Property is in the heart of town. Our car was broken into the first night we were there. Disappointed in this rental.

The penthous, two story apartement is awesome! Huge, with two large bedrooms and the secret weapon, a spectacular rooftop balcony wich is perfect for enjoying breakfast with very nice views over oldtown Lisboa.

Ben came to meet us at check in with fruit basket, portable WiFi and nearby restaurant recommendations. Location could not be any better. Interior design is modern yet have everything you need, espresso machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher... every other day housekeeping just keeps the stay clean, comfort and enjoyable!

여기보다 좋은 숙소라면 5성급 호텔 펜트하우스 정도밖에 없을 것 같다. 쾌적함, 안락함, 깔끔한 청소 상태, 편의성, 시설, 접근성, 의사소통, 프로페셔널리즘 등등 감히 최고의 경험이라 생각됨. 항상 돌발 상황이 있게 마련이니 업체와의 의사소통을 중시 여기는 편인데 여긴 완벽했다.

Buen hotel, se escuchan los pasos del piso superior, muy bien ubicado y muy lindo

It was unique experience having to communicate with the staff via text and coordinating specific check-in since 1) there is no front desk 2) parking garage needs to be personally opened by staff. We were pleasantly surprised with the anniversary surprise carefully executed! We loved the fruit basket, sweets, and champagne. A great touch to make us feel so special! Also, this is prime location and was extremely easy to find eateries/bars close by. Would come back again! The only thing that was less than satisfactory was the bed (quite uncomfortable).

I love many things about this property. First, property is so updated, all furniture, appliances, interior and everything about the property was clean and very updated. Also they had exceptional customer service - they responded to my request via email and phone call very promptly. Location was very good, just a minute walk from the shopping district and very safe area to walk around. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone who is planning on visiting Lisbon.

The location was excellent, very central, and next to the metro station. Apartment beautiful, clean, and spacious. Can be noisy in the evenings on the weekends if you are a light sleeper. Check -in was a nightmare. Could not get a hold of anyone despite emailing, calling, texting several times both prior to arrival and day of arrival. Finally able to get a hold of someone on day of after an hour of waiting. If you are able to navigate check in, the apartment was great otherwise.

Location was great and the apartment was amazing! Had great views, all the amenities we needed and was very comfortable. Loved the welcome with the fruit and bottled water too!

La localisation en plein centre de Lisbonnes proche de restaurants et commerces, la décoration de l'appartement, l'ensemble du matériel disponible (lave vaiselle, lave linge séchant, machine Nespresso, ...), la qualité de l'accueil de Bernado (très gentil et disponible), le ménage tous les deux jours....On recommande chaudement.. Négatif: Rien

Positif: L excellente qualité du logement et des équipements, le calme malgré une rue passante et sa très bonne situation. La terrasse est un petit plus super agréable sous le soleil !. Négatif: Rien

Positive: Centrally located with plenty of Restaurants, bakeries and other eating options available in the immediate vicinity. Very comfortable bedrooms and amenities like washing machine & dryer available in the apartment. House keeping available every alternate day.

Positiva: Las instalaciones, totalmente equipado con absolutamente todo, la decoración del apartamento. La ubicación.. Negativa: Que el parking no estuviera en el edificio, y que el cuarto de baño tuviera una fuga de agua en el techo que no fue reparada en todo el fin de semana. Tuvimos todo el fin de semana que estar recogiendo agua y poniendo toallas.

Positivo: Incrível localização! Anfitrião super atencioso e apartamento incrível! Recomendo!. Negativo: O check-in foi tranquilo mas principalmente porque contratamos o transfer com eles e o motorista conhecia o dono do apartamento. Chegamos cedo e não tínhamos o código de entrada... mas o motorista resolveu e o anfitrião foi logo depois se apresentar. Apesar do pequeno contratempo, foram excelentes e reverteram a situação perfeitamente!

Great apartment that was clean and modern, and a perfect location. Apartment had heated bathroom floors and a great balcony to hang out or enjoy a meal.

Positiv: Super Lage, mitten im Geschehen! Unkompliziert ohne Schlüssel mit Code (vor allem bei Abreise von Vorteil). Jeglicher Komfort gegeben. Zwei Minuten zur Metro.. Negativ: Drei tolle Fernseher, aber kein deutsches Programm. Sport braucht aber keine Sprache :-)

great apartment in a great location. Only problem was that the bathroom door was broken at the time and the shower didnt drain quickly enough and over flowed. Management was sincere about wanting to fix these issues.We were pickpocketed and management was helpful and changed our apartment codes for our safety.

Положительный: До метро, вокзала, стоянки такси, хорошего супермаркета недалёко, несколько приятных ресторанов за углом. Район симпатичный. Очень тихо. Обстановка соответствует фотографиям, апартаменты красивые. В кухне все что угодно есть. Кровати удобные (мягкие, если кому-то нужно жёстче).. Негативный: Если берёте номер с двумя спальнями, но не двухэтажный, просите третий этаж. Ниже окна в спальне будут выходить прямо на кондиционер соседнего дома в метре от вас. Шкаф для одежды только в одной спальне, с пятью вешалками. В другой только два ящика. Если путешествовать двумя парами, это неудобно. Было довольно свежо, а кондиционер на обогрев нагонял духоту. Сразу после бронирования был непонятный момент, когда несколько раз пытались списать оплаты, а банк заблокировал как подозрительное. В объекте сказали, что это не они. В итоге оплата уже на месте.

Positiv: Wir haben schon oft in Lissabon übernachtet, auch in modernen Apartments wie diesem. Dieses Apartment ist aber nicht nur sehr gut ausgestattet, sondern erstaunlichweise noch relativ ruhig, obwohl super zentral gelegen, Schlafzimmer zur Seite (wir hatten die Wohnung in der 4. Etage). Übergabe problemlos. Tiefgarage fussläufig gut erreichbar. Alle zwei Tage Roomservice.

Positief: Wij werden van de luchthaven afgehaald en direct bij de accomodatie afgezet. Daar werden we keurig ontvangen, kregen instructies en informatie over restaurants etc in de nabije omgeving. Tevens een telefoonnummer voor noodgevallen of evt overleg/vragen etc. Allemaal uiterst correct en plezierig.

Есть все необходимое. Все убирается. Полотенца меняются . Есть одноразовые тапочки. Обязательно если поеду - остановлюсь только там. . Негативный: Нет претензий вообще.

Positief: De locatie is super: vlakbij leuk plein en winkelbuurt maar toch rustig. Gastheer João spaarde geen moeite om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken! Het appartement werd in 2013 gerenoveerd en is prachtig ingericht!

Positivo: Da limpeza e da localização. Negativo: O estacionamento é muito longe!!! O acesso ao prédio também é difícil , a rua não tem onde parar o carro

Positiva: Todo en general estaba genial. La cocina preciosa, el sofá cama bien y la habitación también. El baño espectacular...con ducha y bañera. Todo tipo de accesorios en la cocina y en el baño. Tuvimos limpieza y cambiaron las toallas y eso que fueron 3 días. Con calefacción y wifi bien. Negativa: El colchón no era tan cómodo

Good location. Convenient for sightseeing - away from the main bustle but still very much in the centre. On the down side - it is a bit of a climb to get in though. And the staff are a bit difficult to get a hold of.

חיובי: דירה מהממת, מיקום מעולה, קיבלנו מים ופירות בהגעה. שלילי: קיבלנו מספר טלפון של מי שהיה אמור לחכות לנו בדירה, לא היתה תשובה כשהגענו ב-23:00 בלילה אחרי טיסה , עם ילדים קטנים. נתקענו ברחוב עד שאחד הדיירים האחרים עזר לנו למצוא את הבנאדם שהיה צריך להכניס אותנו. מזל שיש אנשים טובים באמצע הדרך.

Love this hip and modern apartment in heart of where it's at in central Lisbon. Oh the huge bathroom with built in tv and square toilets!

Positive: L'appartamento molto bello e curato nei particolari, completo di tutto. Vicino al centro, alla metro e alla fermata del famoso tram. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare in una struttura vicina inclusa nel prezzo.. Negazione: La manutenzione assente. Abbiamo chiamato per richiedere di effettuare la manutenzione ad un lavandino con lo scarico lento ed attivare il decoder della TV ma in 4 giorni nessuno si è presentato.

Appartement excellemment bien situé, avec parking, très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment en plain centre de Lisbonne.

Z niewiadomych powodów kod dostępu do obiektu przestałdziałać wieczorem ok 22h00 i dopiero po wysłaniu kilkunastu sms'ów do gospodarza i próbach kontaktów telefonicznych , nowy kod otrzymałem dopiero następnego dnia ok10h30.

好意的: デュープレックスに宿泊しましたが、バルコニーからの眺めが最高！ バルコニーにテーブルが有るため、朝食はバルコニーでとりました。素晴らしかったです。 部屋もとてもきれいで、快適に過ごさせていただきました。 また、地下鉄の駅から近くとても便利でした。. 否定的: アパートメンツということでスタッフが常駐していない。 チェックインの時間を告げていたものの、その時間に来ていなかった。 しばらく待っても来ないため、携帯電話より無駄な国際電話をするはめになってしまった。

好意的: 最上階のデュープレクスに泊まりましたが、バルコニーやキッチンからの眺めが素晴らしかったです。また、カモエンス広場から近くどこに行くのも移動が楽でした。
