Good value for money if you want to stay close to town and public transport. Reasonable priced restaurants in the area, although most not portuguese. Did smell like sewage at times and definitely has some damp. Had a good breakfast selection with cereal and coffee available throughout the day. Definitely return if in the area.

Cette auberge de jeunesse est un lieu très sympathique. Le personnel est très aimable et disponible. Les chambres sont propres. Les douches et toilettes communes sont assez petits mais ce n'est pas très gênant. Le petit déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet. Il y a de la charcuterie et du fromage, des fruits, du pain, des céréales. Quant aux boissons il y a du lait de vache, des jus, du thé et du café. Il y a une salle commune avec deux canapés, une télé et une table haute pour deux pour le petit déjeuner. On y fait de bonnes rencontres.

El recepcionista atiende de mala gana!, No brinda nada de información, en las tardes y noches nunca está en la recepción por si a alguien se le ofrece algo. El baño es muy pequeño, no hay un lugar para cambiarse despues de ducharse, ni dónde dejar las cosas, resulta muy incómodo. Por estar en el sótano se para yendo la señal del celular y el wifi que ofrecen no coge bien de la habitación. Lo bueno que podría decir es que la habitación estaba limpia y el baño tambien, ah no guardan el equipaje después de chekout. No recomendaría mucho este lugar

Ostello nelle "catacombe" di Lisbona (cioè è sotto terra)! Carino all'apparenza ma con grossi e gravi PROBLEMI di AERAZIONE (finestre praticamente inesistenti, persistente puzza di muffa) e PULIZIA (in 4notti non sono mai passati a rassettare la camera). Accoglienza fredda, sbrigativa, ciò che presentano x il buffet al mattino non si può considerare colazione! Gli aspetti positivi sono che dispongono di alcune camere con bagno privato e la posizione abbastanza comoda a tutto.

Miła obsługa. W 4 osoby mieszkaliśmy w malutkim pokoiku z oknem wielkości kartki a4 przez co mało świeżego powietrza wpadało do środka a ciepłe powietrze rozwiewały 2 wiatraki z czego jeden ledwo odczuwalny. W całym obiekcie unosił sie dzwiny zapach. Śniadanie jeżeli sie zdążyło składało sie przede wszystkim ze świeżej bułki, stojącej już troche margaryny, taniej szynki i sera a przez caly dzień dostępne były płatki kukurydziane, mleko, herbata, kawa i chleb tostowy, czasami zostawały po śniadaniu bułki. Łazienka męska mała, wspólne, 2 kabiny prysznicowe z czego jedna z materiałową zasłonką a druga z porządniejszą plastikową "harmonijką" z blokadą, jeden kibel, 2 pisuary i 2 umywalki, czystość kabin pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Ogółem miejsce troszke za drogie jak na takie warunki, ale da sie przeżyć na krótki czas.

Pésimo lugar, sucio, olor a humedad atención horrorosa. Si ya reservaron cancelen, creo que deberían mejorar o cerrar el establecimiento

Nice staff, fresh breakfast, good location and that's all what I can say. The rooms are placed in the basement, there is no Air Conditioning. A window can't be opened, what causes really awful foul smell in the rooms and no air access. Bathrooms for everyone usage are terrible too, nevertheless there were cleaned. Unfortunely, despite kindness of the staff I can not recommend this place!

Decepcionante, ni se os ocurra entrar ahí...un olor a humedad muy fuerte, el metro pasa cerca y vibra toda la habitación, la cama estaba rota y no hay nadie para poder decírselo, no tiene aire acondicionado y en verano hace mucho calor, las habitaciones están sucias, de echo el último día había una cucaracha...el desayuno horrible, y la recepción malísima...vamos el peor hotel donde e estado en mi vida.

No hemos llegado ni a pernoctar, solo entrar el olor a humedad asusta... hemos tenido que buscar otro hotel para poder dormir. Mañana iremos a ver si nos devuelven el dinero porque no es normal que un establecimiento este en esas condiciones. La ventana de la habitación daba a la calle a la altura de la acera, con el consecuente ruido, no se puede ventilar ni nada parecido. Por favor, cuanto mas lejos de este establecimiento mejor, por vuestra salud

Accueil désagréable, nous avons attendu plus de 45 min devant la porte alors que sur booking nous avions précisé notre horaire d'arrivée. Quand nous sommes rentrés dans la chambre l'air était irrespirable ; cela sentait l'humidité +++ , les draps pas nettoyés ; nous avons trouvé des cheveux, la salle de bain était sale ; nous avons évité de prendre une douche et les toilettes idem !! Je déconseille cet hotel , il ne correspond en rien au photo et je soupçonne le propriétaire d'écrire de faux commentaires. A ÉVITER !!!!

Horrible !!!La pire nuit de ma vie ! Nous avons dû dormir dans nos duvets, la propreté laisse à désirer... le sol de la chambre était plein de cheveux et poils ! La chambre était en sous sol et sent l'humidité, bruit incessant de la machine à eau et du métro. La salle de bain est collective, douche sale avec un vieux rideau, l'eau chaude n'est pas au rendez-vous et les toilettes sont affreux , minuscules , un rideau rigide qui ne ferme pas entièrement. Vu l'état du logement nous avons préféré ne pas goûter au petit déjeuner compris dans le prix! L'établissement ne correspond pas aux photos. Je conseille de passer son chemin FORTEMENT !!!

A fuir ! Chambre qui pue l'humidité , salle de bain écoeurante .. ne pas avoir peur d'avoir des champignons quand on se douche et ne pas être pudique ! 3 douches chacune avec 1 rideau et les toilettes n'en parlons pas!!! Se ferment avec un rideau impossible de se mettre assis !!! Vraiment décevant pour le prix !

Stayed here 4 nights, location is good for exploring the city, center is easily in walking distance. Double room is small (which we expected) and located in the souterrain (which we did not expected) - i.e. little daylight and feeling a bit like in a cellar. Our room seemed to be rather clean, no signs of bedbugs or anything like that. Breakfast is very basic and there's not really a proper room to eat it, just kind of a tiny living room with two couches and couple chairs. Overall, I'd say you get what you pay for, but don't expect anything special.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR YOUR HEALTH! Total disaster! Mould and bedbugs! Reviews for this hostel must be written by the staff because photos and description have nothing in common with reality. We visited Lisbon in June, we had reservation for 3 nights, but we spent there just one. When we get into the hostel (or basement), we felt really bad smell. Our room had two double beds (looks like kids beds) and many cupboards with padlocks (but it did not work). We had window as well, but we could not open it (because of smell outside) therefore we did not have fresh air. All the walls were in very bad conditions and were covered by mould!!! The beds and bedclothes were also not fresh and clean, we found hairs and dirt probably from previous visitors. But it was not the worst thing we discovered. In the morning, my friend’s whole body was covered by rash. We realized, that she was bitten by insects. What is more, when we got out from the hostel, we saw bedbugs on ours clothes!!! We have to through away all ours clothes, because it was dangerous for our health and we could take the insects to another places (or to our homes!!!!). It was definitely, the worst place I have ever been. I am really regret, that we paid for that night. The staff did not care about that situation, they did not feel sorry when we described all. If you care for your health, money and well-being – stay away from this place!

One of the worst place to stay.... Noone at the reception, wrong key at arrival nobody answer the phone,, gloomy, underground, wet,no terrace, breakfast desgusting in the corridor... Better pass your way

Außen hui, innen pfui!!! Die Fotos täuschen!!! AUFPASSEN!!! Permanent verdreckte Toiletten! Der Außenbereich diente als Schrottplatz. Mülltonnen lagen 2 Tage lang umgekippt auf dem Fußboden. Sehr dunkel und muffige Kellerzimmer, die kein Fenster haben. Der Check-In war nett. Danach gab es kein "Hallo", "Wie war ihr Aufenthalt" oder irgendeine Form der Kommunikation Seitens des Personals. Sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt.

Sem funcionários! Precisei de ajuda e não tinha ninguém no hostel.

L'auberge est convenable. Il y a des cadenas et des serviettes mis à disposition (gratuit). Les chambres sont bien. La propreté de la salle d'eau laisse à désirer et le petit déjeuner consiste en quelques fruits et biscuits mis à disposition sur une table mais changé rarement.

New place, still in construction. Smell strange. Basic welcome. Room not clean with some bugs(beetles) and above all a lot of hair (long and black) on the beds...Breakfast is a joke. The food is there day and night so we did not try it. At 8am some big noise from a generator started. You get use to it after 1 hour...

Bem localizado e com ótima estrutura. O cheiro forte de gatos na recepção e espaço comunitário incomoda.

Very loud place. We were practically sleeping in the reception. Nice and laid back atmosphere. Very helpful receptionist.

环境很干净且性价比高，院子可以BBQ，交通超级便利~
