Staff was amazing. Loved the high ceilings. Relatively quick and easy walk to the downtown tourist core. 1.1km from subway. Mini Preco just down the road about 100m. We had a room facing the street...the tram runs right along the street so it can be noisy. I used ear plugs and had two good night's sleep.

Un lugar acogedor que permite disfrutar de un descanso. Sandra es una anfitriona excepcional, muy encantadora y siempre preocupada por hacer sentir bien a todos sus clientes. Me sentí como en casa, recomiendo 100 % este lugar para quedarte en tu visita a Lisboa. Muy bien comunicado y Sandra siempre dispuesta a recomendar esos lugares autóctonos que te enamoran y transportan a la esencia de esta ciudad. Es un lugar muy limpio y bien de precio.

Un lugar muy agradable. Céntrico, buen servicio, y las habitaciones muy limpias y acogedoras. Nos hicieron el favor de dejarnos entrar antes porque nuestro tren llegaba muy pronto. En general, excelente.

Comfortable room, quite close to the city center. We were able to check in early, as soon as we arrived, but there is an option to leave you luggage if you arrive early. Rooms are quiet and spacious

I mean, personnel very kind and nice internals, but sleeping is beyond impossible if you get a room right on the street as I did, both for noise and lights (and I had earplugs and eyemask).

Adorei ter ficado nesse Residencial. Local simples, mas muito limpo e organizado. Próximo de muitos pontos importantes de Lisboa, o que torna o acesso fácil. Sandra é a dona do Residencial e é um amor de pessoa! Custo x benefício valem a pena!

Lijkt van buiten crappy door de onoogelijke straat maar is van binnen netjes en schoon. Het personeel is hartelijk. Het grootste nadeel was de grootte van onze kamer, de gemiddelde studentenkamer is groter. Verder geen probleem maar ik zou het niet boeken als je lekker binnen wil zitten (niet dat er stoelen staan of erin zouden passen). Het gebrek aan airco/ventilator is ronduit nasty als het buiten 41 graden is. Denk sauna. De locatie is top, horeca om de hoek, supermarkt om de hoek, ontbijt om de hoek en het ov stopt letterlijk voor de deur. Het zit ook dichtbij het oude centrum. Dit alles levert wonderbaarlijk genoeg niet veel overlast op. 3.5 sterren.

Ótimo atendimento da Sandra. Local simples, limpo, organizado, com roupa de cama limpa e cheirosa. Ótima localização, longe do caos turístico mas em que se pode alcançar os lugares mais importantes a pé ou com o elétrico que passa na porta.

Um local calmo e privilegiado para quem visita Lisboa e bem próximo de algumas áreas mais visitadas.

Ambiente familiar, pessoas simpáticas e atenciosas, principalmente a Sandra um amor. Além desta qualidades ,os quartos estão sempre limpos.

Petit hôtel à 10 minutes à pieds du plein centre de Lisbonne le petit tram typique passe juste devant et un ligne de bus juste à côté sur l'avenue principale afin de se rendre à la gare par exemple.. Personnel sympathique et avenant. Chambre convenable.

Excelente, todo cerca, limpio e impecable, lo recomiendo y lo mejor tiene buenos precios, atención de calidad y buena disposición de la persona que da la bienvenida... volvería muchas veces más

Establecimiento muy bien situado, habitaciones e instalaciones muy limpias y cuidadas. Personal muy amable y atento. Ideal para visitar Lisboa.

É um local familiar onde se pode permanecer por tempo indeterminado. A Sandra recebe e trata os hóspedes de forma maravilhosa, estando à disposição "25" horas por dia.

Para uma residencial é boa, não ao nivel de um hotel mas é boa

El Personal super amable. Pasamos una estadia espectacular en Lisboa. El baño era compartido pero estaba muy limpio.

Great location and staff. In-room washrooms not separated from the bedroom and no AC in the rooms for those who care. Generally not needed as the evening air cools down nicely.

A nice, clean hotel close to (or in) Barrio Alto and very reasonably priced. The hosts were exceptionally friendly to us (young couple) and I would absolutely recommend Residencial Valentina.

När vi var där så var det 42 grader. Personalen tog väl hand om oss i värmen, ordnade fler fläktar. Nästa gång som vi besöker Lissabon så kommer vi att boka samma hotell.

The family who runs this cozy romantic lodge does this with love and care. They are friendly and helpfull. The beds are changed everyday. It's very clean. The location on the edge of the old town and the dynamic Barrio Alto is also unique. And for that price! This hotel made our stay in Lisbon an even bigger success. Highly recommended.
