Notre séjour au dear Lisbon a été parfait. L'implantation est idéale pour visiter Lisbonne, la chambre était superbe et le petit déjeuner au top, servi en chambre. Je remercie les personnes de la direction qui nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et nous ont donné quelques renseignements pour nos visites, tout cela en français.

Trata-se de um hotel fantástico, a poucos metros das atrações do Chiado e da Baixa. Atendimento muito bom. Instalações excelentes (evite apenas se não puder subir escadas). Voltaria(ei) com certeza. Melhor opção que já fiz em Lisboa.

The rooms are extraordinarily large and full of history, as seen on the Dear Lisbon website. There are only nine rooms so the experience is personal. Breakfasts are prepared as per your order and delivered to your room when you want; they are ample and wonderful. The staff is exceptionally engaged, engaging, and full of excellent tips. It is centrally located. Seriously, what could be better? (Its been created from an older home and has stairs, which is a consideration for people with mobility issues, but Im 68 and had no trouble.)

This is a small guest house in a very central location but set off in a quiet side street. The location has great walking access to all of the public transportation and is in a lively area. There was a beautiful breakfast and everything new and clean but in a 19th century building. The room was superb and the staff very dedicated to running the place. There is nothing at all negative unless one would rather be in a modern hotel with fitness club and all that nonsense. Fatima, the manager has more than the normal enthusiasm about this house which is in the former downtown digs of a Viscount. I hesitate to give it such glowing reviews out of fear that it wont be available next time Im in Lisbon, but in all honesty, this place is a gem and totally unique.

Marvelous huge room (#3) in a real luxurious palace with unbeatable location. Staff friendly and attentive. The only but: all rooms are up a steep double flight of stairs. No elevator, so not for those with mobility challenges

Wunderschöner alter Palast, sehr bequem eingerichtet, tolle Lage und sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Wir sind aufgrund Flugzeugprobleme erst um 3 in der Nacht angekommen. Der Nachtportier D. war extrem charmant und hat uns ohne Verzögerung sofort auf‘s Zimmer geführt und dabei unser schweres Gepäck gestemmt. Dann das Erwachen zu einem Stadtpanorama wie aus einem Bilderbuch über die Dächer von Chiado bis rüber zur Burg und hinunter zum Tejo! Traumhaft! Das Frühstück im Zimmer nach individueller Auswahl war sehr lecker, großzügig und reichhaltig. Nachbestellungen sehr rasch erledigt. Wirklich ein Genuss. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber, und das Bett sehr bequem. Die Badetücher und -Mäntel sehr frisch und flauschig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a good stay at the place, but the bill did not correspond to the initial price. Shower leaking a lot of water on the floor even on carpet outside the bathroom in the room. No elevator. Apart from that fantastic location historic building with view.

Really cute hotel. We had a giant room. The bed was comfortable. The best part was the breakfast. Its made to order and they bring it right to your room. The location is also wonderful. Right around the corner from the shops at R. Garrett. The only negative part is the stairs. But that is common is Lisbon. The front desk staff delivered our bags to the room. Overall it was a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful 2 day stay in Lisbon. This hotel is in a great location, right in downtown and in very safe neighborhood. We were impressed by our room, it truly felt like being in a palace and we were treated exceptionally! They brought our breakfast to our room daily - everything was fresh and very tasty. Their staff at reception desk is so professional, they were ready to help with anything. If we go back we will definitely stay at this place again.

Vor dem Hotel wird ab 9:00 gebaut, wahrscheinlich bis 2020. Frühstück gibt es nur im Zimmer ab 7:00 Uhr.

Problemloser Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel, netter und freundlicher Empfang, hilfsbereite Empfangsdamen, gutes Frühstück auf dem Zimmer, ideal für Touren in der Umgebung und z.B. in das Alfama-Viertel. Eine Station mit der Metro zur Markthalle mit wunderbarem Essen.Insgesamt ein erinnerungsürdiger Aufenthalt.

The room was large with amazing views of the river and old town. Location is prime. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast served in the room was relaxing and good.

Fabulous period property. No lift but beautiful wooden stairs which were easy to ascend.The breakfast was amazing, you order the night before from a tick list and it is delivered to your room at the chosen time.

The details of this old building are gorgeous. Every detail of the hotel is perfect. The staff can’t do enough for you. When your breakfast trolley arrives you feel totally spoilt! Amazing location as well.

Excellent service, from start to finish you are treated like royalty. The room is very spacious and has an excellent view, the breakfasts are amazing and plentiful. Das Hotel garantiert mit den wunderbaren Zimmern und dem Frühstück in selbigem einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Es liegt im Zentrum und alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Besser geht es nicht. Ein Parkhaus befindet sich in der Nähe für die, die mit Auto anreisen.

The hotel is in a very central location. Our room was very spacious with beautiful ornate ceiling and original features. Spacious bathroom. An excellent breakfast served each morning in the room. Staff friendly and very professional.

There was no one at front desk when we arrived. Rang the bell but they didn’t hear us. Had poor wifi and poor tv signal

View, room decor & day staff v. pleasant. However club downstairs had a big band playing until the early hours and there's no sound insulation. Measured noise in room at 60 decibels - felt like we were in the front row. Hotel wouldn't/couldn't move us. Despite v. disturbed sleep night manager suggested best course of action was to write a poor review. Instead asked for the hotel manager to call to talk through - (s)he hasn't, so think best to share experience with others. Strongly recommend not staying here

From the moment we walked in, we knew we had made a perfect choice. This renovated palace has all the charm of an old place and the comforts of modernity. Beautiful place, airy, spacious, impeccably clean rooms (we are very picky hotel guests and carry disinfecting wipes with us—never felt the need to use them), great shower, all the amenities, super breakfast served in your room, with freshly squeezed orange juice, omelette, fresh fruit, pastelitos, croissants and more. A banquet! You can choose between fresh mint water or port while you sit in the carpeted reception area facing gorgeous tile art work. The service is impeccable. Delicious chocolate left after they clean the room. The staff is superfriendly and helpful in every way and just fun to be around.Frankly, we are spoiled now! Can’t wait to come back and will recommend to family and friends. Excellent!! The best! Thank you for making our stay in Lisbon great!P.S. The stairs were not a problem for us as they carry your luggage upstairs, which often similar hotels don’t do.

Dear Lisbon - Palace Chiado was wonderful! Its not for those with limited mobility, but neither is Lisbon. The character of this guest home is lovely and the staff treats you like family; youre served Port the minute you arrive and a fabulous breakfast is brought to your room in the morning. The hotel is incredibly beautiful with a stunning view of the city and river. There is no elevator, but the staff is happy to carry luggage up the several flights of stairs for you. The room was perfect and spotless. A full breakfast delivered to your room is included. I loved the stay here!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is welcoming. My bed was very comfortable and I slept soundly. The water flow is loud, but that is due to the age of the building. The shower was otherwise very nice. Breakfast in my room was amazing!! It made for the perfect start to my day. Is come back here in a heartbeat.

Very, very noisy room. The hotel knew this would be a problem before but didn't tell us and made no attempt to compensate us for noise which made the room virtually uninhabitable until after 6pm.

I took my partner to celebrate his 50th birthday and we loved the 4 nights we had there. Then room just screamed character. From check in to check out we couldnt fault this hotel and we were really pleased with our stay. During check in we were offered a glass of port and when we went out for our first day we came back to a cake, small bottle of port and a birthday message from the owner.Breakfast is served in your room at a time of your choosing between 08:00 & 10:00 each day and there is a wide choice of options. Its in a very central but quiet location close to restaurants and tourists sites. We got a taxi to and from the airport for both times for around 15 euros.Our room was spotless and cleaned daily with tea and coffee making facilities.It has to be noted that there isnt a lift and there are around 4 flights of stairs.We helped a couple of elderly guests down with their cases on one morning as we were passing.

Tolles Hotel für Städtetrip. Ideale Lage. Sehr freundlicher Service. Man fühlt sich wohl. Alles bestens ... Kleiner Wermutstropfen : Diverse Baustellen in direkter Nachbarschaft ... aber dies ist wohl ein temporäres Problem.

Positives - wonderful and friendly staff, who were very accommodating. Breakfasts were chosen from the night before on a menu and had plenty of options, was delivered to the room. Bedroom was the biggest I've seen anywhere in Europe so far in my travels. Location is great, very Central and close to shopping, good restaurants and the metro, as well as many historical locations. The building itself was also very interesting, with plenty of old paintings and drawings etc. Negatives - there was hardly any sound insulation in our suite (2). This would probably be the case in other rooms as well. Through the door you hear other occupants arguing at 2 am in the stairwell, all day and night you hear people walking by on the street through the windows, as well as street music from a couple blocks away. At the time we were there in March 2018 there was construction across the street, and they started early at 730 each day, despite a request from the hotel to start later. Regardless, there should be some sound insulation on the windows but there is none. May not be a great hotel for light sleepers. Another issue for people with difficulty climbing stairs is that there is an equivalent of two flights to get to the rooms, with no elevator. Another issue was with the water pump, every time using water it is triggered and quite loud. The shower also drained slowly. Regardless, a very unique hotel and I would consider returning in the future.

Authentisches Hotel an bester, zentraler Lage. Hotelzimmer eindrücklich. Man erreicht die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Gehminuten und auch die U-Bahn Station ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Frühstück wird aufs Zimmer serviert und ist sehr vielfältig und gut. Wir können das Hotel bestens empfehlen.

Le Dear Palace est à recommander pour son excellence. Seul petit bémol, les escaliers à monter pour aller aux chambres. En haut cest que du bonheur, mais si on na un problème à monter, cest impossible.

L'hotel è molto carino e accogliente, perfetta la posizione centralissimo e al tempo stesso silenzioso, le stanze grandi e pulitissime, il personale gentile e disponibile, buona la colazione e attenti nella preparazione gluten free.
