Nicht mal ein Stern hat dieses hostel verdient! Total unhygienisch, unfreundliche Mitarbeiter und das Frühstück ist doch wohl ein Scherz. Es gab jeden Morgen einfach nur Schinken und Käse... tolle Auswahl

Eine große Enttäuschung. Toilettenpapier wird hier nur widerwillig aufgefüllt und in den Bädern sollte unbedingt einmal der Schimmelbekämpfer vorbeischauen. Optisch erinnert die Unterkunft eher an ein Asylantenheim als an ein Hostel für Schüler.

Pésimo servicio al cliente. El hecho que nos ocurrió fue que llegamos unas horas antes del check in, y no nos dejaron entrar, pese a que afuera estaba lloviendo y con bastante frio. Carencia total de hospitalidad. Incluso el recepcionista cuando llegamos se encontraba durmiendo y se molestó por haberlo despertado.

Nada recomendable. El señor de recepción de la noche cero amabilidad. Los ascensores funcionan a veces; tuve que subir la valija 4 pisos por escalera. La ducha es un desastre; el agua apenas templada y la canilla tiene timer, cada 1 minuto se cierra el agua. No tiene cocina para los huespedes, ni heladera.

Rooms are alright, but packed a bit too tightly. The shower floods the bathroom a bit, but otherwise it's fine. Breakfast is basic but can get you full.

Top Personal und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen kleinen Problemen. Spitzenmäßiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr sauber und bequem und sehr gute Lage zur Altstadt. Nachts sehr ruhig und entspannend.

Il bagno era quasi sempre allagato per la doccia senza chiusura sul fondo ma la stanza era molto spaziosa, ubicazione comodissima e staff gentilissimo, preparato in inglese e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza.

Hans Brinker Hostel was clean and everything you need for a few nights. No lockers in the rooms wasnt great and the curtains werent great. Wasn't the lively and fun vibe I was hoping for. Some of the staff I really wasn't impressed with their attitude towards guests, other staff were super kind and helpful.

Zunächst einmal muss man sich im klaren sein ,dass man das Zimmer in einem Hostel meist und für gewöhnlich nur zum ausruhen benötigt und die Tatsache ,dass es sich dabei nicht um ein 3Sterne HOTEL handelt ,sollte jedem bewusst sein. Im Anbetracht dieser Tatsache sollte man im Falle eines negativ auffallendes Merkmal ,nicht enttäuscht werden... Meine Anmerkungen und Erfahrungen : Ein paar Toiletten waren kaputt bzw. der Gestank drinnen war unerträglich (zumindest bei einigen Toiletten war das leider der Fall). Es war aber so ,dass der Gestank ab und zu mal weg ging und wieder zurückkam... Die Betten waren nicht besonders gemütlich, was auch zu erwarten war und sie quietschen ungewöhnlich laut und oft. Alles andere war Meineserachtens lobenswert und ausgesprochen ausgezeichnet für diesen Preis ,vor allem das Frühstück war meiner Meinung nach überraschend gut obwohl es auch nicht abwechslungsreich war und man jeden Morgen lediglich die gleichen speisen genießen konnte.Viel Spaß noch an alle die Vorhaben diese Wunderbare Stadt zu besuchen:) MFG R

Very clean and nice hostel. All staff were very friendly and helpful except from the gentlemen who works the night shift. We came back from a night out and we were simply talking in our room, the man would knock and when I opened the door he didnt say a word. At first I questioned whether he worked there or not. After telling him we weren’t making any noise he would then say we are playing music (which we weren’t) and he would continuously tell me that there is going to be “big trouble tomorrow night” which was just such a strange comment to make. The only trouble we had the next night was trying to sleep with this man continuously knocking on our door when we were making 0 noise.

Basic hostel rooms, WiFi is extremely patchy. Will mostly only work in the common area. A room of 6 had 1 power outlet.

This property is extremely barebones. We stayed at other hostel type hotels in Lisbon for the same and in one case a cheaper price and they were much better than this property. Most disappointing was the staff. Outside of one women at the front desk, the rest were not friendly or welcoming. While we are pretty low key guests and never ask for much, we were treated as if we were an inconvenience. My advice - if an individual doesn’t want to serve drinks he shouldn’t work in a bar and if answering guests’ questions about places to eat in the area isn’t your thing, don’t take the evening shift at a front desk at a hotel

Great location, friendly staff. Natalie went out of her to help us to book a trip to Sintra. She also took a message from our airport transfer and confirm the arrangement. Our group has 21 people and she took care of our needs without any fuss. Great personality.

Small hostel near the centrum of lisbon. The bar staff is really nice. The rooms on the other hand are really small and the bathroom is filled with mold. Besides that, your blanket and pillow wont be washed or replaced until you leave the hostel. And the blanket contained bloodstains. The breakfast is simple but good enough

El hombre de la recepción es muy grosero y muy mal educado. En el pasillo de nuestra planta había un grupo de chicos. El hombre subió a los fritos5 pidiendo silencio y abrió la puerta de nuestra habitación. Una de mis amigas estaba durmiendo, la otra en ropa interior cambiandose y otra en el baño. Comenzó a gritar acusándolos de hacer ruido cuando claramente nosotras no éramos. En el momento del check out recordó la situación de forma muy agresiva haciéndonos leer las reglas de convivencia y aciaanfonos de mal educadas e irrespetuosa. No nos dejó explicar la situación y nos despidió de muy mala manera. Si hubiera traído razón bueno, pero no la tuvo y recibimos y muy mal trato de parte de este hostel.

Hygiene ließ zu wünschen übrig (Haare jeglicher Art und Länge an den Wänden, auf dem WC-Sitz (teils auch in den angeblich frisch bezogenen Betten), mäßige Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Günstige und zweckmäßige Unterkunft. Sehr enge Mehrbettzimmer, keine Garderobe, teilweise ohne Schrank. Bad ohne Spiegel, nur vereinzelt Spiegelfliesen. Balkon zugänglich für mehrere Zimmer, dort türmt sich deshalb auch einiger Müll. Sehr hellhörig gebaut; da sich i.d.R. v.a. Schülergruppen im Hostel befinden, ist es erst gegen 2-3 Uhr morgens ruhig. Die Fotos lassen alles viel positiver aussehen als es tatsächlich ist. Das Foto mit der Terrasse ist wohl eine Computergrafik, in Wirklichkeit sitzt man in einem schmutzigen Hinterhof. Vielleicht verkauft das Hostel deswegen T-Shirts mit dem Aufdruck "The world's worst hostel". Immerhin nette Bar und freundliches Personal.

Im Großen und Ganzen OK Zimmer waren sauber, super nettes Personal, Frühstücksbuffet mau aber ausreichen. U-Bahn nur 2min Laufweg, innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt. Für einen kurz Trip / eine Klassenfahrt völlig ok.

O hostel é bem organizado e limpo. Boa localização e preço. Porém, no booking não diz que se precisa pagar para pegar a chave é também pagar para pegar o controle do ar condicionado. Mesmo que o dinheiro é devolvido, isso deve ser melhor esclarecido para quem contrata a a distância como pela internet; e também, evita problemas para quem não anda com dinheiro como eu, porque esse pre-pagamento para as chaves e o ar, eles só recebem em dinheiro... Outrossim, no booking, diz que se paga na saída e não no registro como né exigiram. Como isso é problema administrativo e comportamental, gera muita resistência quando não há esclarecimento. Fica a dica, tanto para clientes como para empreendedores.

Freundliches , nettes Personal, besonders Ines an der Rezeption. Direkt Jungs sollten von ihr einiges lernen. Obwohl sie sehr viel zu tun hatte, half jedem. Frühstück auch okay, bloß fehlten im Zimmer eindeutig Tische und Stühle. Das Hostel hat auch sehr gute Lage, ziemlich zentral , Metro auch Inder Nähe. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und empfehle es weiter ❤️

Um hostel simples, mas com funcionários super atenciosos e uma integração cultural muito grande: Brasil, Portugal, Cabo Verde, São Tomé e Príncipe, África do Sul. Gente do mundo inteiro lá.

No geral a experiência foi boa. Não recebeu 5 estrelas porque em uma das noites o funcionário do horário da noite entrou de madrugada no quarto falando alto pois aparentemente havia um probla de overbooking no quarto. O dito funcionário ao invés de resolver o problema na recepção ficou discutindo com os dois hóspedes no quarto acordando todo mundo. Quando reclamei pelo fato de ele estar falando alto dentro do quarto àquela hora ele respondeu apenas: "E daí? Eu trabalho aqui" Péssimo funcionário. Mal educado e sem noção.

Longue histoire par laquelle je ne saurais commencé. Je crois que le principal fil conducteur est le manque de communication du staff. J'ai dormi avec une amie dans une chambre dortoir, rien n'était prêt à notre arrivée. Il était plus de 15h. Un lit sur quatre de libre était prêt. Les femmes de chambre rigolaient au fond du couloir et je vais les voir pour leur demander quel lit prendre. L'une me regarde et me dit je sais pas. Elle n'était pas au courant des lits qu'elle devait faire c'est une fille dans la chambre qui lui a dit les lits de libre. La femme de ménage fait le lit, n'arrête pas de souffler et de soupirer. Mais là, c'était bien le début de l'aventure qui a duré plus de deux mois après notre retour en France. Au moment du check out, le réceptionniste prend nos cartes d'identité pour vérifier notre prénom et oublie de nous les rendre (nous sommes aussi en tord puisque nous n'y avons pas pensé non plus). On s'en rend compte au moment de l'embarquement. Pas de carte d'identité, interdication de rentrer dans l'avion. On a réussit à avoir une dérogation de la compagnie qui nous a permis de monter avec nos permis de conduire. En même temps mon amie appelait l'hôtel pour leur demander de nous les renvoyer en France qu'ils ont mis plus d'un mois à envoyer. En effet, impossible de les avoir au téléphone quand on les appelle, les mails restent longtemps sans réponse. Il y a tellement de personnes différentes qui s'occupent de la réception qu'on tombe toujours sur une nouvelle personne qui n'est pas au courant de l'affaire quand on arrive enfin à joindre quelqu'un. Bref aucune communication entre le staff et tout traîne en longueur. Ils envoient enfin les cartes, en France impossible de les réceptionner et elles sont donc renvoyées au dépôt à Lisbonne. On envoie des mails à l'hôtel leur demandant de les renvoyer. Sur le numero de tracking s'est écrit que quelqu'un les a récupéré. Impossible de savoir où sont les cartes d'identité. L'hôtel nous dit qu'il n'arrive pas à contacter la boîte qui s'est occupé de l'envoi et que les cartes étaient dans le coffre fort qu'ils se sont fait volé. Ils nous conseille donc de faire de nouvelles cartes et qu'ils payeraient s'il cela nous coûterait de l'argent. Ce n'est pas l'argent le problème mais le fait que quelqu'un a en sa possession nos propres identités et peut en faire ce que bon lui semble. Tout le long il fallait faire la pêche aux Infos auprès de l'hôtel. Vous vous êtes fais voler et nos cartes avec mais j'ai du envoyer des mails pour le savoir sinon je ne l'aurais jamais su. L'hôtel nous offre deux nuits gratuites pour la prochaine fois que nous venons à Lisbonne, euuuuh....? Finalement ils me donnent le nom de l'entreprise qui s'est occupé de l'envoi qu'ils n'arrivent soi-disant pas à joindre. Je l'appelle une fois et je tombe directement sur quelqu'un qui retrouve le colis. Il est toujours resté au dépôt et n'a jamais été récupéré. J'ai payé 60e pour l'envoi du colis mais au moins nous avons retrouvé nos cartes d'identité. Où est la part de mensonge de l'hôtel dans tout ça ? Je ne sais pas mais dans tout les cas il y a un manque d'organisation et de communication de leur part, ça s'est sur !

Super nice people and an overall good place to stay! The bedrooms were ok, nothing too special but they did the job just fine. Breakfast had plenty of options and was included which was great. The hostel also has a lovely outdoor area for relaxing with chairs and sofas, the best spot to chill out :)

Infested with drunk people screaming up and down the corridors up until 3am and there's absolutely no soundproofing between any of the rooms. I just tried to shush a gaggle and they just yelled back...why did I come here to sleep why Otherwise, the outside area is nice, staff friendly and the rooms basic but clean Edit: Apparently I was meant to have been provided with a towel and pillow cases, they just forgot....

I stayed here for 4 nights as it was a recommended hostel. The rooms are what you would expect for basic accommodation. The reason I am giving this hostel 2 stars as I got horrendous bed bugs bites all over my back, arms and legs which makes me question the cleanliness of this hostel. You also have to catch a bus or train to any point of interest as this hostel is located a 30-40 mins walk from the centre of Lisbon. I wish I’d spent a bit more on a hostel room that was cleaner and closer to town! Reconsider booking here.

The bed sheets and the bath towels were completely dirty, Used. The receptionist on the cheek out didnt spoke Portuguese, she doesnt speak.... The waitress that was serving the breakfast didnt care about the fault of some of the items as well with the dirty cups, spoons and dishes ready for use... Definitely, we will never stay at this Hostel again.

Wie im Flüchtlingsheim, sehr eng, 8er Zimmer geht gar nicht man kann sich gar nicht bewegen

Fantástico hostel para visitar Lisboa, con una terracita muy molona en un patio de manzana. En el desayuno pelín cutres, no reponiendo unos minutos antes de la hora de cierra cosas básicas como café o leche. El resto fenomenal.

Die Zimmer sind entsprechend dem Preis und der Tatsache das ist ein Hostel ist angemessen. Die Zimmer sind mit Stockbetten ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Schblade unter dem Bett für die Kleidung etc. Das Zimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet eventuell fallen aber extra Kosten für die Nutzung der selbigen an. Das Bad ist relativ klein und es magelt an Ablagefläche und einem Fenster. Das Frühstück bietet Brötchen, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade und Müsli. Das Personal ist nett. Alles in allem für den Preis angemessen.

I had a wonderful experience in Harns Brinker during my stay in Lisbon. The location, cleaning, and breakfast are wonderful, but the best for me is the staff! They are very friendly, kind and thoughtful!!

Lugar muito legal, me hospedei no quarto que tem 4 camas e 1 banheiro, bem organizado, limpo, possui toalhas, e tem uma vista legal para a rua. Possui uma parte agradável fora do ambiente interno, café da manhã muito bom com bastante opções. Funcionários super prestativos, atenciosos. Preço ótimo! Super recomendo!!!

Morei quase quatro meses em um quarto privativo deste hostel e, sinceramente, foram pouquíssimos problemas durante a estadia, o que de fato não há de se queixar, já que todos os funcionários sempre estavam dispostos para resolvê-los o quanto antes.

Tudo de bom! Como estudante recém chegado ao país, a experiência com a estadia e com a equipa não poderia ter sido melhor! Funcionários gentis, profissionais e descontraidos. Excelente quarto individual, super limpo, grande e com ótima localizacao! Recomendo fortemente :)

Worst hostel ever. Everything is dirty they never clean nothing, toilets are broken and leak water all the time. Staff are very rude to everyone. Your not allowed to make any sound at anytime. Neighbours complaining all the time and will call the police if you turn on music. I wouldnt recommend this hostel to anyone ever. Take my advice DONT BOOK AT THIS HOSTEL!!

The 2nd time I stayed here and I like it. For a a short stay I think it is a very good option. Good location and very friendly staff! Rooms are very basic but ok. The cherry on the top is the buffet breakfast! It beats some of the very expensive Hotels in Lisbon. The price is very good in todays Lisbon. Will come back next time as I stay 270 km from town for a short stay in Lisbon.

Honestly really good for the money. The staff are super nice, big communal space, super clean, breakfast included. Bathrooms are nice. Check out is a bit early compared to others (10am) and the WiFi is hit or miss. Location is also just okay

Simples, mas eficiente. Positivo: Quarto limpo com roupeiro, Ar condicionado, vidros duplos (isolamento muito bom dos ruídos da rua, ouve-se os aviões a passar mas nada de significativo), acesso à varanda, WC (pensado para quarto partilhado, com cabine opaca de chuveiro), beliche, recepção 24 horas. localizado perto do metro e com múltiplos restaurantes na zona. Negativo: simplicidade ao extremo: além do beliche não há nenhum mobiliário... nem uma mesinha de apoio, ou um candeeiro junto à cama (há só a luz de tecto no quarto, que se liga/desliga junto à porta), por alguma razão estranha o isolamento sonoro para o corredor é quase inexistente, mas excepto para um grupo mais barulhento, não ouvi nada no resto da noite.

War ein schöner Aufenthalt - Besonders der Gemeinschaftsraum und die Terrasse waren gemütlich, über das Frühstück kann man sich nun wirklich nicht beschweren und die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Auch die Lage ist top (Metro-Stationen gleich um die Ecke), aber vor allem das Personal war suuuper freundlich und hilfsbereit! Nur die Steckdosen waren etwas rar& versteckt, weswegen sie erst am dritten Tag entdeckt wurden und ich habe leider ein Haar in meinem Bett gefunden. Die Sauberkeit im Hostel und den Zimmern war jedoch ansonsten tip-top Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

6 Bett Zimmer so vollgestopft, dass man erst nach Tagen mehr als 2 Steckdosen findet. Im Bad geht das Licht mit Bewegungsmelder gar nicht an oder nach 10 Sekunden wieder aus. Putzfrau scheint auch nicht angestellt zu sein. Für das Frühstück und das nette Personal gibt es einen zweiten Stern.

Das Zimmer im allgemeinen ist für 6 Personen viel zu klein, dem entsprechend auch das Badezimmer. Es befindet sich keine Möglichkeit das Gepäck ordnungsgemäß zu verstauen, da sich nichts außer Etagenbetten im Zimmer befindet. Man muss glück mit dem Zimmer haben, weil nicht jedes Zimmer die selbe Ausstattung hat. Bei uns hat z.B. die Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage gefehlt, keine Möglichkeit das Badezimmer abzuschließen... Das Frühstück war sehr einfallslos. Es gab jeden morgen das selbe (Brötchen, Schinken und Käse). Mann muss dem Hostel aber zugute halten, dass das Personal sejr freundlich und Hilfsbereit war.

Os recepcionistas não sabem informações turísticas, é perto de um centro comercial, localização mais ou menos, o espaço comum obriga o turista a consumir bebidas alcoólicas deles, não existe geladeira e cozinha comum, eles tomam conta de tudo e vc não fica a vontade, o pior, proibem de beber se não for no seu quarto. Péssimo!! NÃO RECOMENDO!!! Um airbnb seria muito melhor.

Péssimo, quarto com mal cheiro, e camas bagunçadas, pombos no refeitório interno, no período do cafe, 10€ no aplicativo e tive que pagar mais 7€ quando cheguei de taxas que nem o responsável do balcão nao sabia de que eram, antes de sair me entregaram 5€ menos mal.

Ótimo hostel! Éramos em um grupo de quatro, nosso quarto atendendo todas as nossas necessidades, estava muito limpo, a cama era confortável e havia ar condicionado! O pessoal que trabalha no hostel sempre foram muito simpáticos!

Friendly staff. Hostel itself is a bit thrown together. I had ZERO wifi in my room. Wifi in common areas worked fine. Nice bar/lounge area. Good Breakfast. Decent area for tourists, but more for business.

Very good value for money including a great bufe breakfast. Three things should be improved in my opinion all to do with the bathroom 1. water stops very fast in the shower and you have to press and restart the flow over and over before you are done. 2. same with the bathroom light, It goes off very fast when you are inside and not moving. Those 2 things irritated me... 3. Only one towel and its too small to dry your whole body. Fix those 3 things and this will be my home during all my frequent Lisbon visits from now on!

The price is cheap, but the hostel rooms were dirty and it is quite a ways from the centre of town. The good thing was that breakfast is included. If you want to party I think this hostel could be good.

Das Hostel hält, was es verspricht. Es wird kein spezieller Aufwand für die Gäste getrieben, aber das Nötigste wird gemacht. Einmal täglich werden die Mülleimer im Zimmer geleert, ansonsten muss man selbst putzen, sein Bett machen, etc. Die Atmosphäre ist ungezwungen und die Leute sind recht freundlich. Super ist, dass es ein langes Frühstücksbuffet gibt (bis 10Uhr). Man sollte sich dennoch nicht zu viel Zeit lassen, denn es gibt nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Joghurt, Butterpäckchen etc. Wenn man Glück hat, funktioniert sogar die Kaffeemaschine ;) Super ist auch, dass es nicht wirklich interessiert, ob man laut ist. Die Zimmer sind, meiner Erfahrung nach, alle gut isoliert und die Crew beschwert sich nur, wenn es schon wirklich spät ist. Wer um 3Uhr nachts noch mit seinen Leuten im Zimmer sitzt und lacht, hat (sofern es nicht ausartet) nichts zu befürchten. Auch die Lage ist wirklich super: Zur nächsten Metro-Station sind es zu Fuß keine 5 Minuten, zur nächsten Bushaltestelle ca. 5, zum Supermarkt vllt. 2-3 und zur nächten Bäckerei ca. 8-10. Das Hostel ist in einer Seitenstraße, wodurch man im Normalfall nicht durch Straßenlärm geweckt wird. Alles in allem lohnt es sich für Leute, die gerne eine Stadt erkunden möchten, aber nicht sehr viel Geld haben.

Atención buena. Desayuno excelente para see un hostel "economico". Los baños de las habitaciones espaciosos y el cuarto iluminado. Lastima los ascensores, me mandaron al sexto (el ascensor va hasta el quinto) y varias veces tuve que bajar las escaleras porque estaban trancados.

Adorei sem palavras. Muito bem limpo. Funcionarios bem atenciosos. Sem palavras para dizer o quanto foi bom passar por esse hostel. Café da manhã muito bom. Não tenho reclamações por isso mandei⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤

We just needed a night to stay and had a great time in this Hans Brinker. Service was excellent and the people very helpful. It is a nice area, if a bit far from the downtown action. Very good typical portuguese restaurants around!

I stayed 1 day and night in Lisbon on a very quick visit..this Hostel was ideal for me...it was easy get to and metro ticket for 24 hours was brilliant..it even included the 28 tram..i would recommend for anyone really even older people ...

Well located close to saldanha, a fancy area off Lisbon with department stores and big hotels. The rooms are quiet, Bright and clean, they also have some single room. Breakfast is included, and there is a nice and sunny terrace where It is possible to hang out with other people. They have cheap burgers and drinks at the bar. The staff is nice and the reception is open 24/7.

The front staff were inconsistent (one not very helpful, others more helpful). The twin room actually had two bunk beds (i.e. would fit four people), but was given to us as a twin room. Problem was that I could not even sit on the bed without being bent over, and there was nothing else in the room to sit on. I would not have booked this room if I realized they dont actually have a real twin room. The bathroom was extremely small. The only good thing was that the room was on the 5th floor, so it was more quiet up there, as this is a very loud hostel and a party place. There are only two tiny elevators and the very first trip up with just two of us and our backpacks, it got stuck between two floors. I managed to restart the elevator and get it to go back down eventually, but never dared get into another elevator while I was there. The breakfast was decent. All together, I cannot recommend this hostel, but it would be OK for a nights sleep if there are no better options.

Scarso. Ascensore scomodissimo, camere eccessivamente piccole, c'è solo una presa per letto e alcune non funzionano nemmeno. Condizionatore appena sopra i letti a castello, impossibile lasciarlo acceso quando si dorme. È obbligatorio pagare la colazione, ma non è organizzato per fornirla in alcuna forma da asporto nel caso si debba uscire prima dell'apertura della sala. Comodo per raggiungere rapidamente la metro.

This hostel doesn't have the flair a hostel usually should have and feels more like mass treatment. The rooms are small with as many bunk beds stuffed into them as possible. So you can't really walk, if there are a lot of people with baggage. It lacks a common room and a kitchen. However there is a bar, but you can't sit there or on the terrace if you want to eat your own snacks or drink your own drinks. The bathroom and bed sheets were not really clean and the room didn't have any lockers. Staff was nice though.

Made a booking for a one night stay, and turned up and was told that I had no booking under my name. Even showed my email reservation and was told my booking was cancelled by staff and was not able to be offered a room.

Sono stato per 2 notti in questo ostello. La mia stanza aveva 2 letti a castello, ed era molto spaziosa, con anche un armadio. Il bagno è molto piccolo ma funzionale. La doccia però spesso allagava il bagno. Poi c'è un balcone in condivisiome con le altre stanze dove poter stendere i panni (c'è uno stendino). C'è wifi gratuito. La colazione è self e buona. Il bar è molto grandee dispone di un bel dehor dove potersi rilassare. Il personale è molto cordiale. C'è anche l'ascensore.

Supermarket just down the road,and atm 100m away, free breakfast,good friendly staff and bar and outdoor area was a good size. The lifts are old sometimes dont work/ other lift has an inside door that has to be shut and every retard staying there forgets to close it so people like me have to walk up 5 flights of stairs to get the elevator down for the bags.. not happy..

Not my type of hostel. For starters, within moments of walking into the hostel, 2 guests were incredibly rude to me, totally unprovoked. I was literally standing there, and was hurled abusive comments from other guests. I've never had this in any another hostel (and I've stayed in quite a lot across Europe and Asia). Not the type of company I like to be around. The 6 bed dorms are small. No locker space and no room whatsoever to put your lugagge anywhere. Prepare for room Tetris. You think it might get better after a shower.... No. The showers are only in-room, no communal floor showers. The in room shower is on a 30 second timer, so you have to constantly press the button. The mirror is just 4 tiny squares scattered around the sink so you have to find the right spot. They gave me a bath floor mat as my towel... I'm not sure how effective that is at covering up my body... They also require you to put down a €20 deposit to get the air conditioning remote. They will not turn it on for you. So if you're in a room with 5 random others, you need to keep the remote to yourself to ensure it doesn't go walk about so you get your €20 back. Really annoying. Other hostels either a) just give you the remote b) keep the air conditioning control at reception and you go down every time to get them to change it or c) they go up to your room with you and turn it on for you. This concept NEEDS to be rethinked. Honestly, it's not like Lisbon isn't hot. You need the air conditioning. The location isn't great. It's 3 stops from the action and centre of town.

Schlimmstes Hostel in dem ich jemals war. Angefangen damit, dass wir 2 1/2 Stunden warten mussten, bis wir unsere Zimmer beziehen konnten, obwohl sie hätten längst fertig sein sollen. Die Aufzüge funktionieren nicht wirklich. Wenn man damit fährt, bleibt man mindestens 1x stecken oder der Aufzug kommt erst gar nicht. Die Zimmer: grauenhaft. Alles schmutzig, die Hochbetten unbequem, die Klimaanlage kann man nur regulieren, wenn man extra Geld zahlt. Das Bad ebenfalls: Das Wasser geht nach 10 Sekunden aus genau wie das Licht und beim Duschen muss man seine Hand oder einen Fuß rausstrecken, damit das Licht wieder angeht. Fraglich ist ebenfalls, ob man in einem sauberen Bett schläft, denn als wir auschecken mussten, sollten wir nur den Kopfkissenbezug und ein dünnes Lacken in die Tonne legen, nicht aber den Matratzenbezug oder den Deckenbezug. Vom Frühstück will ich erst gar nicht anfangen...

Love this place! The bar area, with the outside section is so much fun and great for meeting people. The breakfast is pretty sweet and free. Rooms are all good clean enough as are the bathrooms, just wish they could speed up check-in

A few of the staff were quite nice. That unfortunately doesn't make up for the fact that the rest was absolutely horrendous. Example 1: Mattresses that will kill your back. I rented an entire room for a month, tried several different mattresses after the first one left me with serious lumbar pain. They were kind enough to let me pick, but the mattresses were all extremely bad, so no dice. Example 2: My window was punctured, which explained the extremely cold room and the cold it left me with after a few nights there. Example 3: Construction workers and management came into the (private) room on several occasions (e.g. at 7:30 in the morning) without caring to knock or giving any other kinds of warning. I kindly asked them to knock next time, but they just locked themselves in again and again. Example 4: They came to fix the window after I had stayed there for more than two weeks, although they knew all along and there were tons of other available rooms (off-season). Example 5: The hot water was disabled in the bathroom sink. Not ideal in a super cold room. Left 12 days early....

Accommodations are what you can expect from a hostel. They give you breakfast but the only morning we were there we didn't eat there so I can't comment on the quality of the food. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Great experience. A simple, very inexpensive hostel with nice bathrooms, great breakfast, a huge patio and balconies with almost every room. Grocery stores, restaurants and a huge 7-floor mall is all in walking distance. Metro station also in walking distance which will get you downtown or to the airport. Some of the rooms are very small though...

The hostel is a great place. Many rooms and the security is high. They even have a room for luggage. They have a bar inside and a court for chilling. The only con is the kitchen especially if you are staying for long you may want to cook your own food

A nice place with clean, comfortable rooms. Self service laundry was broken at the time. Great bar and staff, who let us use the BBQ and opened the bar early!

It's a good place. I had a private room, it was a little small and a bare. Shower was hot, sheets were clean and WiFi worked. Also has a nice patio and own bar with two for one happy hour. It was not great but gor a hostel it was not bad.

While I was here over the winter months, I found the hostel to be quiet, relaxed and a great place to stay for a week. There are large communal areas to sit and work or watch tv. The wifi is excellent. The free breakfast is one of the best I have found in any hostel in Lisbon. The price per night is about average for Lisbon and I found it to be of excellent value. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent

The rooms were clean, and they had power points near every bed which was great. The only down side is that they had timers for the water in the shower as well as for the lights. It made for interesting showers where you would have to wave your arms to trigger the sensor. It was in an OK location, not super central. The lifts were super temperamental, I was advised that some people did get stuck in them from time to time.

Good place for the low price it is 8euros night. But is far from downtown. The breakfast is included and it's quite good

PROS: - Great value for money - Our bathroom was cleaned everyday which was great - The bedding was also nice, white and clean - The A/C system in our room was amazing - Breakfast was nice aswell - (wished) the milk was chilled though - The terrace was a great place to sit just to enjoy the view and the sun. - Overall, it is a great hostel for students and its location is very beneficial as it is in the center of a few stations CONS - Arrived and our room wasn't done - hand to wait for an hour which was not enjoyable as we were tired > please hire more cleaning staff. (However, our room was nice and clean so it was worth the wait)

Was okay the showers were a bit small but they provided us with towels and that was a new hostel experience the people of Portugal are wonderful

Apparently no heating, can get cold in March/April. Light and water are timed so while showering you have to press the button and wave your arm repeatedly. Breakfast is ok, but not much variations. Wifi is slow.

Für einen kurzen Urlaub ist das Hotel ideal. Die ubahn ist nicht weit weg (ca 10 Minuten) und das Frühstück und Zimmer sind für den Preis echt super!

I was given a room on the 4th floor the lift stop working. Made a complaint to the reception but the guy said that he was a bar man not a receptionist therefore there was nothing he could do about it. I found hair in my bed linen.The was no mirror in the room or in the bathroom a part from some mirrowed tiles in the bathroom.

Not central at all but close to a metro station. Very uncomfortable beds. After one night here I wanted to change to a different hostel. I had paid 6 nights up front so I asked if I could possibly get a partial refund and check out early. I was willing to pay for the second night even though I had no intention of staying but they would not consider any kind of partial refund. I ended up putting up with it for a few more nights before cutting my losses and moving to another hostel.

Flug verpasst, einziges Zimmer was auf die kürze zu bekommen war; da ich inzwischen an 4-5 Sterne Standard gewohnt bin, war die Nacht dort eine Reise zurück in die eigene Jugend: Doppelstockbetten, kein Fernseher, die halbe Nacht tummult auf dem Flur und zum Frühstück Toast (sonst nichts), Zuckerwasser (vermutlich der billigste Orangensaft, welcher die Anforderungen der Gesundheitsbehörden erfüllt), echt dünner Kaffee und Käse der zu schlecht war um ihn über der dritten Welt abzuwerfen; wer damit Leben kann oder Eigenversorger ist und (kurzfristig) für wenig Geld in Lissabon nächtigen will, der ist hier richtig

Tiene parada de metro muy cercana y a solo dos del centro. Es una buena zona, tranquila. Para aparcar el coche toda la zona es de pago y máximo 4h, pero hay un parking al lado por 15€/día. El albergue y habitaciones estaban limpias, en buen estado, y el precio esta bastante ajustado.
