Nice place, tucked away in a courtyard. Good quality food. Not cheap though. The covers are €3.90 each which is pricey. It's worth experiencing. Restaurant is not big so I suspect in the busy season you would need to book. I have shown the bill which gives you an idea of prices and what you get. Don't get me wrong, the food was good, well presented as the photos show.

The best restaurant in Vilamoura by far.
The John Dory is the best fish meal in the Algarve.
As far as starters are concerned if you like caprice salad this is THE place.
Service is excellent and nice cozy atmosphere.

Disappointed with the food and slow service. Wouldn't go back. Prices didn't reflect what we received. Yet a year ago it was superb and the best in Vilamoura. Unfortunately they have slipped back a lot and I would be surprised if they're open much longer.

This was a great find. Excellent food and helpful friendly waiters. My husband highly recommends the linguine with clams and the salmon was great too. So good we went twice. Highly recommended.

It was nice. Slightly expensive. Waiters were lovely. I had the beef medallion mushroom. It was really nice but I asked for rare/medium and definately got medium. Meat was slightly chewy. The cod looked good on the other table.

Best meal I’ve ever had in Portugal and I’ve been coming here for over 20 years. Recommend the fish soup and tiger prawns with curry sauce. Small place, but top class.

Really great food. I had the salted cod and my fiance had salmon. Both were beautifully cooked. Would recommend anybody to try it while in Vilamoura.

Excelente comida quer na qualidade dos produtos quer na sua confecção, das entradas, prato principal às sobremesas.
Atendimento muito profissional e simpatia sempre presente. Fazem-nos sentir em família.

Gran restaurante. Lo conocemos desde 2015. Pescados de primera calidad, hamburguesa infantil maravillosa. Foundant de chocolate para llorar... Servicio amable. Volveremos.

Easily the worst meal I've had in my life - took over an hour to arrive and when it did, it was inedible. Staff unfriendly too. It does, however, make the McDonald's down the road seem like a gourmet meal

The food was excellent but the price of drink was shocking, a Tia Maria was 7 euro and the coke 2.50 euros, 9.50 euros. They obviously thought we would not check it as all people do,they offered us a free drink bit I refused, to late you made a balls up,

First time here after waiting for a reservation and ohh it was worth the wait! The food was excellent, top notch quality really! Without doubt one of the best restaurants I've ever been! The service was very good. Definitely coming back here!
1 year later review: haven't you been here yet? Well you should. Still is the best restaurant food i ever ate! Highly recommended!

Really excellent small but smart restaurant. Good choice of fish and meat dishes. Good size portions. Priced on the high side. But quality and presentation was of the highest calibre. The plates were very quirky even the cutlery was beautiful.
Good wine selection too.
Well worth the money for a special evening.

Fantastic food every time, we visit Vilamora several times a year and always go to Julius restaurant, I have tried lots of food on the menu and from a simple grilled salmon to a Portuguese steak the food is spot on and the presentation first class, keep up the good work
