숙소도 예쁘고 청결하며 직원도 매우 친절했어요. 조식메뉴 엄청 다양하게 나와요! 그리고 우유 잘 못 먹는다고 친구랑 이야기 하고 있었는데 그걸 또 직원이 들으시고 두유인가? 소화 잘 되는 다른 우유 대체품도 주셨어요ㅠㅠ 화장실도 청결했습니다. 샤워시설도 좋았고 수압이라든지 따뜻한 물 다 문제 없이 나왔어요. 위치는 중심가에서 살짝 떨어져있긴하지만 이정도면 가볍게 걸어갈 수 있는 거리입니다. 렐루서점 일대는 설렁설렁 걸어서 10분이면 갔던 것 같아요 아마도?

Habitación para dos mínima, incómoda y sin contar que si sos una persona alta no entras en la habitación. Sin espacio de guardado, ni perchero, ni lugar donde poner las cosas. La puerta con suerte cerraba y dejaba entrar todos los ruidos de los demás huéspedes. Las duchas mucho olor feo a humedad y el piso deteriorado, aunque los baños bien. Las fotos de Booking, no coinciden con la realidad del lugar. Lo único bueno, es la excelente atención del personal y la ubicación

Hostal en el centro de Lisboa. Muy céntrico y barato. Tiene habitaciones dobles y habitaciones con literas compartidas. Una recepción y cocina común. Lo que más me gustó fue la compañía y los anfitriones del hostal. Lo recomiendo al 100% si vas a pasar unos días en Lisboa para ver la ciudad . Los anfitriones te asesoran en todo lo que necesites, lugares para ver, fiestas, transporte público. Te sentirás como en casa.

오버부킹이되어 트윈룸을 예약했는데 도미토리에서 자야한다는 걸 도착하고 나서야 알게되었습니다ㅠㅠ 진짜 너무 속상했는데 그 시간에 다른 숙소 알아보기도 힘들고 돈은 어차피 도미토리 금액으로 바뀌어 결제되기에 원하는 방 골라서 잘 수 있게끔 해주어, 2층에 있는 싱글침대 도미토리에서 잤습니다. 4박 예약이었는데 하루는 도미, 하루는 트윈, 하루는 도미, 하루는 트윈 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ매일 짐을 싸서 왔다갔다 해야하는 불편함 때문에 별 3개 주었습니다. 만일 트윈룸 그대로 4박 했다면 별4개는 줬을 것 같아요 ㅋ 2층에도 화장실과 세면대가 있지만 변기가 자주 막혀 사용할 수 없었고 항상 1층으로 내려가야했어서 좀 불편했습니다. 1층에는 도미토리룸만 있어서 도미토리에 묵으시는 분들은 불편함 없이 공용 화장실과 샤워실을 쓰면 되기 때문에 편할 것 같아요. 주방은 작지만 이용객이 거의 없어서 요리하기에 불편함은 없었습니다. 스탭들 모두는 친절했으며, 포루투갈어도 알려주어 재밌게 잘 보냈습니다. 여기는 위치 중요한 사람이라면 꼭 가세요!! 위치는 진짜 대박입니다.

Hostel da melhor qualidade! Cama e quarto confortável. Banheiros limpos. Chuveiros muito bons!.os recepcionistas são atenciosos, amáveis, se esforçam para atender as necessidades de todos e todas. Lugar claro, alegre, cheio de luz. A localização excelente. Perto de tudo no centro antigo. Desde o café da manhã na padaria portuguesa até variedades incríveis de restaurantes estão ali pertinho. Super recomendo! Não tem erro!

This is one of the best hostels I've been to so far. The location absolutely cannot be beat, it's got great amenities and as a plus it also looks really stylish. The most amazing thing about it is the staff though. Antonio, the owner, know just about everyone in Chiado and has an endless repertoire of amazing recommendations and tips and some great stories to tell. All other members of the staff were also amazingly nice and helpful, no matter what you need, they'll make it happen. Cannot recommend this enough, I've only left three days ago but I already miss it!

Loved it here! The hostel is clean and comfortable but it's the people who really make it something special. They will all go out of their way to help you find what your looking for, recommend spots around town, or chat about what's going on in Lisbon/beyond. I also loved how easy it was to explore on foot or by public transport from here. I ended up extending my stay and returning on the other side of my weekend to Cascais and the team was so great about accommodating me last minute and making sure I was always comfortable and happy. Used to be excellent but the place has deteriorated since the owner took eye off the ball and joined tap as air stewart.new staff unfriendly and pilfered all the food that travellers have donated to other passing travellers!sad

I unfortunately booked this hostel for far too long. It could be fine for a 1 or 2 night stay, as long as all you need is a bed to sleep in, but longer than that it gets really uncomfortable. There arnt enough lockers in the room for the amount of beds, so when I first arrived I had to hide all my things under the bed and wait for someone to leave before I could safely store my belongings. The showers offer little privacy, lots of gnats in the stalls, and rarely hot water (only if no one else is showering). I somehow always felt less clean after the shower... Theres very little counter space in any of the bathrooms and only one outlet in each, but if the hostel isnt busy its not so bad. On the positive side, the staff is really friendly!

Brak w mikroskopijnym pokoju czegokolwiek oprócz łóżek, nawet malutkiej szafki oraz oświetlenia oprócz lampki nocnej! Plus okna, których nie da się zamknąć ( jak tam się śpi w zimę? Przy otwartym?) Nawet nie ma gdzie wysuszyć ręczników.Łazienka brudna i koedukacyjna. Dobra tylko lokalizacja i personel, ale branie 5 euro za przechowanie bagażu nas kilka godzin ( bagaże po prostu stały na podłodze, nikt ich nie pilnował), to lekka przesada :)

Não bastasse o pessoal ser muito simpático e atencioso, a localização é maravilhosa. A cama tbm é muito confortável.

Me gustó la ubicación, la buena onda de los anfitriones y destacar que siempre estuvieron cuando les pedimos consejos sobre lugares de interés, etc. La limoieza es óptima. Es un edificio viejo, por ese motivo debes subir 3 pisos por escaleras para llegar al hostel. No fue una incomodidad para nosotros. Tal vez nos hospedaríamos en una habitación un poco mas grande la próxima vez. Gracias!

Great hostel! Check the house numbers because there is no sign outside! However, the place is completely renovated and has a great ambiance! The staff is very friendly, especially the owner! :) Facilities are clean and an awesome location! I would recommend this one 10/10!

정말 좋았어요. 3박했는데 쉴 공간도 넉넉하고 키친도있고 샤워실과 화장실도 깨끗하고 배드에는 개인조명도 있어요. 이른비행기를 타야해서 새벽에 공항으로 와야했는데 우버잡는것도 도와주고 짐도들어주고 너무 친절하고 편하게 3일있었습니다~ 그리고 무엇보다 위치가 정말좋아요!!

The staff is strange here. Arrived in the morning and had to wait half of a day before checking in (which is ok). But when I came back to actually check in, the guy at reception said he's cancelling my reservation because he didn't like the tone with witch I asked to open the front door; and no, there's nothing I can do about it. Doesn't look very professional to me. Maybe that's my fault after all, but I've stayed in more than 50 hostels across the world and never had a situation even close to this one before.

Brilliant staff, good beds and safe storage for your belongings. Good shower facilities, although the sinks need unlocking I think. Also free rental of longboards for people staying there. All in all, a good place to stay at a bargain price.

위치도 좋고, 무엇보다 리셉션 직원들이 너무 친절해서 좋았다. 3층(한국 기준으로 4층) 까지 엘리베이터가 없는게 유일한 단점. 하지만 체크인하는 날 직원이 20kg 정도 나가는 짐을 4층까지 들고 올라가 줬다. 너무 고마웠고, 한국에서 왔다고 말했더니, 한국어로 “감사합니다” 라고 말해줬고, 숙소도 깔끔하고 편했다. 추천 추천

Muy acogedor y tienes de todo como para que no extrañar tu casa muy cómodo y su gente muy acogedora .. cocine mis antojitls en su cocina ... ahh y sobre todo muy centrico de ahí puedes visitar la gran parte de la ciudad ❤

Pessoal e o local são maravilhosos!

Totally recommend. Stayed there for 3 weeks in a 6 people room. The people there are very nice, everything is newly renovated and clean and the kitchen has everything you need. On top of that there is a living room with TV, a retro styled gaming automat where you can play Pac-Man as well as 8000(!) other retro games. The overall style and decoration is in boardssport style, so especially as a snowboarder, skater or surfer you feel very homely there. It's not only a theme tho, you instantly recognise that the owner Antonio is a passionate board sportsmen himself. In addition it's also possible to borrow a longboard for free. But the very best is definitely the location. I didn't know Lisbon at all but living right in Bairro Alto for an affordable price is the best. No matter if we went out to eat something, wanted to see the view of two of the best viewpoints in Lisbon, went clubbing in urban beach (the best cub is Lux tho), the Rossio square, supermarkets or my ISEG university, everything is in close walking distance. And for things that aren't, the metro station Baixo-Chiado is also right there.

Great location and things to do around the hostel. Make sure to visit the Mantegaria right across the hostel.

My stay at Surf in Chiado Hostel was great. The Hostel was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly. Antonio was very helpful and informative about the city and surrounding area. One thing to note; the streets can be quite noisy at night, if you are a light sleeper you should consider ear plugs.

Klein aber fein. Unglaublich freundliche Mitarbeiter und alles ist super sauber. Wir waren 1 Nacht in einem Zweibettzimmer unterm Dach. Dank Klimanlage war das total ok. 1 Nacht war ich in einem 6er Zimmer. Das ist auch angenehm gewesen.

Comfortable and great hostel! There is not free breakfast but there are coffee and fruits for you. Really is a good option for stay in Lisbon. Chiado is one the most important and nice neighborhood of Lisbon.

The young guy that owns as well as the people that work for him are lovely, super friendly and go out of their way to help... Raquel is a sweetheart..The bed was super comfortable. Nice living area and fully functional kitchen. I loved the view from their balcony. The location is unbeatable. Would definitely stay there next time im in Lisbon

I am very happy with this hostel. It is very clean and looks really nice. They have a nice small kitchen where you can cook and store your stuff in the fridge. The personell is very kind and helpfull. 10/10

Surf In Chiado est très bien situé au centre historique de la ville avec un accès très proche au métro (Baixa Chiado). L'intérieur est bien conçu et rénové avec du mobilier récent, moderne et fonctionnel, le tout dans un cadre ancien qui a été conservé et mis en valeur pour allier moderne et ancien et créer un espace convivial et bien pensé. Les personnes qui gèrent l'établissement, Antonio, Jorge et Daniel sont d'un contact facile et chaleureux. De plus ils sont toujours prêts à fournir des renseignements, de l'aide et réagir aux petits problèmes rencontrés. Ils sont aussi disponibles pour des discussions qui dépassent le cadre simple, utilitaire. Nos enfants adolescents (12 et 16 ans) ont adoré les 3 nuits passées dans ce lieu et ont apprécié le contact facile et décontracté ainsi que la possibilité d'emprunter une long board qui nous a conduit sur les rives du Tage, là où c'est plat ! Le rapport qualité/prix en fait un lieu idéal de séjour à recommander aux personnes dynamiques et plutôt sportives. Serge, Cécile, Eléanore et Victoria (24 au 27 février 2017)
