Charlotte: Due to the virus outbreak, I had to fly home early which meant I had to cancel my tour booking with Andre, but I still wanted to take the time to write a review, and here's why; from the moment I submitted an enquiry form to the moment I unfortunately had to cancel my tour, Andre was amazing. Absolutely amazing. Communication was fantastic, and everything was so easy to organise and understand. Even when I contacted Andre to advise I had to fly home early, he was so quick to respond and so understanding. When you are booking a private tour, some of the key things you look for is friendliness and reliability, and Andre definitely shows both of these! I was so upset about having to cut my trip short and miss out on my tour with Andre, but booking another tour with him again will be the first thing I do when I return to Lisbon. Thank you Andre for being so fantastic I look forward to meeting you in the near future!
