Bem localizado, limpo, espaçoso e com muito bom serviço. O atendimento e atencioso e o bilhete preço justo. Vale a pena! Só esteja preparado para subir a ladeira até a portaria! Carros não chegam até a porta e a subida cura tudo que você bebeu de vinho verde!

Emplacement super par contre c'est effectivement pas pratique pour une personne à mobilité réduite surtout dans la nouvelle extension. La chambre est correct mais la seule fenêtre donne sur la terrasse commune à tout le monde. La salle de bain est vraiment trop petite et avec une forte odeur d'égouts...aucune place pour poser les produits dans la douche ou même à côté de l'évier. Mais le personnel est très sympa et serviable. On peut laisser la valise à la réception pour pouvoir se balader en ville le dernier jour.

I do NOT recommend this hotel at all. The location is near to Restauradores Square, but taxis can’t leave you there easily, because a tram is running through the street beside the hotel. If you have mobility issues, forget it. The hotel is installing an elevator right now, so you have to climb a long staircase to get to your room. The room is small, the bathroom is tiny. Instead of a closet, you have four drawers. The only windows of the room are next to a terrace where other customers pass through. So, if you are naked in the room or the bathroom, with the curtains opened, they can see you. You have to choose: privacy and night light, or exhibition and day light. The outlets are at floor level, and your devices must be charged on the room walkway. The hotel’s back door keypad, at Largo da Oliveirinha street, fails, and don’t open on the first attempt. The reception closes at night, so maybe you might not be able to enter if you come late. To top it all, the hotel is not cheap: more than 100 dollars by night. Pros? TV and air conditioner inside the rooms.

The hotel is super affordable considering its location and confort. There is an outside space where you can chill, and you almost forget that you are 1 minute away from the main avenue in Lisbon.

You need to know it is on a hill, so you have to be in somewhat good shape. Our room was comfortable.

Great apartments. Kitchen equipped with toaster/kettle/fridge. Apartments clean throughout... any issues were quickly resolved by the friendly staff. Housekeeping carried out everyday. Close to main road- Hard Rock Cafe + loads of restaurants all within 10min walk. (Those booking be cautious that it is on a hill beside a tramline- so no car/taxi access door to door) but taxi point is within 2-3 mins.

Wir waren mit dem total zentral gelegenen Hotel sehr zufrieden.Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte sich Ohropax mitnehmen, da die Tram Bis 24 Uhr und ab 6 Uhr vor dem Haus fährt. Mich persönlich hat es nicht gestört und ich fand das Hotel super.

Nous sommes en centre ville à proximité de tous les transports en commun et touristique.(bus, metro, funiculaires, bus de tourisme et tuktuk). Beaucoup de commerces et monuments accessibles facilement.Très facile d'atteindre l'hôtel ou l'aéroport via le metro pour seulement 1.50€.

Ubicación excelente, se puede ir andando a muchos sitios y el metro está justo enfrente. El desayuno muy bueno.

Location and helpful staff . Property was very clean. It was a nice addition breakfast included and I liked the free coffee pods in the room

The property was ok. One of the air conditioning devices smelled like humidity and the floors were sticky like if they had not been cleaned properly. We did not get our room serviced and when we complained only got towels brought up.

Muy buena ubicación,las almohadas un pelin bajas y malas y que no tuvimos cama de matrimonio, todo muy limpio muy económico y muy agradable estancia, el tranvia pasa justamente al lado y por la noche algo trastorno y por la mañana tmprano, por lo demás genial. Estuvimod en un apartamento.

Staff were fabulous, very helpful and friendly. They provided help with finding sites, transportation and restaurants. Breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable.

tout l'équipe de cet hotel est serviable et très aimable, en 3 jours de séjour , j'ai vu # personnel de l'équipe et tous l'est . hotel est très bien situé, 1 mn de métro ( restauradores ) ,5- 6 mn de Baixa, - 15 mn de la pl de commerce, à pied bien évidement ! . un peu bruyant(dirons plus tot vibrant!) due au proximité de funiculaire,mais si on a le sommeil lourd c est sans problème!, en contre parti pas de bruit de voiture !!. Bref: on est très content de cet hotel et de nos séjours à Lisbonne .

Sin duda lo recomiendo, un desayuno buffet con lo necesario, la habitación limpia y muy luminosa, y el personal del hotel muy agradable!

완전 잘 안 알려진 호텔 같긴 한데 저렴하게 1박하기 좋았어요 처음엔 찾아가기 쉽지 않은 접근성 (처음에 후문으로 택시 내리기 찾는건 쉽지 않음) 지하철역에서 2분~3분 거리긴 하지만 캐리어들고 많이 힘들게 올라야하는 곳에 위치해있어요 남성분들은 캐리어 들고가기 괜찮을것 같아요 저는 혼자 24인치 캐리어 꽉채운걸 진짜 풀파워로 힘들게 올라가야하긴 했어요 갈땐 지하철 타고가서 혼자서 낑낑 올라가서 지쳤는데 공항갈땐 후문으로 우버불러서 편하게 약8-9유로 정도로 리스본 공항까지 갈 수 있어서 편해요 걸어서 바로 광장에서 골목을 통해서 호텔이 보일정도로 너무 가깝구여 (짐없이 걸어서 시내 돌아다니기는 딱 좋은 거리) 쇼핑몰 유명한 호텔 등 다 근처에 있어서 안전한 편 바로 앞에 유명한 트램 관광명소라 사진찍기도 좋아요 혼자 여행하고 있는데 싱글룸은 안 가고 싶어 더블룸을 예약할까 했는데 여긴 작은 더블베드룸이 싱글룸 으로 예약되더라구요 퀸사이즈 침대에서 혼자 편하게잤어요 방사이즈도 괜찮은 편! 방에서 너무 진한 향이 빠지지 않아서 조금 머리가 아팠는데 체크인 직원분도 친절하고 조식도 간단하게 포함해서 저렴하게 예약한 호텔이라 더 마음에 듭니다! 체크인 전에 메일이나 예약한 호텔사이트 메시지로 찾는 방법이나 영문으로 메일을 주시고 친절하고 서비스도 좋은 편!

Check in was wonderful, man greeted us with wonderful smile took us to our rooms - a bit of a shame we had to wait outside until reception came down to come in. Breakfast was okay, enjoyed the selection of pastries - a bit of a let down on hot food though. A bit unprofessional that breakfast staff were wearing their jacket during service. Rooms were nice and cute, would be nice if there was a safe in the room - one thing I have to say is I really disliked being woken up at 7/8 by loud chatter outside, not sure if it was housekeeping or guests - but after sleeping late, being woken up at 7/8am really wasn’t something I fancied.

Bon emplacement pour visiter mais tres bruyant.Les logements avec 1 chambre sont du cote du funiculaire avec beaucoup de passage.

The room was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. I was looking forward to the breakfast in their pictures, but we just ended up getting a basic continental breakfast with some pastries. It rained heavily one of the days we stayed there and from that point on the room had a mouldy smell. Also, there is an Nespresso maker in the room, which was really nice, but they only give you coffee pods on the first night of your stay. Overall though, for the price we paid, I was very pleased with my stay.

I liked that Gloria Suites sent me a welcome email, gave me specific directions how to get to the hotel via taxi or metro. It was very welcoming, and I appreciated that a lot especially, since I was arriving after dark and to a foreign place.

The property was exactly as described. Just keep in mind that the hotel is halfway up a very steep hill.

I have to say a big thank you to everyone who looked after me whilst my stay. It was an amazing place in all areas of service, I have never stayed in a better place, much better customer service and cleanliness than Hilton hotel where I previously stayed. Nice expérience...le personnel est très chaleureux...les suites sont assez grandes..le restaurant de l hôtel est excellent..nous recommandons le buffet du matin 9euros/per.

Un apartamento muy acogedor, muy bien situado, con una decoración moderna y muy bonita.

Relación calidad precio insuperable Después de haber pasado por el pseudo apartamento All in Lisbon (a escasos metros) esto parece el paraíso. Limpio, luminoso, personal amable y atento, buena ubicación... Aspectos negativos: - Acceso algo complicado (nada grave salvo personas con movilidad reducida) - Durante el día se siente la vibración del tranvía al subir (pasa junto a la puerta). A mi personalmente no me resultó molesto. Muy recomendable

I liked the location, but not where it is located, on a hill, where you always have to climb no matter what, second where you enter the hotel, the pavement is here and there open, also you can see the trash and smell it. The welcome is a hot reception as in hot!!! But overal it looked clean. Then our room was clean. We encounter a problem with the cleaning service that they forgot to clean our room. They didn't apologize for the mistake. Also the towels are not being replaced everyday, since they want to save money for what, the room ain't cheap for a 127 euro a night, we except clean towels and a clean room. We also noticed that the pillow sheat, was not changed at all. Then we noticed also that the bathroom not to totally nice as in poor craftsmen ship in detailing. See pictures. Also rhe shower glass wall, is kinda thin and lose since it is bolted only with 2 hinged metal plate. The last is, there is no breakfast, but they said in 3 weeks it is ready. And no phone in the room to contact the receptionist. Also in the room there is no vault or snall fridge.

Hotel strategico, in piano centro. Suggestivo e vicino un Tram che porta vesto il Barrio Alto. Stanze pulitissime e personale gentilissimo. Privo di parcheggio auto per chi affitta l'auto ma per i più comodi c'è un parcheggio coperto h24 davanti l'hard Rock, a 22€ al giorno altrimenti a 3 fermate di metro c'è uno a 6€. Bagno pulito e luminoso. Unico neo il piatto doccia senza antiscivolo ma basta stare attenti. Consigliatissimo per stare in pieno centro
