Excelente hosgel
Aqui a alegria está no ar, cheia de pessoas de vários cantos do globo, alegres e divertidas, o Hostel em si é excelente muito limpo e organizado, e com um excelente bar em seu interior, me divertir bastante neste Hostel, ao virem em Lisboa fique aqui vale apena.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado casi frente al elevador inmejorable la habitación está muy bien grande y cómoda solo algunas pequeñas cosas por ejemplo la caja de seguridad no funcionaba y tampoco el TV estaba roto el control remoto y nunca lo trajeron arreglado no obstante esos detallitos volvería a alojarme

The place would be very nice if kept better. Bathrooms often are not clean and considering there are about 3/4 showers and one toilet per gender per floor the fact that sometimes the facilities do not work cause quite some problems. Also beware of staff unwilling to solve problems among customers.

Mala atención. Sólo un baño para 35 personas y encima sucio. No funcionaba la duchan y nadie se digno en repararlo. Borrachos en el bar, gritando. Además te cobran por dejar las valijas un euro por hora! Horrible

Friendly staff.. i was only there for a few hours but managed to get comfortable rest even though the window of the room faced a busy street. Great price for what you get. Amenities are clean. Couldnt ask for much more really.
I didnt stay for breakfast but it was included in the low €17 price I paid.

Atendimento excelente, quarto limpos e bem organizados. Somente achei os armários dos dormitórios um pouco pequenos e o toilet poderia estar, um pouco, em melhores condições. Foi uma experiência muito boa, recomendo com certeza.

Nul il ne parle pas français et comme dit dans les forums il y a bien des vols pas tout rentrée dans le mini coffre donc le total un slip de mon ami et 2 paires de chaussette et des boule caisses d'oreilles heureusement que sa et lit grince et sentir les ressorts et très bruyants les murs du cartons.assenceur qui ne fonctionner jamais on était au 5 ième étage .

Hotel muy normalito, con algunas deficiencias...lo mejor de este hotel es que esta en pleno centro de Lisboa, y no necesitas utilizar coche.
Tiene 5 plantas y el ascensor llega hasta la cuarta.
Ascensor vintage, que es bastante pequeño, para el trasiego del hotel, al final terminas subiendo y bajando maletas por las escaleras, que son muy estrechas y solo entra una persona a duras penas. Las paredes de las escaleras tiene paneles, deteriorados por la humedad, que hace que los paneles se abomben, y da un aspecto, un tanto cutrecillo...la habitación la puedes pedir con baño interior o exterior, recomiendo con baño interior, aunque el plato de ducha y el baño en general tiene bastante humedades. El agua de la ducha, sale al segundo ardiendo. Tiene toallas y jabones para la ducha...
La habitación, tirne neverita, caja fuerte, y son un tanto estrechas y espacio justito.
La temperatura de la habitación adecuada y funciona bien el aire acondicionado. La cama en nuestro caso muy cómoda al igual que las almohadas Si tu habitación da para el exterior tendrás bastante ruido
Muestra habitación de la 2ª planta, tenía una gotera en la entrada...
El desayuno, muy básico, la fruta es solo manzana y la mayoría de varios días y no muy buena pinta. Sólo mantequilla y mermelada, con embutido para desayunar
Cereales, algún dulce, zumo de bote y café aceptable, el desayuno es en la recepción. Recomiendo una cafetería a pocos pasos y bastante variedad.
Las habitaciones se ven bastante protreadas, con rallones, falta de mantenimiento.....
Si no eres quisquilloso, no está mal por el precio.

Location was great, the property is in the middle of downtown. Staff was just ok not super friendly/helpful nor terrible. Breakfast is ok as well.Hostel facilities (showers, toilets) need a serious upgrade, all is very old in terrible shape, badly maintained, not enough light and ventilation.Room was just OK, the bed was ok, could use a curtain for privacy and little shelf to put personal staff (watch, phone charger, etc,).

Estive lá em maio, hostel mal conservado e sujo. Roupas de camas reutilizadas sem lavar, banheiro coletivo sem Boa higienização . Gerente brasileiro muito grosseiro e mal humorado que achou ruim minhas reclamações. A única coisa que tem de bom é a localização. Não indico!

Emplacement parfait. Personnel disponible, serviable et aimable.Agencement des salles de bains pas pratiques, état et propreté des salles de bains juste juste... Chambre moderne. Cloisons fines (bruit).Petit déjeuner buffet avec large choix : pain frais, pain de mie, fruits, beurre/confiture, charcuterie/fromage, madeleine, boissons.

Hostel en pleno centro de Lisboa, cómodo y moderno, pero con falta de mantenimiento que empaña un poco la experiencia. El personal de 10. Desayuno correcto, añadiría alguna fruta más y huevo cocido.

Molto comodo per visitare il centro di Lisbona ,i titolari molto simpatici , pulito ..alcune camere hanno il bagno in camere ,la colazione a parte la macchina dei caffè cappuccini che li fa bene ...non ce granché ma con quello che si spende non si deve neanche pretendere ..puoi usufruire della cucina per prepararti i pasti .

Va bene, la posizione è ECCELLENTE tra le due piazze principali della città. Ma a parte questo... prima colazione poverissima, manco al refettorio dalle monache! Ma soprattutto il maledetto ascensore : si dovrebbe chiudere con una porta scorrevole, che nessuno accompagna mai fino in fondo , quindi lo trovi sempre fermo . Forse anche perché quando si chiude non c'è nessuna lucetta che ti dice se hai chiuso bene o no. Un incubo inaccettabile in Europa nel 2019.

Not a good hostel !!!
The rooms were small and some beds were right beside the door.
The showers in my floor had fungus so i had to go to the next floor but the water pressure in the shower there was so low that it took me ages to take a bath.
The first night i woke up and went to the wc and there was vomit all over the sink, although they cleaned the toilet in the morning they left some of the vomit so it was there for the next day also. I find it terrible for such a big hostel that has only one bathroom per floor to be cleaned only once a day and not even good.
The man who has the hostel was very annoying and weird. I was eating with my friends and he came while we re eating(which i think is impolite) and started telling as over and over again that we had to clean our plates afterwards, but in a really pushy way.
Also the next way i was preparing a meal and i was about to eat and he told me again to wash the pan, i told him i do it after i eat and he told me to do it now because someone else might need it, while there was 8 more pans ready and clean and no one in the kitchen.
The only good thing about it is that it is in a very good spot.

se querem descanso, NÃO fiquem neste hostel. o meu quarto era próximo dos dormitórios onde estavam estrangeiros trogloditas, que faziam barulho o dia todo e a noite toda. para além de o chão ecoar muito e se ouvir imenso barulho sempre que alguém passava no corredor.
não guardam as malas, é preciso alugar cacifos a 1 euros por hora.
o pequeno almoço é bastante fraco.
os pontos positivos são a localização, mesmo no centro da cidade, e o staff que é simpático.

The staff is very friendly. They give you all the needed information and are open to help you with anything. The place is amazing. The price is normal. Next time I will come in the same place, but with more feiefri. It's a really nice place.

Great location. There was no air conditioning. Had to change room, because they air out the beds on mondays. Bathrooms with showers offer no privacy. There is no curtains to close your bed from having light everytime someone comes in at night. The 10th bed has no locker. Breakfast was not worth signing up for, they offer ok coffee, orange juice that looks like soda but taste like it was mixed with powder and water. A choice of cereal, apples and cold cuts cheese and a bun. Don't leave anything laying around.

Para mi el hostal es un desastre: las fotos en el internet no muestran la realidad, en la habitación no hay lámparas y la luz es muy débil, estamos todo el tiempo en la sombra. La calefacción no funciona, hace mucho frío. Las duchas están rotas y da miedo usarlas para no romperlas más. Y a las habitaciones entran los trabajadores cuando le gente está fuera. Mañana tendré que desayunar aquí y de verdad no tengo ganas...
No lo recomiendo!!!

Overall, nice and clean hostel. Nice common area with small bar and is in a great location in Lisbon Check-in was slow but got everything we needed. Staff were very accommodating for our group.

Hote is absolutely center of lisboa. I stayed with my wife in a privat bathroom which is oky but very confirtable beds. Breakfast is not worth it but hotel it self is in a perfect spot so i am not complaining at all. I would stay here again.

- Affordable for a hostel in the downtown with a view at the Santa Justa elevator. I paid 18€ per night for a 4 bed room (luckily had just one roommate).
- Except for one younger lady at the reception the staff is very friendly. I needed a place to leave my bike. They had no storage but allowed to just leave it in the hall. Nice.
- The rooms are small, no chairs or anything. But it's ok, if you are up to visiting the city. There is a large common room. One night other guests got a bit loud there and there is music playing from the radio while the TV is on. So do not expect a very quiet place. At nighttime it is not loud though, also no loud street noise.
-The showers are worn down but still usable. I have seen much worse showers while traveling, not a problem here. Once again, it is not a spa.
- You can see the hostel gets used a lot. The style is not old. But there are some broken things here and there, most of them being rather cosmetic. If the owners would invest just a bit the hostel would make a better first impression.
- The breakfast is not a big thing but you get a something in your belly. But the same very limited selection gets boring on the third day. The coffe is free during the breakfast times (8 to 11am)
Update: When I left they got a delivery of furniture. I spoke to the staff/owner and he told me they were refurbishing.

Dirty, smelly, and loud. Dirty walls, broken drawers, bedrooms were the worst I’ve seen except maybe a public toilet at a beer festival at midnight. No curtains on the beds like in the pictures. Tiny lockers. Good location. WiFi ok. Breakfast ok. Just felt like false advertising.

The location is very convenient which very near to many attractions. The hostel bit old but was still acceptable. I booked for bunk bed in 10 mix dorm the room is clean and the toilet is big too.

Room doesnt look like anything in the pictures .. Top bunks have no protection or courtains .. Overal service was nice and staff helpfull ..is very cheap so I guess you get what you pay

I am indonesian (Asian) staying in this hostel was dissapointed. I stay only 2 nights. When I checked in, the frontdesk said I have to move to different room on the second night. I asked them why i have to move, its only 1 more night. Frontdesk just respond can not, you have to move. What kind of explanation is that? But i didnt have bad thinking that time. So First night they put me in room with other western. Then the next morning I change room. I just realised that people in my second room that the frontdesk put me, all are asians. It makes me wonder, did the hostel SEPARATING ASIAN with CAUCASSIAN? I am not recommend the hostel. Hostel should be the place for you to find worldwide people. Dont let front desk create the faith with who you are meet or staying with you in the same room.

Location and breakfast are good.
Showers are ultra run down and no one removed the hanging underwears for the 3 days I spent there.
You can see the attached pictures. Of all the humidity on the walls.
Dirty rooms.
There was sand in my bed even tough I did not go to the beach.
Prices within the hostel are a joke.
Washing Machine ? 5 euros. Dryer ? 5 euros.
Had to may 0.50 cents to print Half of an A4 paper.
I coukd talk for ages about the lack of friendliness from the girl at reception.
Reminded me the people working at train station in Ukraine.

Très bonne auberge, propre et copieux petit déjeuner, très bien située avec une réception ouverte 24/7, on peut y cuisiner midi et soir et le supermarché pingo doce est à 200 mètres. De cette auberge on peut faire vraiment beaucoup de sorties à pied sans prendre les transports en commun et le mythique tramway n°28 est à 150 mètres à pieds.

Оценка в первую очередь владельцу хостела. Я полагаю что у него личная неприязнь к Русским и что в 2014 году возможно именно по его наводке меня избили и ограбили в центре Лиссабона, после чего мне пришлось жить на улице, т.к. он отказал мне в проживании не смотря на то что ребята из хостела предлагали за меня заплатить.
Что же касается условий проживания в хостеле, то они на твёрдую четверку. Хорошие комнаты, есть душ, туалет на этаже, целый этаж под митинг рум и кухню, и в то лето/осень был очень приятный, приветливый, веселый персонал на ресепшн.

Accessible hotel with a good location and easy access by metro. There are several tourist spots nearby. The breakfast is very good, the wifi signal is stable and overall the stay is pleasant.

Golden Tram 242 was a pretty nice hostel. We had a private room with private bath. Room was very tiny, but clean & comfortable for what we needed. Location was central & great. Staff were friendly so all in all a good stay.

UM LIXOOOOOO - Esse hostel realmente me decepcionou com roupas de cama que não eram trocadas, fronhas que cheiravam a perfume de outro hospede , lençois com manchas amareladas e apresentavam fezes de rato, banheiros que não eram limpos há muito tempo , casas de banho quebradas cheia de cabelo no ralo. Vendendo a mesma cama para pessoas diferentes , motivo de briga e discussão na recepção a recepcionista foi grossa e mal educada , parecia estar nos fazendo um favor , e pra completar ao esquentar meu almoço o prato do microondas que ja estava quebrado , acabou de romper , e eles me fizeram pagar
pelo prato , ou seja NÃO RECOMENDO ESSE HOSTEL NEM POR UMA MISERA NOITE , PODEM COBRAR TAXAS DE COISAS QUE JA ESAO QUEBRADAS ENCIMA DOS HOSPEDES QUE SE AVENTURAREM FICAR NESSE LUGAR. (VISITA EM 15/04/2017)
A GARBAGE - This hostel really disappointed me with unchanged bedding, pillowcases that smelled like the smell of another guest, yellowish-stained sheets with rat feces, bathrooms that had not been cleaned for a long time, broken bathrooms full Of hair in the drain. Selling the same bed for different people, cause for a fight and discussion at the reception desk the receptionist was thick and uneducated, seemed to be doing us a favor, and to complete when heating my lunch the dish of the microwave that was already broken, just broke, And they made me pay for the dish, that is, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSTEL OR FOR AN EVENING EVENING, THEY CAN COLLECT FEES OF THINGS WHICH HAVE BEEN BROUGHT ABOVE THE HOSTS THAT HAVE ADVENTURE TO STAY THERE (VIST 15/04/2017)

Nous sommes parti à 37 étudiants en voyage à Lisbonne où nous avons logé dans cet auberge de jeunesse. Ce lieu est très agréable, et la direction est vraiment topissime. Je recommande, et y retournerais moi même si l'occasion se présente.

Die Bettwäsche war sauber, bei der Ankunft auch das Zimmer und das Bad. Das Personal hilfbereit. Das einzige Problem schaffen die Gäste selbst: Wenn jeder sein Zeug liegen lässt, nicht wegwischt, nicht aufhebt oder die Dusche hinter sich nicht abspritzt, kann der saubere Eindruck nicht lange bestehen. Wie in einer WG schaffen es einige hinter sich Ordnung zu schaffen und andere nicht. Das ist schade. Das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig.

Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer für jeweils 3 Nächte gebucht. Durch Verspätung beim Flug erreichten wir das Hotel erst kurz nach Mitternacht. Nun teilte man uns mit, dass wir wegen der Ankunft nach Mitternacht nur 1 Nacht bleiben könnten und danach uns was anderes suchen müssten. Und das obwohl meine Kreditkartendaten hinterlegt waren, bereits eine Anzahlung geleistet wurde und ich per Mail eine Bestätigung von Hotels.com erhalten habe, in der mir die Verfügbarkeit der Zimmer garantiert wurde! Eine Information, dass ich nach Mitternacht nicht anreisen dürfe, habe ich nie erhalten! Die Zimmer wurde jedenfalls zwischenzeitlich anderweitig vermietet.Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption versuchten angeblich, eine Ersatzunterkunft für uns zu finden, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Somit habe ich 4 Stunden damit verbracht (bei einem 3 Tagesaufenthalt hätte ich besseres mit meiner Zeit vorgehabt...), selbst eine Unterkunft für uns zu finden.Selbst ein etwa 30 minütiges Telefonat (das auf meine Kosten ging - aus Portugal nach Deutschland) mit Hotels.com war letztlich keine Hilfe!Das Hotelzimmer selbst war sauber und gut gelegen. Nach dieser Erfahrung kommt das Hostel jedenfalls nicht mehr in Frage für mich.

지도달라니깐 지도 툭하니 테이블위에 던지듯 주고 아무말 없고
지도에서 호스텔 위치 물으니 이길쯤에 있다며 도로표시에 직선으로 이도로라는 표시만하고 정작어딘진 안찍어주네요
1시체크인 꼭지키는데 12시에도 방안주길래 왜그러느냐 물으니 방이더럽데요 3시반체크인했는데 아직 제방청소중이더라구요
방, 복도, 화장실에서 곰팡내나구요
층에 사람이 30명넘게 있는데도 화장실이 남자1칸 여자1칸 남여공동1칸 이게 답니다
샤워실에 등이 센서등인데 씻다보면 어두워져요 어둠속에서 샤워하셔야 합니다.
안그러려면 중간중간 샤워칸막이 문을열었다 닫아야함.
저 3일묵으면서 벌레오지게 물렸어요 첨엔 그냥 모긴가~ 했는데 셋쨌날 오지게 물렸네요.
모르고 이동했는데 다음 숙소에서는 괜찮았어요
근데 촉이이상해서 검색해보니 베드버그 물린거랑 똑닮았네요ㅠ 젠장ㅠ
31년을살면서 이처럼 최악의호스텔은 첨이구요
40일간 유럽여행하면서 이만큼 쓰레기 호스텔은 첨이네요

Von hier aus kann man Lissabon perfekt erkunden. Es liegt mitten in der Altstadt und liegt nur wenige Minuten von den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt.

Tolles Hostel. Zimmer wurden jeden Tag geputzt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Lage, ist einfach nur top.

Das Golden Tram ist halt ein Hostel. In Anbetracht dessen, war unser Aufenthalt ganz ok. Die Lage ist jedenfalls top: nur 400 Meter bis zur Promenade.Die Bedienung an der Rezeption war ein Wechselbad der Gefühle: gestresst, unfreundlich, nett und sogar überfreundlich.Das Einchecken geht wirklich erst ab 13.00 Uhr, der Storage-Room unterhalb beim 100-Jährigen Lift (geniales Teil!) verschaffte uns Abhilfe mit dem Gepäck.Nachdem wir das private Doppel-Zimmer um 14.00 Uhr bezogen haben, wurden wir 2x vom Personal beglückt, welches ohne zu Fragen einfach ins Zimmer. Dies kratzte schon etwas an unseren Nerven. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und spärlich eingerichtet, Zwischen Wand und Bett hatte es immerhin 40cm! Die Dusche mit dem LED-Farbwechselkopf war witzig, der aufgedunsene Wandbelag an der Duschestange hingegen weniger. Das Frühstück ab 8.00 Uhr war sehr bescheiden: Brötchen zum Flachdrücken, denn ansonsten passen die nicht in den Toaster. Auf Milch sollte verzichtet werden, diese war schon sauer und wurde durch noch saurere Milch aufgefüllt, sodass wir es aufgaben zu reklamieren.Grundsätzlich ist das Hostel also durchaus geeignet für einen Städtetrip, wenn man ohne Frühstück bucht und etwas Geduld mit dem Personal hat. Für ein Hostel kann ich es nur bedingt weiterempfehlen (max. 2 Nächte), wer allerdings auf etwas Komfort nicht verzichten will, sollte sich ein HOTEL aussuchen. Wir waren jedenfalls nicht begeistert, auch für Hostel-Standard.

Good location, nice shower, ok bathroom (clean but has no windows), but not all the staff seem to be friendly ... But it also has a nice bar place to hang out

Nous avons passé moi et ma conjointe un super séjour de 4 jours et 4 nuits. Le personnel y est très chaleureux et accueillant, les chambres sont dune propreté impeccable et en bon état. La salle des repas est très conviviale et il y règne une super ambiance à toutes heures de la journée. Les receptionnistes sont également fort agréable et vous aiderons toujours avec le sourire lorsque vous leur demandez des renseignements. Bref un superbe séjour dans ce petit hôtel plein de charme quest le golden tram.

Absolut tolles Hostel. Spitzenklasse.Betten mit Vorhang, heißt man hatte Privatsphäre. Super hilfsbereites Team. Sauber in allen Räumen (Schlafsaal, Flure, Esssaal, Bäder). Nette und modere Lounge. Super schnelles Internet (was nicht Standart in den meisten Hostels ist). Absolute Empfehlung! Sehr zentral gelegen!
