Ive first been to this hostel 4 years ago and it was lovely! A couple of weeks ago had to go back to lisbon and thought about giving it a try again and couldnt have been the best decision. Clean hostel (specially bathrooms), quiet area, lovely staff, everything just the way i remembered in the last visit! Free breakfast is a plus. Will be back for a 3rd visit for sure!

Disgusting. Beds sheets smell terrible, lot of noise and cigarette smell everywhere. Sleeping in my clothes tonight!

Love it, very cozy, clean, a mix of modern and old fashioned Portuguese architecture, well located, walking distance to baixa do Chiado, stores, restaurants and all kinds of internment

Apesar do bom atendimento, não voltaríamos. Os bamheiros são sujos e os quartos muito pequenos.

Great place to stay in Lisbon. Nice rooms and bathrooms and especially the outside patio is really sweet. The staff is very friendly and helpful and can recommend the most delicious local restaurants.

Die Lage des Hostels ist super. Auch die große Terasse kann sich sehen lassen. Die Arbeiter sind nette, junge Leute. Leider quietschen die Betten, das Bettlaken hatte alte Blutflecken und das Frühstück war auch relativ enttäuschend. Zwei Bäder für ca. 25 Leute sind auch viel zu wenig. So sind morgens und abends die Bäder ständig besetzt.

We said at Loft in a private room for a few nights and really enjoyed it. It’s a small hostel and is pretty quiet at night making it perfect for travelers who want a quite night in and some good sleep. The only down side was the bathrooms, although staff worked hard to keep them clean they are not designed for the amount or people using them and had mold problem due to bad ventilation. Other then that our stay was great.

Quartos muito pequenos, portas de móveis soltos / partidos, limpeza abaixo do esperado. Contudo, localização é óptima, a 4 minutos a pé do metro.

The worst hostel ever. And my standards are really low Smelly, dirty and noisy. The blanket stank so bad and was full of stains, i think they never wash it or change it; the flooring was made with cheap floating system of wood plank so you'll hear every single person walking on the hostel. The cherry on the top was the owner having an loudly argue at cellphone, AT 7 AM ON SUNDAY. I just picked my stuff and left.

The room was a bit smelly, and the sheet in my bed was very old (it had a lot of lint, please invest a bit and buy a new sheet). The location was good, close to all the attractions. Daniel, the receptionist was super helpful and kind. Breakfast was good!!

地點方便 缺點 1. 廁所及衛浴不夠乾淨，毛髮沒有清理 2. 第二間廁所的門很難關，雖然有兩個洗手台，但一個壞了不能用 3. 退房那一天，已經8:30了，廚房沒有員工準備早餐桌上是空的。表定時間是8:30開始。下樓碰到新住客，問櫃檯是否有人？因為按電鈴無人回應！表定時間是8:00開始。 4. 員工都是年輕人，感覺是打工的不像正式員工。 5. 最糟糕的是洗烘衣服服務！ 早上9:30出門將衣服交給員工A，晚上7點回來換成員工B值班，告知我們衣服還在烘！打開烘衣機給我們摸，衣服還有8分濕！等到9點時，我們再去問衣服，員工B打開烘衣機給我們摸，衣服還是很濕，跟兩小時前一樣，沒有比較乾。 員工B說：這台機器不知道怎麼選功能，通常都是選普通那一個，也不知道高低溫度怎麼選，就是一直來看衣服乾了沒？一直烘就是了！ 還告訴我們，你們可以來看，沒關係啊，feel free 確認乾了再拿起來就好！ 員工B也於10點下班，沒有再確認我們的衣服狀況！ 最後，晚上10:30，我們自己拿回衣服，用吹風機吹，加上掛在房間裡曬乾。 Absolutely not recommend the hostel-LOFT The location is convenient, BUT 1. Toilet and shower are not clean enough, still can see hairs around 2. Laundry service is awful. We gave the clothes to the staff in the morning and came back at night, the clothes still in the dryer and wet. The staff said: I don’t know the dryer temperature, I just chosen the normal one, just wait until the clothes dry. You can come to check anytime. The staff got off work at ten o'clock and did not came to check dryer again. 3. Reception working hour starts from 8am, but until 8:30, no one show up.

A little hard to find at first but a great, central location. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Decent value for money.

Very nice and cozy place. It feels more like a big flat that a hostel which makes it sweet! The only two bathrooms could be a problem, but you just wiselygot to choose when to go :)

Don't stay here! Reason 1: They charged me more than was mentioned during the booking and are refusing to refund the money. Instead of 110€ for 4 nights, I now paid 138€ for 3 nights. They are even giving me the fault for this. Reason 2: The bathroom is dirty. If you like fingernails and pubes from other people maybe this place is for you. Reason 3: There are no locks on the door of private rooms. So you have to lock everything in lockers everytime you leave the room. Reason 4: The breakfast is a joke. It's basically raw pancakes with marmelade. I could not make worse pancakes even if I tried to. Reason 5: If you arrive after 10pm (in case your train is delayed) it's your problem. The door is locked. No help from the hostel to be expected.

Świetne miejsce, cicho spokojnie bardzo dobre śniadanie. Great place, it is quiet calm, breakfast is very good.

Very friendly staff, GREAT location, nice and clean accommodations. Definitely will be back one day when I go to Lisbon again. Hope those crazy spanish people didn't give you guys much trouble :D

Tolles kleines Hostel direkt in der Stadt. Kleine gemütliche Zimmer. Sehr ruhig (kein Partyhostel) Küche gut ausgestattet. Tolle Terrasse. Personal sehr freundlich und engagiert. Komme sehr gerne wieder zurück.

Stayed here for a couple of nights, liked it so much I came back for 2 more! Staff is friendly, hostel is clean, pretty quiet, showers are really nice. They serve complimentary cooked breakfast (French toast, pancakes or cereal) in the morning and tapas in the evening.
