in them; the most uncomfortable I have slept on in my life.And more...

The shower took a long time to drain after each shower, and there appears to be some plumbing issues throughout the property. But overall, it’s was ok... Breakfast was available, but pretty limited by US standards.

Be aware that this is not a hotel in the traditional sense; its a collection of 3-bedroom apartments in an apartment building and you are renting one bedroom. No problem for us, but we did have some very inconsiderate room-mates who made a lot of noise and kept leaving the front door wide open. The apartment was beautiful and clean, the location was very convenient for us and the staff we met were very very helpful.Each apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (one shared between two rooms, and a 3rd room with its own bathroom) a lounge/dining room, a well equipped kitchen and a set of French doors that in our apartment opened out onto a terraced area (accessible by stairs from the apartments above ours). Our room was also at the front of the building and had a balcony with a small table and chairs where we sat to eat our breakfast.Vinicius welcomed us on our arrival, and in the days before our arrival was very communicative via WhatsApp. We were able to check in early and begin exploring Lisbon immediately.The neighbourhood the apartments are in is a bit rough-and-ready looking, but is safe and pleasant. Its not a major tourist area, but is a very short walk to the Metro green line (Intendente station). There is a small branch of the French supermarket chain My Auchan on the same street, and if you walk down to the main road (Ave. Alm Reis) there are several small local Pastelaria (pastry shops).We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Guesthouse is 2 floors in an apartment so don’t expect to see a detached B&B feel or a hotel atmosphere. You get a room within a flat. I booked a room with private bathroom, but private bathroom was outside the room (room #11). So you need to walk outside your room to a semi-public area within the flat, lock your room, unlock your bathroom, lock from behind, have a shower, leave lock it, unlock your room. All in all not a big deal, but was slightly inconvenient. If you will stay 1-2 nights fine, but it may be annoying longer. Owner wasn’t present during my checkin but he was super nice and helpful. Location is good, very close Intendentr metro station. There is a Lidl supermarket in very short walk in case you need. Room was extremely small, literally just a bed.

It is clean. Quiet. Safe. My only dislike was not having your own washroom in yiur own space you have to share with other guest but still the washroom and kitchen were always clean.

Great little place. Well appointed rooms and good facilites including good kitchen, courtyard and TV lounge room. No reception here but owner is a great communicater so its no problem. I liked the neighborhood too..about 20 minute walk to the main action in Alfama or Baido Chiaxa. Great value for money as well. Would recommend!

Had a terrific experience here. First off, excellent communication skills by the owner-this is important since there is no reception here as it is an apartment. The rooms were small but we'll appointed and stylish. Lots of common areas to enjoy such as the courtyard, TV room, and kitchen. Very good value for money here and I would highly recommend. Ottima posizione a 300 metri dall uscita della metro,sona tranquilla ma vicina ai servizi.accesso all appartamento tramite codici quindi molto comodo,non vedrete mai il gestore ma è sempre pronto ad aiutare e disponibile tramite messaggio.enorme spazio esterno,cucina altrettanto grande come anche la zona comune con televisore.io ho preso il bagno privato con doccia molto spaziosa,camera ottimale,non troppo grande ma dotata di tutto,non aspettatevi il climatizzatore,c è una ventola sul soffitto con 3 velocità e in termo a muro che suppongo si avvii in automatico e non regolabile.torneró certamente

I booked a double room with private bathroom. I didn’t know that the bathroom was outside of the room, I had to bring the key to the bathroom all the time. Also the room was extremely small. Although I was staying there by myself, I felt it was very small room. Otherwise shared kitchen & living space was clean and quite.

Our room was very small but cheap and clean. The climb up to the second floor with our suitcases was not easy for us as there was no lift and no help available. The shared kitchen was clean and well-equipped. Anyone with mobility problems would have difficulty but for most fit people this provides good value.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zimmer war zwar klein, aber es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir konnten sogar einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche nutzen. Lage ist auch sehr gut. Man ist schnell im Zentrum. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief per Mail und war unkompliziert.Wir hatten ein Zimmer (11) mit eigenem Bad gebucht. Das Bad war zwar nicht im Zimmer, sondern nebenan im Flur, aber das war in Ordnung. Nur das Waschbecken könnte etwas größer sein...Würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Wifi was really bad. it was ok for just looking up sites but we wished to watch something on Netflix and kept dropping out.

Beautiful apartment, well looked after with a wonderful courtyard to have breakfast. Amazing location near a large shop and just a short walk up the street you have a wonderful view of Lisbon. Would stay again 100%

Nice rooms, like at the pictures. Take a look if your room has a bathroom :) Very clean. Also the full equipped kitchen, which you can use is great. The location of the guesthouse is good. And 10 Minutes to go the lovely place, Miradouro da Nossa Senhora do Monte :)
