From a worker's perspective, this is the definition of horrible. Underpays, that is, when it pays in time. Met some great people there while I worked there for a few shows, but management is unprofessional when it comes to their staff, to this day they still owe me money, even though with some regularity I send them a message reminding them that they missed those payments. Had the feedback of former peers that they spend half a year to receive payment of a service they did, a company should never take months to issue payments, but they don't see no problem in calling you to other jobs, while their debt to their employees stacks up under the promise that they "will pay soon". As a costumer you don't have such insight, and they actually the people who work in this area always aims for the best service possible, but next time you see a music concert, or festival, if the crew is managed by RoadiesDC, then it is high the probability that those fine folk working there are getting way less they're really worth, if they are even paid at all.
