Péssimo lugar. O Wifi "gratuito" é uma ilusão, principalmente pra quem precisa acessar o notebook pra trabalhar. Até pra ouvir uma música ou acessar coisas básicas como Instagram é praticamente impossível. Pensem duas vezes antes de contratar o serviço deles. Nao há recepção, por vezes tivemos q ajudar os clientes q chegaram depois, pois o hostel não dá nenhuma orientação, informação, sobretudo internet, que é o básico pra se viver e trabalhar num mundo moderno... odiei o serviço. Não recomendo. Completamente abandonados no hostel, sobretudo em serviços básicos... TRISTE!

Das schlimmste Hotel in dem ich je war. Tut euch selbst den Gefallen und bucht woanders. Die Toilette hat ununterbrochen nach Abfluss und Schimmel gestunken. Die zimmer waren extrem klein. Es gab kaum Möglichkeiten seine Sachen irgendwo vernünftig abzustellen geschweige denn auszupacken und zu sortieren. Das Fenster im Bad ließ sich nicht schließen. Die Wände waren so dünn dass ich jeden um mich herum und auch über mir hören konnte. Sie waren so dünn, dass ich die Vibration von Handys, Gespräche und selbst das Urinieren von anderen im Hotel hören konnte. Drogen Dealer sind auch überall in der Gegend. Keine Mitarbeiter vor Ort falls man etwas ansprechen möchte.

La peor atención, no hay recepción solo un hombre que te da información pero incompleta. No dejan jabón ni shampoo. Huele mucho a pintura. El hombre que está ahí está solo cuando entras. Si necesitas algo después ya puedes esperar muchos años. Porque no hay quien te ayude.. Lisboa increíble. Lo peor de todo el hotel. Ah y te cobran 12 euros. Supuestamente es un plus turístico.

buen hostel y muy centrico. lo único...todo con códigos y sin persona fisica a quien recurrir. algunos vecinos ruidosos.

I really don't understand why this place is rated so low. It's great location, cheap. My room was clean, bed was comfortable, room size also ok. The only negative is thin walls so you can hear neighbors snoring or making love - not a problem for me. Area also safe, maybe some dealers but who cares, they are not dangerous at all. I will definitely stay here again if the price remains attractive.

CAN I GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS??? I'd like to start off by saying that I did not expected much for the price I paid, however there is still a level to maintain when in the hospitality industry. Absolute worst place I have ever experienced with accommodation. I was supposed to stay for 3 night however upon arriving the environment felt very unsafe. I decided to book another place and when leaving the accommodation there were police everywhere searching the area. I went to a nearby ice cream store (which has the best ice cream and the kindest staff) and waited for an Uber. I chatted with the staff at the ice cream store and they said that there is a huge problem with dealing in the area. As a female solo traveler it is not very comforting to stay in such an area. To get to the entrance of the hotel there is almost no light to guide the way. When entering the building it smells extremely bad and you can see that the carpets have not been cleaned in over 100 years. I booked a twin room and it is nothing that the pictures promised and the bathroom looks worse than that of public toilets. The towels have stains on them and there was NO soap in the soap dispenser. I wrote an email to the staff to ask for a refund and they refused it and claimed that the maintenance team was on the premises and found no faults. Absolute scam and the worst service ever!!!

Everything for me is fine except WIFI. Where is my WIFI WIFI WIFI WIFI WIFI WIFI WIFI!!!!!!!!!!!! I don´t like talk and smile to the receptionist and this hotel is perfect for me!

La localización es estupenda y está cerca de absolutamente todo lo que necesitas en Lisboa. Lamentablemente nuestra habitación era muy pequeña y no tenía prácticamente ningún espacio para poner nada (un palo con perchas no es un armario). De todas formas el precio que pagamos por las noches que estuvimos fue decente. Lo recomiendo si tu equipaje es básicamente una mochila con cuatro cosas. :)

Sin duda alguna,el peor hotel de Portugal,le doy una estrella porque no le puede dar ninguna, hotel sucio,no limpieza a diario ,sin nadie a quien reclamar y en la puerta gente vendiendo drogas.

Vergonzoso. Habitación minúscula sin apenas espacio, ducha enana. Falta de limpieza. Mucho ruido tanto por parte de las señoras de la limpieza como los demás inquilinos...las paredes son de papel. En la lámpara había una cucaracha. Mucha humedad. No cambian las toallas ni las sábanas si te quedas varias noches. No hay calefacción ni aire acondicionado. El desayuno te lo dejan en la puerta en una caja de cartón. No hay recepción. Merece la pena pagar un poco más por un hotel en condiciones. Aquí lo llaman suites jajajajaja. Lo único bueno es la ubicación, muy céntrico.

Das Zimmer war winzig (es passten wirklich nur 2 schmale Betten rein und kein Schrank oder Ablage oder auch nur ein freier Platz für die Koffer). Die Betten waren der absolute Schrott (beide durchgelegen, bei einem spürte man kaputte Federn durch die sehr dünne Auflage/Tuch) und verursachten bei beiden Gästen heftigen Juckreiz in der ersten Nacht (nach Ursachen fragen wir lieber nicht näher nach, hoffen aber auf lediglich sehr aggressives Waschmittel statt „lebendiger“ Ursachen). An Schlaf war auch so kaum zu denken, da ein extrem lauter Lüfter auf dem Dach des Nachbarhauses jede Stunde für ca. 10 Min lärmte. Die Fenster zu schließen war allerdings auch keine Option, da man in dem winzigen Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage bei warmen Temperaturen womöglich ersticken würde. Auch sonst gab es keinerlei Komfort wie TV, Kühlschrank, Gepäckaufbewahrung oder Handtuchhalter im Bad oder Zimmer, um die nassen Handtücher trocknen zu können – was aus unserer Sicht aber halb so schlimm ist, wenn das Mindeste zum Übernachten passen würde. Das Bad war zudem in vielen Ritzen schimmelig und etwas dreckig, die Handtücher sowie der Abfluss haben gestunken und in der Dusche gab es meist nur kaltes Wasser! Wenn man etwas Positives finden will: Die Lage ist gut. Und das Self-Check-In und Self-Check-Out ohne Personal lief problemlos (wobei wie erwähnt auch keine Gepäckaufbewahrung nach Check-Out möglich ist, die bei Bedarf umständlich und teuer in der Umgebung gesucht werden muss). Fazit: Statt in diesem Loch abzusteigen hätten wir lieber auf eine der zahlreichen Alternativen in der Umgebung in der gleichen Preiskategorie von ca. 50€/Nacht ausweichen sollen, die eigentlich nur besser sein können, um zumindest etwas erholsamen Schlaf zu bekommen.

Horrible! Fuyez tant que vous le pouvez encore!!! Sale, impersonnel personne au Check in ni Check out tout est géré par des codes donc si vous rencontrez un problème bon courage!!! On a eu une chambre avec une fenêtre qui donnait dans un débarras rempli de pots de peinture avec toutes les odeurs qui accompagnent!!! Pour la douche si vous faites plus d’1m70 et plus de 70kgs ça vous sera difficile !!!
