Today is my daughter’s last day in kindergarten. I lost my job in december and unfortunately, since then I’ve had to wait until I’m financially in balance. This has affected my daughters schooling so we quit in December but was convinced by the administration to continue in January. Before Christmas we had a discussion because I knew my payment would be late. And my daughter was asked to quit on the day the payment wasn’t received. Since I was convinced to come back with my daughter. After having already said good bye to our friends, i agreed, but now as my payment will be delayed again because of a situation out of our control. Again my daughter is asked to leave on the day. It’s extrem and as an educational institution for children it’s not taken in consideration her well being at all. I’m responsible but this gravely affects her. She isn’t even given a week to say goodbye. And this for the second time, after they convinced us to come back! The time there, the two teachers especially has been precious. But it really in the end bears a mark of elitistisc and privileged children only welcome. I’ve never in 15 years with children in educational institutions been asked that my child leave the same day. It’s not accepted and I would never recommend the school because of this reason. Montessori has done everything to help in the beginning and the teachers are good, but now this. It’s tears up all efforts. We are very dissapointed as we are going through a very difficult life situation. And this will be hard on my child. Something that isn’t taken in account as long as the money isn’t in the account. You have been warned.

It might be a good method but the person in charge for the administration doesn't have any idea how to run a business like this. First in August asked us a payment of 70 eur in order to guarantee the place in the school for our son. Then disappeared and never sent the receipt. After dozens of tries, no one answered the phone. By email a lot of excuses regarding lack of time in order to be able to give us basic information regarding the start of classes and asked us more money after two months of the first payment. One day before the start of classes, we asked by email to send us ASAP the details and the receipt with NIF included. The person told us that we don't understand their method and made refund without notice. Overall, the worst experience ever!
