Ótima localização, próxima a pontos turísticos, estações de metrô, ônibus. Limpeza e ótimo atendimento dos funcionários que são atenciosos e gentis. O único incoveniente foi o disjuntor do quadro de eletricidade que desarmava com frequência, com o uso do secador de cabelos e até mesmo na abertura eletrônica da porta do quarto, deixando o quarto sem energia elétrica.

Wir waren eine Woche da und hat es super gut gefallen, die Lage ist unschlagbar klasse, Zimmer geräumig und das Bad ebenfalls. Service war top, auch das Drucken unserer Rückflug tickets kein Problem, absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Zimmer wurde täglich gut gereinigt
meinen Balkon könnte ich leider nicht nutzen, der Ausblick war Baustelle, schade
Das Bett war sehr bequem, ich könnte gut schlafen.
Traurig ☹️ war das Frühstück, jeden Morgen der gleiche Aufschnitt keine Eier und auch kein Obst, der Kaffee schmeckte auch nicht. Dabei würde eine kleine Veränderung sooo viel ausmachen.
Fazit, das Zimmer kann man buchen, muss man aber nicht . Liebe Grüße

住了兩個晚上，會再次選擇住第二晚的原因有
1.離市區蠻近的，去哪裡都方便，景點也都在附近，大約走路10-20分鐘左右就可以完成所有景點，
2.這裡可以免費寄放幾天的行李，剩下不少寄放行李的費用
3.服務親切（叔叔阿姨）
4.蠻安靜的（雖然沒有什麼人訂房）
5.有些房間有浴缸
6.早餐6歐（但附近的有名早點餐廳吃下來也才5歐不到）
WiFi:lisboa18
缺點：
1.好像沒有電梯（但服務員會幫忙把你的行李送至房間）
2.比較老舊的飯店了

Nettes Hotel direkt im Zentrum. Ausstattung ist ok. Das beste an diesem Hotel ist die Lage. Direkte Verbindung zum Flughafen und zu allen anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Réveil à 7h du matin à cause des travaux réalisés dans l'hôtel! Quel stress la première nuit! Chambre pas du tout comme sur les photos vraiment on est à mille lieux de ce que nous pensions réservés ! Lit et coussins vraiment très durs. Très mauvaise nuit passer dans cet hôtel!!! Vue du balcon: les ruines d'un vieux bâtiment!!!

Wir haben im Januar 2019 sechs Nächte im Grande Pensão Alcobia verbracht. Das Hotel hat eine zentrale, aber ruhige Lage (unsere Zimmer waren allerdings auch nicht zur Straßenseite), es war sauber und das Frühstück war gut. Für beide Einzelzimmer zusammen haben wir nur 526 Euro bezahlt (inkl. Steuer). Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat also gestimmt.

Ótima localização, próxima a estação Rossio do metrô, bem como do bondes e comboios.
Próxima a todo tipo de comércio com destaque para o Mercado da Figueira
O quarto e o banheiro é confortável e a limpeza diária é impecável.
O café da manhã é cobrado a parte mas existem muitas opções de cafeterias próximas a pensão.
Vale a pena tomar um café da manhã no mercado da Figueira.

Never ever again! Absolutely not recommended! My partner and I literally run away after we've seen a big BEETLE!!! It was like 10cm long! So disgusting! Anybody who pays 50€ and more per night should have clean and disinfected room! HIGHLY unrecommended!!!

Un ancien hôtel plein de charme au centre de Lisbonne. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais l'air conditionné fait du bien... Attention l'ascenseur ne démarre qu'au premier, il est petit et ne fonctionne pas toujours - donc du point de vue de l'accessibilité ce n'est pas ça.

Nicely remodeled rooms, “superior” ones with a view of Sao Jorge Castle. Can’t beat the location. Clean and, for its location pretty quiet. Good wifi. Elevator is tiny and you have to go up a flight and a half anyway to get to it, so best for people who don’t mind a walk-up.

Siamo stati sei notti in Quattro e ci hanno assegnato la camera n.313 al terzo piano , bella spaziosa con bagno spazioso e vista sul Castello di Sao Jorge .Fin qua tutto bene o quasi visto che avevo scritto due email senza risposta per richiedere un colazione senza glutine che e' arrivata il secondo giorno dopo aver insistito.Personale gentile e pulizie ogni giorno in camera con cambio asciugamani. Purtroppo il terzo giorno ci siamo accorti che c'erano delle cimici da materasso che camminavo e avevano gia' punto due di noi. Cosi siamo andati alla reception per spiegare il problema e il responsabile ci ha dato un altra stanza n.407 per fare una pulizia accurata della 313 . Per il resto colazione giusta per un due stelle , posizione ottima visto che e' situato in centro storico. IL personale alla fine si e' scusato per l'accaduto e ci ha fatto pagare 18 euro di tassa di soggiorno.

Me alojé en este hotel durante dos noches y la experiencia fue agridulce. La relación calidad precio considero que es adecuada para presupuestos de hasta 50€ por noche, si tienes un presupuesto mayor no te lo recomendaría ya que es muy probable que tengas mejores opciones por la zona. En relación a la parte dulce: La habitación está limpia y las camas son de una calidad estándar. Lo mejor, las vistas y la situación. Tienes visión directa del castillo de San Jorge. Muy recomendable pedir plantas superiores.El hotel esta situado a dos minutos andando de Rossio,un punto super céntrico de la ciudad. En relación a la parte agria: Durante la primera noche de estancia,recibimos una llamada extraña de recepción solicitando que bajáramos a devolver la llave. Al preguntar,me comentaron que me habían dado la llave maestra...pese a tener camaras de seguridad en los pasillos lo cierto es que mi desconfianza fue absoluta durante el resto de días. Otro punto negativo es que en la habitación hace un calor terrible por la noche y no tiene aire acondicionado.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Meglio delle aspettative viste le recensioni. Sì certo un po' datato, ma molto pulito, ordinato e con personale veramente molto accogliente. Manca solo qualche servizio in camera, non indispensabile e leggermente migliorabile la colazione comunque coerente con il costo. Posizione molto strategica, tra piazza Rossio, Martim Monitz, Rua Augusta: centralissima. Consigliato

Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich. Ich habe beim ausschecken zwei Armbänder im Zimmer liegen lassen. Als ich es bemerkte, habe ich dort angerufen und man hat sich sofort drum gekümmert. Am nächsten Tag beim Abholen der Armbänder durften wir noch unser Gepäck im Hotel abstellen, bis wir zum Flughafen gefahren sind.Also, nochmal ein ganzes dickes Lob und Dank an das gesamte Personal. Wir waren diesmal das zweite Mal im Hotel und die nächsten Aufenthalte in Lissabon werden wir garantiert wieder dieses Hotel wählen.Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und die Metrostation fast vor der Haustür...

Die Reception liegt quasi auf der ersten Etage. Und der Aufzug fängt noch eine Etage höher an. Das Haus ist renoviert, aber man sieht die Tradition der Architektur.

Sehr schönes neu renoviertes Zimmer. Super Lage mitten in der Altstadt und in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten.. Einziges Manko ist der kleine Aufzug steht erst ab der ersten Etage zur Verfügung was aber das freundliche Personal und die Sauberkeit wieder wett macht.

I would not recommend this hotel unless you’re really looking to rough it. The location was great but there was an uncomfortable vibe, you had to carry your bags up two flights of stairs before you get to the lift, the beds had no cushion, the blankets were old and “crispy”, the pics on Hotels.com didn’t look anything like the actual room (we were assigned). We left and still waiting on a refund. Not what we expected.

die sehr schöne Photos und Beschreibung der Zimmer und vor allem angepriesene Aussicht könnte ich leider nicht erfahren. Es wurde mir ein Zimmer auf der ersten Etage zum Innenhof zugewiesen welche eine totale degradierte Ruine ist. Mein Zimmer war in der Nähe vom Frühstücksraum, alles sehr unruhig. Es gibt keinen Aufzug bis zur ersten Etage sowie bis zur Rezeption. Man muss der Koffer selber schleppen. Ich war wirklich sehr enttäuscht, denn es entsprach nichts von dem was ich gelesen ud gesehen habe. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal freundlich

Location is excellent, easy walk to the waterfront,shops, Rossio Square, Bairro Alto, also on tram and bus routes.Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable.Staff were friendly and helpful. Supermarket opposite , and 2 small nearby cafes/ restaurants.The road is busy so may be noisy if your room is at the front. Not suitable for anyone with mobility problems, as there are stairs up to reception, then more stairs to reach the very tiny lift.

It was in a perfect location. Restaurants within block.clise to many sites.Only problem for some was the many stairs..likely 40 to get to an elevator. Elevator was small. 2 person or 1 and a luggage. Not a problem for us though. We were on 4th floor. Newly renovated.

Ehhh. The location of this property is really great. However, with transportation as cheap as it is in Lisbon, I dont think that justifies their price. It was old and it felt old. Not in a classic, historic sort of way either.I would not stay here again unless their prices dropped considerably.

The room was clean and comfortable, with good A/C and wifi, and the bathroom was large and included a bidet. The hotel is old and a bit rundown, and the view was nonexistent, but the location is excellent - in the middle of the Old District near the Plaza Rossio. The best aspect, however, was the super helpful staff who made sightseeing recommendations, gave walking instructions for getting to the Castle of Saint George, and made bookings for me when my phone suddenly quit working.

Crappy, outdated, small space and poor furniture placement makes it even worse. Oder of air freshener they put on to try to cover the humidity makes you allergic. Lighting is so poor that it’s practically a night light. You can’t read anything in the room after dark.

Os quartos são bons. Tudo funcionou direito. A moça da manhã é a mais simpática. Para ter acesso aos quartos tem que subir escadas, então não indico caso tenha algum problema de locomoção. Fica perto de pontos turísticos e do comércio.

Dobry hotel położony w bardzo dobrym miejscu- blisko do metra, tramwajów 14 i 28,windy widokowej i centrum zabytkowej Lizbony.Sniadania bardzo dobre - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie(oprocz miłośników jajecznicy ).Pokoje małe , ale na kilka noclegów wystarczą , aby odpocząć po całodziennym zwiedzaniu miasta .Do Lizbony nie przyjeżdża się , by siedzieć hotelowym pokoju.Personel jest miły i uczynny , dodatkowo w hotelu jest bezpłatna przechowalnia bagażu. Polecam ten hotel.

Pensão localizada perto de duas estações de metrô, bem próximo aos pontos turísticos da cidade. Os quartos são espaçosos, bem limpos e tem um cheiro muito bom!. O atendimento é excelente e o café da manhã também é destaque. Quando voltar a Lisboa, pretendo me hospedar novamente no local.

Hotel bien situé, dans le centre de lisbonne, à 100m d'une station de l'aérobus et d'autres stations de tram.
Hotel de catégorie moyenne. 2 étages à monter sans ascenseur.
Notre chambre donnait sur rue, pas trop bruyante la nuit mais très mal éclairée, lumières glauques. (chambres probablement non rénovées)
Déco d'une autre époque; traditionnelle ?
Mais les couvres-lits et coussins sont d'apparence sales: tâches douteuses. Le reste semblait propre. Sauf que j'ai attrapé des parasites de la gale dans cet hotel !!! (probablement ces fameux couvres-lits, coussins ou couverture - pas de couette "lavable" à chaque client)
Bien sûr, lors d'un court-séjour, on s'en rend compte surtout au retour. Donc j'ai informé l'hotel et demandé un geste commercial: aucun retour de mail, aucune excuse !

Hotel-Pensione utile per chi non ha molte pretese, comunque valido per il servizio, per il prezzo e l'ubicazione centrale che permette di raggiungere facilmente tutto quanto è interessante e da visitare a Lisbona e nei paraggi. Si raggiunge abbastanza bene con mezzi pubblici. Qualche problema per la prima rampa di accesso alla reception, con bagagli ingombranti.

This a small hotel within walking distance of many tourist sights within Lisbon. The rooms are basic but clean, tidy and well maintained.
The staff are very helpful and efficient.

Es un hermoso hotel, una decoración un poco antigua pero eso le da el encanto! Ero ascensor está en el primer piso, de modo que hay que subir las escaleras con las maletas. Pero vale la pena quedarse ahí, servicio de primera!

A modest old town hotel with a superb location. You can easily reach from the airport by metro, for it takes only a few minutes' walking from the Rossio metro station. Hotel seemed a bit worn and tired at first glance but our room was comfortable enough with an effective air conditioner, TV set, safe and a bed with clean sheets. Breakfast was average and served in a tiny room that one may find it frustrating, it was OK for us, though. Hotel is also close to Rossio train station from where you can easily travel to Sintra. Praça do Rossio, Praça da Figueira, lively Rua Augusta and many touristic attraction sites and fancy restaurants are all within short walking distance. I think Grande Pensao Alcobia is a good choice to explore Lisbon and its environment.

Este un hotel foarte bun. Camerele sunt curate, baia mare,curățenia asigurată zilnic,personalul foarte amabil,micul dejun bun. Locație centrală, mijloace de transport,restaurante în apropiere.

Очень чисто, приветливый, помогающий ориентироваться в незнакомых ситуациях персонал, в т.ч. русскоговорящий. Сытные завтраки на свой выбор. Очень удобное расположение и хорошее транспортное сообщение.
Минус - очень шумно из-за строительных работ, проводимых в близлежащих зданиях, как в дневное, так и в ночное время. Внутренний двор оставляет желать лучшего.

The hotel room was a good size and was comfortable for a family of five with an extra bed provided. The location is ideal and convenient to tour buses, airport shuttle, shops and restaurants, however being on a side street it was not at all noisy even with the window open. I would certainly return as there is lots to do in Lisbon and the Alcobia is a great location to use as a base.

Das Hotel wirkt etwas muffig und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr altmodisch eingerichtet - haben aber alles was man unbedingt benötigt. Die Lage ist aber sehr zu empfehlen da man in alle Richtungen sehr schnell kommt.

La posizione dell'Hotel è centralissima, a due passi da Praca da Figueira (punto di partenza per i carris turistici per il tour della città e per raggiungere Belem) e da Praca do Rossio. Il servizio è molto buono, il personale gentile e disponibile. La camera si è presentata subito pulita e ordinata, nonché confortevole.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Renoviertes Altstadt-Hotel. Erstklassige, weil zentrale, Lage. Wer hier wohnt darf keinen Luxus erwarten. Dafür kleine, saubere Zimmer mit sanierten Badezimmern. Ideal für den Kurztrip in eine interessante Metropole. Vor allem für junge Leute.

En voyage à Lisbonne pour le semi marathon. Personnel très sympathique et à lécoute avec de bons conseils. Après le semi, possibilité de prendre une dernière douche et de laisser les bagages à lhôtel.Recommande cet hôtel pour lhospitalité.

Lage: Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Innenstadt, in der Nähe der Station Rossio. Die bekannten Straßenbahnlinien 28 und 12 fahren direkt in der Nähe vom Hotel ab. Zusammenfassung Lage: Top!Zimmer: Klein, aber mit Balkon, beim Bad gabs auch nix zu meckernPersonal: Englischsprachig, freundlichFrühstück: Einfaches Buffet, wenig Auswahl, leider beispielsweise ohne richtigen Orangensaft, Kaffee war auch gewöhnungsbedürftig. Kostet normalerweise 6 EUR pro Tag Aufpreis, war aber bei mir mitdrin, daher habe ich es mitgenommen. Sonst leider nicht seine 6 EUR wert.

Sofort nach Ankunft spürst Du die Atmosphäre und das portugiesische Flair. Wir haben uns in den drei Tagen wohl gefühlt, auch wenns beim Frühstück bisschen hapert. Das Hotel ist sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um die Altstadt zu erkunden.

Hotel en plein centre ville, proche du métro mais vieillot, pas de wifi dans la chambre. La chambre est toute petite et la propreté laisse à désirer. Le petit déjeuner était complet le personnel sympa mais pour accéder au 1er étage il faut monter à pied et après prendre lascenseur. Pour le prix on ne peut pas être trop exigeant mais trop bruyant, on entend les voisins , je ny retournerai pas

Excelente localização e atendimento. Quartos limpos e um bom café da manhã.
É preciso informar que o elevador inicia no 1º andar e não no térreo. O wifi só está disponível na recepção, o que tira um pouco o conforto.

Petit hôtel ancien très agréable et très bien situé, à 2 pas de la plaça de Figeira. Cest ancien mais pas de mauvais goût et surtout très propre. La chambre est sommaire mais parfaite. Le personnel accueillant, surtout la dame qui parle bien français et nous a conseillé un parking pas cher.

Cet hôtel est adapté pour un court séjour car les chambres sont petites et sobrement équipées. Par ailleurs son emplacement central dans la ville limite les temps dapproche des sites principaux. Notamment le tramway 28 possède son terminus au pied de lhôtel.

Das Hotel Grande Pensão Alcobia liegt sehr zentral am Rande der Baixa,ca. 200 Meter unterhalb des Castelo Sao Jorge. Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein, da die meißten Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie die Stadtteile Alfama, Baixa und Chiado fußläufig schnell erreichber sind. Das Hotel selbst bietet einfache, aber saubere Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist sicher nicht vergleichbar mit dem eines 4-sterne Hotels in Deutschland, aber für 3 oder 4 Tage völlig ausreichend. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption sind freundlich und sprechen akzeptables Englisch. Da wir Mitte März in Lissabon waren, konnten wir das Hotel zu einem unschlagbaren Schnäppchenpreis unter 40 Euro (Doppelzimmer) buchen. Jederzeit wieder.

Die Zimmer sind Zweckmäßig ausgestattet, Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt. Das Hotel liegt 200m vom Rossio Platz entfernt, also Top-Lage. Zur Stadt gibt es nicht viel zu sagen, Top.

I am on the fence about this hotel. I think had we not stayed on the 2nd floor (1st floor of rooms) I may have liked it better. And if the heater had worked better in our room I may have been more excited about this place. It just happened to be our heater that was weak, and they were at full occupancy while we were there so we did not change rooms. The location is extremely convenient. A very short walk to the Rossio metro. Several bus and trolley stops all within a very short walk. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. I found the staff to be nice and helpful. There is not an elevator for the 1st 2 floors. If you travel with a lot and/or heavy luggage you will need to carry up 2 flights of steps. Breakfast was included, basic but quite a few choices of breads, cereals, cheeses, meats, yogurt, coffee and tea. The rooms are very minimal. Good size room and bathrooms. The beds are old and worn, same with the bath towels and the pillows. Some of the rooms do have some pretty views depending on what floor you are on. We stayed on the 2nd floor (1st floor of rooms), and it was very loud. At different times of the day the sewer smell in our room was quite strong. The breakfast room is on the same floor and in the mornings the dishes clanking and the guests walking/talking up and down the hall is very loud. The rooms are the hotel itself were very clean. There is a little bar/coffee area near the desk checkin. The wifi worked in our room but did not work in different parts of the hotel. There is a computer with internet for use near the check in desk. With all that said, the hotel is in such a convenient spot, and the staff friendly. The location may outweigh all the other nit picky points. -Travelationship

Das Hotel ist eigentlich in Ordnung,was man nicht gleich denken könnte. Es ist nicht super sauber,wenn jemand da pingerlich ist,dann sollte doxh was anderes suchen. Zimmer haben Klima Anlage,unser Zimmer hat sogar einen Balkon! Ist sehr zentral gelegen! Leider auf ein wenig Seiten Straße wo man am Abend nicht so sympatische Menschen treffen kann. Aber sonst kann man überall zu Fuß hin! Das Frühstück passt auch.
