Good location, 10 minute walk to Rossio. Lots of restaurants, cafes and markets near by.Great WiFi. Steep stairs going up to apartment, we were on level 2. Could do with better ventilation especially in the bathroom.Good idea to get a taxi when you arrive as the apartment is a bit hard to get to dragging suitcases over cobblestones and up stairs if you dont know the area.

Do not stay at this apartment. This is possibly the worst holiday experience I have ever had. Here are some reasons why: 1. Unbearable noise levels from drunk people in the street attending a bar which is 5m away from the property. The noise was so loud and continued until so late (3am) that we were unable to sleep properly and I eventually had to call the police. It is disgraceful that the managers of this property were completely absent and appear, along with the owners of the bar, to have taken no steps to address this issue. 2. At no point were we asked if we were enjoying our stay or contacted at all during our stay. 3. Nobody cleaned our room during our 3 night stay. 4. I was asked by staff operating the apartment over email to contact their representative to coordinate check in time even though I had communicated it to them. This is their job not mine. The levels of customer service shown by this place are quite frankly shocking. 5. We had to pay by bank transfer which apart from being very unusual is in my view a ploy to prevent guests from seeking cancellation and reimbursement through credit card bookings. It is a perfect scam. 6. The charge for this horrendous experience was €240 for 3 nights (€80 per night). It is a total rip off. Pay a little more and get a hotel. 7. I will never stay at this property or at a property operated by this company ever again.

L'appartamento è nuovo e in ottima posizione ma i fattori positivi terminano qui. il bagno (compreso il water) è completamente a vista (ci sono dei divisori in vetro) quindi c'è la totale assenza di privacy. Inoltre l'assenza di un armadio impedisce di sistemare i vestiti obbligandoti a tenerli in valigia o a riporli in una vecchia cassettiera che dà l'idea di profonda igiene. Infine l'esposizione al sole e l'assenza di aria condizionata rendono l'appartamento non molto vivibile durante la giornata.

Zentrales und modern eingerichtetes Appartement. Man erreicht von hier aus viele schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß und ist mitten in der Stadt. Badezimmer ist durch Milchglas abgetrennt und sauber. Die Gegend ist zwar sehr belebt und etwas laut, was man aber bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht mitbekommen hat.

El lugar es perfecto para moverte por Lisboa. El colchón es muy malo, huele el apartamento a humedad y falta algo tan imprescindible como un armario.

Very bad place, awful location. Impossible to stay there at nights. So much noise around. Looks like a very criminal area. At night there are people offering drugs. There is also a neighbor who plays very bad music during night. It's just impossible to stay there even for one night

Bad location, stayed for holidays for 1 week and was noisy, people clubbing, junkies outdoors, and some offering to sell you drugs which was quite interesting. The apartment was fine inside, but if you want peace and quiet, and specially in summer for cool air con, then this place I wouldn't recommend, plus there's tourist tax to pay as its center, should you not want to pay this per head per night, try to book outside center Lisbon like Guimarães.

Piso limpio y bien decorado, además tiene una ubicación perfecta, en el centro del barrio de moda para cenar y tomar algo. Sin embargo no estamos molestado por el ruido. El único punto negativo fue el cuarto de baño, pegado a la habitación y con paredes de cristal.... muy poca intimidad... el resto todo muy bien.

Es war ein bisschen warm in der Unterkunft da es keine Klimaanlage gab und in der Nacht etwas laut, was aber dran lag das wir mitten des party viertels gewohnt haben und es aber auch nicht weiter schlimm war. Also rundum eine sehr gute Unterkunft !

We stayed 5 nights at this property. The first day we reported the water doesn’t drain in the shower. And they said they will check and make it work. But they cannot fixed it for three days and we cannot take shower for three days. Finally on the fourth day, they switched us to another apartment in the same building. The location is great and the condition of the apartment is very good, except the mattress needed to be upgrade for comfortable sleeping.

Positiv: Stadtzentrum gut zu erreichen. Große Auswahl an Restaurants und kleinen Shops. Schöner großer Fernseher und gut ausgestattete Küche.. Negativ: War Nachts sehr laut, da die Wohnung im Partyviertel liegt. Bett war sehr unbequem.

Positive: Rui was very nice, explained everything.. Negative: Bad location, just across the bar that works till 4 a.m. the acoustic is very bad, you can not sleep because of loud music and crowd shouting all night.

Negative: The host was late and we couldn't use our room for 3 hours as it wasn't yet clean. We spoke to the host twice in the morning and we agreed on meeting at the flat at the checkin time, 3pm. The host was 20 minutes late. Once we enter the flat we discovered it was still dirty from the previous guests, so we couldn't use it for the first 3 hours. The host didn't seem to care that much, in fact he didn't even apologised for it.

Positive: Host was very attentive and welcoming. Very accommodating regarding our flight time changes and extremely helpful upon check in. Very understanding and relaxed on our check out. Made our stay very easy. Location was ideal. Lots within walking distance, and very close to train stations that we needed for visits to Sintra. Many good eateries and bars within a short walk, but our street was nice and quiet. Easy to get to from the airport and inexpensive on the metro.. Negative: There was not a single thing that I could fault. Everything was better than we had imagined it to be and we were really pleased with all aspects.

Положительный: Я второй раз в Лиссабоне. Первый раз останпвливались в районе Estrella. В этот раз месторасположение понравилось больше. Рядом вокзал (поезд в Синтру), до другого вокзала, откуда идут электрички в Кашкайш, 15 мин прогулочным шагом, две станции метро, весь центр. Я довольна.. Негативный: Не знаю... учитывая соотношение всех параметров, считаю, что все так - как и должно быть

Positif: Joli appartement, avec cuisine équipée, situé dans un quartier non loin du centre.. Négatif: Le temps étant mauvais, il manquait une couverture supplémentaire et l'appartement était légèrement humide.

Positiva: Cercania y cama cómoda. El chico que me atendío se preocupo por echar un vistazo a la casa para comprobar que todo estaba correctamente antes de que me hospedara, incluso saco fotos a los muebles que tenian algun desperfecto.. Negativa: La zona es muy ruidosa, es calle llena de bares, repleta de turistas que no paraban de gritar. Me hospede en el bajo y parecia que la gente estaba dentro de mi casa. Tambien eran días de frio y lluvia y el calefactor que tienen no es suficiente; sobre todo al salir de la ducha o en las mañanas la estancia es fría.

Moisissures dans la douche, matelas à changer car les ressorts font mal, oreillers pas net, vaisselle pas nette, pas d'essuie de vaisselle, chaise cassée, pas de penderie, très mal isolé au niveau du bruit

Positif: L'accueil avec la bouteille de vin☺ à consommer sur la terasse ! rapidité de l'hôte à nous rejoindre pour remettre les clés l'emplacement idéal à côté de la meilleure pâtisserie de pasteis(de Lisbonne) les bars et restos. Négatif: Malheureusement la literie c'est vraiment le seul bémol mais qui a son importance car nous sommes restés 5 nuits

Positiva: La ubicación y como estaba reformado.. Negativa: Hacia frio, no hay calefaccion. Solo es un radiador electrico portatil para todo el apartamento.

Positivo: Ótima localização, a pouca distância do rossio e do chiado! Permite conhecer e explorar estas zonas todas a pé. Muita simpatia por parte do Miguel que se mostrou muito prestável para ajudar!. Negativo: Rua um pouco barulhenta à noite.

Positiv: - gute Lage - neue und moderne Ausstattung - leckere Flasche Wein als Begrüßungsgeschenk. Negativ: Wir sind mit der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter nicht zufrieden. Ich musste den Vermieter mehrfach im Voraus anschreiben und 3 mal mit Booking telefonieren bis ich eine Antwort bekommen habe wann die Schlüsselübergabe stattfindet. Zusätzlich wurden wir noch kurzfristig in einem anderen Apartment untergebracht. Nachdem die Schlüsselübergabe dann endlich für 14:00 Uhr vereinbart wurde, war der Vermieter zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt nicht vor Ort - wir mussten noch ca. 45 Minuten warten. Kein guter Start in den Urlaub. Das Apartment befindet sich im EG eines Altbaus, ein sehr schönes Haus - neu renoviert. Leider wurde an der Heizung gespart. Es waren nur 2 elektrische Heizkörper (für 4 Räume) in der Wohnung - was völlig unzumutbar ist für diese Jahreszeit. Vermieter war nicht bereit einen 3. Heizkörper zu organisieren trotz seiner Zusage. Er hat sich darauf hin auch nicht mehr gemeldet. Das ist schade und unnötig, weil er vor Ort einen sehr guten und hilfsbereiten Eindruck gemacht hatte.

Positive: Posizione ottima, centrale e vicina alla metropolitana. L'appartamento è piccolo ma per un soggiorno breve va benissimo! Lo staff è cortese e sorridente.

Positive: Posizione centrale in una via piena di locali a Bairro Alto. Negazione: L appartamento al piano terra è collegato direttamente con la porto che da sulla strada e le due notti passate durante il weekend sono state molto rumorose. Non è presente riscaldamento a parte una piccola stufetta e L ambiente era freddo. Non mi ha dato un’inpressione Di posto estremamente pulito. Non rispecchiava molto le foto.

긍정적: 위치, 시설. 낡은집을 내부만 수리해서 깨끗한 편이나 구조적인 문제인 층간소음, 복도 소음이 매우 심각함... 하루는 윗층에가서 소음에 대해 말했음.... 부정적: 해당 숙소에 대한 개선점 보다는 주변환경이 개판임. 특히 옆에 있는 술집 때문에 24시간 술 주정뱅이들의 고성방가 심각함. 에어컨이 없어 창문을 열면 바람이 솔솔 들어오지만, 침대 창가 맞은편 건물에서 나오는 냄새 때문에 창문 열기가 두려움. 인덕션 사용시 누전 차단기가 계속 작동해서... 밥 한번 해먹는데... 보통 4번은 차간기를 올리러 가야함. 제일 불편했던 것은 보증금을 포루투칼 은행에 넣고 확인증을 보내야 하는데... 메일로 4번을 보내고, 직접 통화를 하고 나서야 돈 받았다는 이야기를 들음.( 그것도 내가 전화하니~ 알려줌)

Положительный: Отличное расположение в самом центре, при этом не очень шумно. В шаговой доступности огромное количество ресторанов и баров. В соседнем доме минимаркет, явный плюс! В целом отличное соотношение цены и качества.. Негативный: Могло быть чуть почище. А так особых минусов нет.

Positief: Goede ontvangst,schoon verblijf.. Negatief: Geen minpunten alles netjes en zoals afgebeeld op internet alleen positieve ervaring erbij.

Положительный: Отличное расположение. Чистый номер! Есть все для приготовления еды, включая тостер, кофеварку, полный набор посуды, бумажные полотенца. Жили на втором этаже. Окна выходили в закрытый двор (небольшая терраса со столиком и стульями) и на пешеходную улицу! В номере есть обогреватель и вентилятор.

Positiivne: Väga puhas, kaasaegne. Numbrituba koosnes kahest toast, köögist ja vannitoast, mis kõik olid väga kaasaegselt sisustatud. Köögis leidus kõik vajaminev.. Negatiivne: Võiksid olla nagid riiete jaoks, väiksemad riided saab panna kummutisse, aga suuremad üleriided võiksid siiski rippuda riidepuuga nagidel või riidekapis.
