Sehr leckeres Essen, Essen kam sehr schnell. Sehr zufrieden. Der Fisch war sehr lecker und die Fischsuppe auch. Wir haben das Menü um 11,90 genommen und die Portionen waren riesig. Auch das Ambiente war sehr schön. Die Kellner waren sehr bemüht und wir sind kaum gesessen da kam auch schon der erste Gang. Das Gedeck war auch sehr lecker und kostete 4,90 für 2 Personen. Also alles in allem wirklich top.

We were looking for somewhere to eat and the lovely man on the door was very helpful. There was my husband and I and our 3 children. We were seated quickly and handed menus. Our children selected 3 different things from the children's menu and my husband and I had the 2 course specials. The waiter brought us antipasta to eat while choosing. We both picked garlic bread and had enough to share between the 5 of us. Our children all loved their dinners of chicken nuggets, chicken breast and spaghetti. My husband had the fish kebab and I the sea bass. Both meals were lovely. We went in to have dessert. 1 cheesecake, 1 profiteroles and 3 chocolate tart. All were again lovely. The price was reasonable and the service was fairly prompt even in such a busy restaurant. I would recommend them and hope to return during our holiday

Worst Restaurant in Alvor! My girlfriend and I ordered the 2-course meal offer. We ordered the BBQ chicken wings and fish soup for starters. BBQ wings were cheaper fried chicken from the local Aldi or Lidl supermarket with BBQ sauce served on the side. The fish soup tasted like a can of tomato soup with small leftover pieces of fish from the kitchen. The main courses were the worst. I ordered the lamb chops meal and was served EXPIRED lamb chops which smelt and tasted awful. Girlfriend ordered the grilled sea bass and the fish was tasteless, overcooked, boney and dry. The potatoes were not great either. We also ordered the shrimp kebab which tasted ok but had already lost my appetite and our evening ruined. Overall, we were not impressed at all considering the other restaurants on the strip were much better in quality although more pricey. I would highly recommend anyone reading this review to stay away from this restaurant. Ended up with diarrhea the next day thanks to their God awful food. AVOID!!! _________________________________ **ANSWER TO REPLY**: Yes my girlfriend checked the reviews when we arrived because she did not trust the quality of your restaurant but I told her to give it a chance because some reviews were good but I was wrong. At the end of the meal, my girlfriend was upset and just wanted to leave. She did not want me to complain but I wish I did. Please don’t confuse our politeness for happy customers. We took the food away with us so we could feed the homeless dogs outside the restaurants in Alvor.

Nice location and nice decor .. took a while for food to come as they were quite busy ..my son had the vegetable soup to start and this was really nice, and my husband had the fish soup which he said was ‘’mediocre ‘’ unfortunately my baked cod main was totally over cooked and dry and full of bones and I couldn’t eat it ! My sons mixed meat kebab was undercooked and chewy and my husbands grilled chicken was very dry and bland ... the glass of house wine I had was nice and the service was very friendly ....overall we wouldn’t come back here as the food is just not very good at all .. sorry !!

Very tasty food and excellent value. We had the set menu. There was a little bit of a wait but the waiter apologised as they had a lot of diners all at once! Service friendly and we really enjoyed our meal here.

Fantástico. A comida é muito boa, bem elaborada e o preço é bastante razoável. A carta de vinhos tem muita escolha com alguns vinhos internacionais. Recomendo.

Desilusión y salir esmallado después de pagar 30 euros no lo recomiendo mucho lujo para comer alitas de pollo tres precitas y un atún crudo y me dijeron que lo tenia que decir mas echo de todas maneras no estaba bueno yo pagué la inocentada

The service, location, and price were nice- 13 € for a 3 course meal. The food took a little longer to come than we were expecting, since there was only one other table, and the first course soup was bland. Overall a decent restaurant.

First class meal, great service and a good price. Starter of squid rings and excellent main of skate with orange and almonds. And a real tablecloth! €25 inc drinks. Highly recommended.

Uns hat das 2 Gänge Menü zu 11,90€ und das nette Ambiente in das Restaurant gelockt. Die Einrichtung im Lokal ist modern und gepflegt und es ist Optinal gelegen, mit Blick zum Meer. Mehr positives gibt es leider nicht zum 'Alborada' zu sagen. Wir warteten länger auf die Getränke als auf die Vorspeise. Die Fischsuppe schmeckte mehr nach Tomate als nach Fisch, die Goldbrasse war trocken und ich gehe stark davon aus, dass sie gefrohren war. Der 'gruß der Küche' welcher von einem ausschließlich portugiesisch sprechenden Kellner serviert wurde, kostete uns am Ende ca 8€. Ich gehe davon aus, dass ich hier in eine Touristenfalle getappt bin. Nächstes mal werde ich natürlich wieder Tripadvisor zu Rate ziehen bevor ich mir mein Restaurant aussuche!

Adorei. Óptimo ambiente e atendimento. Muito bom para um jantar entre amigas ou familiares. Experimentamos os seguintes pratos os quais aconselho vivamente. Entrada: Cogumelo Portobelo com queijo, mel e noz (era delicioso). Prato principal: Carne de vaca com puré. Segundo prato : Sinceramente não me lembro muito bem qual era o peixe e vinha acompanhado com batata e salada. Por último a sobremesa. Um cheesecake . Super recomendo. Voltarei em breve

We are at this restaurant on the last day of our holiday and were looking for somewhere that served fish in batter. Alvorada did not disappoint we both ordered the cod in batter with chips. We both agreed it was the best fish in batter we have ever had, the batter was so light and the fish just fell apart and not a bone in sight. Delicious, would definitely recommend.

The food was nice but the prices were a bit on the high side, possibly due to its prime location, a few seconds walk to the marina.

Went there with my partner in May. He ended up sick on the next day, the food was definitely off! Avoid this place. Food was tasteless as well.

Essen ist super lecker, Betreuung war freundlich und hilfsbereit:) Preisen sind wirklich in Ordnung für solche Qualität! Bin sehr zufrieden.

Os pratos são bem servidos, bom atendimento e preços justos. Gostei da carta de vinhos com preços coerentes.

Restaurant délicieux prix resonnable et service au top

Grazioso ristorante, dell'arredamento nuovo in toni chiari, offre proposte più raffinate rispetto alla media dei ristoranti locali. I piatti sono presentati in modo elegante ed originale. Buona la bisque di gamberi (ma il gambero di guarnizione va sgusciato!), e buona la spigola accompagnata da salsa allo champagne, purè, e verdure spadellate. Conto onesto. Servizio pronto e cortese. Un po' troppo esposto ai fumi di cottura dei ristoranti adiacenti; cercano di ovviare con ventilatori col risultato che ho dovuto indossare la maglia!

Very long wait, very small portions and a hair on one of the 3 very small potatoes . Maybe unlucky, but nevertheless very disappointed.
